You sit beside Kane in lock up, having just said goodbye to your mother, wishing you could do the same with Bellamy and your sister.
As you near the hour of what will soon be your death, you find comfort in knowing that at least Clarke will have your mother. Selfishly, some part of you is grateful that you don’t have to feel the loss of losing your twin, and that Clarke will have to learn to live with the grief. But she was always stronger than you, and if anyone could learn to live without half of themselves, your shining star can.
But in the end, it’s Bellamy your heart aches for. In a way, he’s lost his sister, his friends, those that are closest to him. In the moments of silence, when it’s just the two of you, you can see the weight pulling down his shoulders, can see the anguish that has settled into the lines on his face. Bellamy has spent most of his life lost; searching for who he is without a father, what kind of man he wanted to be on the Ark. and then losing his mother and Octavia, it left him listless, floating in the openness of space with no idea of who he wanted to be.
It’s why he so easily agreed to save Octavia’s life by shooting Jaha; he had the opportunity to find himself again. To anchor his identity to his goal of saving Octavia, and ultimately, his people.
But then his obsession with saving his people, after having lost so many in such a short time, broke him, pushed into the arms of a fascist chancellor who saw how easy it was to take advantage of the man you love.
It’s a path you can’t follow him down.
It’s a path you won’t be given the chance to follow him down, even if you wanted to.
You look at Kane, at the man you’ve come to see as a father figure without even realizing it was happening. And now, the man who will lose his life the same way your father lost his. Fighting for what’s right.
“It can't be all for nothing.” Kane turns to look at you in confusion, not understanding what you mean. You push on, “All of it. The spying, Mount Weather, all the hell we’ve faced can’t be all for nothing. Pike will destroy Skaikru until there’s nothing left, and everything we fought for will no longer matter.”
Lincoln wanders over and sits beside you on the bench. He reaches out to squeeze your shoulder, a silent message that he understands your frustration.
“There’s nothing left for us to do. We have to hope our deaths will mean something. That it will finally push for the change we’ve been fighting for.”
You’re incredulous at the suggestion, at the thought of being told to just stop fighting. “So that’s it? We just give up?”
Kane shakes his head, his expression sad, but determined. “No. This is how we fight now. We go with grace, accept our punishment, hold our head high. We don’t break, we don’t show fear. The people will remember.”
He glances up at Sinclair, who has just joined the three of you, nodding in agreement. You look at Lincoln, who gives Kane a single nod in agreement, and you sit between them, wondering how this is all that’s left for you. You’re the last to agree, resigned to a fate that may save the love of your life and your people, a fate that you will not be around to see.
-
You’ve never been happier to see Octavia Blake in your entire life.
She ushers all of you to safety, freedom just on the other side of a hidden passageway built into Arkadia’s walls.
A freedom that she watches slip away as Lincoln insists on staying back for his people.
You see the betrayal on her face as she slips into unconsciousness, the same betrayal you felt when Bellamy did the same thing to you in Mount Weather. As Lincoln passes his unconscious girlfriend into Kane’s waiting arms, you close in on him, trying to change his mind. She passes out right after, and Lincoln catches her easily, passing her to Kane. You step towards Lincoln, looking at him in confusion. “What are you doing?”
“Same thing you’d do for your people.”
You give him a serious look, “Yu laik ai kru.”
You are my people. He smiles at you, but it’s sad, and the sight of it hurts your heart. “Just get her out of here. Please.”
But then Kane’s words rattle around in your head, and it finally clicks for you. We have to hope our deaths will mean something. The people of Arkadia see Lincoln as a Grounder, and his sacrifice to save other Grounders will mean nothing to them. They will only see it as someone saving their own. They need to see one of their own, someone from the Ark, risking their life for Grounders. It’s the only way they’ll ever understand what the rest of you are fighting for.
The answer seems so obvious now, and you feel like a fool for not thinking of it earlier.
You turn back to Lincoln, shaking your head at him, already stepping away. “Get her out of here yourself. I can save your people.” And maybe Bellamy too.
Kane steps closer to the two of you, unable to avoid overhearing your conversation in the small hallway. His expression is distraught, shaking his head as he looks at you. “No, you can’t.”
“You said it yourself: our deaths can mean something. The people will remember. I know this place better than Lincoln, I know the guard schedules and routes. I can get them out and be seen only when I need to be. I can end this.”
“But Clarke-”
You cut Kane off, “Has my mother, and our friends, and you.”
You can see the moment he remembers that you will not go out without a fight, that you will do this with or without his support. He offers you the only thing he can, which is his blessing. “If you get them into the west woods, they can navigate the trade routes to the blockade. They’ll be safe.”
It relieves you to have his approval, though you can see the anguish it’s causing him to give it. You give him a small smile of thanks, hoping he won’t carry guilt from something that you’re willingly choosing to do.
You can’t say the same for Lincoln, who grabs your arm as you try to step away, pulling you back towards the escape route. “La lune, you can’t.”
“We both know it’s the only way, Lincoln. You know that I know this camp better than you. I’m more likely to make it through unnoticed. If you want your people to be safe, they need to get out of this camp, at least until Pike is dead. I can’t take care of that, but I can save your people and make a statement. Maybe the people will turn on him, offer him to the Grounders at the blockade.”
You can see that he desperately wants to argue with you, but when his mouth opens, no words come out. Because both of you know he’s right, and if Skaikru wants any chance of survival, they need to see Pike do the unthinkable. He reaches out for you, his strong arms pulling you into a hug, and it’s the first time since you made your decision that you start to tear up.
When Lincoln pulls away, his expression is sad, but you swear you glimpse a look of pride in your eyes. It strengthens your resolve further. “A warrior with a heart.”
You smile at him before reaching up and unclasping your necklace, your thumb brushing over the silver moon one last time. You press it into Lincoln’s hand, delivering your final wish. “Can you give this to Bellamy for me?”
His hand closes over the moon, the last time you’ll ever see the small charm, and when you meet Lincoln's eyes, you can see that he understands what this means to you. “Of course.”
There’s a clamor down the hall, what sounds like a commotion of guards, and you know that time is finally up. You quickly press a kiss to Octavia’s forehead and back away from the two men, looking them both over as you mutter, “May we meet again.”
They repeat it back to you before slipping into the hidden passageway, and when you press the panel back into the wall, it’s with the knowledge that you’ll never see any of them again.
-
The escape of 4 prisoners sentenced to death has the guards scrambling, and it makes them sloppy.
It’s easy to be invisible when that’s all you were your entire life. You blend in with the crowds of Arkadians easily, walking past most of the guards in plain sight. And when you round the final corner to the small lock up you left not long ago, you’re relieved to find that they only left one guard behind.
He’s not expecting you, so when you run down the hall at full speed, kicking your legs out to swipe his own feet from beneath him, he tumbles easily. You yank the shock baton from his belt, cranking it up just enough to knock him unconscious, but not to kill him. You’re trying to help your cause, not hurt it.
You pat the man down, finding a small pocket knife that you slip into your pants, along with his key card to open the holding cell door. Denae stands there with the others, looking at you in shock, surprised to see you after you were led to your death not long ago.
“Where’s Lincoln?”
“Safe. Escaped with the others.” You look over the group of Grounder prisoners that have started to stand and move towards you. “We don’t have much time. I have to get you to the west woods before they notice you’re gone.”
The Grounders don’t need to be told to hurry; they’ve seen how easily Pike locked his people up and sentenced them to death, know that it’s only a matter of time before they’re next. The stronger ones carry and guide the weak, and you take the emptier hallways until all of you are safely outside, the fence and the woods beyond it in your sight. You want to be seen, but getting caught before freeing the Grounders will only make things worse for everyone.
As your group openly jogs across a busy section of Arkadia, people stop to watch you, but no one says a word, unsure of what exactly they’re seeing. When you reach the fence, you toss a nearby stick at a section you hope is no longer electrified, fried long ago during spy related activities. The stick hits the ground without event, and you let out a sigh of relief, guiding Denae and the others through the gaps in the fence. When everyone is safely through, Denae turns to look at you, surprised to find you still on the other side. “You’re not coming with us?”
“There’s something else I need to do. Follow the trade route to the west, and you’ll reach the blockade in no time. Your people can protect you from there.”
“Thank you.”
You feel strange accepting her thanks. “I’m sorry for what my people have done to yours. Maybe one day we will all be one people.”
“Peace will find a way.”
And as the two of you exchange a smile, an alarm begins to sound over the PA system, prompting Denae to turn and run, disappearing into the treeline with her people before Pike and his guards even know they’re gone. You let out a sigh of relief, because at least now, everyone is safe. Except for you.
-
“La lune, la lune, la lune.”
The name falls from Bellamy’s lips like a broken prayer as he sprints through the woods, back towards Arkadia, a necklace squeezed so tight in his grasp that a small silver moon will leave its imprint in his palm for hours after he lets go.
He can hear footsteps crashing through the woods behind him, his sister and Kane calling his name as he tears through the woods on memory alone, letting his legs carry him back to the woman he loves.
I only wanted to keep her safe. To protect her, and my people. I was wrong, I was wrong, I was wrong.
When he bursts through the treeline, his eyes trace the arc of Arkadia looming high in the gray skies, rain starting to fall like the Earth knows what’s about to happen. Bellamy is sure that he can stop it, that he can convince Pike to save your life, even though he failed before. He’ll give himself in your place, accept that the bullet meant for you is actually for him, one shot to atone for his sins and wipe his slate clean. Because you deserve to live, to have peace and live life until you’re old and gray. You deserve a partner that loves you, and the comfort of knowing that you’ll always be safe with the people you love. You deserve all the things you’ve dreamed and longed for, and even if he can't be there to see it, even if he can't be there to give those things to you, he will sacrifice himself in your place.
Pike walks ahead of a group of guards, guards that Bellamy would have considered friends not two days earlier, guards that are now pulling his fighting girlfriend outside the main gate.
Bellamy starts to run again, his legs moving on instinct to be with you, but strong hands pull him back, holding him in place with an iron grip, forcing him to watch from a distance.
Your hands are bound; hands that he once spent hours holding, content just to be with you. Your hair is wild around you, the way it looks when you wake beside him each morning, tousled now from the way you’re fighting the guards. And the necklace that would normally be glinting in the light around your neck is now gripped so tightly in his hand that blood begins to seep between his fingers.
He wants to turn to Kane and Octavia, scream that they have to save you, that they have to let him go so he can take your place, but he is frozen as he sees you pulled before Pike, the chancellor’s hand already resting on the gun at his side.
-
Pike is too much of a coward to kill you in the middle of Arkadia.
You guessed as much, but once he dragged you towards the back of camp, out of sight from the rest of your people, you started to fight, deciding that going with grace only worked if there was someone there to see it.
The people of Arkadia will know what happened to you, even though Pike tries to hide it.
Once you are pulled through the gate and into a patch of land just outside Arkadia’s walls, you finally stop your fight. It’s almost over. Everyone you love is outside the camp, except your mother, who will have no idea what’s happened until after you’re gone. You can only hope she remembers her promise to you and Kane, and that she doesn’t risk her life when Clarke still needs her.
You thought you’d be scared, but you aren’t. You swear it’s because your father is with you, his cologne easy to spot amongst the smell of dirt and pine. He’s keeping you standing tall and strong, giving nothing to the man that will soon take your life. A man that he once played chess with, long ago on a ship in the sky, long before anyone knew that a life on Earth was possible.
When you had nothing but time while locked up, you anguished over all the things you were going to lose. Now, as the clock ticks towards the end, you think only of the things that give you joy. You think of Clarke when you were both small, of the pictures she would draw and leave on your pillow to find in the morning. You think of Octavia, the timid girl that became a warrior and your friend, making you more proud than you thought possible. You think of Monty’s moonshine and your mom’s laugh and most of all you think of Bellamy.
You think of the freckles dotted across his face, the ones you would trace for hours as he slept beside you. You think of his lopsided grin, and the way he always seemed to know what you needed before you needed it. You think of how he gave you strength when you had none, the way he laughed when he thought no one was paying attention. You think of him in the quiet moments, the in between, when his face was serene with sleep or his shoulders finally relaxed at the end of a long day. You think of Greek gods, constellations, and the Iliad, of all the stories that tied the two of you together.
And your final wish to the Universe as you turn to face Pike, is that Bellamy Blake will no longer be lost.
-
You stand tall as they turn you to Pike, your stance confident, despite the situation you’re in.
You don’t drop to your knees when they ask you too, making the guards get their hands dirty instead as they push your knees into the mud beneath you.
You don’t flinch when Pike pulls out his pistol and cocks it.
Your eyes never leave his as his finger moves to the trigger.
The last words to ever leave your lips falls on ears that don’t understand the meaning.
“I love you more than the stars.”
And you swear the last thing you hear before everything goes dark, is a scream that sounds a lot like Bellamy.
-
Bellamy feels like the scream is splitting his throat apart, his anguish so raw, so palpable, that he’s sure he must be bleeding.
He can’t understand that he’s okay, that the pain he’s feeling isn’t one that can ever be seen. He’s sure that it will kill him, that his heart will refuse to carry this and simply stop. He thinks that will be the greatest mercy, the way to reunite again with you.
He doesn't remember Kane and Octavia pulling him away from the clearing, trying to escape the Arkadian guards that now know where they are. He doesn't remember punching the walls of the cave until his hands were nothing but blood and torn flesh, doesn't remember the screams that tore from his throat until Kane slipped Reaper drugs into his veins.
He slips unconscious in a fit of anguish, surrounded by friends who wonder how they will share the news of your death to your other half if this is how Bellamy reacts.
They have to keep someone on guard duty all night, because Bellamy tries to escape three separate times, swearing he’s going to kill Pike with nothing more than his bare hands.
He has to be chained up when they kidnap Pike and deliver him to the Grounders, ending the blockade. He fights the restraints for hours, until his wrists are just as bloody as his hands once were, and only when he’s finally exhausted every ounce of strength in his body does he finally fall asleep.
And when he dreams, he dreams of you.

Pt.2 pt.3
Tumblr media
You lay upside down on your bed looking up through the skylight in your cell drumming lightly on your stomach. You jump a little hearing your cell door open but don’t move from your position.
“If it’s not Wick then I don’t want to talk.” You say blandly expecting the guards to be bringing your father into the room.
“Prisoner 224 please stand.” You flip over so you are sitting upright, crossing your legs.
“Why what’s going on?” Jason stood in the doorway, he was a guard you knew all too well. Jason was the main guard that arrested you.
“Kane you need to get up, I’m not going to ask you again.”
You sit back on your bed and cross your arms
“Then you’re gonna have to make me because I’m not going anywhere.” He sighs a little and gets out some kind of metal cuff while looking back at the other guards who put their hands on their weapons. They were smart to send more than one guard, you were notorious for putting up fights. Jason walks forward and reaches for you. You waste no time uncrossing your legs and kicking him straight in the balls. He hunches over groaning. The other two guards reach for you, you fight back one but the other gets you with his taser stick making you seize.
Jason stands and puts the cuff on you before you have a chance to recover. He and One of the other guards grab your arms and drag you out.
It took a second for you to recover but once you had control over your limbs again you immediately start kicking and thrashing against them. You had no clue where they were taking you but you knew it couldn’t be good, guards don’t just show up to your cell randomly.
“Where are you taking me! Let me go!” You scream trying to rip your arms from them but they only tightened their grip.
You saw your dad, he could give you answers. You have a rough relationship with him but you’re hoping he will help you.
“DAD!! Dad, please help me. what’s going on!?” You could see the pain and regret in his eyes as the guards struggled to get you to walk.
“Sedate her Abby.” Your heart dropped at his words.
“Marcus are you sure?”
“I said sedate her.” She nods and Jason gives her access to your arm.
“No no no please Abby please just tell me what’s going on” you cried.
“Sh it’s okay Y/N, you’re going to earth.” She sticks you with the needle and immediately you start to feel drowsy. Kane steps forward.
“Give her to me, I'll carry her to the dropship.” Kane picks you up bridal style and begins walking. “I’m sorry it had to be this was Y/N. I hope you know that I will always love you.” You try to speak but you could barely keep your eyes open, it wasn’t long till you were knocked out cold.
You jump awake trying to stand but you were strapped to a seat, looking around and see that you are in a drop-ship surrounded by the delinquents you’ve become friends with within the time you’ve been a prisoner.
“Monty, Jasper what’s going on?” Monty looks at you with a bright smile.
“Well, would you look at that, sleeping beauty is finally awake. We’re on a dropship going to Earth. Did no one tell you?” You scoff.
“Yeah after I got tased, yanked out of my cell, and drugged.” Monty and Jasper look at each other before laughing.
“Yeah you’re missing a key detail, the entire Ark probably heard the fight you put up.” You did a little bow in your seat.
“What can I say I needed to go out in true Y/N fashion.” Monty goes to say something but the ship suddenly jolts and alarms start to go off.
“What’s going on?!” You try to speak over the other delinquents and the blaring alarms.
“I think we just entered the atmosphere!” Monty yells back. It doesn’t take long for the ship to hit the ground. You look around and everyone freezes. “Listen, there’s no machine hun.”
“Woah, that’s a first,” Jasper half chuckles.
“I don’t think that’s a good thing Jasp,” You say hesitantly. Everyone starts to unbuckle themselves and go towards the door of the dropship.
“No. We can’t just open the doors” You look up hearing a familiar voice. Clarke. You didn’t know her very well but you knew her father Jake Griffin. Back on the ark, you saw him a lot while you were training under Sinclair to become an engineer, that’s also where you met your best friend Kyle Wick and where you were first introduced to Monty. You shook your head pushing Wick out of your thoughts. Not the time to think about him y/n.
“Hey, just back it up, guys.” Your head turns to another voice, one you didn’t recognize.
“Stop. The air could be toxic.” You roll your eyes a little.
“If the air is toxic, we’re all dead, anyway.” You step forward so you were in the view of both of them.
“He has a point, no reason for us to be locked in this metal coffin. I’d rather die out there than in here.” He smirks a little and Clarke shakes her head.
“Bellamy?” You had heard that voice before. Octavia Blake. You didn’t know her well, you had talked to her a few times in lockup.
“My God, look how big you are.” You step back a little not wanting to ruin the moment and look at Monty.
“Do you think we can get this backup and running?” He furs his brows.
“It’s not gonna be easy, I highly doubt they left us with the tools we’re gonna need.” You sigh before your head whips over to see the ship door opening and Octavia walking out. She takes in a deep breath stepping into the grass before raising her arms in the air.
“We’re back, bitches!” You laugh and run out with everyone, stopping as soon as your feet hit the ground. You look around in awe, bending down and running your fingertips over the grass. You stand back up and look at the dropship.
“Okay let’s see what’s going on with you.” You wipe your hands on your pants before climbing up the side of the ship. You look around the roof seeing missing panels and fried wires. “Well son of a bitch”
“Communication to the arch is impossible.” You jump a little almost falling but a hand catches your elbow.
“Maybe don’t sneak up on people when they are standing on a roof.” You look over at Finn who had caught your arm and then over to Wells who had been the one that scared you. You knew Finn, the infamous Spacewalker. Wells you also knew and he drove you absolutely insane. You sigh and rub your face.
“Thanks, Finn.” You look over at Wells “Gee great observation,” Wells puts his hands up in defense before going back down the side of the ship. You turn and look at Finn. “What do you think they’re gonna tell them?” He looks up at the sky and sighs.
“I have no clue. If we can’t talk to them maybe they’ll tell them we got some crazy virus and died.” You rub your face.
“We didn’t even get to say bye.” You took a deep breath and look around. “At least it’s beautiful here.” He nods and gives your arm a gentle reassuring squeeze.
“It’ll all work out one way or another.” You hun and look down at your wrists
“This thing is fucking uncomfortable.”  Finn reaches over and grabs a small metal bar that got knocked off in the landing.
“Let’s try and get them off then.”
“If you stab me I will push you off this drop-ship” you tease.
“Oh ye have little faith.” You snort and playfully push his face. Finn takes the metal trying to get the bracelet off but ends up scratching the cuff.
“Here let me try” he hands you the metal and you end up doing the same amount of damage Finn did.
“What are you gonna do now, Wells?” You look over to the side of the ship and then back at Finn with a raised eyebrow.
“Come on. Come on.” Finn rolls his eyes at Murphy’s Taunting.
“Can’t they just leave the dude alone?” You snort.
“He deserves it if you ask me.” Finn gives you a pointed look and rolls his eyes. Finn goes forward jumping down from the roof in between Murphy and Wells.
“Kid’s got one leg. How about you wait until it’s a fair fight?” Murphy rolls his eyes.
“Yeah whatever” Octavia walks up to Finn with a flirty smile.
“Hey Spacewalker, rescue me next” you clap your hands over your mouth to stop you from laughing. You take a moment to stretch before jumping down.
“We’re you trying to take this off?” You look over at Finn and Clarke.
“I tried taking it off of him, they make my arm sweaty.”
“This wristband transmits your vital signs to The Ark. Take it off, and they’ll think you’re dead.”
“and why Should we care?” You say crossing your arms over your chest.
“Well, I don’t know. Do you want the people you love to think you’re dead? Do you want them to follow you down here in two months? Because they won’t if they think we’re dying.”
“All the more reason to get these bracelets off. Let Kane think I’m dead because he’s already dead to me.” She shakes her head and Finn steps in.
“So when are we leaving.” Clarke turns her attention to him.
“Now.” Monty looks over at you.
“Are you coming with us Y/N?” You nod your head and stand next to Monty and Jasper. You were in for a long journey but you were on earth so it didn’t matter to you. Nothing else mattered to you.

One year after Praimfaya:
Grabbing your head, you slid down the wall to the floor, tears streaming down your face.
“Why won’t you just leave me alone?”
A hand reached for your knee, squeezing.
“Because I love you.”
You sniffled, shaking your head as you looked up.
“But you’re not here.”
Bellamy smiled, slightly tilting his head to the side.
“We promised, remember? Always by each other’s side.”
You shook your head, tears streaming down your face.
“I- bu- but yo-you broke it! You left me. You left me! You left me behind! Yo- you left me.”
He shook his head, tears welling in his eyes.
“I didn’t want to.”
You shook your head, lowering your head back onto your arms.
“YN, sweetheart, please, look at me.”
You sniffled, shaking your head. You tensed when he grabbed your arm, gently pulling at it, causing you to lift your head, looking over at him.
“If I could be here with you, I would. I would do anything, give anything, to be by your side. I never meant to leave you.
You sniffled, shaking your head.
“You hurt me.”
He shook his head, sighing softly.
I never meant to hurt you.”
“I- I’m going crazy. I- you have to stop.”
You shook your head, pushing yourself off the wall so you were standing, walking away from Bellamy.
“You’re not here. You’re in space. You’re so far away. I- I will always love you, Bellamy. But you- you need to stop. I- I can’t keep doing this.”
Bellamy stood up, walking towards you, wrapping his arms around your middle from behind, leaning his head down onto your shoulder.
“I’m still here because of you, sweetheart. Because I love you.”
You sighed, your shoulders slumping as you shook your head.
“Then you should leave because of me.”
You turned your head to the side, sighing when you didn’t see Bellamy, shaking your head as you fell to the floor, tears welling in your eyes.
“I love you too.”

One year and five months after Praimfaya:
“YN, listen to me. You’re a natblida. The clans will follow you.”
You shook your head, scoffing.
“Wonkru, you mean. There are no cans. We are all one clan. Wonkru.”
Gaia shook her head, sighing.
“Come on YN, even you don’t believe that.”
She reached out, placing her hand over yours, slightly squeezing.
“You can lead us, you should lead us. Be our commander.”
You shook your head as you stood, pulling your hand from hers.
“We tried that once, remember? A lifetime ago, and it didn’t work.”
Gaia sighed, shaking her head.
“Because we were facing our doom, and Roan had a way with words. You are a natblida, YN. If you ascend, the people will follow.”
“Octavia is my sister. I’m not going to turn my back on her, not now, not ever.”
“YN, the people are already fighting her.”
“Which is why we have the fights.”
You turned towards Gaia, shaking your head.
“You’re talking about a coupe. I won’t do it. And if I were you, I’d stop talking about it. Octavia is our queen. I will never turn my back on her. It’s time you stop trying to defy her.”

Two years after Praimfaya:
“YN.”
You shook your head, cutting Maria off as she walked further into the room.
“Don’t. I’ve already heard it from Rex. I don’t need to hear it from you either.”
“I wasn’t going to mention it.”
“You were thinking about it.”
“I wasn’t.”
“Sure.”
“But, if I was thinking about it, I’d agree with Rex.” “Maria.” “Don’t Maria me, YN.”
Glancing over at Maria, you shot her a look that fell flat. “You said you weren’t gonna mention it.” “Yeah well, you kept going.”
“I take it back.”
Maria grinned, shaking her head.
“Too late.”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
There was a knock, causing you to sigh as you got up, walking towards the door and opening it. You scoffed when you saw who it was, slamming the door shut. You turned, walking back into your room, clenching your jaw when you heard the door opening and closing.
“So help me Gaia-”
“I just want to talk YN”
You shook your head as you sat down on your bed, leaning back against the wall.
“No, you want to try to get me to become the commander. It’s the same conversation with you. All we do is talk in circles, and I’m tired of it. How many times do we have to have this same talk?
Gaia shook her head, slightly grinning.
“Until you agree.”
“Gaia-”
Gaia cut you off, taking a step forward.
“YN please. I promise, when you become the commander, everyone will follow you. They did it before, remember? When she refused to lead, you stepped up. For those two months, we all lived in peace. That was under your rule, not hers. Wanhei is our commander”
You shook your head as you crossed your arms over your chest, glaring at Gaia where she stood.
“No. I can’t. I won’t. There is too much at stake. I have people to take care of, a family.”
“You’re not the only one here with a family, YN. And you wouldn’t be alone in the fight. You have people who would stand with you.”
“Just like she does. Or did you forget that the majority of the guard is with her? And why does it have to be me? Literally anyone can start a rebellion. It doesn’t have to be me.”
“No, it can’t. You are Wanhei. Legendary Wanhei. You hold more power than you could possibly know.”
You tilted your head to the side, looking over at Gaia, slightly glaring at her.
“What would your mother have to say about this, hmm? If she learned that you are here, talking to me about treason. What then? Even she couldn’t stop Octavia from putting you in the pits.”
“She would understand. Even she knows that what Octavia is doing is wrong.”
“Yet she hasn’t stopped her.”
“Because she would be killed.”
You scoffed, shaking your head.
“And I wouldn’t? There is too-”
Gaia lifted her hand, cutting you off.
“Whether you like it or not, you are the only one who can stop this.”
You watched Gaia as she turned, walking towards the door, you called out to her when she opened the door, causing her to stop and turn back towards you.
“I’d appreciate it if you’d stop talking to Rex and the others. I’ve made my decision. And nothing will change it.”

Two years and four months after Praimfaya:
“Tensions are rising. They’re taking sides, drawing the battle lines.”
“Stop them.”
You shook your head, sighing.
“I’m not fighting a war.”
“Whether you like it or not, you are.”
You turned, looking over at Maria.
“Please, Maria, can’t you just listen to what I’m saying? I don’t want to fight her. I don’t want there to be another war. I don’t want to fight. All we’ve done since we landed is fight. And I’m tired of it.”
Maria sighed, walking towards you, reaching out and taking your hand in hers.
“I know you are, and you deserve the chance to be able to live in peace, truly. But I’m sorry. The only way to achieve that peace you want, is to fight. One last fight. One last war.”
You took a deep breath, mulling it over before you looked over at Maria, sighing.
“One last war.”
She nodded, leaning forward and pressing her forehead to yours.
“One last war.”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
Two years and eight months after Praimfaya:
“Surrender. Surrender and this can all end, today.”
Shaking your head, you winced as Octavia’s sword cut into your chest.
“Never.”
Octavia opened her mouth to say something when there was a yell, both of you turning. Your eyes widened as Octavia moved her sword away from you, swinging it out towards Maria.
“No!” You moved, tackling Octavia and kicking her sword away as you straddled her, grabbing her arms and holding her down.
“Maria?”
Your chest heaved as you turned, looking over at Maria where she laid.
“Maria!”
She groaned, causing you to panic more as you turned back towards Octavia, her eyes widening as you lifted your hand, punching her in the jaw. You scrambled away from her, falling to your knees next to Maria, your hands hovering over her as you looked her over, muttering.
“What did you do? What did you do?!”
Maria looked up at you, tears welling in her eyes.
“I’m sorry.”
You shook your head as you placed your hands on her stomach, applying pressure.
“Stop. You need to save your strength.”
“I’m sorry I’m doing this.”
You huffed, looking around for something to use to stop the blood as you shook your head.
“Doing what?”
“Dying.”
You tensed, looking down at her, clenching your jaw.
“You are not dying.”
You turned, screaming for help, seeing Octavia moving out the corner of your eye. You kept talking to Maria as the footsteps grew louder, Delania and Rex appearing next to you as Jackson kneeled across from you.
“What happened?”
One of Jackson’s students appeared next to him, moving your hands out of the way as he pressed gauze onto Maria’s wound.
You leaned back onto your legs, tears welling in your eyes as you shook your head.
“She- she took the hit for me.”
Jackson’s face fell slightly as he nodded, more people arriving. You helped them pick Maria up, placing her on the gurney. You held Maria’s hand, tears clouding your vision as you all rushed to medical.
“YN.”
You looked down at Maria, shaking your head.
“No. I’m not going to li-”
She grabbed your wrist, shaking her head, causing her to wince.
“Please. Take care of Raelyn.”
Jackson looked over at you, shaking his head.
“We have to put her under now, if we want to save her.”
Maria tightened her grip on you, slightly shaking her head as she started to shake.
“Please ai niron. Promise me.” (my love)
“I promise.”
You leaned down, pressing your lips to hers, tasting blood.
“But you’re not dying today.”
She started to seize, blood falling from her mouth as Jackson yelled at you to leave. Tears were streaming down your face as Delani and Rex pulled you out of medical. You shoved them away from you, rushing towards the trash can, heaving. You leaned against the wall, bent over at your knees as you took deep breaths.
“Where is she?”
You shook your head, looking over Delani.
“Where. Is. She.”
“Still in C-block I believe.”
You nodded, standing up and making your way down the hall, Delani and Rex following after you.
“YN, YN wait!”
Rex grabbed your arm, forcing you to turn back towards him, causing you to glare at him.
“If she’s still there, and that’s a big if, Miller and the rest of the guard will also be there. You’d be walking into a death trap.”
“I don’t care.”
“If you go there, she will kill you. And then what? All of this would have been for nothing.”
You pulled your arm from Rex’s grasp, glaring at him.
“I. Don’t. Care.”
Delani stepped forward, placing his hand on Rex’s shoulder, causing Rex to look over at him.
“Let her go.”
“Delani-”
Rex was cut off when Jackson appeared, walking towards the three of you.
“Jackson?”
Jackson looked over at you, slowly shaking his head.
“YN, I- I’m so sorry.”
You took a step back, shaking your head.
“But Maria, she- she lost too much blood. She coded after her seizure, and we couldn’t bring her back.”
Tears welled in your eyes as you walked towards Jackson, stopping in front of him, shaking your head.
“Yo- you have to say it. You have to say it, Jackson.”
Jackson took a deep breath as he reached out, placing his hand on your forearm.
“Maria died. She’s dead.”
A broken scream escaped you as you fell to the floor, tears streaming down your face. Delani knelt next to you, grabbing you and pulling you into his chest as you screamed and sobbed, your screams heard all throughout the bunker. You stayed there for hours, Delani staying next to you while Rex and Antara stood guard at one end of the hall, Fara and Norix standing guard at the other end of the hall.
“Rae- Raelyn.”
“We’ll get her.”
You shook your head, leaning back so you could look at Delani.
“No. It- she needs to hear it from me. It should be me.”
Delani sighed, nodding.
“Alright, but perhaps we can clean up first, yeah?”
You looked down at your clothes, seeing the blood stained on them. Maria’s blood. You nodded, looking over at Delani.
“Raelyn should be with the other kids so the room should be empty.”
Delani nodded, placing his hand under your chin, gently forcing you to look up so you weren’t staring at the blood anymore.
“We’ll send Fara, just to be safe.”
“She can’t tell Raelyn if she’s there.”
“She won’t. I promise. But just to be sure, I’ll let her know not to say anything.”
You nodded, watching Delani as he stood, walking down the hall to Fara, the two talking before Fara left, Delani returning to your side.

Three years and six months after Praimfaya:
“This is wrong YN.”
You scoffed, shaking your head as you pulled your cloak on, glancing at the spot where he stood.
“You’re not really here Bellamy. You don’t get an opinion in the matter, or a say in it.”
“Except I will be here, in a year, I’ll be here. I’ll have a say then.”
You huffed, turning on your heel, walking to the door.
“That sounds like a then me problem.”
Bellamy fluttered away when you walked through him, slamming your door shut behind you.
I wouldn’t want this YN. You know I wouldn’t.
You shook your head, scoffing as you walked down the hall.
“It doesn’t matter what you want. Not anymore.”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
Four years after Praimfaya:
“Momma!”
You turned, smiling as Raelyn ran to you, falling to your knees, letting her wrap her arms around your neck as you leaned down.
“Ai strik skaifaya.” (my little star)
You leaned back, pushing a loose strand of hair behind her ear, you hand lingering on her cheek.
“Did you have fun with your ani?” (aunt)
She nodded, her face breaking out into a big smile as you stood, picking her up, holding her on your hip.
“Yes! She showed me the pits and we spared with the sticks!”
You made a face, tilting your head to the side, seeing Delani walking towards you both.
“She showed you the pits?”
Raelyn nodded as Delani shot you a look, causing you to shrug in response as he sat down at the table.
“Yeah! It was a lot of fun!”
You shook your head, looking over at her, grinning.
“Guess what my little skaifaya?”
“What?”
“Delani has a surprise he wants to show you. Just for you.”
She jumped, squirming in your arms as she turned towards Delani, making grabby hands at him. He laughed, getting up and taking Raelyn from you, Raelyn wrapping her arms around his neck. He tickled her sides, causing her to laugh, a smile growing on your face as you watched the two.
“Are you ready to go see your surprise, strik won?” (little one)
Raelyn nodded, laughing as she clapped her hands.
“Yes! Yes! Please!”
Delani laughed, nodding towards you.
“Give your momma a hug and a kiss and we’ll go.”
Raelyn nodded, trying to get out of Delani’s arms, Delani laughing as he put her on the floor, Raelyn running to you. You knelt down, wrapping your arms around Raelyn as she pressed a sloppy kiss to your cheek.
“Love you momma!”
You smiled, kissing her forehead.
“I love you to, little skaifaya. Be good for your uni, okay?” (uncle)
She nodded, jumping up and down.
“I will. Promise!”
You laughed as she ran back towards Delani, Delani picking her up, handing her to one of the guards, promising her it was a part of her surprise when she deflated. Once Raelyn was out of the room, he turned towards you, tilting his head to the side as you stood.
“She showed Raelyn the pits?”
You nodded, clenching your jaw.
"Of course, she did. Blodreina can do no wrong.”
Delani shook his head, shooting you a look.
“What are you going to do?”
You turned towards Delani, shaking your head.
“She may be Blodreina, but Raelyn is my child. And I specifically told her that I didn’t want Raelyn anywhere near the pits. Nor do I want her learning how to fight. She’s still a kid.
“Delani nodded, crossing his arms over his chest.
“I know, but she’s only doing what she’s being. All of us grew up learning how to fight.”
You huffed, throwing your hands up, glaring at Delani.
“She just turned four! She’s still too young to be holding a sword, let alone seeing the pits!”
Delani placed his hand on your arm, shaking his head.
“YN, don’t do anything you’ll regret. Raelyn already lost her mother, she doesn’t- she can’t lose you too.”
You shook your head, walking towards the door.
“She won’t.”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
You glared at the guards who were blocking the entrance, stopping you from entering.
“Ban we au gon ai wonwe.” (move out of my way)
They didn’t move, causing you to huff as you crossed your arms over your chest.
“Nau.” (now)
“Teik emon gouthru klir.” (let her pass)
They moved their spears back to their sides, stepping to the side. You huffed, nodding as you walked into the room, glaring at Octavia. She was sitting in her throne, watching you as you walked towards her, fiddling with her knife.
“Are you out of your mind? You took Raelyn to the pits?”
Gaia shared a look with Indra as you stepped closer to Octavia, glaring at her.
“After I told you I didn’t want her anywhere near them?!”
“YN, maybe you should-”
You glanced at Indra, shaking your head.
“No.”
You turned back towards Octavia, glaring at her.
“You showed her the pits and then you sparred with her? Are you insane?!”
“Every child must learn to fight.”
You shook your head, pointing a finger at her as she twirled her knife against the armrest of the throne.
“No! Not every child! They have a choice.”
She lifted her head, tilting her head to the side as she looked you over.
“Except Raelyn. You took that choice from her.”
“She just turned four! I told you, I do not want her to learn how to fight until she makes the choice for herself!”
She shrugged, returning her attention to her knife.
“She asked me.”
You scoffed, shaking your head.
“No, the mighty Blodreina mentioned it. Raelyn has never expressed an interest in fighting.”
You stepped closer to her, yanking the knife from her grasp, causing her to look up at you, glaring at you as you threw her knife to the floor, placing your hands on the armrests of her throne, leaning down towards her.
“Raelyn is not to go near the pits again and you are not to spare with her.”
Octavia scoffed, shaking her head as she clenched her jaw.
“I believe Wanhei has forgotten her place. She is not in charge her. I am.”
She stood up, causing you to take a step back.
“Wanhei ste ded. Teik emon kom emon baggeda. Bokn ai nomon ste dednes. Kep emon der.” (wanhei is tired. take her to her room. being a mother is exhausting. keep her there)
The guards standing beside her nodded, moving towards you and reaching for your arms. You scoffed, pulling your arms back, glaring up at them.
“Nou toch op emon.” (don’t touch me)
You turned, walking towards the door before you stopped, turning back around, matching Octavia’s glare.
“Blodreina is not allowed near my daughter again. When I see my sister instead of Blodreina, then you can see her.”
The guards pushed your forward, causing you to huff as they escorted you to your room.
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
You jumped up when the alarms sounded, running to your door and opening it. The guards Octavia had bring you to your room once again blocked your path, causing you to glare up at them.
“Ashon!” (move)
They shook their heads, barely sparing you a glance.
“Kom nau!” (now)
“Osir don hedon.” (we have orders)
“My daughter is out there! Now move, or I will make you.”
They glanced at each other before they stepped to the side, causing you to nod.
“Smart choice.”
You ran down the hall, pushing your way through the people who were running to their rooms.
“Delani! Delani!”
You ran into his room, your eyes widening when you didn’t see him or Raelyn. You turned, running back out of the room.
“Wanhei! Wanhei!”
You turned, watching as Rex ran towards you, his chest heaving.
“They took them!”
You made a face, tilting your head to the side.
“Who took who?”
“Blodreina. Sh- she took Delani and Raelyn.”
Your eyes widened as you turned, running to the pits. Octavia’s guards lined the fencing of the pits and the walls, each of them watching you as you ran to the front. You gasped, coming to a stop as your eyes landed on them. Octavia stood over Raelyn, a bloodied sword in her hands.
“No!”
You ran forward, falling to your knees beside Raelyn, picking her up as tears welled in your eyes.
“Raelyn?”
You pushed her hair back out of her face, your eyes widening when you saw the streak of blood they left behind on her forehead. You looked her over, seeing the growing spot of blood on her front.
“No.”
You shook your head, sniffling.
“No, no. Raelyn, Raelyn sweetie, wake up.”
She didn’t move, causing you to shake your head as you reached up, wiping your tears.
“Ai strik skaifaya, beja.” (my little star, please)
You hesitated as you reached down to her neck, checking her pulse.
“Please little star.”
You leaned down, placing your forehead against hers when you felt no pulse, sobbing.
“Strik skaifaya!” (little star)
You sniffled, taking deep breaths as you leaned back, looking over at Octavia, your eyes landing on her sword that dripped blood.
“You did this.”
You shook your head, gently lowering Raelyn to the floor before you stood, stalking towards Octavia.
“You did this!”
You slammed into her, pushing her to the floor. You punched her, tears streaming down your face.
“You did this! You did this!”
You continued to hit her until someone grabbed you, yanking you off her.
“Let me go! Let me go!”
They tightened their grip on you as they pulled you away from Octavia, someone helping her stand. She looked at you as she wiped the blood from her lip, slightly shaking her head as you tried to pull yourself free.
“Let me go!”
She nodded at the person who was holding you, causing them to let you go. You sniffled, turning back towards Raelyn. You knelt beside her, reaching out and hesitantly closing her eyes before you picked her up, ignoring the way her head rolled to the side, hitting your chest as you walked out of the pits.
“YN, you kno-”
You shook your head, glaring.
“No.”
No one stopped you as you walked out of the pits. Everyone starting to come out of their rooms now that the alarms had stopped, stopping when they saw you. No one stopped you, but you could hear their whispers and murmurs as you passed them.
“YN?”
You looked up, seeing Delani come out of a room, holding his side, his hand bloodied. He went to say something when his eyes widened, looking up at you as tears welled in his eyes, shaking his head. “No.”
You said nothing as you walked past him, hearing him follow behind you.
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
Five years after Praimfaya:
There were whispers, of the shadow who stalked the bunker. Wonkru refused to call you by your new name, Trikdaun, instead choosing to call you Kriptrikova, the demon shadow. Blodreina called for your head, the elites patrolling the halls, searching for you. It’d been a year since you went into hiding, keeping to the shadows, away from prying eyes. Bellamy and the others were meant to return yesterday, but there was nothing. No sign of any attempts to open the bunker from the outside. No radio calls were made, the same static sound the only thing received. Time was given, the slither of hope that’d been lost years ago had returned, but twenty-four hours later, and that hope was once again squandered. It’d settled in, the reality that this was life now, and there was no chance of ever leaving the bunker. It also brought a sense of dread, because while the visions you’d have of Bellamy had slowed, they were no longer a prominent fixture like they were the first two years. But you’d been seeing again, since the announcement came over the speakers that the bunker was going to be our new reality, you started to see him again. He never said anything, and all it did was confirm what you’d known for some time, Bellamy was dead. It was real now, with them not returning, it solidified that they were dead. And now there was nothing stopping you.
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
“Gaia.”
She jumped, her eyes wide as she turned towards you.
“YN?”
You stepped out of the shadows, pulling the hood of your cloak down.
“You told me once that Wanhei is our commander. That the people would follow.”
Gaia took a deep breath, nodding.
“I did.”
“So then do it. Make me the commander.”
Gaia’s eyes widened as she gasped softly, slightly shaking her head.
“YN-”
“No. Wanhei is the commander and the people will follow. Make me the commander Gaia, or I’ll find someone who will.”
Gaia stepped forward, shaking her head.
“No, no. I’ll do it, but YN, are you sure?”
“I’m here, aren’t I?”
“No, I mean, are you sure that you should do this now? Yo- you’re grieving. I’m not sure-”
“Do you want to spend the rest of our lives under Blodreina’s rule? How many more people have to die before she’s stopped?”
“YN, I just want you to be sure. It’s could be dangerous-”
“That wasn’t a problem before. You weren’t worried about it being dangerous when you would come to my room every week and beg me to do it. Nor were you worried about it when you’d go behind my back and talk to the others. You’re not worried that it’s dangerous. You’re worried that I’ll be like Sheidheda. I promise you, I won’t. Yeah, I’m angry. And yeah, I want her dead. But this isn’t about me. This is about those we’ve lost, and those still living. It’s about who we are. Things need to change. Or we’re all going to die as monsters.”
Gaia took a deep breath as she turned, walking away from you.
“Gaia-”
She moved some things around before she turned, walking back towards you and opening her hand, showing the flame.
“Let’s get started.”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
Five years and four months after Praimfaya:
“This end’s today!”
Everyone cheered, lifting their weapons.
“Nou Blodreina nowe!” (blodreina no more)
“Nou Blodreina nowe! Nou Blodreina nowe!”
The cheering turned to screams as a flash bomb went off, smoke grenades being thrown not long after.
“Nyxheda! Nyxheda this way!”
Delani grabbed your arm, pulling you away as you covered your face with your other arm. It was hard to see through the smoke, people slamming into you as they tried to get away. Delani pulled you out into the hallway as the alarm sounded, the lights turning red when the first gunshot sounded, causing you to stop, pulling your arm from Delani.
“Nyxheda, no!”
You turned back towards Delani, shaking your head.
“Those are my people! I will not stand by while they’re being slaughtered!”
You turned to run back when Delani grabbed you, holding you down. You managed to wiggle free, reaching back and punching Delani in the face, causing him to let you go. You ran back in, trying to help those you could, get out. When the smoke cleared, you gasped, your eyes widening. Bodies laid on the floor, blood practically covering the entire floor.
“Oh god.”
Tears welled in your eyes as you looked around, slightly shaking your head.
“Nyxheda?”
You turned, seeing Delani and Gaia slowly walk in, looking around, their eyes widening.
“Blodreina did this. She has to pay.”
“YN, the flame can’t be telling you t-”
“It is! They are all screaming for vengeance. Including Lexa. So don’t try to tell me that this is wrong or try and talk me out of it. Because I’m done. One way or the other, this ends, today.”
You turned, walking out, your hand on the hilt of your sword. The voices from the flame were growing louder, overlapping as you walked down the hall. You turned, letting out a scream as you slammed your fist into the wall. You leaned back against the wall, sliding down to the floor, drawing your knees up to your chest, resting your arms on top of your legs, looking your hand over. Your hand was bleeding, the black blood spreading as you tried to wipe it so you could see the damage but all you were really doing was making a bigger mess. The blood spread, covering the top of your hand. You opened and closed your hand, testing the pain when you realized, the flame had stopped talking.
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
It was quiet, too quiet. The lights still flashed red, but the alarms had stopped and now everything was quiet.
“Nyxheda.”
You turned your head, looking up, seeing Delani and Gaia, Rex walking out from behind them. He moved to kneel next to you, nodding towards your hand.
“We should clean that up, yeah?”
You said nothing as you gave Rex your hand, watching as he started to clean the blood away.
“We- there’s twenty-eight dead. A couple are injured, but so far, they don’t look life threatening. Norix, he was- he didn’t make it.”
You clenched your jaw as Rex wrapped your knuckles, Gaia stepping forward, moving to kneel in front of you.
“Blodreina and her guards are waiting, they’re at the border.”
Once Rex was done you clenched and unclenched your hand, nodding as you stood.
“Then it’s time we go to war.”
Rex stood, shooting you a look.
“Wait. Are you hurt anywhere else?”
You clenched your jaw, shaking your head.
“No.”
“YN, you went back where they were openly shooting. Are you sure that you weren’t hit?”
You huffed, nodding.
“I’m sure.”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
She was waiting, just like Gaia said. Standing in the middle of her people, waiting. You stopped in front of her, the line separating Wonkru and Dokwokru between you both. She looked you over before she glanced at your people, the group of them standing on either side of you and behind you.
“You’re still alive.”
“Shocker, I know. But you did kill others, good people.”
She clenched her jaw, looking over at those next to you.
“You all have a choice, one I’ve offered you before. Join Wonkru, and live.”
Her people stood taller, yelling as one.
“You are Wonkru or you are the enemy of Wonkru!”
She smirked, nodding slightly.
“You are Wonkru or you are the enemy of Wonkru. You still have a chance to live.”
She looked over at you, slightly shaking her head.
“It doesn’t have to be like this.”
You clenched your jaw, tightening your grip on the hilt of your sword.
“Yes, it did.”
You charged forward, lifting your sword and bringing it down towards her, everyone else starting to fight.
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
It was chaos. Everyone was fighting each other, and between the fights were those trying to help the injured. Somehow you’d found your way into the arena, just you and her. Your hand burned while the flame yelled at you to finish it, finish her. She’d lifted her pistol, aiming it at you but you hit her hand, causing her to miss, the gunshot ringing in your ears as you kicked the pistol away from her. You punched her in the face, her head snapping to the side from the force of it while you kicked her legs out, causing her to fall to the floor. You climbed on top of her, placing the tip of your knife at her throat, your grip on the hilt of it tightening as you leaned down towards her, looking down at her.
“The twin.” You smirked slightly as you turned, looking over at Octavia. “The girl under the floor.” She grinned, nodding. “We’re going to get along just fine.”
“You both act like a married couple.” Octavia looked between you both, her eyes slowly widening. “Oh my god, you’re together! This is the best thing ever.”
“Thank you.” Octavia grinned, shrugging. “Well, you are my future sister-in-law.”
“Promise me, you won’t put my name on the list but Bellamy will be on there. Him and Octavia both.” Clarke took a deep breath, nodding as she leaned forward, grabbing your hand. “I promise.”
“She can’t die Clarke, please.” Clarke squeezed your hand, offering you a small smile as Octavia was taken to medical. “She won’t. I promise.”
“It’s my decision YN. I know what the odds are. And if I fall, at least Bellamy’ll have you.” You sighed, nodding as you wrapped your arms around her. Octavia hesitated before she returned the hug, sighing. “Make sure you kick their asses.” “I will.”
“For five years? We’ll make it our bitch.” Octavia snorted a laugh, shaking her head. “Thank you.” “For what?" “For being here.”
“No. She needs to do this herself.” You scoffed, shaking your head as you grabbed your knife. “Wanhei and Oeslaya together.”
“It’s okay, YN. Bellamy would want you to be happy.” “It just, it feels wrong.” Octavia shook her head, kneeling in front of you and grabbing your hand. “YN, you deserve to be happy. So, if she makes you happy, then be with her. It’s okay.”
“Octavia, this is Raelyn. She’s Maria’s daughter.” You glanced over at Maria, seeing her nod, offering you a small smile. “And mine.” Octavia smiled, reaching her hand out towards Raelyn. “Hi sweetheart.” Raelyn made a face at Octavia’s hand, causing you to grin as you bounced her in your arms. “It’s okay, this is your aunt, your ani.” Octavia looked up at you, tears welling in her eyes. “Really?” You nodded, smiling. “Of course Octavia, you’re my sister. You’re family.”
Your grip on your knife loosened as you leaned up, the flame growing louder, the voices of the previous commanders overlapping over each other.
“No.”
You moved the knife away from her neck, shaking your head.
“No. No, this isn’t- I won’t. Too many lives have been lost. I won’t add my sister to the list.”
Octavia leaned up slightly, clenching her jaw.
“But I will.”
She grabbed your hand holding the knife, a sickening crack sounding as she twisted your hand, plunging the knife in your chest. You gasped a choked cough, blood spilling from your mouth. You slowly lowered your head, looking down at the knife. Octavia jerked the knife up as your hand let the knife go, the force of it causing you to fall back, Octavia moving to lean over you.
“Yu gonplei ste odon Nyxheda.” (your fight is over)
You gasped as she plunged the knife deeper, coughing up more blood. With a harsh yank she pulled the knife out, blood pouring from the wound. She stood, dropping the knife as you started to choke on your own blood, walking around the arena. You slowly turned your head, your vision becoming blurry as you watched her pick something up. She turned, walking back towards you, cocking her gun. She stood over you, aiming at your head.
“The war is over.”
You closed your eyes when the gunshot sounded, expecting to feel nothing. But you could still feel the pain in your chest. Peeking your eyes open, you saw Octavia running away as more gunshots sounded. Slowly turning your head, you blearily made out Delani leading the others as Gaia kneeled next to you.
“Nyxheda.”
Coughing, you turned to look at her, shaking your head.
“Ga- Gaia.”
You lifted your hand, noticing the shake as Gaia took it in hers.
“You’re gonna be okay. We did it. Wonkru’s forces are no more. Those still standing surrendered. Blodreina is on the run.”
You smiled, coughing as you nodded.
“We did it.”
She nodded, smiling down at you.
“We did it. You did it.”
“I- I did it.”
“Gaia!”
You watched as she turned, yelling.
“Here!”
“Oh my god.”
You looked over, seeing Jackson kneeling next to you. You grinned, coughing.
“Hey Doc. Do- Don’t think you can get m-me out of this one this time.”
He shook his head, cutting your blood-soaked shirt and peeling it away.
“Don’t underestimate me. I’ve gotten you out of some pretty bad situations before.”
You laughed, gasping as you coughed, Jackson shooting you a look.
“Stop laughing. And stop talking.”
“Aye aye, Doc.”
You turned your head to the side, letting Jackson work, sighing softly.
“Maria.”
Maria smiled, tears welling in your eyes when Raelyn ran out from behind her.
“Strik skaifaya.” (little star)
The tears started to fall as they walked towards you, Maria kneeling next to you, Raelyn sitting beside her.
“You’re here.”
Maria smiled as she nodded, reaching out and cupping your cheek.
“Always, ai niron.” (my love)
Gaia shook her head, slightly tapping her hand against your cheek.
“Keep your eyes open, YN.”
“You- the flame. When I die-”
She shook her head, squeezing your hand.
“You are not dying.”
“When I die, you have to- to take the flame.”
“YN-”
“Pro- promise me.”
Gaia sighed, nodding.
“I promise.”
“YN.”
You gasped, your eyes widening slightly as you smiled.
“Bellamy.”
He smiled as he kneeled next to you, pushing your hair back out of your face.
“I’ve missed you. So much.”
“Not like me.”
He laughed, nodding.
“Fair.”
“Open your eyes YN!”
You gasped, your eyes opening. Jackson leaned over you, pushing your hair back out of your face.
“We almost lost you there for a second. I know you’re stubborn, but at least work with me and not against me.”
You huffed, nodding.
“I’m going to put you under, here. I can’t risk moving you so, we’re going to do the surgery here.”
You nodded, muttering a soft “okay” as Jackson disappeared from your view.
“YN.”
You turned, gasping.
“Lexa.”
Gaia’s eyes widened, looking down at you. Your eyes were closed, a soft smile on your face as you muttered.
“Lexa.”
Gaia held her hand out when Jackson went to put you under, shaking her head.
“No.”
“Gaia if I don’t-”
“It won’t matter. It’s too late.”
Lexa kneeled next to you, smiling.
“You’ve done well strik gona. You’ve fought well.” (little warrior)
“I’m tired.”
She nodded, grabbing your hand, gently squeezing.
“I know. And it’s okay. You can rest now.”
Delani was kneeling next to Gaia, tears in his eyes as he squeezed your hand.
“You can rest now YN. We’ll be okay.”
They watched you take a shaky, broken breath, your eyes slowly falling shut. Delani gasped a broken sob as your hand fell limp in his. He turned towards Rex, Fara and Antara glaring.
“Find Blodreina.”
They nodded, leaving the arena where Octavia had run out. Someone had come up behind Delani, handing him your cloak. Delani placed it over you, tears streaming down his face, blurring his vision.
“Nyxheda has fallen.”

Eight Months Later: (six years after praimfaya)
He’d looked everywhere, but he couldn’t find her anywhere, causing him to panic. He found Indra once he was back above ground, making his way to her.
“Indra.”
She turned, looking up at him.
“Bellamy.”
“Indra, where is Octavia? Where’s my sister?”
Indra shook her head, sighing softly.
“A lot has happened, Bellamy. Things are different now.”
“Where is she?”
“Indra.”
Indra turned, nodding slightly.
“Bellamy, this is Delani.”
Delani turned, looking Bellamy over, slightly glaring at him.
“He’s one of the four in charge. He can answer whatever questions you have.”
Bellamy nodded, looking up at Delani.
“Where’s my sister?”
Delani huffed, looking back down at Indra.
“Rex, Antara and Fara are waiting for you.”
Indra nodded, walking off, Bellamy crossing his arms over his chest as he glared up at Delani.
“Well?”
Delani clenched his jaw, looking over at Bellamy.
“She’s alive.”
“Where is she?”
“There are some things you need to know first.”
Delani turned, walking off. He huffed as he came to a stop, looking over his shoulder.
“Are you coming or not?”
Bellamy clenched his jaw as he nodded, muttering as he followed after him.
“Yeah, I’m coming.”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
Tears welled in Bellamy’s eyes as he looked down at the journal, shaking his head.
“She’s alive. Sh- she made it.”
Delani hummed softly, watching as Bellamy slowly flipped through the journal.
“There were six of us. We brought her back. And we protected her. When she woke up and was stable, she started to write. I have them all.”
Bellamy slightly made a face, tilting his head to the side as he looked over at Delani.
“You do? Why?”
“She stopped writing for a time, but then she picked it back up.”
“Why do you have her journals?”
Bellamy shook his head, huffing.
“Why are you the one telling me all of this? Where is she? Where is YN?”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
Bellamy followed behind Delani, making a face as he eyed the two men who stood next to the door.
“Where are we going?”
Delani didn’t answer him as he opened the door, nodding as motioned for Bellamy to go first. Bellamy shot him a look as he walked by him, his eyes widening as he walked in, Delani closing the door as he entered.
“What is-”
“You wanted to know where she is. This is where she is.”
Bellamy made a face, shaking his head.
“I don’t-”
“YN was killed eight months ago. By your sister.”
Bellamy’s mouth fell open as he turned, looking over at Delani.
“What?”
“Octavia became a tyrant. She was Blodreina. She killed YN’s girlfriend. And then she killed her daughter. So, YN became Nyxheda.”
“Nyxheda?”
“Shadow Commander.”
Delani walked towards the table, picking something up, turning towards Bellamy, lifting his hand, showing the flame.
“This is YN. She was our Commander. She led us here, to today.”
“What happened?”
“There was a war. It started at the border, but it ended in the arena. YN- the flame was angry. Octavia was supposed to protect us, but instead she killed us. And they were angry. YN was fueled by her own vengeance, the loss of you, and the vengeance of the flame.”
“Loss of me?”
“On the five-year mark, when there was no sign that you were coming, that was the day she became the Commander."
Bellamy stopped breathing, shaking his head. If only they could've made radio contact, then maybe, just maybe everything could've been avoided and YN would still be here.
"And when it came down to it, she chose to let Octavia live. She couldn’t do it. Octavia was her family, her sister. She’d always said that she could never turn on Octavia, could never hurt her, no matter how many times we pleaded with her to become the Commander, she would always say no. She chose to let Octavia live, and Octavia chose to kill her. I wasn’t with her, not until the end, but Gaia was with her. Her and Jackson. Gaia said that YN saw you. She saw you, Maria, Raelyn. She even saw Lexa. After- after we’d captured Octavia, and we’d helped the wounded, this place was built.”
Delani turned, placing the flame back on the small stand on the table.
“A sanctuary built to honor those we’ve lost, and honor the one who saved us. I have her journals because YN trusted me to have them.”
He grabbed the remaining journals, handing them to Bellamy.
“But I believe she would’ve wanted you to have them.”
Bellamy reached for the journals, tears falling down his face as he looked down at them.
“You haunted her.”
Bellamy sniffled, making a face as he looked over at Delani, whispering.
“What?”
“She saw you everywhere. She told me the first time she saw you was when she was out there, trying to get to the island. But she said she was delirious and in pain, so she didn’t think anything of it. Not until it happened when she was in the bunker. She always said she couldn’t hurt Octavia, but really, I think the main reason why she couldn’t was because of you. Because she still loved you. The journals can tell you more. They will tell you more. She was more honest with them than with me.”
Delani sighed softly, nodding.
“Octavia is in the cells. YN refused to kill her, and no matter my feelings, I will honor her wishes. I always will. So, Octavia lives. If you want, I can take you to her.”
Bellamy nodded, taking a deep breath as he looked over at Delani.
“Take me to her.”
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
Bellamy’s head was racing as he stood in front of the door, taking a few deep breaths before he reached out, opening the door. She was sitting on the bench, looking down at the floor. She slowly looked up, her eyes widening as she gasped.
“Bellamy.”
She jumped up, running towards him, wrapping her arms around him. She stepped back when he didn’t return the hug, nodding slightly.
“You know.”
She walked back to the bench, sitting down and leaning back against the wall, crossing her arms over her chest.
“Well, go on, get it out. Say it.”
Bellamy scoffed softly, shaking his head.
“I- ho- how could you?”
“She deserved to die. You are Wonkru or you are the enemy of Wonkru. And she was my enemy.”
Bellamy shook his head, laughing harshly.
“Do you hear yourself? YN was your friend. She considered you to be her sister!”
Octavia clenched her jaw, tilting her head to the side.
“You think I don’t know that? That I don’t know what she did for me? What she lost? I told her to be with Maria. I was Raelyn’s ani.”
“Then why did you do it?”
Octavia looked away from Bellamy, scoffing.
“She deserved it.”
Bellamy shook his head, huffing.
“No, she didn’t. Look at me.”
Octavia shook her head, causing Bellamy to take a step forward, growling.
“Look at me.”
She turned, looking back at him, clenching her jaw.
“You are my sister, but you are not my responsibility.”
Bellamy turned, banging on the door. Once it opened, he walked out, not sparing Octavia a glance. Once the door shut behind him, she leaned her head back, tears welling in her eyes.
・☆: *.☽.* :☆・
Bonus:
Gaia was checking the back of Madi’s neck, Delani helping her while Clarke checked on Madi, making sure she was okay. Bellamy stood at the door frame; his arms crossed over his chest as he watched them all work.
“Madi?”
Clarke shot a worried look at Gaia, Gaia walking around the bed so she was in front of Madi, kneeling next to Clarke.
“Madi, how are you feeling?”
“Ani.”
Clarke made a face, tilting her head to the side.
“Ani?”
Gaia looked over at Clarke, translating.
“Aunt.”
Gaia’s eyes widened as she leaned forward, looking up at Madi.
“Aunt. You’re talking about YN.”
Bellamy’s heart started to race as Madi nodded, smiling as she stood up.
“No wait, Madi-”
She walked past Clarke and Gaia, walking towards Bellamy and grabbing his hand. He slightly made a face, moving to kneel in front of her.
“She says hi.”
Tears welled in Bellamy’s eyes as Madi let his hand go, moving to hug him, her head on his shoulder as she spoke.
“She says she loves you and she’ll always be by your side.”
A broken sob left Bellamy, remembering the day they made that promise.
“I thought you were dead.”
Bellamy shook his head, leaning down, softly pressing his lips to yours.
“I’m right here.”
You sighed, slightly shaking your head as you bit your lip.
“But you weren’t.”
He ran his hands up the top of your thighs, shaking his head as he crowded into your space, placing his hand under your chin and gently forcing you to look up at him.
“I promise, I’ll always be by your side. I’m not going anywhere.”
You nodded, sighing.
“Okay.”
You placed your hand on his chest, the other creeping behind his neck, playing with the coarse hair.
“And I promise you, I’ll always be by your side.”
You leaned up, Bellamy closing the remaining distance between you, kissing you. You leaned back first, pressing your forehead to his.
“Always.”

Raven lays, tied up, eyes wandering the room for her next target. You wish you didn’t feel bad for her, you know Ravens going to be okay - she has to be - but for the moment you can’t stop the hopelessness that seeps into your heart as you look at Ravens exhausted body.
Noticing your eyes filled with worry, Bellamy takes your hand in his. His warm touch instantly calms you, and you release the tension you didn’t know you were holding in your shoulders.
“Hey,” he whispers, giving your hand a squeeze as you turn to face him, “How are you doing?”
You sigh, giving him a small shrug, “Probably same as you,” you admit to him, forcing a smile on your lips, “It sucks seeing your friends hurt.”
“Friend?” Raven speaks up, or at least the monster controlling her does, “You think she’s your friend?” ALLIE refers to Raven, rolling her eyes and letting out a scoff.
To start with, you and Bell try to ignore Raven, not even wanting to give her the satisfaction of getting a rise from either of you. “I’m sure it’ll be over soon,” Bellamy smiles, pressing a quick kiss to your lips, “it’s only a matter of time.”
Raven hums loudly, “Isn’t he a great kisser?”
You frown, almost laughing at loud at the ridiculous nature of the question. Turning to Raven, you send her an incredulous look, “What?”
“Bellamy,” she responds, her brown eyes drifting to your boyfriend, looking him up and down slowly. It makes your heart race as a frown finds its way to your face, “His lips. They’re perfect, at least that’s what Raven thinks.”
Crossing your arms, you watch Raven closely, “Didn’t realise Raven had a crush on Bell.” You smile, nonchalant as you try to ignore the gut feeling that ALLIE is talking about more than just some crush.
Bellamy is stiff, his hand pressing against yours slightly as he becomes nervous, “Just ignore her, she’s trying to get a rise from us. And it won’t work.”
Raven smirks, tilting her chin up and staring Bellamy down, “I know a few things that could work on you... love.”
Your face falls. The faint resemblance of disbelief and laughter turns into something more serious. Letting go of your hand, Bellamy points a finger at Raven, as his voice booms, “Don’t call me that.”
“Bell?” You mumble, your voice sounding small and unsure, “What’s she talking about?”
Ravens head snaps to you and the corners of her lips stretch upwards, “You mean you don’t know about us?”
“There’s nothing to know.” Bellamy shuts it down, his expression furious at the emotionless girl on the bed, “Come on, let’s just go.”
Bellamy reaches for your hand but you pull it away gently as your eyes stare up into his, “I don’t know...” you mutter quietly, “It sounds like there is something to know.”
“Well!” Raven announces, sitting upright on the bed. The chains around her wrists and ankles clank together in harmony as she smiles devilishly at you, “You know how Bellamy’s obsessed with kissing the other persons neck during sex?”
Your eyes are wide, your lips slightly parted. You can’t help but stare at Raven, your eyes even dart down to her neck for a split second as you stand there, still and silent, somewhere between utterly embarrassed and completely betrayed. “I-I don’t understand.” You mumble, like an idiot, not wanting to connect the dots just yet.
“It was one time,” Bellamy’s presence beside you feels heavy and attentive, “Long ago.”
“Yeah, so!”
“ALLIE, stop.” Bellamy orders, giving her a glare.
Raven continues, “Bellamy had left all these hickeys on my neck, the animal, and the next day I had to wear a jacket even though it was summer and the dropship heats up like crazy!”
“Y-You and...” you glance at Bellamy before looking to the ground, “You and Raven got together? When we were on Earth?”
“Oh, you didn’t know?” ALLIE speaks up, acting innocent and casual, “Why would your boyfriend keep such a thing from you?”
Bellamy runs a hand down his face, “Because it didn’t mean anything compared to what you mean to me, Y/N.” He admits, looking down at you. His eyes never leave yours, “Nothing is more important than you.”
“Was it... before or after we got together?” You’re almost too scared to ask the question but you do it anyway. You can’t help but look away from him.
“Oh God,” he mutters sincerely as he takes a hold of your hands, “Before. I’d never do that to you.”
Raven sighs, “He needed someone to practice on before you showed up. He couldn’t handle coming so quickly but I guess he couldn’t help himself.”
“Shut up.” Bellamy snaps, turning his head to send ALLIE a glare.
Raven looks up to the ceiling, “And oh, fuck, the way he moans when he comes!”
“I said shut up!” Bellamy let’s go of your hand once more.
You cringe, shutting your eyes for a split second before rushing out of the room, Bellamy’s footsteps close behind as he shouts as someone else to look after Raven. You feel as though your heart is about to cave in, you’ve never felt so jealous and utterly unwanted in your life.
“Hey, hey!” Bell chases after you, pressing a hand to your shoulder.
“Don’t touch me.” You snap, turning around to face him. Upon seeing his face fall, you step away. “I’m not in the mood to be touched. Sorry.”
He shakes his head, raising his hand in surrender, “It’s okay. You don’t have to apologise, I do. I’m sorry I never told you about Raven and me, it just happened in the past. It didn’t mean anything, truly.”
You shrug your shoulders, “Bellamy, I don’t care about you and Raven.”
“You don’t?”
“No.” You admit, “We’re adults, we were both with other people before we started dating. I just...”
“What’s wrong, baby?” His voice is gentle and calming.
You sigh loudly, you’re frustrated, “I hate feeling jealous.”
“Oh.”
“I absolutely hate it,” you seethe, clenching your fist, “and just hearing her, fuck, hearing her fucking talk about you like that made me want to lose my mind.”
Bellamy nods, “you’re not usually the jealous type.”
“Yeah,” you agree, “but that was a whole other level.”
“I know, baby,” Bellamy sighs, examining you with his brown eyes, “I’m sorry that happened. Is there anything I can do to make it better?”
Feeling calmer now that the two of you are alone, you take a deep breath and walk towards his open arms. “I can touch you?”
“Yeah.” You smile, resting your head on his chest as you close your eyes. Breathing in his scent, you wrap your arms around him and he does the same to you. Bellamy’s hand traces patterns on your back and you just smile.
“I love you,” he whispers to you, “always.”
“I love you too, Bell.” You reply, pulling back to press a kiss to his warm cheek.

FEEDBACK IS GREATLY APPRECIATED SO FCK ME UP WID IT<3
Once the night the bunker door locked shut, cutting you off from the home you finally felt comfortable in, the weight of the world sat on your shoulders. The Earth was currently simmering in radiation and those who were truly close to you were residing 254 miles in the sky, hopefully living safely in what’s left of the Ark. Illian died in the Conclave and you couldn’t talk to Bellamy either. Your goodbye was over a radio and you have never wanted to kiss someone so badly than during those last few minutes. Now, you’re stuck in an underground bastion, unable to communicate with anyone on the surface.
You never expected to become the babysitter of 1,200 grounders but you guess the responsibility was assumed when you declared everyone was allowed in the bunker. Hell, if you had known how troublesome trying to unify all the tribes into Wonkru, you would’ve left them outside like Luna planned too if she won the conclave. Yet, you had already said Wonkru was welcome into the bunker and you definitely couldn’t take it back now. You slouched in the chair Jaha once sat in when he first took over the bunker, expelling out a heavy sigh. This was going to be the next six years of your life.
You stared blankly at the papers, blueprints, and documents on the desk in front of you. You wished someone would enter the office, anyone at all, just to break the endless silence. What would Bellamy do if he were here? He probably would’ve laughed at how you were spacing out but he also would’ve stayed quiet just to stare at you a little more. Unfortunately, Bellamy was 254 miles away in the sky, hopefully living safely in what’s left of the Ark. You looked up the concrete ceiling, dreading the fact that you wouldn’t even know if he was looking down on you.
This was going to be a very long six years.
The sound of the doorknob turning instantly shifted your focus to it, a familiar face stepped into the room. He always managed to produce a geniunely warm smile despite everything crumbling around him. You always wanted to know how Kane did it. How he always stayed positive despite everything crumbling to pieces around him.
“ How are you holding up? “ Kane chimed, his grin soon faded into pursed lips. It had been a while since you got a good look at him, his forehead wrinkles deepened a little more and his hair had grown to his shoulders. He deserved a relaxing vacation, trying to save the last fraction of the human race was taking a toll on him. It was taking a toll on everyone, really.
“ As good as any person can be during an apocalypse. “ You jived playfully, attempting to lighten the dreary mood and create a space of fake comfort. Kane breathed out a small chuckle before plopping into a nearby chair, his arms crossed firmly against his chest. Kane’s eyes spoke of a silent sadness as he drifted off in deep thought. “ What are you thinking about? “
“ How far we’ve come, how much we’ve all changed. How much we’ve gone through, how much we’ve lost along the way. “ Kane huffed out, his eyes blinking back into reality. Your mind flashed back to the beginning, all the repressed memories floating along like a raging river. The delinquent’s camp, Trikru, and Mount Weather felt like it happened only yesterday. Where did all the time go?
Never once in all your years of being alive would you have thought to being a leader. You were just looking for that outlet to finally get out from under the floor and out into the open where you were free to do whatever you wanted.
“ It’s best not to dwell on the past. Showing sentiment is weakness. “ You stated bluntly, earning a loud snort out of Kane. “ I don’t recall saying something funny. “
“ Sorry, I’m just realizing how much you’ve changed, Y/N. “ He replied with a grin curling on his lips. Kane’s eyes maintained that weird twinkle, it reminded you of the eyes of a dreamer. They desperately held on to whatever shred of hope of was left, regardless of whatever was happening. “ You’ve grown up, kid. Last time I really got a good look at you, you were a dedicated warrior, simply looking for their place in life. Now, you’re a skilled leader who saved all our asses out of the kindness of your heart when you could’ve chose few or none at all. “
“ Well, let’s be glad that I was in a good mood that day. “ You politely brushed Kane’s reflection of you away with a small smile. The last thing you wanted to do was open old wounds, you already had enough of them to last you more than a lifetime. “ But thank you, I appreciate your kind words. “
“ Alright, I’ll get out of your hair, kid. Just wanted to check up on you. “ Kane spoke contently as he heaved himself off the armchair. Kane could sense that you were beginning to grow uneasy with his presence. He assumed by the slight clenching of your jaw that it was time to leave and attend to other important matters. “ Let me know if you need anything. Anything at all. “
You gave a small nod with a tight lipped smile, waving Kane goodbye as he exited through the white glass doors. You let out yet another heavy sigh, leaning back in the desk chair with eyes to the grey concrete ceiling above. You wondered what Bellamy was doing at the moment, was he having fun? Was he thinking of you too? How were the rest doing? You missed him dearly. The distance was going to drive you batshit crazy.
Miller eyed your every move warily, he held his tights fists just under his eyes. You both paced around the room like short-tempered tigers in a cramped cage. Tired of waiting for him to make the first move, you lunged forward to throw a punch only to have it blocked it by Miller’s forearm while recieving a sharp jab to the ribs. You let out a low grunt of pain as you gripped on his forearm, forcefully shoving a knee into his stomach.
You backed off to catch a breather as you watched Miller double over in pain while his hand gripped where you had kneed him. You lifted your shirt to examine your ribs briefly, it was nothing serious, just a red mark where Miller had jabbed you. Dropping the fabric, you shifted your focus back to Miller. “ Great warmup. Ready for the real thing? “
“ Come at me, Y/N. “ Miller grunted roughly as he forced his torso in an upright position. You grabbed two nearby swords, keeping one while you tossed the other to Nathan. He caught it and gave it a small swing to become familiar with its weight. You smirked deviously as you gripped tightly onto its hilt, immediately charging at Miller without notice. Your sword clashed fiercely, swings and slices were dealt left and right.
While maintaining your guard, you kept your eye out for spots of vulnerability. You swung to the left, urging your brawling partner to duck to avoid having his head chopped clean off. As soon as Miller’s back faced you, you rammed your elbow into his spine. The move shoved him face first to the ground, quickly flipping over to recover from his mistake. Your sword was aimed towards his throat, ready to kill in an instant.
“ Y/N. “ A certain voice drowned out the heavy panting of both you and Nathan, followed by a clearing of her throat. You looked towards your mentor, Indra, standing in the doorway. In her arms, she held the formal garments of Heda. Your eyes flickered from the clothes to Indra, jaw clenching slightly. “ The delegates have assembled. “
“ Dressing me up doesn’t fool anyone. “ You stated bluntly, grasping Miller by the hand to help him up on his feet. Indra took a small step towards you, holding out the fabrics in front of you. You rolled your eyes at the outfit, wiping your sweaty forehead with a towel slung over your shoulder.
“ My blood is red and it always will be. “
“ Symbols matter, Y/N. These symbols. “ Indra insisted firmly, the gear Commander Lexa previously wore sat in her outstretched palm. You wanted to scoff and groan in her face. You were the leader of Wonkru now, why weren’t you allowed to do whatever you wanted? Why should you be restricted to the old traditions “ Trust me. The more people connect you to them, the easier it is for you to lead.
You walked towards the conference room, dressed up in the ridiculous outfit Indra persuaded you to wear. You scanned the bustling halls filled with grounders and materials used around the bunker. You were growing anxious for the meeting, dread already growing throughout your chest. It had only been 46 days since Praimfaya and the delegates were already acting like children. Their problems were offen trivial with simple solutions but they often stuck to their beliefs and unwritten laws.
“ Osleya of Wonkru. “ Niylah chimed contently as she bowed respectfully in your presence. You quickly whispered for your friend to stop, the gesture felt absurd to you. It felt like people singing happy birthday to you but constantly, you had no clue what to do. Do you bow to them too? Have them kiss your pinky ring like some mafia don? Well, whatever you had to do, no one has told you how to do it yet.
“ Look at what I found. “ Niylah spoke sweetly, in her hands was The Illiad. You took it from her slender hands, running your fingers along its old spine and weathered pages. Your mind instantly flashed back to memories of Bellamy relaying some of its stories to you whenever you had trouble sleeping. The nightmares always came back but luckily, Bellamy was always there to lull you back to sleep. “ I heard Bellamy would read you the parts about Ancient Rome. “
“ Thank you. “ You replied sincerely after reading a sentence or two from the front page. Niylah observed you carefully, a warm smile on her face. “ We’re sparring tomorrow. Promise? “
Niylah hummed in agreement, her eyes towards Indra closely behind you. You nodded small before resuming your walk to the conference room. Gaia waited patiently in the hall, her eyes pointing sharp daggers towards you. You weren’t a nightblood so you weren’t fit to be in the position of Heda. However, the tension between you two wasn’t anything new. You just didn’t really give a shit anymore.
“ Complain to your mother. “
It was just one problem after another before developing into one headache after another. Rations were dwindling by the second, tribes were on edge, and there was just too many people in the bunker. Everyone had been suggesting solutions to the problem but now was not the time. The delegates complained about a bunch of blankets and then the meeting was completely derailed by a miniscule thunking noise. It was presumed to be Clarke banging on the bunker door but you didn’t really care to find out more information.
However, it didn’t matter anymore because there were much bigger things that needed your attention. Like, a group of Skaikru idiots who have decided to lock themselves inside the cafeteria because they think they are top priority among the grounders and deserve all the resources. You almost wanted to throw up because of how ungrateful these people were being. You didn’t want to kill anyone in these six years but some were really testing how thin your patience could get.
Your grip on leadership was sifting through your fingers like a fine sand. The state of the bunker was chaotic as innocent Skaikru members were being massacred left and right, simply for being associated with the guilty. You were flustered with the fact of being unable to do something about it directly. You would have to sneak past grounders to personally deliver Jaha to a couple of generators on a completely different floor.
“ Are you fucking kidding me? “ You cursed to yourself, checking the pulse of each body sprawled out on the ground. You were hoping some had survived but to no avail, the grounders had killed them all. You couldn’t walk a couple meters without stumbling along groups of dead people, people you knew and ended up growing close too. You were enraged, whoever started this was going to suffer the consequences of their crimes.
Becoming even more frustrated, Jaha refused to open the doors to the cafeteria until you had grasped the reins over Wonkru again and understood what it meant to be a leader. He went as far to mention the floating of your mother to make his point clear. No matter how much you hated to admit it, Jaha was right. Within a matter of sentences, he taught you what it was to be a leader over a population. God, even thought Jaha was dying, he always managed to be so wise. You wanted to hate him but you just couldn’t, Jaha made it so hard!
You were Wonkru or the enemy of Wonkru. It was time to choose.
“ It’s over. “ You gritted angrily into the walkie talkie, eyes focused on only the door. You were covered in the enemy’s blood from head to toe. Rebelling grounders decided to attack you after ignoring your decree of either choosing to be apart of Wonkru or become the enemy of the state. If they didn’t become Wonkru, they were immediatly crushed under your authority. The problem must be eliminated if you were going to keep a strong hold on your people as was said by Jaha himself. “ Open the door. “
Blood was splattered along the floors and walls in an almost artistic fashion. You could stare at it in a museum and call it “ thought-provoking. “ You breathed heavily through your nose, your body and mind craved to off the root of the problem but you had other plans. The door locks clicked open and the grounders flooded into the room with whoops and yells, apprehending anyone they could get their hands on. “ I want only the guilty! “
“ There are too many people in this bunker. And if we don’t do something about this, none of us will survive to see the sun, the sky, the ground, and I won’t let that happen. “ You projected you voice loudly so that every grounder may hear you in each corner of the room. Some looked at you in fear, the blood of their own people dried to your skin. The blood of your enemies was your armor and you made sure everyone knew it. Grounders from all the tribes quickly got out of your way as you dominated the ramp with your aura alone. “ Each of you have committed crimes against Wonkru, and the punishment for this is death. “
Immediately, blacklash broke out after your words. Murmurs and whispers scattered amongst your people. Your hands gripped the railings tightly at the complaints yet you held your tongue. After all, you weren’t done explaining. You looked down on at the guilty kneeling before you, finally feeling a sense of power at the sight. Is this what Lexa felt? You loved it.
“ This isn’t the Ark and this isn’t the ground either. There is no ‘ Blood must have blood. ‘’” You continued to speak, your eyes trained on the those who were kneeling but your words were for all in the room. Everyone was silent, waiting in bated breath for your next sentence. “ In Rome, gladiators had the opportunity to fight for their freedom. “
“ And so will you. “ You stated strongly, unsheating your sword and throwing into the middle. You spoke the rules of the mini conclave, all previous thoughts of no one is going to die under your watch were thrown out the window. This was going to solve the overpopulation problem easily. Weed out the weak and only keep the strong and disciplined. “ Win the fight, save your life. “
As soon as the last word of your sentence rolled off your tongue. Kara lunged for the sword and murdered everyone in the circle because her life depended on it. You were satisfied, onlookers watched in horror, including those who knew you closely. The sudden change in attitude was far too much for them to handle. However, this was going to be the Wonkru way so they had to deal with it or be thrown in the ring.
Six years later, the ring had evolved into a modern day Roman colosseum. It was an old form of entertainment for the grounders that happened almost every day. The metal railings that were once there were replaced with metal fences and barbed wire. The ramps were filled with cheering grounders of Wonkru, their fists banging on the fences generated even more noise that echoed down the halls.
A heavy metallic smell soaked permanently into the concrete walls, a seemingly impossible feat made into reality. Blood became the new carpet and wallpaper. Deadly weapons of different sizes were the new home decorations. Only one piece of furniture was in the room: your elaborate throne backlit with a daunting red.
Kane was shoved roughly into the ring, the crowd erupted into jeers and cheers. His shoes waded shallowly in the puddle created by the bloody of his peers. All he could think of was where did everything go wrong? He held his hand over his eyes to avoid being blinded by the floodlights. Kane made eye contact with you looking down upon him like you did with thebvery first of the guilty. You towered over him, countenance void of any emotion. Your guards, advisors, and friends reflected the same energy you emitted.
You were no longer Osleya but a ruthless Blodreina.

Just A Dream - Bellamy Blake (The 100)
This is mostly for myself cause my brain decided to taunt me by having a dream about Bellamy's death.
~~~~~~~~~~
Tumblr media
You woke up with a gasp, immediately starting to hyperventilate and sob as you recalled the events that took place in your dream. It felt so real. Why did it feel so real? And yet, it made absolutely no sense.
Why would your mind come up with such a horrible scenario?
You soon felt a pair of arms grab you, accompanied with a gentle voice that you instantly recognized as your boyfriend, Bellamy, who happened to be the subject of your nightmare.
"Hey, what's the matter?" Bellamy whispered, holding you safely in his arms as you tried to stop crying.
You gripped onto his strong arms tightly, making sure he was real, that he wasn't...dead.
"Nightmare?" He asked, and you could only nod, your breathing shaky and uneven. "Sometimes, it helps to talk about it. Whenever O had a nightmare when she was little, talking about it helped her."
You sighed heavily, the thought about talking about what had happened in your dream out loud didn't appeal to you, just thinking about it made you feel sick and on the verge of a panic attack. But you'd give it a try, you trusted Bellamy after all.
"In my dream...Clarke killed you."
Bellamy's eyes widened briefly, not expecting...that. He couldn't even imagine that, knowing that Clarke would never do such a thing. But regardless, Bellamy urged you to continue.
"You wouldn't give Madi's sketchbook back, you wanted to give it to Cadogon. And Clarke just...shot you, without even trying anything else. I watched you fall to the floor, and I couldn't even do anything." You started to cry again, covering your face with your hands.
Bellamy frowned, and he couldn't help but feel guilty. He knew that your dream very well could've happened if he decided to side with the Shepard. He only pretended to be a disciple to gain Cadogon's trust so it would be easier to help his family. He could've told them his plan all along, but he couldn't risk anything ruining it. Even if he was truly a disciple, he'd never put Madi in harm's way. Never. Bellamy couldn't even imagine himself being that cruel, he'd probably want Clarke to kill him if he became that blind to reality.
Bellamy pulled you into his lap, his arms securely wrapped around your waist and kissed your temple. "Hey, I'm sorry I scared you. It was the only way I could make sure you guys would be safe. I was so scared that the plan would get ruined that I forgot how to trust my family. But you know I'd never do something like that, and Clarke would never hurt me. She's my best friend."
You nodded, leaning your head against his. "I know...I know. But it was so painful to see it in my dream-"
"Y/n," Bellamy said softly, "that's all it was. A dream, nothing more. I'm here. Everyone's here. We're all alive, and we're safe. We don't have to worry about anyone trying to attack or kill us ever again, okay? We have the whole world to ourselves."
You kissed Bellamy softly, tangling your fingers in his thick dark hair, his scent calming you better than anything in the universe. "I love you so much, Bell." You said when you pulled away.
Bellamy smiled, briefly trailing his thumb across your jaw before kissing the tip of your nose. "I love you too. So, how about we get back to sleep?"
You tensed, your expression turning into slight panic until Bellamy held your hands. "Hey, I'll be right beside you. I'll be right here, okay?"
You nodded, laying back down along with Bellamy, resting your head on his chest, his heartbeat soon lulling you back to a dreamless sleep.
~~~~~~~~~~
God, I miss my Bellboy. I miss him so goddamn much.

Shut up
Tumblr media
Bellamy Blake x reader
Masterlists: Bellamy ⊙ 🎉
Summary: Bellamy finds a way to shut you up and confirm his feelings for you.
Word Count: 565
Warnings: none?? Just fluff
A/N: the idea gave me Bellamy vibes and I wanted to write it
Tumblr media
You and Harper were sorting the weapons when she stopped and said, “So are you going to tell Bellamy you like him or just watch him go from girl to girl?” She gestured to Bellamy on the other side of camp and you groaned.
“Who said I liked him?”
“(y/n), you’re not fooling anybody, the last time he spoke to you, you could barely form a sentence.”
“Not true, but why would I even tell him? It’s not like he likes me back.”
“I’ve seen him, he watches you when you’re not looking.” She responded back, making you question if maybe she’s right.
You had a huge crush on Bellamy. It wasn’t because he was hot, but that was definitely a plus. There was something about him that stood out to you. Him risking everything to get on the dropship to protect his sister. Him eventually caring for all of the delinquents and not just him and his sister.
“Don’t look now, but he’s staring at you right now.” Harper said, snapping you out of your thoughts. You glanced around looking for Bellamy, when you spotted him, smirking at you from afar. You quickly snapped your head back, facing Harper.
“Okay, maybe you’re right.”
“I’m always right.”
You rolled your eyes and contemplated if you’re actually going to tell him. “Fine. I’ll tell him but if it ends badly it’s your fault.” You took a deep breath before walking over to Bellamy. Bellamy’s eyes immediately find you, and he smirks watching you walk over.
“(y/n).”
“Bellamy.”
You stare at him, seeing all of his freckles along his perfectly sculpted face. He looks at you, waiting for you to say what you want. “What is it, (y/n).”
“Can- can, we talk in private?” You manage to spit out, as quickly as possible. He motions to his tent and you follow behind him. Bellamy went into his tent and held the flap open so you could come in.
“What do you need?” You look down, fiddling with your fingers a bit before you feel Bellamy’s finger under your chin. Your eyes meet his and his smirk is back again.
“Princess.”
You stepped back, very caught off guard and with that single word he said to you made you start rambling.
“Well I came here wanting to tell you something but I don’t really know how to say it.” You rambled, “well I just, well here's the thing.”
He definitely got a kick out of you being a rambling mess, he was pretty sure what you were trying to tell him but couldn't. So he took action, he inched closer to you and cupped your cheek in one hand as his lips connected with yours.
You deepened the kiss and wrapped your arms around his neck as he pulled you closer to him. He broke the kiss and you stared up at him, very embarrassed but also surprised.
Bellamy, pleased with himself, smirked before saying, “You talk so much but say nothing, I had to shut you up.”
Your heart dropped as you heard those words, thinking he only kissed you to make you shut up. You were about to leave but he grabbed your arm, making you turn and face him.
He pulls you towards you again and leans in closer to your face, “That's not the only reason I kissed you, (y/n).”

there are ghosts in the sky; a sub rosa au
Pairing: Bellamy Blake x reader
Warnings: death, violence, language, mentions of blood and puking, anxiety, Shumway, and fighting.
Summary: THIS IS A SUB ROSA SEASON 6 AU! basically, I originally wanted reader to be bodysnatched in season 6. unfortunately, I did not chip reader in s3, and by the time I realized the chip was necessary for this plotline, it was too late. I was well into writing season 5 at that point. so, I offer you a solution: an AU season! you can read this and pretend this is what actually happened, if you want, as the storylines will line up again in the end. or you can just accept this as a three part companion piece. either way, I highly recommend you catch up on sub rosa before reading this, though I’m sure you can enjoy this mini au without it.
posting will begin after season 7 is finished, and updates will come once a week on Fridays! let me know if you want to be tagged. all users on the sub rosa taglist will automatically be added to this taglist, so fret not!

The 100 ep.3 pt2
You opened your eyes for the first time in what feels like forever. Your mind was groggy but the first thing you notice is a low light surrounding you. A small groan leaves your lips as you try to shift in your spot, your spine screaming at you to move.
“Woah Woah Woah hey slow down tiger” even if you couldn’t recognize the voice, the nickname was a dead giveaway.
“Finn?” You ask, voice hoarse from screaming. A hand goes to your hair, gently brushing it back.
“Yeah, it’s me. You had me worried there for a while.” He lets out a sad chuckle.
“I’m sorry.” You say grabbing his other hand.
“Hey it’s okay, it’s not like you wanted to get speared.” You both chuckle but yours is followed by another groan.
“You need to rest y/n” you sigh.
“I know, but I really just want some water and to sit up.” Finn looks at you wearily.
“I’ll get you some water but before you sit up I’m gonna need to talk to good ol’ doctor Clarke…she saved your life y/n like literally saved you I don't know what we would have done without her.” With that Finn gets up and leaves and you're left with your thoughts. You had never imagined Clarke would save your life, you always thought she resented you for having such a close relationship with her dad. Before you could fixate on it any longer Finn and Clarke walk into the dropship. Clarke is the first to speak.
“Hey, I'm so glad you are awake.” You give her a soft smile.
“Thank you so saving me Clarke.” Surprisingly she grabs your hand and gives it a squeeze.
“Anytime Y/n.” You return the squeeze.
“So doc, any chance I can sit up?” Clarke bites the inside of her cheek contemplating.
“Let me take a look at your wound first okay?” You nod and Clarke lifts your shirt. Her face reads shock. “Finn look.” He leans forward face matching Clarkes.
“What? Is it bad?” Panic starts to well in your chest. She shakes her head.
“No, the opposite actually, it's healing really well. I think you can sit up.” You let out a sigh of relief.
“Thank god my back is killing me.” They both chuckle as Finn and Clarke grab each one of your arms slowly sitting you up. You grunt a little from the soreness in your body but eventually let out a sigh. “This is nice.” You say laying your head on Finn's shoulder. Everyone is quiet for a few minutes. You are the first to speak. “I really miss Wick.” Finn and Clarke share a sad glance.
“I know, but if Monty can get those bracelets working then He’ll be down here in no time.” You nod.
“How is that going anyways?” Clarke rubs her face.
“Not well if I'm going to be honest.” You frown.
“Well if anyone can-” There's a knock at the door, you look up and see Bellamy standing in the doorway awkwardly.
“Hey heard you were awake.” Clarke and Finn look at each other before nodding and standing up.
“We’ll just give you two some privacy.” You look at them confused before you realize. Bellamy had visited you while you were unconscious and you had heard every word he said. Bellamy takes a seat next to you playing with his fingertips. You reach out and grab his hand.
“I heard everything ya know…felt everything.” Bellamy's cheeks heat up and he keeps his head down.
“You know out there, I can be anything. This strong leader that everyone needs right now but...when I saw you laying there almost dead I didn't think I could be. The moment I laid eyes on you I just knew something was different about you. I know your Kanes daughter but you don't carry yourself like the other privileged do.”
“Because I'm not. I worked hard for everything I got. My dad didn't hand me a damn thing. I fought my way into the mechanic's program to work next to Jake Griffin and Sinclair. “
“I admire that about you.”
“Why do you care so much about me Bellamy you barely even know me…I'm sorry that was rude. I don't mind I mean you are really attractive and have a good head on your shoulders, you clearly know how to survive. But why me?” You ramble on. Bellamy smiles looking at you.
“You think I'm attractive?” You reach out and push his shoulder.
“Yeah yeah don't let it go to your head.” He laces your fingers together.
“I want us to survive…together.” This time your cheeks heat us and you look down.
“Bellamy…”
“We can start slow, as teammates. As friends.” You smile and give his hand a squeeze
“Friends.”
The Ark
Wick was pacing in the hall outside the astronaut wing. There was something wrong and he wanted to get to the bottom of it. He hadnt heard from Y/n in over a week and no one was allowed to go to the prison. Finally, the door opens, and out walks Raven.
“Wick?” Raven looks surprised to see him they haven't really talked since Y/n was captured. You were the glue to the friendship of the four.
“Something is wrong.” Raven immediately knew what he was talking about but didn't know if she should tell WIck that everyone was sent to the ground including his best friend. So she decided to play dumb.
“What do you mean?” He sighs rubbing his face.
“Somethings going on they won't let me visit Y/n and there's talk that a ship was launched.”
Shit. Raven thought. She grabs his hand.
“Come on we can't talk here.” She pulls him to a secluded part of the wing.
“They were sent to earth. Y/n included to see if it's survivable but-”
“What?!” All forms of panic set in.
“But! Abby Griffin is going to send me there so we can get them in contact with the ark so we all can come down.”
“I'm coming with.” Raven shakes her head. “No, you need to stay here.” “Raven she is all I have. My everything is on earth and I need to be down there with her.” ravens heart breaks for Wick.
“Fine but we need to move fast.”

Everywhere I went, I could feel eyes on me. But every time I looked up, trying to see who it was that was staring at me, there'd be no one. I should be used to it, the staring. Ever since I returned to Camp Jaha, everyone would stare and whisper.
"That's Abby Griffin's daughter, the one she gave up."
"She escaped from Mount Weather."
"Yea, because she's crazy. All that time locked away by herself made her snap. She's insane."
"Now that Abby has both of her daughters, we're never going to see our kids again."
I'd done my best to stay away from them, hiding out in mine and Bellamy's room. I'd only really come out to join Clarke and Bellamy, but other than that, I stayed put. Besides, I was basically put on bedrest to let the injuries I'd sustained in Mount Weather heal. But for all of my life I'd been alone, locked in a room with no windows and even though Bellamy was able to get us a room that had a window, I still couldn't shake the feeling of being trapped. So, I'd decided to leave. Even if the others talked about me, it'd be no different from when we first landed and the other kids whispered about me. It was hard to walk still, whatever Mount Weather did to my side and hip flaring with each step I took. I was having to use the wall for support, stopping every so often when the pain would get too much. It felt like forever before I finally managed to make it outside, the sun warming me as I limped towards a table. I sat down with a huff, my side burning as I placed my arms on the table, resting my head on my arms as I took deep breaths.
"Hey."
I jumped, sitting up, pain shooting up my side. I winced, looking up, my eyes widening.
"Finn."
He sat down across from me, offering me a small smile.
"How are you doing?"
I made a face, slightly nodding.
"I'm good."
Finn huffed softly, shaking his head as he slightly grinned.
"We both know that's not true. You passed out and were in the infirmary for hours. You had everyone worried. I was worried."
"Well, I'm fine now."
I went to get up, Finn grabbing my arm, causing me to shoot him a look.
"Finn-"
"Please YN, can we talk?"
I sighed softly, nodding.
"Okay."
I sat back down, looking over at Finn.
"Well?"
"I'm sorry."
I tilted my head to the side, slightly making a face.
"For what?"
"The village. I- I just got so angry. I thought they knew where you were. I thought they'd kidnapped you-"
He took a deep breath, shaking his head.
"I thought they'd killed you."
"But they didn't. I wasn't even with them."
He nodded, sighing softly.
"I know that- now. But at the time I didnt. They had our things, we'd assumed they had you too."
I shook my head, looking down at the table.
"You slaughtered an entire village, Finn. You murdered innocent people."
"For you."
I gasped softly, looking up at him.
"I didn't make you pull the trigger, Finn. You did that. Not me."
"I was looking for you, YN. I went into that village looking for you. Everything I did was because I was trying to find you."
I shook my head, clenching my jaw.
He nodded, sighing softly.
"I know. And I know now that what I did was wrong. I was blinded, angry and hurt.”
He looked up at me, his eyes soft.
“Because you were gone."
"You can't blame me for your actions Finn."
He jerked slightly, shaking his head.
"I'm not. I’m not. I- I'm just trying to get you to understand."
I shook my head, huffing.
"Yeah well, I don't."
He nodded, reaching across the table, placing his hand over mine.
"I was looking for you because I love you. I love you, YN."
I shook my head, pulling my hand away from him.
"Finn, I love Bellamy. I'm with Bellamy."
He nodded, clenching his jaw.
"I know."
"You can't justify murder by saying you did it because you love me. If you truly loved me, you wouldn't have done what you did."
"YN please-"
I shook my head, standing up.
"No. I don't love you Finn. I love Bellamy. I'm in love with Bellamy. If this is you trying to get me to pick, then I choose Bellamy. I will always choose Bellamy."
I turned, walking back towards the ark.
"YN please, I'm sorry!"
I ignored him, shaking my head as I walked into the ark, turning down the hall. I stopped at the window, looking out towards the tables, seeing Finn still at the table, staring at the space I was sitting at, tears falling down his face.
“Hey.”
I turned, seeing Bellamy. He placed a hand on my uninjured side, leaning down and pressing a kiss to my forehead.
“What’re you doing out here?”
I looked up at him, offering him a small smile as I leaned closer to him.
“Just getting some air.”
He made a face, tilting his head to the side.
“Are you okay? In any pain?”
I smiled, shaking my head.
“No, I’m not in any pain.”
He huffed, shaking his head.
“YN.”
“I’m fine, honest. Are you free? Or do you-”
He shook his head, grabbing my hand.
“I’m free. I was looking for you, actually.”
“Really? Why?”
“Got us some food. Took it to our room thinking you would be there, but surprise surprise, you weren’t.”
I grinned, shrugging slightly.
“Sorry.”
He laughed, shaking his head.
“Come on.”
Bellamy kept his arm around me as we walked back to our room, opening the door and letting me in first before he closed the door behind him.
“Alright, lets see it.”
I turned, making a face as I looked up at Bellamy, his hands on his hips.
“See what?”
“Your side and hip. Lets see it.”
“Why?”
“I can literally see the pain on your face. Plus, you were leaning against me pretty heavily. And you were limping.”
I sighed, reaching for the bottom of my shirt and lifting it. I tried to pull my shorts down, Bellamy walked towards me, helping me with the shorts, his hand warm against me as he helped me step out of them, my hands on his shoulders.
“You’re bleeding again.”
I looked down, seeing the gauze stained.
“Must’ve happened while I was out.”
Bellamy nodded as he gently pulled at the tape, one hand on my other hip as he helped hold me steady. After he cleaned it, he placed a new gauze over it, taping it down. He leaned forward, pressing a quick kiss over the gauze, causing me to grin.
“There.”
He stood up, my hands falling down his arms as he gently squeezed my uninjured side.
“Wanna eat or lay down?”
“Lay down, please.”
He nodded, helping me get into the bed. He climb in after me, laying on his back, one hand under his head as I moved closer to him, laying my head on his chest while he wrapped his other arm around me, drawing mindless patterns on my back.
“So, are you going to tell me what you were really up to, or do I have to guess?”
I sighed, running my fingers along his chest.
“It was just- I felt trapped, here. I- I’ve been in the skybox my entire life and I was alone. I just- I needed some air. And Finn, he found me while I was out.”
Bellamy’s hand on my back froze as he leaned up slightly, looking down at me.
“He do something to you?”
I shook my head, turning so I could see Bellamy.
“No, he didn’t do anything.”
“Say something?”
“He wanted to apologize.”
“For what?”
“For what happened at the village. He said that he thought they had us, had me. That he was out there for me.”
I took a deep breath, waying my options before I sighed.
“He also said he loves me. That that’s why he did what he did.”
Bellamy grip on me tightened, causing me to shake my head as I leaned up, ignoring the flare of pain from my side and hip.
“I told him that I didn’t love him. That I’m in love with you. If he’s trying to get me to pick, it’s you. It’ll always be you, Bellamy.”
Bellamy’s lip quriked up as he looked down at me, tilting his head to the side.
“That mean I can’t go beat him up?”
“It does. He’s an idiot, but he’s still our friend.”
“One punch?”
I laughed, shaking my head.
“Not even one.”
He huffed, pulling me closer to him and kissing my forehead.
“You’re lucky you’re cute.”
I grinned, moving to lay back down, nuzzling close to him.
“I know.”

Someone New
The 100 Masterlist | Full Masterlist
Summary: You and Bellamy broke up about a year ago. It tore both of you apart, but you knew it was for the best. You still hung out with Octavia while desperately trying to avoid Bellamy. Octavia had told you he had found someone new. It took everything in you to not seem jealous about his newfound love. By what Octavia had told you, Layla seemed different and sort of toxic. You had kept your feelings hidden about this person in Bellamy’s new life. Unfortunately, Octavia had forced you to attend a party that Layla and Bellamy were hosting. Let’s just say things were awkward.

“Do you regret it? What we had?”
Bellamy Blake x-reader
I sat on the couch of my empty apartment while I watched some TV. The beep of the microwave interrupted my TV watching. I cheered to myself as I hopped up from the couch. I grabbed a paper plate, taking the hot pocket out from the microwave. “Hot, hot, hot, that’s hot,” I said, dropping the food onto the plate. I grabbed a glass and poured myself a some water. I rushed over to the couch, sitting down to watch The Bachelor. I went to take a bite of the hot pocket, but remembered how hot it was. Roscoe slept peacefully beside me, I smiled and pet the top of his head. Before I could take another bite of the hot pocket, a knock sounded from the front door.
I sighed in frustration and set the plate down on the counter. The knocking continued as I put my plate down. “Alright! Hold on!” I yelled. I rushed to the door and opened it. My best friend stood on the other side of the door. “Octavia....” I trailed, “Hey, what-what are you doing here?” She peered over my shoulder and raised her eyebrows. “The Bachelor?” she said, crossing her arms. “Hey, it’s good,” I claimed. Octavia sighed, pushing me aside. “That’s fine, walk in,” I mumbled and closed the door.
“Really? Hot pockets?” Octavia said, opening the trashcan. “They’re good!” I claimed, “Especially the pepperoni ones!” She sighed and rolled her eyes. Roscoe hopped off the couch and ran over to Octavia. She smiled, petting my dogs head.
I sighed and wiped down the counter with a damp paper towel, then threw it into the trash can. “You live in a literal pig sty,” she commented as she threw another frozen food box in the trash can. “Thank you,” I said, sarcastically. She scoffed and rolled her eyes again. I walked over to the living room, turning the TV off.
"I’m surprised that you haven’t asked how Bellamy and Layla are doing?” said Octavia, pouring a glass of whiskey. “Straight whiskey, really?” I said, raising my eyebrows. She laughed and sat down beside me. “How are you and Lincoln?” I questioned, taking the glass from her. “It’s going great,” she replied, smiling. I smiled to myself while nodding.
My thoughts immediately went to what Bellamy and I had before the break up. I remember going out on dates, having fun, and just enjoying each others company.
*Flashback*
(Third Person View)
The fire waved back and forth as Bellamy and Y/N sat in front of it, a blanket draped over their arms as the wind blew. They listened to the buzz of the fireflies in the distance. They were spending the weekend with Octavia and Lincoln at a cottage they rented every year during the holidays. Bellamy loved watching Y/N’s face light up as the first sheet of snow laid on the fields in front of the home hidden in the meadows.
He loved how she still acted like a child for the smallest things, how she would dance in the snow and begged him to join her. Bellamy adored the little things that Y/N thought were flaws about herself. He loved how she’d wave her arms around when she was passionate about something, or how she would treat Octavia like a sister, and how Y/N would dance with her dog when their favorite song came on.
Bellamy glanced at his love that sat beside him, holding a cup of hot chocolate in the other hand. Y/N continued to stare at the fire ahead of them. “What?” she inquired, not looking up. Bellamy grinned as she glanced away from the fire pit. “What?” she repeated, laughing. “I love you,” he said, smiling. Y/N smiled as well, shrugging her shoulders. She leaned forward and pecked his lips then turned her head back to the view in front of them. Bellamy kept his eyes on her, taking in every beautiful imperfection.
*End of flashback*
(Y/N’s Point of View)
“Hey, you alright?” Octavia said, nudging my shoulder. I turned to her once I realized I blanked. “Oh, yeah,” I responded and cleared my throat. “You sure?” she inquired, setting a hand on my arm. “Yeah,” I claimed and nodded my head. “What are you doing Saturday night?” she questioned. “Same old, same old,” I replied, “Eat frozen dinners from Trader Joes, face timing my mom. Oh and maybe try out that new Chinese restaurant that opened up down the street. I might try and see how Janise is doing at the flower-”
“No, no stop,” Octavia interrupted, “You are not doing that.”
“What? Why?”
“Because its sad,” she stood up from the couch, “All you’ve been doing since the breakup is just sit around, eating hot jackets, and....and...”
“It’s hot pockets, not whatever you called them,” I interrupted. She scoffed and brought me up from the couch, holding my shoulders. “You need to get out there,” she continued, “You can’t just sit around and not do stuff.” I sighed and looked around. “I do stuff,” I claimed. “Going to work at the News station does not count,” she said. “I think it does,” I replied, putting up a finger. She sighed and let go of me. Octavia walked over and picked up her purse along with her jacket on the coat rack.
“I’ll pick you up at eight," she said, walking backwards.
“I never said yes!”
“You know I don’t take ‘no’ for an answer,” she said, shutting the door. “Dammit,” I mumbled and looked down. Roscoe sat in front of me and tilted his head. “I know, I know,” I sighed, “I’m losing my mind, aren’t I?” Roscoe barked and backed up. “I didn’t say you had to respond,” I said, plopping down on the couch.
_________
(Saturday night)
I looked in the mirror, trying to decide what to wear. I held up a pair of black leggings and a white t-shirt along with a black t-shirt dress. I sighed in frustration, throwing the clothes on the un-made bed. “Fuck it,” I muttered, grabbing the jeans and t-shirt. I slipped on the clothes and rushed to the kitchen. I grabbed a can of Pepsi, taking a sip of the soda. I looked at the time on the clock and saw that Octavia, Clarke and Raven should be here in about twenty minutes.
A knock on the door interrupted my thoughts. I furrowed my eyebrows and walked over to it. I opened the door, finding the girls standing there with a bag. “Your early,” I said, sighing. Raven gave me a pat on the shoulder while Clarke gave me a big hug. “Figured we should get here early,” Clarke said. I shut my door as the three of them walked in. “Because you are not wearing that,” Clarke said, pointing at my outfit.
“What’s wrong with this?” I said, annoyed.
“Jeans and a t-shirt?” Octavia raised an eyebrow, “My brother has a bitch of a girlfriend, you’re coming to impress not scare the boys away.” I raised my eyebrows at her statement. “Wait! What did you get me into?” I said, half yelling. “Layla and Bellamy are throwing a party for moving in together,” Raven said.
“They moved in together!” I yelled, voice cracking.
“Well it was more like Layla forced him to,” Clarke said, playing with the hem of her navy blue dress. “You said we were just going to your house,” I said, looking at Octavia. “She lied,” Raven joined in, pointing to O. Octavia glanced at Raven and glared. “Come on, let’s get dressed,” Octavia said as she pulled me to my room. She threw me a red floral dress, black leather jacket, and a red lace bralette along with a pair of black heels. I decided not to argue with her anymore than I already had. I lazily slipped on the clothes, put on some mascara, and a little bit of eyeliner. I put my hair into a pony tail, not really caring about my hair.
I walked out of my room to find my three best friends sitting in the living room. “Look at you!” Clarke whistled, hopping off of the couch. “I can’t wear this,” I said, tugging at the dress. “This is way to short,” I added and crossed my arms. The three of them scoffed and walked towards me.
“You look great,” Raven said, “If I wasn’t straight, I’d definitely date you.”
“Wow, thank you,” I said, “Wait, what about Roscoe? Someone has to stay with him.” The three girls rolled their eyes, laughing. “Which is why we took care of that,” Raven said and opened the door to reveal Clarke’s mom standing on the other side. “Hello,” she said, smiling. “Ms. Griffin, hey!” I said and waved. She stepped in, Roscoe ran over to her. “I’ll take good care of him,” Abby claimed, “Don’t worry girls! Go have fun!” Before I could respond, my three friends pushed me forward.
We arrived at a big house, a ton of cars were parked out front. Fairy lights aligned either side of the driveway. Animal shaped bushes were scattered across the yard. I furrowed my eyebrows at the sight of the lawn. “Yeah...” Raven trailed, “Layla picked that out.”
“I knew Layla was fancy, but is this really necessary?” I said as I glanced at my friends. They shrugged, Octavia put a hand on my shoulder and led me forward. We could hear the loud music from outside of the house, luckily there weren’t a ton of houses on the street. Clarke knocked on the door while her arm still linked with mine. Jasper opened the door with a wide smile. “Oh look! Its Y/N!” Jasper cheered. He held a full red solo cup in the other hand.
“Hey, Jasper,” I said, waving.
“Come on in,” Jasper said as he motioned us to step in. I saw some people I knew along with some people I didn’t. I felt butterflies begin to rise as we stood there, my hands started to become clammy with nerves. “It’ll be fine,” Clarke whispered to me, noticing my worry state. Raven broke from the group and found Murphy and Harper, starting a conversation with them. Clarke found Monty and Jasper and joined them where the music played. I glanced at Octavia and shook my head. “You better not leave me,” I said. She threw an arm around my shoulder, walking me forward.
“Don’t worry,” she sighed, “I wouldn’t leave my child.” I narrowed my eyes and gave her a sarcastic smile. “Let’s go get a drink in you,” Octavia said. I nodded and followed her to the kitchen. Some party members conversed in the kitchen while sipping some punch. Octavia grabbed a glass and poured some of the drink in. She handed it to me once she saw Lincoln walking towards us.
“Y/N, hey!” Lincoln greeted, throwing an arm around Octavia’s shoulder. “Hey,” he said to his girlfriend, he kissed her on the forehead. I glanced around the room and watched everyone dance carelessly. “You looking for the hosts?” Lincoln asked, hitting my shoulder. “What?” I said and turned to them, “Pft, no. I was-I was not looking for them.” The two of them laughed and took sips of their drinks.
“Wanna dance?” Lincoln asked O.
“I promised...”
“It’s okay,” I interjected, “I’ll be fine on my own.” She gave me a kind smile while walking with Lincoln. Her boyfriend patted me on the shoulder as they stepped away. I sighed and looked down at my drink, taking a sip. I recoiled from the awful taste of alcohol. “You never did like alcohol, did you?” a voice came from behind me. I turned around and saw Bellamy standing behind me. “Bell-” I stopped myself from the nickname, I cleared my throat. “H-Hey,” I continued, “How’s it going?” He shrugged and looked at the crowd.
“Alright,” he replied. “You?” he asked.
“Oh! Oh, it’s awesome,” I lied, “You know, partying every night, hanging out at the office, it’s-it’s amazing.” He let out a small laugh, taking a sip of his drink.
“So...” I trailed, “Where’s Layla?”
“Oh, she’s upstairs. You know, she’s always gotta make a big entrance.”
“Cause you know, everything is a pageant show,” I said, “I mean that in the nicest way possible.” He nodded his head and set his glass down. “You sure your okay?” Bellamy asked, “You have this look on your face, telling me you’re not.” I shrugged and set my glass down as well. “I’m fine, really,” I said. There was an awkward pause between us, we looked out at the crowd. I knew I had to break that silence at some point, I knew I had to tell him how I actually felt.
“You know...” I trailed and sighed, “I’m not that great.” I glanced at his expression and noticed his face soften for a split second, but stopped once Layla walked down the stairs. She wore a long gold dress that trailed behind her. I scoffed, rolling my eyes. Bellamy noticed my reaction, but decided to not respond to it. “Hello!” Layla called, “Thank you so much for coming.” She glanced at me and gave me a sarcastic smile. “Bellyboo!” she called, “where are you?”
“Duty calls,” Bellamy said, handing me his glass. I gave him an awkward smile and watched him walk away. I saw my friends look at me with sadness as I stared at someone that I loved, well still love. “Bellamy and I are so happy that you all came to celebrate the wonderful thing that happened,” Layla said, “It is amazing that we finally agreed moved in together, we’ve been waiting for so long.”
“More like forced,” I mumbled, only for me to hear. “Please,” Layla said, “Enjoy the party and the refreshments in the kitchen.” Layla saw me looking at Bellamy and her. She smiled in a evil tone, then caught Bellamy off guard by kissing him passionately in front of everyone. I felt my heart stop beating for split second, my cup fell in the sink in front of me. Luckily, the music covered the loud shatter the glass made. Layla stopped kissing Bellamy and smiled. She patted him on the cheek and walked away to talk with the guests. I tensed my jaw and grabbed my purse, preparing myself to call an Uber. “Where are you going?” Clarke asked, grabbing my hand.
“I can’t be here right now,” I said, “You saw that whole thing, right? I’m not blind.” Clarke sighed and nodded her head. “She did that on purpose, she knows I still have feelings for him,” I continued, “It’s hard enough that I have to watch her practically smother him while I stand there acting like a fool. I know it’s been two years, but it feels like just yesterday we broke up.” I never noticed that Bellamy had been standing behind me the whole time.
Clarke looked up at him and shook her head. “He’s behind me, isn’t he?” I said, sighing. She slowly nodded and uncrossed her arms. I turned around and gave him an awkward smile. “It was nice seeing you again, but I really should be going,” I walked towards the door before he could protest, but Layla caught me before I left.
“Oh, Love,” Layla called me, “Don’t you want more refreshments?” I tilted my head to the right at the remembrance of that nickname. I looked at her and saw she was holding a tray of drinks. “You know what? I think I do,” I said. Before I let her walk away, I grabbed two cups and spilled the beverage onto her.
She screamed as if I had hurt her, the girl waved her arms around. I heard some of the guests chuckle at the scene. She wiped her hands on her arms as if she could get the liquid off of her gold dress.
“This was $400 dollars!” Layla exclaimed. “Geez,” I commented, “That’s how much I pay in rent.” She grimaced at me, I swung open the door and stormed out of the house and felt the rain hit my skin. I ran my hands through my hair, groaning in frustration.
“Y/N!” Bellamy yelled, “Y/N! What the hell!”
He grabbed my wrist and turned me around, finding me starting to cry. “Do you regret it?” I said, “What we had?” He stared at me speechless. “I don’t need to explain, because I’m sure you’ve heard it all,” I said and turned back around. “I still love you!” Bellamy yelled. I stopped amid the driveway with my back still facing him.
“I still love you and it breaks me everyday I’m with that bitch,” he continued, “When we broke up, I didn’t know what to do with myself. I started coming home drunk every night, not listening to Octavia, ignoring my friends calls, forgetting about you.” I closed my eyes, wiping my tears away. “I never meant to hurt you, I don’t even know why I broke up with you,” Bellamy added. I turned around, not facing him.
“I still love you too,” I said and looked at the house, “Has Octavia told you what I’ve been doing?” He shook his head in response. “It’s-It’s really embarrassing,” I laughed, “All I’ve been eating are frozen meals from Trader Joes, going to the flower shop to see this lady named Janise. Who is very nice by the way. She made me these cookies that were shaped like dogs, they looked like Roscoe. And I...I uh face time my-”
My sentence was cut off by the feeling of Bellamy’s lips on mine, I felt his arms snake around my waist. I wrapped my arms around his neck, deepening the kiss. I leaned back and rested my hands on either side of Bellamy’s face. “Why’d you do that?” I asked, looking into his eyes. “Because I missed you,” he answered, “I missed waking up to see your face everyday, I missed seeing that beautiful smile every time we hung out, I missed hearing your voice over the phone or just when we were talking. I missed the way you dance around like nobody’s watching.” I laughed as he explained himself. “I missed you too,” I said.
“More than hot pockets?”
“So, Octavia did tell you?”
“Maybe just a little bit.”
I laughed, bringing him in for another kiss as the rain poured on our clothed bodies.

Hell is Empty - The 100 X Fem!Reader - AU
A/n: If Murphy saw hell in 6x03 then, what do you think reader saw?
It was cold.
After everything went dark, the coldness had washed over your body like the ocean waves you’d seen only once before.
“Come on! Breathe! Y/n! Breathe!”
The gasp that left your throat was coupled with the sea water you were currently trying to get out of your respiratory system.
“Oh my god!” Raven’s voice made you jerk in shock, almost kicking at whoever was turning you on your side, sea water and spit dribbling from your mouth.
“Hey, hey, you’re okay, Y/n, you’re okay-” The next voice made you jerk onto your back, kicking away from them as sand flicked everywhere.
Luna.
“Whoah, hey, what’s going on?” Anya shouted as Raven tried to approach you, her feet sinking into the sand as you stared between Luna and Anya who both looked worried.
“How long was she out for?”
“Did she hit her head on the bottom or something?” Octavia enquired after having run for first aid kit from her car.
“Maybe, hey, Clarke!” Raven shouted, trying to call Clarke over from where she was returning with Lexa, Aden and Madi.
“Oh my god, what happened?” Clarke asked, noticing the blood on your forehead that you didn’t realise was there until now.
“She got hit by a wave and went under, we aren’t sure if she hit her head on the bottom or if the board hit her, but she’s been panicking since she woke up. Raven did the CPR Abby taught her.” Luna explained, biting her lip in worry at your current state.
Clarke kneeled down, trying to reach for your forehead but you shoved her hands away, glancing between everyone around you.
“How’s, how’s this possible?” You whispered, not noticing Clarke’s frown as she heard what you said until you looked at her, quickly jumping up and pulling the towel that was definitely not yours, around you before you paced away from them all to stare at the horizon.
“How long was she out for?” Anya asked again as they watched you staring at the horizon, breathing somewhat normal besides the budding nerves blooming in the bottom of your stomach and in your chest.
“It felt like forever...” Raven admitted as Luna just sighed.
“Two minutes, exactly.”
Clarke just nodded, letting out a sigh that matched Luna’s until Madi toddled over, licking at the ice cream in her hand.
///
“Do you think she’s okay?” Emori whispered to Murphy as they watched you from their spot on the beach, lying on their towels and cuddling.
“Do you think she saw something? When she was unconscious?” Murphy whispered back, frowning slightly as you pulled Raven’s beach towel further around your body, Luna’s towel around your shoulders like a scarf.
“Like you did after the accident with Bellamy?” Emori asked, leaving Murphy to just nod hesitantly as memories flickered back into his mind.
“Then she’s going to be terrified... why don’t you try talking to her?” Emori suggested, leaving Murphy to stare at her for a moment before nodding, standing up to talk to you after kissing Emori on the lips.
///
“Y/n, hey.” Murphy’s voice snapped you out of your staring content with the waves.
It felt like they were throwing you their middle finger with each incoming wave.
“Murphy.” You mumbled in acknowledgement, the wind beginning to pick up as you turned your body slightly to face him.
“If you don’t mind me asking, what did you see when you were out of it?” Murphy asked, his hands in the pockets of his swim shorts.
“Post-apocalyptic earth, several wars, a lot of death, space-travel, portals to other worlds, more wars and deaths... so many dead friends and family... Anya, Lexa, Lincoln, Luna, even that douche, Finn that cheated on Raven with Clarke way back when and even Bellamy was dead. Then all of you, everyone here, dead. When I finally woke up, it was because I died. I was shot, right...there...” You whispered, eyes widening as your fingers ran over a scar that wasn’t there before.
“Y/n, what is it?” Murphy asked but you just shook your head, moving Raven’s towel to look at the scar on your right side.
“Did you not have that before or something?” Murphy asked, noticing how pale you’d gone.
“I don’t remember...” you admitted, turning around to to face the others, the horizon to your back and the waves licking at your feet.
“Thanks, Murphy.”
Murphy just nodded, watching you walk over to Raven and Luna who began to hover over you when they spotted the dried blood on your forehead.
Nobody noticed how you kept Raven’s towel around you, covering the scar from another life.

Merry Christmas (Bellamy Blake x Reader Modern!Au Part 6(?))
Warnings: idk, fluff, mentions of smut, off topic but i feel the need to tell you, my mother is fucking amazing and this portrayel of a mother is based off of my stepmother (loosely)
>>
You heard your mother go yell at your father, and looked apologetically at Bellamy. "I'm sorry you got yelled at. My mom is a bitch sometimes."
He smiled and brushed your hair out of your eyes. "It's alright. God, I love you. Come on, I'll get your clothes from your room." You lay there in the bed for another minute or so, until he had to get up and dressed, you stared at him the whole time. Until he left, only for a minuted.
"Here you go, I didn't know what to bring you." He set the dufflebag on the bed, it had all of your clothes in it, almost.
You got up, stretching your back, and chose your clothes.
---
The rest of the trip was hell, all you got for Christmas was a lecture. Multiple, actually. You were thankful to be back home, with Bellamy. You hadn't actually listened to your mother, you just waited until they were asleep and then snuck into his room. But you had to leave before they woke up.
You snuggled into Bellamy's chest, you were living together now. "I missed this, I missed being able to hold on to you without getting a lecture." You mumbled, tired from the plane. Your parents had gotten you coach this time, as a little fuck you. But you had upgraded them to first class.
"Me too, Y/n." He whispered. "I love you, this time next year, we should talk about getting married." You sat up, surprised.
"Alright, but I expect a grand proposal." You smiled, laying back down and tracing small patterns on his shirt.
"Ask and ye shall receive." He smiled, kissing your nose.
"Goodnight."
"Goodnight, Bellamy."
>>
This was the last part, I hope you enjoyed!

Even though twins may look exactly alike most of the time they are polar opposites. Despite the completely opposite personalities a piece of them resides in the other. No matter how different they are they will always be alike in more way than one. Before the world went to crap in radiation and people killed the planet they had things like switched at birth and separated at birth. You would think in what is supposed to be a Utopian civilization, how could these things happen. They don’t, right?
