要數加拿大美食，三文魚一定榜上有名。在多倫多超級市場或食品店都會買到密封包裝的三文魚，有煙熏三文魚、烤三文魚、楓糖三文魚等等，回港後都可以品嚐肥美的 三文魚。但注意，密封包裝冷凍三文魚在常溫下只能放置24小時左右，買回家後要立即放入雪櫃。
