Like wow funny enough y’all sure did dispose of Gus of being the token black friend cause that trope is been done repeatedly, sheesh woulda think he had his own spotlight however right?(Gus was overshadowed by the lumity kiss in his centric episode.) it’s been discussed throughout every platform so hoping we can talk more on the topic at hand.

Which I’m thankful the toh critic postees are talking about the injustice which questions, the whole poc rep of the show, cause there barely focus or show the other hexside students (Cat & SKARA example) who are also pocs in the show.

I've been rewatchin ST and to be honest, i don't think the reason Mike threw away El's note/letter was bcz he don't love her or similar. I think he did it bcz Will pointed out that it was useless to just stare at it.

(NOT to blame Will, absolutely NOT)

But Mike has been shown again and again not knowin how to be a friend for Will and a bf to El at the same time in the whole show. If it's just El or just Will he's fine, the best he's been shown in the series, but once we have the three in the same room? Mike can only focus on one or the other. So, once El is out of the picture Mike starts to focus again in Will. One minute he's starin at the note and the next he has Will's eyes on him and my boy threw the note to the trash

I don't think Mike loves El romantically but is hella weird that Mike just threw the last remaining of El like that since he does cares for her and he seems the type who puts emotional value to objects.

currently reading: I wish I could say something different than “Sambucky fanfiction”, but that would be a lie :P (Just finished this one, for example. Can recommend.)

last song: Probably something from the “Draconian Times” album by Paradise Lost. I was at their concert recently and I keep going back to these songs.

last series: If YouTube videos count, I’ve been rewatchining the series by one of my favourite comedians/youtubers, who was awful at cooking and tries to get better (mostly by failing a lot). If that doesn’t count, then tfatws. Because I almost never watch new things, tbh.

last movie: “Encanto”. And I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned the same movie in the last tag I’ve made in February, because... again... I don’t watch anything xD

sweet/savory/spicy: I’m never sure what “savory” means in English, exactly. We don’t have a word like that and it’s such a vague concept to me... But probably savory. Or at least salty. (Though, I’ve been trying to eat more “spicy” things too, lately. It’s an intertesting change from our rather sour national cuisine :D.)

currently working on: That’s gonna be embarassing... Can I have a little writing-related confession ?

Basically, I’ve realized recently, that I have around 40 Word documents with half-made Sambucky stories. Sometimes there’s even a few different ones started in the same file, so it might be over 70 in total.

But I can’t finish any of them :/ It’s not even the lack of motivation... I’m just a bit disappointed with my writing skills in English when it’s for a creative project. I’ve been trying to force myself to sit down and finish at least one shorter story, but I’m too self-conscious about the quality of these fics to do it.

Anyway... to give 3 more specific answers, here’s a few concepts that I’ve spent the most time working on:

1. A story where Sam and Bucky get kidnapped and then stranded in the middle of nowhere. They don’t know each other yet and they have a lot of trouble communicating, but they still try to find their way to civilisation and figure out how they ended up in this situation. (No Powers AU)

2. One where Sambucky from the MCU universe meets Samsteve from another reality. They get to compare their experiences and two Sams can also compare supersoldier boyfriends. Things like that.

3. A story where Sam found Bucky in 2015, but it’s told from Steve’s perspective as he slowly realized that his two best friends have been hiding behind his back for weeks or months. So it’s mostly about feeling betrayed xD

Why did you choose your URL: well I didn’t want a fandom URL anymore because the things I would blog about were too widespread at some point in 2015 when I changed it to britneyshakespeare because A) it reflects my interests but doesn’t sound inherently fandom-based and B) it’s a cute pun

Following: 779, apparently... God knows how many of those are actually active. I don’t usually clean out my follows or go on unfollowing sprees to “clean my dash” or whatever I live in my filth. I don’t even remember who some of the people I’ve been following for years even are. I don’t remember when or why I followed them but I’ll be damned if I clean out my followed blogs.

Followers: 2,352... Again I have no idea how many of those are active. My blog’s peak was in 2014-2015 when I was mostly a panic! blogger and made a lot of memes and shit and I hit the 2k milestone sometime then. I don’t even remember when I got the last few hundred I’ve been sorta at a standstill for a while but I’m okay with it.

Favorite colors: I don’t really have any? I love all colors. In all sorts of contexts. I mean. If you were to ask me my favorite color to wear, or my favorite color to paint a room, or my favorite eye color, those would probably all be different answers. But I just love colors I can’t even remember when I last had a favorite.

Average hours of sleep: Wooh boy is that inconsistent. Some nights 3 hours, some nights 13 hours.
