I don't think this will happen, and I am so happy that Nate has made ammends with the lads and Beard (cannot wait for the Ted/Nate reconciliation), but I don't think he should go back to Richmond.

It's clear Roy is being lined up to take over from Ted (and anyway Ted is staying) and Nate has more than proven himself at West Ham.

What I would love is for Bex to get West Ham in the divorce (because fuck you, Rupert), mirroring Rebecca, and for her to rehire Nate. Nate then curates the same sort of environment that Ted has at Richmond and preaches The Lasso Way, so it spreads outside of just the one team.

And then Bex and Rebecca can be badass boss bitches taking over the Premier League together.

You know what I’ve constantly meant to talk about some more on here but kept forgetting to do until right now?

Ask y’all if Rebecca telling Keeley that Bex was Jamie’s back-up date was her purposefully stirring up trouble. Or was her own bias at play? Or possibly both. Could be that she actually thought he was double dipping and, since she was genuinely enjoying Keeley, wanted to warn her. While also being glad it could further destabilize shit.

Because the thing is, he doesn’t go home with Bex if she was actually his second date. They did nothing date like during the gala. Like it really feels as though he was only thinking of her as a back-up bidder.

Plus it seemed a little like she was there to hunt a rich husband. So she might have asked him to get her in and he asked for a favor in return.

Or I’m wildly off base! Who knows? Not me.
