Will you be updating Between Fifth And You?
I've been plotting on the side about this story and Relic Keel...I'm thinking about a re-write, just starting from the beginning again since its been a while and I have different ideas now. We'll see when it happens, but the short answer is yes. <3

Love Him Not Me
I- I have no explanation for this, I really don’t. In my defense, the discord started it. Well, and Hazel. So, here you go: the first-ever(?) Between Fifth and You fic, featuring Leo and Remus being in love but not with each other.
characters belong to @lumosinlove
“Hey Re?” Leo asked that afternoon. He lay curled into Remus’ side, idly scrolling through his phone while Remus read.
Remus didn’t look up from his book. “Hmm?”
“Are you still in love with Sirius?” That got his attention.
It was something Leo had been wondering for a while now. He’d known, when they had first kissed among the roses in Rome, that he was just a rebound. That Remus was caught up on his star boy back home, his broken heart still painfully mending. But now, months later, back at school with Sirius and all the others, he wondered.
Remus’ voice was carefully controlled as he said, “Why do you ask?”
“Because I see the way you look at him still,” Leo answered honestly.
It had hurt, the first time he’d noticed it, the longing and love in his boyfriend’s eyes. And he had wondered why Remus loved Sirius and not him. But now, it didn’t hurt as much. It wasn’t about him, he’d realized. It never had been.
When Remus didn’t answer, Leo glanced over at him. “I’m not mad at you,” he said softly, and Remus seemed to unfreeze. He set his book down, sighed. Looked at Leo.
“Why not?”
Leo blinked. “Why not… what?”
“Why aren’t you mad at me? You should be, I’ve been awful. Because I do… I do still like him.” His voice stuttered on the word ‘like’. “And that’s not fair to you.”
“I know, sweetheart,” Leo murmured. “But it’s not up to me, is it? How you feel? I can’t control it. Neither can you.”
“I do like you.”
“And I like you. A lot. But maybe not the way we both pretend to.” Thoughts of dark green eyes and messy red hair flashed through Leo’s mind. He pushed them away.
“I’m sorry.” Remus whispered the words. His eyes shone with tears. Leo reached up and brushed the tear from his cheek.
“It’s not your fault.”
“What do we do now?”
Le couldn’t help but crack a smile. “Well I do believe we’re breaking up darling. But that’s okay. We can still be friends.”
“Can we?”
The hesitancy and doubt in Remus’ voice felt like a knife to the heart. Leo cupped his face.
“Of course we can. I’m not quitting on you, Lupin.”
With a sniff, Remus wrapped his arms around Leo and buried his face in his shoulder. He was warm, and Leo soaked it up, holding Remus back.
“Thank you,” came his muffled voice a moment later. He pulled back and looked at Leo. “For knowing me so well. And being so… good about all of this. I don’t think I could ever be this calm while breaking up with someone.”
“It hurt, at first,” Leo admitted. “When I realized, I was so angry, and jealous. But I’ve had some time to think about it. I’m not mad anymore.”
“I’m glad. I don’t know what I’d do with you mad at me.”
Leo huffed a laugh. “Well, I could never stay mad at you for too long anyways.”
“Aw, I’m flattered.”
A comfortable silence fell between them then. Remus picked up his book again and kept reading.
“What are you going to do about Sirius?” Leo asked eventually, breaking the silence.
Remus sighed dramatically, “Ugh, I don’t know.”
“I think you should ask him out,” Leo said matter-of-factly, moving the book from where Remus had dropped it in his lap.
“I can’t just do that!” Remus spluttered, staring at him in disbelief. Leo stifled a laugh.
“Why not?”
“Because I… can’t, I don’t know. Let’s change the subject.”
“No, I don’t think we should,” Leo replied, thoroughly amused.
“Yes, yes we really should,” Remus argued. “What about Logan, how’s he doing? And Finn? Are those two still attached at the hip?”
Leo froze. “Uh, I think so.”
Remus narrowed his eyes. “That wasn’t convincing.”
“I- mmm.”
You know,” Remus started and Leo knew he was in danger, “now that you’re single and all that, you could ask someone else out, too.”
“Oh so you are going to ask Sirius out?”
“Don’t change the subject.”
“You changed it first!”
“Touché, but you’re deflecting.”
Leo grumbled under his breath. “I might like Logan.”
“Ha! I knew it.”
Leo just looked at him.
“And Finn.”
At that, Remus paused. “What?”
He sighed. “It’s… ugh, it’s complicated, I don’t know.”
“Wait, hang on.” Remus sat up straighter. “You like both Logan and Finn-” Leo nodded- “but you were out here dating me? Why?”
“I-” Leo closed his mouth. He didn’t have a good response to that. “Leave me alone, lover boy.”
Remus rolled his eyes, but there was no force behind it.
“Let’s make a deal,” he said, and Leo narrowed his eyes. “Don’t make that face! It’s not bad, I promise.”
“Okay…”
“Okay. I’ll ask Sirius out, if you ask Logan and Finn out.”
“Wh-” Leo stopped himself. “Fine.”
“Wait, really?”
“Yup.”
“Wait no, you were supposed to say no.”
“Too late,” Leo sang. “Better start planning.”
“I hate you.”
“Love you too.”
And it was true, Leo thought. He did love Remus. Maybe not the way he’d wanted to, at first. But they weren’t together anymore, and so it didn’t matter that he loved him like a friend. It didn’t matter that he said it aloud now. It was true.

Hiii!!! I love all of your work sm, I was wondering if you would write more o’Darwin??? What about in the future of them finally getting to live together, no pressure at all though :)))
So, one of my big O'Darwin's HC'S is that it's not necessarily their goal to live together. I feel it's important to depict poly relationships in all their form including those that follow less traditional 'rules'. If you've read some of my other O'Darwin stuff, you might remember I've written Alex with other long-term relationships down in Florida aswell as short-term and hookups. Now, of course there is absolutely no problem if you want to HC them as living happily ever after in their nice little house together, it's just not something I imagine. This was my attempt at writing something that hopefully meets your happy O'Darwin desires. It ended up kind of emosh!
Rating: T
CW: mentions of career ending injury, food, small sexual joke,
Credit for these characters and the sweater weather universe goes to @lumosinlove
"And," Alex drew the word out as he placed the last of his roll necks into the closet. "Done."
"Finally. It only took 3 days." Kasey huffed from where he lay on the chaise-lounge, watching Alex unpack the last of the boxes he'd had shipped from Florida. "Did you and Finn take the whole of fifth avenue when you left the state?"
"I need options, and I don't see you complaining when I'm wearing the clothes."
Natalie scoffed, leaning against the door of the closet. "O'Hara, please. You'd look good dressed in a bin bag and you know it. Come on, I made breakfast."
"She ordered breakfast," Kasey laughed, hauling himself upright.
Parts of Alex had been accumulating in the apartment for years: the toothbrush in the bathroom; the drawer of clothing that held the things he didn't want to keep bringing back and forth, his mug in the kitchen, to name a few. Now though, it felt more permanent, more deliberate. A whole closet. The online shopping list updated to include his personal favourites, rather than just grabbing them on the way from the airport. Finding mail for him in between Kasey and Natalie's letters this morning.
"9 months! I can't believe we get you for 9 months," Natalie grinned, bending to squeeze Alex's cheeks and pressing her lips to his forehead before folding her legs beneath her onto one of the large cushions opposite, Kasey between them.
"You'll be sick of me in a week." Alex chuckled reaching across the low table to grab one of the acai bowls.
"If you keep leaving your dirty underwear on the bathroom floor then we will," Kasey hummed, sipping at his mug of dark coffee. If the steam rising from it was any indication then it was still incredibly hot, but Kasey didn't flinch. He cocked his head, inspecting Alex's face. "Seriously, how are you feeling about it?"
Alex shrugged. "I'm still working through it with Jacob, but mostly I'm focusing on the positives. I get to be here with you two and Finn whilst I finish recovering and I begin coaching at the college almost as soon as I'm back in Florida so there won't really be anytime to wallow in the misery."
"Are you miserable?" Natalie frowned.
"I think the not knowing was the worst part," Alex smiled softly. "Now that I know that I can't play anymore, it feels easier somehow. I always knew there was a possibility of something like this happening. All it takes is one bad hit, an injury that just won't heal -" Kasey rubbed his thigh and Alex reached for his hand reassuringly. "But the thought that maybe, just maybe, if I did everything right, then I could get back on the ice was driving me crazy. I could make a plan once it was final, y'know? I have a plan."
"Do you miss Florida?"
Alex paused, halfway through digging out the passionfruit from its skin. He glanced at Natalie, the tight lines around her eyes revealing the nervousness she rarely showed. "If you're asking whether I miss Kiran, then yes. I miss her. Just like I miss you when I'm there. There's no better. Just different."
"Fuck, I know, sorry," Natalie said, letting out a long breath. "I don't know what came over me."
"Oh no," Alex deadpanned. "She's having emotions. Someone call the press, Natalie Darcy might actually be human."
"Shut up, I hate you," Natalie scoffed, flicking a grain of puffed rice across the table at Alex.
"She loves me, doesn't she?" Alex whispered in Kasey's direction. "I bet she tells you all the time.
"You're both a pain in my ass."
"You wish," Natalie laughed.
"Maybe later," Alex chimed.
Kasey rolled his eyes, taking another bite of his egg sandwich without comment. Alex gave a contented sight. Tomorrow, Kasey would go to practice, Natalie would go to the studio and Alex would have to find some way to entertain himself that wouldn't leave him bored and depressed, but for today he just wanted to enjoy being with the people he loved.

This is an AU still set in the SW universe but a little to the right and maybe down the block. I want Leo to have a little secret!
This is the ninth chapter of this little series I have and it's a little spicy. Enjoy!
TW/CW: Smut, Drama, Arguing, Questioning Sexuality, Food, Panic attack
Characters belong to @lumosinlove
“Can we talk?” Leo was knocking on his door for the fifth time that day. Finn hasn’t done much besides practice, eat, and sleep since three weeks ago happened. His heart pulled painfully every time he thought about it. He didn’t answer Leo for the fourth time that day and obviously Leo wasn't having it. So he opened the door and peeked his head in. “This needs to be talked about Finn, you and Tremz. It has gone on for too long.” He walked over and sat on the bed next to Finn’s legs and handed him his phone that he had been ignoring the past few days.
It had five missed calls from Logan… every time he called Leo knocked on the door.
“I don’t know what to say” He sat up and took his phone in his hands. “This has been an issue between us for years, eight years to be exact. I don’t know how to bring it up without Logan avoiding the subject or just talking to me in French. I don’t know how to get him to listen to me.” He could feel his eyes burning as the salty tears, hiccupping a little he felt a comforting hand on his thigh and looked up.
Leo always understood, he didn’t know how but Finn felt like Leo always did. With just a look into the ocean of Leos all knowing eyes he calmed. He didn’t want to lose Logan all together, he loved him. Whoa, he hadn’t admitted it so bluntly to himself before. It kinda felt nice.
He smiled a little and unlocked his phone going into the phone icon and hovering over Logan's contact. Cutely named LoLo, which he knows he hates, he couldn’t bring himself to press on the name. To call.
“Do you want me here, like put it on speakerphone?” He was earnestly asking, this didn’t involve him but he wanted them to both know he was there for them. He watched the fiery hair move as Finn nodded and pressed the contact to start the call. Putting it on speaker. It rang a few times.
“It's about time you stinky head!” Logan talked into the phone and all three of them laughed. “Leo are you there too?” Logan was laying on his bed and couldn’t stop the sad smile from creeping onto his face. He had talked to Leo a bit after practice one day, Logan felt so bad about just leaving Finn crying in the smoking area a few weeks ago. Leo doesn’t know the whole thing… you know, about how he came in his pants for the second time that trip.
“Sorry, I just thought I lost you” Leo squeezes his thigh a little as he sniffled. Logan sucked in a breath and whimpered a little at how vulnerable and honest Finn was being. He loved him. When his thoughts finally settled he started crying and not realizing it.
“Finn, I’m so sorry I shouldn’t have left you there… or at all. I’m so stupid but I need you to understand that I will always be there for you. I will always be there no matter what. I-” Love you, is what he wanted to say but choked on the words as he realized what he was about to say.
“I’m sorry too Lo”
“Come over for dinner tonight tremz, we’ll have Fish’s favorite.”

The Spare - Chapter 7
Hello again,
here we go with the next chapter.
The fic is still inspired by the lovely @lumosinlove
TW for mentioned homophobia, past (and present?) abuse, mental health issues.
Chapter 7
Regulus quietly eased himself down on his bed, not making a noise, struggling to grasp what he just overheard. And it was a lot. His brother was, erm... dating the person he called after dinner. The voice on the phone was somewhat unintelligible but clearly male... named Remus. Sirius is dating a man. He was gay... playing in the NHL. Holy shit.'
After a moment of comprehension, Regulus pushed the newly found insights in his brothers’ sex-life aside. There was so much more. Sirius did not just go and found himself a new family six years ago. He felt as abandoned by his family as Regulus felt by Sirius. He feared their parents. Was the brave attitude Sirius would show Regulus just to keep him calm and happy, to protect his little brother? The beatings didn't end when Sirius was fifteen, as Regulus was always made to believe and he was going through therapy because of the psychological damage it caused. All the time Sirius told him he did not understand, Regulus drove him further away but his brother was right all along. Regulus did not understand, and he could kick himself for not getting this earlier.
But Sirius left Regulus there instead of explaining to him what he did not understand.
“I wouldn’t trade places with him though. I wouldn’t give up the Lions for anything.” His brother had said. Regulus wouldn't want to trade places with himself either.
This made clear that Sirius had no idea how Regulus' life went and how leaving him alone did not ease the pressure off of him. On the contrary. Do other families actually talk about such things? Probably, but we did not talk and now the damage is done.
Then, another aspect of the conversation demanded attention. Sirius had found someone. A team, some kind of family he actually wanted to spend time with and not just showed up out of sense of duty. And this Remus, who seemed to deeply care about him. Him, not his career, not his status. That man might even love him.
Regulus felt his eyes burn. He hadn't cried in years but the bare idea that relationships existed where people cared for each other like that, without expectations, showing support and giving comfort, left him longing. He remembered the feeling of being cared for by Sirius when he was young and realised that he was secretly craving it. Envy mingled with the burning the remorse of all he ever did to his brother while tears ran down his face.
                                   ............................................
The next day went by in a blur. Regulus was confused and hurting. His carefully maintained walls broke down yesterday and he was struggling to get them up again. He still couldn't look into his brothers’ eyes, he was off kilter and felt too exposed. But he knew he needed to get a grip, needed to talk to his brother before he left the next morning.
Regulus wandered around again at night but not in the house. He couldn’t walk past Sirius room again before he was ready. Instead, he put his running shoes on, climbed out of his window and started off along his favourite path. He'd run it so often, it didn't even make a difference that is was dark. He put Sirius' sexuality on the back burner, deciding that it was more important to get a concept of how he felt about his brother after all the input from last night. Letting the call replay in his head, Regulus tried to make a note of the feelings that surged through him. It hurt horribly but he pushed through and began to classify his emotions halfway through his second laps.
He felt sorry for his brother. Sirius was abused, felt just as abandoned as Regulus, stood under enormous pressure from the media already and oh, he was a closeted gay NHL-Captain dating his teams' -almost professional NHL-player- PT. The name Remus stroked something in Regulus' memory and he had looked him up earlier that day. Somewhat typically Sirius: Never one to do things by halves. But back to the feelings-endeavour.
There was shame, quite a lot. Regulus was being big-headed, naive and too eager to please his parents, the Snakes, too eager to escape Sirius' success pressing down on him until he couldn't breathe. He had let himself get blinded.
Despite the re-evaluation of their last years, Regulus still felt abandoned by his big brother and unbearably hurt. Although he began to fathom why Sirius put so much distance between himself and the family, he promised Regulus to always be his brother, to be there for him. And then, he wasn't. This wasn't all Sirius' fault of course, there were so many layers to their relationship that his head spun and he didn't even know everything that happened to his brother.
Regulus took a short break from running and feelings before he began his fifth laps, wishing he had thought of water.
Envy was the next feeling on the list. It was a not a knew occurrence but while it usually focused on his brother’s career, he now envied Sirius for something completely different. For having friends as close as a family, a team that supported him and seemed to genuinely like him as a person. Jealousy threw itself into the mix with a pang. All these people were in company of the Sirius' happy and caring side. The side that once was reserved for Regulus only. But maybe, it was possible to deeply care for several people. That Sirius finding real friends didn't mean he had nothing left for his baby brother. But Regulus drove him away and lost his claim. As quick as the jealousy came, it was overshadowed by longing for true affection and loss of how close he once was to his brother.
Remus. The name sprang up in Regulus' mind. Sirius hadn't just found a home, he found love. Something, Regulus grew more and more aware that he himself was undeserving of such strong affection. Any affection honestly. After all he had done, no one could possibly like him. The realisation just increased the longing and gave it a painful twinge.
As if it wasn’t bad enough already.
Regulus gave up running after the fifth laps and settled on lying on a park bench in the middle of nowhere instead, like a proper creep.
Maybe I could do with a bit of therapy too, at the very least to sort through this mess, he thought dryly.
Then, there was the sexuality part. His brother was gay. This thought should have evoked repulsion in him but it didn’t. He briefly considered the common slurs and dirty jokes in the locker-room and on ice. Regulus was not sure how much of it was supposed to be harmless chirping but without doubt, it would become ammunition of certain players, if they knew it was actually true. And his parents made decidedly no effort to sugar-coat their opinions.
                                 ......................................................
"Sports is stooping lower and lower these days!" Regulus remembered his father’s agitation during the Olympic winter-games in Sochi.
Tim Stevenson, a Vancouver City Councillor, urged the International Olympics Committee to add "sexual orientation" to the Olympic Charter. The politician was openly-gay and married to Gary Paterson, the equally openly-gay moderator of the United Church of Canada.
"They shouldn't have allowed that in the first place" Orion hissed while succumbing into a rare fit of rage.
Regulus, of course, couldn’t remember the marriage in 2004 but his parents would never fail to show their distaste and indignation.
                                   .................................................
Regulus had always believed blindly what his parents told him, once out of naivety, later out of self-preservation. A mode of action he began to question deeply by now. The blind trust towards his parents was crumbling quickly, and Regulus felt himself uncertain of what to do now that his moral concepts and alleged knowledge were dissolving at an alarming rate. But as many tumultuous hard feelings as he allowed himself against Sirius for abandoning him and escaping, he did not think that being gay changed something about his brother...
Wasn't sexuality something you can’t help? That has always been like this? Then, hadn't he always been gay and knowing about it did not make him a different person. But Regulus hardly doubted that most of the NHL shared this train of thought, let alone their parents.
This can ruin Sirius' career... but isn't hockey supposed to be about the game and the game only? His mantra came back from the dead.
Why should it be of any importance for his game where he put his dick, or let other people stick their dick, for that matter? Regulus shuddered at the thought that his brother had a sex-life but he found himself not cringing at the idea of Sirius liking men. It was more the fact that he had sex in general. He denied that brothers, just like parents did this at all. Being the living proof that his parents had definitely had sex, was irrelevant.
Regulus decided to keep his brothers secret. He would not hurt him any more than he already had.
Coming home, around three in the morning, tired but much more at ease he found himself able to really sleep for the first time in what felt like years. Come next morning, he would grow a pair of metaphorical balls (he already had actual ones, thank you very much) to tell Sirius about the Interview and apologise. He would not talk about his brother’s sexuality, didn't want to intrude. It was not Regulus' business after all.
Regulus never overslept but this very day, he did. When he woke up, his brother was already gone. Thats that. I hope you liked it :)
Stay safe and channel your inner Hufflepuff

On the third day of Winterfic, Hazel gave to you, Finn and Logan bookshop meet cute…(from the universe of Between Fifth and You)
Read all the days here
Finn stretched out his neck, closing his eyes on the inventory lists that fuzzed with blue light on his computer screen, and listened to the storm raging outside. He took off his glasses, letting them clatter onto the desk before rubbing at his face. If he finished this now, he could come in later tomorrow morning. Well, later tomorrow morning. He really should just finish, make a cup of tea, maybe. He glanced at his computer clock. It was two AM. His favorite coffee shop was definitely not open at two in the morning.
He pushed up from his desk chair, letting it spin him around, letting him feel weightless for a moment, before heading over to where he kept the electric kettle. He opened the cupboard and put a bag of Earl Gray in a cup, then turned to look over his shop. The books looked like they were sleeping in the dim light of the, well, he guessed they had to be called Christmas lights, even if he did keep them up all year round. They were tiny little warm things that washed everything in a yellow glow. The kettle bubbled from behind him and Finn smiled. He was tired, but look what he had. These books were his, and at nine o’clock, people would start coming in again to brush against their spines, hiding from the rain, peaking inside their story. Finn did love a good story.
Thunder rumbled down outside like a firecracker, but it was the flash of lighting that accompanied it that really made him jump—or rather, what the lightning lit up outside his window.
Finn stared out at the dark, at the same, now unlit, shape that was frozen there. Behind him, his kettle flicked off, boiled. Thunder cracked again, and the lightning.
It was a boy, in nothing but a suit, soaked through and bent over, panting like he’d been running for his life.
“Jesus,” Finn breathed.
Finn took a step closer, now able to make out the shape of him better, knowing he was there. He jumped again when the boy pressed a palm flat against the window, leaning against it for support. He didn’t seem to see Finn.
Finn didn’t know what made him do it, but the next thing he knew he was swiping his umbrella from the stand and turning the lock on the door.
“Hey,” he called, squinting against the wind. “You’re going to get struck by lightning.”
When green eyes flashed up at him, Finn was pretty sure he just had.
“I mean,” Finn began. “Like, it’s not outside of the realm of possibilities. I mean—are you okay?”
The boy pushed past him, into the warm store, and sat without being invited to, putting his head in his hands.
Finn yanked the door shut behind him, wind howling, hands freezing, and closed his umbrella warily. The boy looked—expensive. The suit was not a suit, but a tuxedo. The jacket was ruined, but it had been a dark green velvet thing. His shoes were soaked through all the way up to the ankles of his pants—his socks were green, too. His hair clumped in soaked curls. He looked like something out of a book. Something in Finn gave a little excited jump.
“Do you have any Beaubatons Mint Tea?”
Finn blinked. The boy was French. Or at least the accent was.
“Ah,” Finn hesitated, glancing towards his abandoned mug, but not quite willing to abandon his surprising guest yet. “Yes…Or, no, I mean, no, we have—Earl Gray? English Breakfast? I actually,” Finn pointed over to the kettle. “I was just about to…”
The boy looked dazed. Stunned. He wasn’t looking at Finn.
“Two cups,” Finn said. “Okay, I’ll be right back. Milk? Sugar?”
“Ouais,” the boy mumbled. “Yes. A lot.”
Finn paused. “A lot of tea?”
The boy was rubbing his eyes again, and his voice came out raspy and tired. “Lot of sugar.”
“All right,” Finn said. “Right, okay.”
It was completely silent as he made their tea. He sneaked glances over at the boy as he poured the milk in. How much was a lot of sugar? He spooned in two, somehow having a feeling that the boy meant at least four.
He brought the steaming mugs over to the plush chair and the boy, setting them on the side table.
“Listen,” Finn began, bending down on one knee to get a better look at the boy’s face. He was still breathing hard. It was slowing, but his mouth turned down at the corners as he pulled air in. “Are you okay?”
The boy just scrubbed his hands over his dripping hair again, seeming not to have heard Finn, he mumbled, “I hate storms.”
“Yeah, this one’s a killer,” Finn nodded.
The boy, finally, seemed to really see Finn. His green eyes were brighter than any of the green on his outfit. Little gemstones piercing right at Finn. “Quoi?”
“What?” Finn asked.
“What,” the boy said.
They just stared at each other. Finn laughed, awkwardly.
“I think we just confused each other, um,” Finn said then held out a hand, elbow resting on his bent knee. “I’m Finn?”
The boy stared at the hand, then took it, slowly curling his fingers around Finn’s. He clutched a little tighter when he realized how warm Finn’s hands were from the mugs of hot tea.
“Are you okay?” Finn said again, and the question was softer this time. “I mean, like, are you hurt? I don’t know, you look…” freaked out, he wanted to say, but “sad,” is what came out.
“I’m fine,” the boy said. “I’m…” he hesitated, taking a large breath. “I’m Logan.”
“Logan,” Finn repeated, and smiled, biting the inside of his lip. He rose, taking a bashful step back, and gestured to his tea. “It’ll get cold. You should drink it, stay for a while until it lets up a little out there.”
Logan blinked at the tea for a moment, as if he didn’t remember asking for it, but picked it up and cradled it close.
“D’accord,” he said softly, and Finn didn’t know what that meant, but he pulled a stool forward, sat down, and picked his cup up, too.

“Who?” Finn asked softly. “Who didn’t stay long enough?”
Logan didn’t consider himself shy. He wasn’t. He wasn’t exactly quiet, either. Those were easy words. Those were words that unfamiliar people used. Logan just needed time, and the rest of the world was impatient.

Between Fifth And You
AO3
Summary: Sirius Black and Remus Lupin have lived in New York City all their life and only fell more in love when they both began attending Hogwarts University. But when they fall out over mysterious reasons that not even the all-knowing Gossip Girl Instagram can figure out, Remus takes a year abroad to Italy, and Sirius turns to NYC’s thrilling night scene. Just when they’re about to start their Senior year of college, Gossip Girl gets a tip that Remus has returned. What will happen when they meet again? Odds are Gossip Girl will find out.
Prologue:
Did you miss me, Upper East Siders? Gossip Girl, here. Anyone who’s anyone knows that, while those who have New York City in their blood get the leg up, to really make it in The Big Apple you need to go to Hogwarts University, home to the biggest and the baddest. But it won’t be an easy ride. I’m here to keep you up to date on the Hogwarts elites’ most secretive secrets. They think they’re safe with their money and glitz, but no one can hide from me—not even Sirius Black and Remus Lupin, the Kings of Kings.
Here’s to martinis and mistakes.
XOXO,
Gossip Girl.

Leo held a honey drizzled apple to Remus’ mouth. “Heath, healing, and a sweet new year.”
“Sweet,” Remus smiled, and let Leo slip the fruit into his mouth. “Rad,” he said while chewing.
Leo gave him a shove, and then a kiss, tongue darting out to catch some honey in rare forwardness. Leo was almost shy about kissing sometimes.
