Crossroads ❎️ the A's and the X's - Are Alpha and Omega

Read to the end! 🤯🤯🤯

If you haven't looked at my post about the upcoming X eclipse on the 8th April, i suggest you go and read it, because i will be adding more info on that eclipse, later in this post.

All this time, we've been tracking Beth, who "died". The "walker" who walks (lives), and...she tracks herself back to the crossroad Daryl lost her at. ♾️

Let's look at the signs to track just how close we are to her return. Believe me, It's close!

Every scene that Daryl and Beth shared, including dialogue, outfits, and circumstance, is being repeated with Rick and Michonne.

Are Beth and Daryl close to being close again?

Are we almost done tracking this walker, Beth, back to the crossroad coda? ➕️❌️

This article below describes some events from this Sunday's episode, which are very reminiscent of Beth and Daryl's time together.

Firstly, it mentions how Rick was scared to let Michonne in because loving ❤️ her and losing her again would kill him.

Same as Daryl.

The article then mentions that in episode 5, someone is tracking them.

While Rick and Michonne are at their version of the funeral home.

Is she tracking herself, aka Rick? And is on a collision course to crossover into Rick's story?

Michonne, in episode 4, just stepped in the "trap"...

Everything gets a return, so it's fitting that Beth will come around again, in the same way she left. At both a Crossroads ❌️ and a coda ➕️ end.

If she tracks herself back to her own story and crosses over into it at Coda (episode 6), that would be incredible.

Gimple hints at Rick dying in the last (Coda) episode 106, just like Beth did in Coda.

Beth's death in Coda 508, was leaked prior to the episode airing, and if you remember the Beth lookalike from episode 103 TOWL, in the Millennial park (kingdom) she picks up both carrots (Easter) and leeks (leak)

I consider this "hint" from Gimple a "Leek" to repeat the leak of Beth's death in coda.

But Rick won't die. He will instead be taken back to "Grady" CRM like Beth after Alone and the crossroad.

Another similarity in the upcoming episode is Rick wearing this backpack...

Like Daryl did after dealing with the Claimers, but prior to Terminus (coda 106). We also see Rick wear a flannel shirt, like Daryl did in Alone.

The Claimer Len asked if Daryl had lost a piece of tail (coda/happy ending) hinting at Beth. He did this when hunting the bunny (Easter) at Dawn.

The end (tail) is the beginning (Easter) she will return like she left.

The article above talks about Rick and Michonne meeting new survivors next, so I expect the last two episodes of TOWL to include large amounts of Claimers (bunny/Easter) symbolism.

If you remember, the Claimers also tracked Rick before trying to kill him.

And when Beth eventually tracks back into the story and is no longer "just gone," she circles around to represent the claimers. And she is claimed - by Daryl.

And he gets her (the bunny) back, but in two parts (In TOWL and DD2)

Claimer Joe mentions New years Eve, just before Daryl and Rick (Beth) see each other again.

Believe it or not, this yellow car represents New Years Eve...

It's a Nissan with no number plate...

There is a new year coming up, and it just so happens to be on April 8 when the X eclipse happens. That is the Jewish New Year, which begins on Nissan 1.

It's the name for the Hebrew New year, hence the no number plate and black (eclipse) number plate.

It represents the beginning of the calendar. Which also means Alpha

Now Beth's numerous repeating number plates give us this number...

XH6-S781

It's the Hebrew new year 5781.

5(S)781 - The 5 is flipped to S so it goes both ways.

The 1 = Alpha (beginning)

The X and + on the windscreen = The end or Tav - which is the last letter in the Hebrew alphabet. And it's coda in middle Hebrew.

The H = Hebrew

6 = Man number and mans calendar

And the 5781 year = Beginning (Alpha)

Beginning to end of Beth's story is represented by X & A.

Obviously the yellow of the car is symbolic of her polo top.

We on our calendar, are about to enter into Hebrew year 5784 so on April 8th, we will have 3 missing years back to Beth's car calendar. Dun dun dun!

Now for anyone who doesn't know the biblical end times chronology, this is the basic layout.

-The church of Jesus Christ is removed from the world (taken out by God, which was represented by CRM taking Rick in the helicopter), while the song about space junk is playing.

The world gets thrown into a tumultuous period called the tribulation, where a false messiah (Antichrist) rises to power, he is an imitator of the real messiah, and he makes the world take a mark X of the beast in order to buy and sell.

But it will be a poison mark X or (Tav-END-immortal death)

Just as major Beale says, the "cure" is poison.

The beginning is the end, and that's why patient zero in TWD is a drug 💉 (Pharmakon) addict who overdoses. Gloria (meaning immortal glory)

The end is the beginning, and a Pharmakon drug (poison) that is labelled "the cure" will lead to the beginning of Gloria becoming an immortality dead cannibal.

At the CDC, Dr Jenner says the virus removes what it is to be a person (removes humanity).

We have seen this hinted at in France, with experiments and the fast zombies returning, just like at the beginning of the show. The zombies were faster then.

The end is the beginning, and the pharmaCON "cure" will be the poison that begins it all.

Gloria becomes immorally dead in an abandoned church. (The church has been removed)

That's why we are now hearing the term messiah thrown around, in DD1. They will eventually repeat this template.

The end times continue and...

-God pours out wrath and judgement on the unbelieving world, during this time, while his focus turns to the Jewish or Hebrew (calendar) people to help them recognise the real Messiah.

-The church returns to earth at the battle of Armageddon and the beginning of the Millennium - Hence Rick returning to the Millennium park.

Now, i have talked about the A's and B's in the walking dead before.

"A" represents the goats (beasts) and "B" the Believers or sheep (followers) in the sheep and goats' judgment of the Millennial kingdom.

We have seen A's many times in TWD but it has two meanings which i will clarify now.

If you choose to follow Christ and not take the Mark X in the Antichrist kingdom you will be labelled an A in that kingdom and put to death. But God will label you an X-TAV because you are a follower of Christ and put yourself last, and Christ first.

If you chose to follow the Antichrist and take the Mark X it will temporally save you. But In the Millennial kingdom you will be labeled an A, because you chose to put yourself first and Christ last.

At Terminus (train car A) was for the ones who wouldn't join the cannibals aka zombies who took the Mark X and they are to be killed.

Father Gab's Church after Terminus also gets "A" placed on it - they refuse to take the mark, labeling those who chose Christ during the antichrist kingdom as A's and they get marked for death during that kingdom.

This is another biblical end times scenario, because anyone who refuses to take the mark of the beast 666 during the Antichrist kingdom will be put to death by beheading.

Rev 20.4

And I saw thrones and they that sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them. And I saw the souls of them that had been beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast, nor his image, nor had received his mark upon their foreheads or on their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Conversely, anyone who does take the Mark X of the Beast won't be allowed into the Millennial kingdom, they will be marked as Goats (beasts) and they will be put to death.

Ultimately, the war is between the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of light. The symbolism for both is converse or mirrored. This means one imitates the other but is a fake or fraud.

2 Corinthians 11:14–15

14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

This brings me to the Logical negation symbol that i discovered on tree during both the story of Terminus and coda.

It means to reverse the truth of something. That is exactly what happens with the A's and X's the Sheep and goats, in these two kingdoms. The first and the last.

The bible describes this concept here in Matthew...

Matthew 20:16

16 “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”

We see the logical negation symbol in the light and in the dark at the time of Terminus and Coda.

With the church in the light, and with the cannibals in the dark.

Jesus told His disciples, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me. 25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.

Not taking the Mark X in the Antichrist kingdom will mean you lose your life but ultimately save it.

When Daryl says the signs are all there to know when the tracking is almost done, he's referring to the biblical signs that point to the kingdom of the Antichrist and return of Christ just after.

I've mentioned before that Jesus said in Revelation 22.13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

TWD is covered in this symbolism.

Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters in the Greek alphabet. Which the new testament was written in.

Aleph A and Tav X are the first and last letters of the Hebrew alphabet which the old testament was written in.

So now i want to add one other detail to the upcoming X (TAV) eclipse that i didn't previously talk about.

The 8th of April solar eclipse will create an X or Tav (End) in conjunction with the 2017 eclipse.

But, there is one other solar eclipse that happened last year, in 2023. 2023 is where the current walking dead timeline is.

And in conjunction with the X eclipse, the 2023 eclipse makes an A (Beginning) A & X beginning and end.

"A" 416 is the same episode that Beth puts the sherrifs hat on.

The beginning is the end. ♾️

Wanted to be "special" (be an omega) but is too naive to understand what "special" actually means. Pretended to be one as a child. Maggie quickly quashed that behaviour.

That said, when Daryl is injured and shot by Andrea, subsequently going into heat, she's the first (and possibly only) member of Hershal's farm to assist with preparations.

Tends to act as something of a mediator between the teens presenting in the prison. A few of them don't know much about the whole process -- Beth, on the other hand, is oddly informative about the whole thing.

As she gets older, her timid nature occasionally makes way for a feisty resolve -- especially when she's stuck with Daryl and believes she's lost everyone.

Becomes frustrated beyond measure by Daryl's willful inability to open up. While he wishes to just live life, Beth keeps pushing buttons. He snaps at her frequently.

She finally manages to bond with Daryl during her quest for a drink. After it all, she attributes his attachment to her to his omega instincts. He doesn't disagree.

ToTWD 1x03: Dee - Deep Dive Into Alpha’s Psychology

Okay, so, when I rewatched, I wanted to make note of Alpha’s voice over, which at the end is revealed to be her talking to Hera’s skin-mask face. I thought maybe it would be significant what was happening in the show when each voice over is heard. I will admit that I didn’t find anything groundbreaking, but dissecting what she said still gives us a lot of insight.

It starts out with, “let me tell you how I died.”

By the end, we understand this is the story of how Dee died and became Alpha, in a way.

We see the first part of the show with Brooke, and then she meets Dee and Lydia on the deck.

Just before the opening credits, the voice over says, “I was nine when I killed Daddy. Daddy deserved it.”

We don’t hear another one until after the party, when Dee wakes up because she hears a splash outside and goes to the window. She says, “Things were fine after Daddy, I guess. I did what I was supposed to. What women like me are told. Then I got stuck in a basement with Lydia’s father. I’m not sure if I meant to kill him. I’m glad I did.”

So, a couple of things here. It seems to me her father was very abusive. When she says she did what she was told, it puts me in mind of Carol and Ed. So, even after she killed her father, she still had a battered woman mentality.

And then, it’s not clear if by “him” she means her father or Lydia’s dad. But we know she killed both. She doesn’t say she “was” glad about it. She says she is now glad about it. So, she’s come to a realization that it helped her survive and become who she is (the murderous Alpha).

Later, after she accused Billy and no one believed her, the VO says, “I went mad in that basement, and Lydia saw. I tried to repent. I tried.”

So, if she went mad in the basement, then in her mind, despite killing her father, she was still relatively sane after that for most of her life…until the apocalypse hit. This was illustrated in Lydia’s warped flashbacks several seasons ago, but obviously Alpha reached a point where she decided she had to be brutal and murder to survive and keep Lydia alive.

It's amazing how much this is like Carol. In S4, she was absolutely certain she needed to teach the kids to use violence to survive. And she wasn’t entirely wrong, of course, about them needed to be able to defend themselves and survive, but she had such a brutal mentality about it, that it led to…not good things.

I think the main difference we see between Alpha and Carol is that Carol does still have a conscience. We saw her sobbing over Lizzie and Mika in S4. So, whatever other mistakes she made, at least she still felt guilt and grief over what happened. Alpha… not so much.

Also, the “I tried to repent. I tried.”

That really stood out to me. Not the repent part, but otherwise it’s exactly what Daryl said in his voiceover at the beginning of 5x01 about Beth. “Black car, white cross. I tried to follow. I tried.”

This isn’t a voice over, but I have a note that when Billy and his guys come on board, they aren’t trying to simply take over, or add more people. Because of concerns about resources, they want to kill 6 people and take their place. It’s very much like what we’ve learned about how the CRM handles things and under what circumstances they’re willing to take new people in.

After Alpha kills several of Billy’s men and jumps into the water, we hear her say, “I ran toward repentance. But you can’t run forever.”

So, in her mind, “repentance” is synonymous with being a good person and not killing other people. She ran toward that, tried to sustain it. We learn that she’s been on Brooke’s boat for more than a year, but just could never entirely adjust. She’s saying her true fate (again, murderous Alpha) was going to catch her eventually.

Another note that’s not about the voiceovers. The line when Lydia asks where the creek is, and Alpha says there isn’t one. The word “creek” was just in the name of the RV park. But watching it again it struck me as super fascinating. Creek is a water symbol, and not far off from “brook.” We’ve talked a lot about the river representing the barrier between the lands of the living and the dead.

For Alpha, that barrier is very hazy, if it’s there at all. She’s alive, but she walks with the dead, pretends to be one of them. This episode was symbolically about how, whatever good part of her was left, it died. She’s now the walking dead. A person who is alive but with no conscience, empathy, or remorse. So, it’s interesting to hear her say there is no creek. Or essentially, there is no water. Water also = life, so to Alpha, there is no life. But of course that’s not literal. It’s more like the life of the soul.

In addition, when Lydia runs and Alpha finds her, they’re sitting near the creek. So, it’s not that there wasn’t one. Alpha just couldn’t see it. She blinded herself to it. Just another really interesting, super-subtle thing that most of the fandom isn’t even going to think about. Moving on.

When Lydia runs away, we see Alpha as her bald, silhouetted self again and she says, “We are all we have. We do what we think is right. Even if it hurts the ones we love.” This is very close to “we are the end of the world.” And she’s justifying hurting people she should love.

Lydia mentions the trees and the fairies. Once again, Alpha takes a reference that you would think would be one of life and light and interprets it as death. Lydia says she wants to go, but she’s being a very typical child here. An abused child who wants to leave a bad situation for a better one. Only someone as warped as Alpha would think that means her child is asking to be killed.

Under the tree, the voice over says, “you forget how little nine is. I must have been so small. Lydia was so small. She was so small. But I would have killed the both of us.”

This is one of those lines that feels to me like it’s leading somewhere. I want to ask, “So what? She’s so small…and what?” It feels like she’s going somewhere with it, but this is all she says. It feels to me like this is only the first half of the story, so of course it’s hard to connect what these things mean. We need the second half before it’s really going to make sense.

Then Hera and her people show up. Another thing I didn’t quite register the first time is that Hera hits Dee and knocks her out. So, there’s clearly some animosity there. But of course the story cuts off and we don’t get the rest of it.

The very last one, just before we see that she’s talking to Hera’s face and hair, she says, “I was keeping myself from my nature. But that was the end of Dee. And the beginning of me. But then I met you. And you showed me love.”

This might be the most intriguing line of the whole thing. How did Hera show her love? Now, we’ve established that Alpha is very twisted, and she believes her true destiny was to be evil, so this probably means the opposite of what most of us would think. To Alpha, love is teaching someone to survive in the harshest possible way.

So, it sounds to me like Hera probably did terrible things to Alpha. For her to eventually get pissed enough to rise up, kill her, and take her face, it sounds like there was probably a lot of abuse going on there, in one way or another. It’s a very serial killer type of mentality, that comes from victimization mixed with extreme anger. They always do such a good job with Alpha’s twisted psychology. Anyway, that’s all I’ve got for now. Like I said, nothing super new or groundbreaking. Just some observations.

I feel you were very on point with your interpretation of Alpha, it's wonderful. Alpha is such a rich character and the thing that is most scary about her is that she could be real, like you said above it's like looking into the mind of a deranged killer. I imagine Samantha/the actress finds Alpha fascinating and is both a challenge and joy to bring her to life in all her warped physical and mental imagery.

I agree that Carol is very much a milder version of Alpha. Like the Alpha character Carol is very complex but she seems to be able to hold on and be grounded a little more than Alpha. I think her love of Sofia and other children in general is a normal motherly type of love something that Alpha is not truly capable of and that's the difference.

This has been touched on by both Rick and Daryl that Carol believes she is justified in her bad acts by being right in principle. It's a very shady area because in principle many times she is correct but it's in the way she goes about things that is wrong. Carol is not a team player. She does not share her plans or thinking with anyone because she does not want to have to compromise. She does not want to see a different viewpoint or a different way of doing something, it is right in her mind therefore she does it the way she wants it to be done which is usually violent and is costly to the others around her.

She was right at the prison to want the children to be able to defend themselves in the world they were now living in. I have no doubt if she had presented the idea to the council they would have come up with a plan to teach the children but in doing so she would had to relinquish and compromise the way she felt it should be done. It would be giving in because in her mind her way is the only right way.

The time of Jacob's (Daryl's/Israel's) trouble and Daniel's 70th week (Revelation) Part 2

Tara at Oceanside comes across Rachel. Thanks again to @galadrieljones

Because of her original connection, we know that Daryl is a representation of Jacob, who was tricked into marriage with Leah first, then seven years later married the love of his life, Rachel.

Well, here we get a representation of Daryl (Tara) and Rachel.

They shadow the future and past through other characters, and Rachel is considerably younger than Tara, a representation of Daryl and Beth. Not that there's anything wrong with that, so don't @ me. 😆 😆

Jacob had the dream about the ladder to heaven, commonly called Jacob's ladder 🪜 in Beersheba.

The ladder signifies the "bridge" between Heaven and Earth (Jesus/Beth) that will come through Abraham's line and the tribes of Israel - from Dan to Beersheba.

Back on the Windsor bridge, before Tara falls off, we see Health pick up a Beer-sheba 🍺 bottle.

We see a ladder at Oceanside, where Tara (Daryl/Jacob) meets Rachel...

All the bridge symbolism in the show points to Jacob's ladder 🪜 and Beersheba, the line of Abraham and the cure to come through that bloodline (Christ/Beth)

Jacob has his name changed by God to Israel, and while it refers to Daryl, it's also about the larger nation/bloodline.

The term "Time of Jacob's trouble" that I put in the title is just one more way of saying, Daniel's 70th week or the book of Revelation. This is huge topic theologically but at it's basis, they are all about the 7 year period that makes up the biblical end times called the Tribulation.

During this time period, God turns his focus back to Israel (Daryl), which is why now is the season of Daryl/Beth's story.

Both Daryl (Jacob/Israel) and Beth's (house of) bloodline combined are that "bridge" to a cure that undoes the fall and connects heaven and earth again.

Jacob, after Beersheba, travels through the area called Bethel, which means house of God. Daryl and Beth combined - Bethyl reconnects man to the house of God with a cure. Daryl when he finds Beth will have Joseph symbolism around him because he will be the "father" of the cure.

As @bookqueenrules mentioned, in her last post, the working title of DD2 was 'Pilgrim'. The path that Jacob takes is known as Jacob's journey.

We see Abraham in the show drink beer when he arrives at the "promised land" (Alexandria)

And he talks to Michonne about living and dying by the sword (the word of God/bible)

We also see Abraham drink DAN-ville bridge whiskey while in the "promised land"

Abraham gives us a depiction of the northernmost tribe of Israel -Dan when he drinks the "spirit" called Danville.

How do you get into the house of God? Through the cure that comes from Abraham's line - Dan to Beersheba.

Next to the ladder (Jacob's ladder) with Tara at Oceanside 🪜 we see a kite.

Emily posted about a kite (bridge to heaven) saying I AM WHO I AM," which is the name of God, and it represents the cure (world health organisation) and showing the apple 🍎 tree of the fall. Separation.

I am who I am cures the fall and separation.

We see a representation of this fall symbolism with Rick and Michonne in 615.

Michonne (Eve) picks up the apple 🍎 and eats it. The clock is pointing to 6,7, and 2

672 in strong concordance, which is a concordance of biblical names and numbers and their meaning. 672 means to depart.

Separate, fall from God.

A hint to the fall and departure from God at the fall.

We see Michonne give the fruit to Rick (Adam). He eats and says, "This is GOOD."

A call back to Genesis when God says his creation was good before the fall.

Then God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it was very good!

Apple symbolism is both a separation symbol and a reunion symbol because the good (perfect) cure (Jesus/Beth) restores the separation.

Michonne says it is good...because Jesus came through.

Going backwards from this apple moment, Jesus is introduced. So the backwards timeline is fall, then Jesus making it good. Through the line of Dan to Beersheba.

Going forwards we have a representation of the end times Jesus pulls through (cure arrives), and then Negan, a version of the Antichrist, is introduced.

Abraham asks Who's Negan? The answer...Ding dong HELLS bells 🔔

When Negan is introduced, he makes everyone kneel before him, which is a depiction of worship...

Revelation 13.4

Negan is a charismatic monster, kind of likeable even when being so evil. This is actually one of the traits that the antichrist is said to possess. He will be charming, a gifted communicator, and military leader.

When Negan is introduced in season 7, we see him tell Rick that this is the new world order...

The antichrist creates a global system over which he rules, and he takes everything.

He makes everyone get the mark of the beast or be killed. We saw a depiction of this going backwards to Alexandria (Revived Roman Empire) with the "A" stamp on the right hand and the W mark on the foreheads of the wolves.

Jessie says, "You're one of us now", her horse shoe necklace is related to the four-horseman of Revelation which i talk about here.

While he rises in Europe, his rule reaches worldwide. 🌎

It's no coincidence that Daryl (Jacob/Israel) was taken prisoner by Negan but refused to bow, he represents end times Israel.

If Daryl didn't escape, we can assume he would have been killed by Negan for not bowing down, bending the knee.

At the halfway mark, into the 7 year treaty (tribulation) that Antichrist makes with Jacob (Daryl/Israel), he breaks it and goes after Jacob's line (Israel) to persecute and kill them.

This is depicted by Negan killing Abraham. Antichrist goes after his line, that's why he was the one picked to die.

The show is depicting all aspects of the end times combined, through many characters, while Beth and Rick have Christ returning symbolism, they also have Antichrist symbolism. Beth with her mortal head wound is a dead (pardon the pun) giveaway.

I've already talked about how Negan is a version of the antichrist here, he represents antichrist/Satan who leads the battle of Armageddon against God and loses. He then gets locked up for the Millennium and let back out for "a short time".

We have seen this play out in the waling dead when Negan lost the all out war, was locked up, then released and now in Dead City has become a leader again.

The episode Morning Star 10.11 gave us more end time symbolism, when the antichrist attacks Jacob/Israel.

The bible gives us the meaning and location of Hilltop when Jesus says...

Rev 22.16

“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.”

Morning star (Jesus/Beth) is a cure reference coming through (Daryl/Jacob's) line of Israel. Connected to the star of Kind David, who was also in the line of Abraham.

Hilltop here, was a representation of Israel (Jacob's line) being attacked. With the wings of the Archangel Michael having Daryl's (Jacob's) back.

Antichrist tries to kill Jacob/Israel but also anyone who won't take the mark of the beast.

Rev 20.4

I saw thrones, and sitting on those thrones were the ones who had been given the right to judge. I also saw the souls of the people who had their heads cut off because they had told about Jesus and preached God's message. They were the same ones who had not worshiped the beast or the idol, and they had refused to let its mark be put on their foreheads or hands. They will come to life and rule with Christ for 1,000 years.
