i love the orion idea and wish we got more of it, especially in the movie! so wanting to expand on that with our bb henry. it's not in any definite shape just yet and having not posted any rwrb stories yet makes me intimidated but here's a peek at the start:

Seeing it play out in front of him, though, hurts more than he anticipated. As he walks out, out of there, anywhere but face to face with reality, he thinks about how he could be so stupid.

_The Last Five Years || The Next Five Years

SURE IS. It's definitely way a way down the list because omg the PLANNING required. A breakup/reconciliation duology - two multi-chapter fics, there'll be a HEA at the end of the SECOND part but not the first. So part one will be based (loosely, no one's fucking cheating) on the musical, part two will be something new. Both written TL5Y style though—for those unfamiliar, the show is a two-header and it's two people telling the story of their relationship from start to finish, except one of them tells the story backwards so her first song is a breakup song and the last is the day/the day after they met. The other character tells their side chronologically. They meet in the middle for a duet, but otherwise it's all solo.

Currently I've only gotten as far as mapping the songs/vibes from the show to fic chapters, but one day when you (or I) least expect it There Will Be More.
