I received a sample of this product in exchange for posting an honest review online. While the concept behind this product is fabulous and I absolutely love that it was developed by a fellow British Columbian & Canadian. However, I’m unable to give it 4 or 5 starts because in the 2 single serve envelopes of creamer I was given to sample for the means of providing an honest product review, o was unable to determine if it improved my focus beyond that which was upon consumption but very short in duration - is it intended to improve focus long term with continued use? Also, while I did notice a bit of a boost in energy, again it was short lived and the product information provided did not specify if the effects were to be long term with sustained use. If the answer is yes, then the two small sample sachets were no where near enough product to be able to produce the desired effect regardless of the actual ability of the product. I have no other option to also apply this logic to its claim of assisting with weight control. A canister should have been provided to sample if that was the case & that is my suggestion for future product trials so that a more accurate review can be provided. Finally I gave it only 3 (out of 5) stars because although the taste nor texture itself was not unpleasant by any means - I like a significant amount of creamer product in my coffee and I found that even with using both sachets provided it barely lightened my coffee let alone provided a light coloured, creamy consistency that one would expect from a coffee creamer in either powder or liquid form. Today, I’m grateful that my wish came true.

I made another trip to the farm, and wished that THE flower bouquet would choose me, instead of me picking this time.

Barb was putting together a bouquet, uniquely for me :-)

My wish came true; The flowers called me.

I wanted to be fully and deeply present at the farm for this visit, so no camera or photos. Whenever my head and brain wanted to figure things out, I reminded myself that I trust myself.

My wish came true; I was more present.

When I’m talking, I’m giving, and my world stays the same.

When I’m listening, I’m receiving, and new things enter my world.

At the farm, I got to participate in a conversation, and any time that my mind wandered, I gently said to myself, I am curious. And instantly, I felt curious about the conversation taking place in the now, in the present.

My wish came true; I listened more than before.
