Phil's ticket looks like it has black (probably crow) feathers on it. Two to be exact. While Quackity's looks like it has a little duck feather on it or maybe a petal. (But personally b/c of the feds hyperfixation on birds, I feel like it's a feather not a petal but I could be wrong).

Another thing I wanna say, i love those tickets they look so cool and cute at same time and I can't wait for potentially seeing Jaiden and Baghera's to see what they look like as well.

*Edit: The more I look at Quackity's ticket, the more I'm convinced that it's a pink petal not a feather, just b/c it's look so different from Phil's black feather's. Which makes me wonder why a petal or a pink petal for a matter of fact? And b/c quack didn't get a duck/yellow feather, I'm know more convinced that Baghera is gonna get a yellow/duck feather on her ticket.

So I've been thinking - thinking about the way Phil was ABSOLUTELY targeted, the way that wasn't a dream besides the end, but they made him think it all was, the way that Phil interacts with the Federation and Cucorucho specifically.

The way they call him 'The Wise Old Crow' specifically stood out to me - because the only other person on the island they have a 'Nickname' for is Jaiden, referring to her as 'Bluebird'. Jaiden, who grew up on the island, who has close ties to Cucorucho and the Federation.

And that got me thinking about the other Kidnapped members - among them, Baghera and Quackity. Baghera, another bird, who ALSO grew up on the island under the Federation, and Quackity, ANOTHER bird, who worked with the Federation from the beginning until he was disappeared and brought back conveniently lacking memories.

What am I getting at? Simple.

I think Philza also has ties to the Federation.

The nickname, him being a bird, the bizarre dream-not-dream that was so different to everything else, the way they've been talking to him in notes that's COMPLETELY different to everyone else...it says to me that there's a connection here that nobody else has.

I think Phil used to be part of the Federation; maybe that's why they call him 'wise old crow', perhaps he was a senior member. They could even work in the 'fourth wall' breaking into it. Who's to say he wasn't there before Cucorucho? That he didn't used to see him like a son?

All I know is that I don't think we're done with Phil's lore, or the Federation's connection to him, not by a long shot.

I’m actually really interested in how the qsmp fandom treats its female characters at large versus how the female characters’ fans treat their character of choice. Because there’s a general consensus to Not Be A Dick To Women, because women are awesome (source: I am one.) But then you get to the individual fandoms for each character and you see that either you really aren’t allowed to criticize those characters at all, or all you do is criticize.

(And keep in mind I love both these characters I’m going to talk about and I literally try and watch every stream they’re part of if I have the time.)

For the first category, let’s look at the fandom surrounding qJaiden:

She’s a silly bird girl! She loves Cucurucho, but not the Federation. She’s actively friends with the creatures that have tortured and manipulated and kidnapped her own friends, but that’s fine because she has trauma. She’s a bit of a hypocrite when it comes to keeping and telling secrets sometimes, but that’s fine because she’s just silly!

This is the general qJaiden fandom perspective. If you call her a hypocrite, you have people calling you misogynist. If you say she’s a bit Weird for being besties with the bear that tricked her into thinking her son was alive and forced her on a death march just to laugh in her face and show her that she’s dead, you’re called a misogynist.

You criticize her at all, or you point out her flaws, you’re labeled a misogynist. Because Jaiden is silly! She’s never done anything wrong, actually, you either just hate women or you don’t watch her pov because you clearly don’t understand her character, which is Just A Silly Woman. There’s no nuance to her character past that, and acknowledging the fact that she’s morally gray can be Bad for ‘outsiders’, or even ‘insiders’ if you’re loud enough about it.

On the flip side, let’s look at qBaghera’s fandom:

qBaghera is useless. She needs to stay in her lane. She needs to tell others her personal lore. She needs to give up on running for president. She needs to be president. She needs to hang out with Forever and Bad more. She needs to be more of a revolutionary. She needs to take a step back and stay in her lane.

This is the general qBaghera fandom. Deal. It’s gotten to the point where ccBaghera has asked that people stop criticizing her character because she plays her character very close to her own personality. It’s nonstop people telling her how to play her own character, but they all claim to be ‘fans’. Her character doesn’t have any agency of her own to them, so she’s criticized, or, when she’s hanging out with The Boys she’s criticized for hanging out with The Boys, or she’s not hanging out with The Boys enough. That’s the kicker: she felt the need to stop hanging out with the other two members of Dramatrio because people were demanding she hang out with The Boys while ignoring her own personal lore.

These two examples are very different, but they both show the misogyny hidden beneath a thin layer of on-the-surface feminism. Not being allowed to criticize a female character is Not feminist at all, and criticizing a female character too much is definitely Not feminist.

And the thing is? Neither fandom seems to acknowledge the fact that they’re being Weird about their favorite female characters. Neither are allowing their favs to have any agency: Jaiden is always ‘Silly’ and doesn’t get to have any consequences or criticism, and Baghera can’t do anything without being criticized. But if you say anything about either character in a remotely negative or criticizing way, the individual fandoms will hound you for “being misogynistic” or “favoring male ccs/characters” because the qsmp fandom Is Not A Dick To Women. Because the fandom at large loves its female characters and ccs, the smaller, individual fandoms can get away with some weird shit in the name of “feminism” covering up misogyny within.

Decided to casually re-watch Jaiden’s first stream after returning from Japan and noticed something interesting. While spending time with the two Cucuruchos, she remarks that they must love reading and takes a look at their bookcase. Specifically, she zooms in on two books

Given Jaiden’s, along with several other qsmp members’, relationship with birds, the Cucuruchos having a book called “Birdwatcher” feels like it’s not a coincidence. Even in El Quackity’s stream with egg A1, it was revealed Baghera was being monitored by the federation for some purpose, and we know the federation has an interest in Jaiden and Quackity.

What stands out to me as the most interesting is this book, though: “Parrot of Utopia.” A Parrot, the same thing Cucurucho personally gave to Jaiden right after she joined the server. A blue Parrot, to be exact, which Cucurucho has then used as a code to directly reference Jaiden on multiple occasions (such as when Cellbit was told to follow the “blue bird” on a mission). Between Cucurucho’s relationship with Jaiden, gifting her the bird, and Jaiden finding this book right on Cucurucho’s book shelf next to him, it brings a whole new meaning to Cucurucho’s constant pursuit of finally achieving “perfection” on the island. Whether Utopia can truly exist or not, I think Cucurucho is hinting here that he sees Jaiden as the key to achieving it

Small town au stuff

Philza is kindhearted yet oddly knowledgeable and mysterious resident who seems wiser beyond his years and may or may not be a witch. Especially questionable is that giant ass hat of his. Maybe a witch. He is retired and has a suspiciously large income, and somehow knows how to fly a plane?!! Maybe a retired vet or spy? Its undetermined. Or maybe just your basic crop duster. He does talk about potatoes a lot for some reason.

Foolish, your local cop and sheriff. The heart throb of the police department and kind of the definition of abuse of power (but only when its funny). He'll probably let you off for speeding or doing donuts in corn fields. His previous job was the town's major architect, which he still builds sometimes, but wanted to harass random people as a police officer for a new temporary occupation.

Quackity, the emotional weirdo teacher who's got attachment issues out the wazoo. He is sweet, but spirals sometimes. Its been rumored that he's been beaten up by Phil's kid for reasons unexplained.

Wilbur, of course, the aspiring musician. Gets confused a lot for other famous people, but plays at events when he's home. Loves his kid, but has been gone for most of the year and feels insecure for not calling her as much.

Jaiden, the town's lawyer who is rolling in it. She wins a lot of her cases and maybe does some of the illegal legwork to prove her client's innocence or the accused guilty. She does a lot of investigating with Foolish and has a key to the polices archive room. She has gotten noise complaints about her two loud birds.

Forever, a new resident along with the other Brazilians who all live in his giant pink Barbie house until Cellbit moves out to get married. Forever quickly gains popularity among the town's residence and becomes mayor of Quesadilla Town. He has been chasing after Philza this whole time, but there are whispers that he has a thing for the local pastor.

Badboyhalo, the priest, which Forever has remarked that's probably the strangest one out of the town's peoples names but it fits. Bad is a strangely wealthy and knowledge priest. His face is always masked by shadows and a hood. He always appears out of nowhere and seems to derive amusement from spooking the other residents. Forever thinks that's cute.

Roier, from Jaiden's platonic roommate to Cellbit's husband, man has never had a job and is just a trophy roommate/husband. Always physically fit, the life of the party and if the town had a best looking competition, he'd be at least top 5. Spends his day working out and is often seen on long runs in the woods. He may or may not be the one always finding weird things on his runs. Like a random artifact or an unfamiliar body.

Cellbit, town's journalist. Always looking for clues on the strange going ons and always has one of those huge boards with photos, tacks, and red thread. Man hardly sleeps and is running on six cups of coffee a day. Get him some water.

Fit, he owns of course Fit's Fitness. The sexiest personal trainer in the county and has a prosperous business. Him and Phil are somehow friends, and he weirdly seems to know things he shouldn't. Has been seen fraternizing with the weird agents that come through town and cover stuff up.

Baghera is another school teacher in Quesadilla town. She is the funnier one but also there seems to be an immense sadness to her. She avoids any special agent from the Cucurucho Factory.

Etoiles is a mysterious vigilant who fights suspicious figures and deadly monsters in the night. He's kind of the ex machina of the town and can be found lurking in the back alleys. He may or may not be a clerk at your local giftshop.

Cucurucho is an interesting and strange character, a business man in a white suit wearing a bear mask at all times. He runs the Cucurucho Institution along with its factory and seems to hold some bizarre legal authority over the town. He also has connections in the hospital and school and all around is just a sketchy person. He has many of his underlings do his bidding around town and they have been seen dumping chemicals in the river and interrogating certain residents.

Pac is your new local gym teacher and has stolen the town's physical trainer's heart. They've been having a cute shy will they won't they. It's extremely obvious to the whole town. He is best friends with the mad scientist science teacher Mike. And they get up to shenanigans. And for a gym teacher, the guy sure is smart and knows a lot of ways to build things. He's like the ultimate package!

Missa is Phil's platonic husband who is always away on business trips. He shows up into town for about a week then has to head out again to do business related business. He is jealous of Phil's love interests but also won't deny how hot they are and that also makes him insecure.

Charlie is the troubled baker/conessieur in town. He always has a creepy smile about him when you ask what's in his food, but he's just screwing with you and its actually delicious. He has been seen dragging huge lumpy bags with red liquid pouring out of it and swears it's just strawberry jam. Turns out if you licked the floor, it is. His favorite dessert to make is green jello.

Tubbo is the weird little mechanic that is always putting bizarre attachments to your vehicle and making odd do dads in his spare time. No one knows where he got his mechanic license, but no one mentions that he's probably doing this illegally cause of his sweet deals.

Mouse is a famous vtuber who may be working with the occult on the side for the funsies. Is she running a cult? Perhaps. But it would be funny if she did. Anyways she has a lovely home and gives lots of her money as donations to less sketchy hospitals.

Post Blue Bird Mission

As Jaiden was recapping the journey, Cucurucho appears behind her as a jumpscare and hands 2 notes:

Cucurucho then says a voiceline from the early days on the server:

"Hey, I'm a part of the QSMP's census bureau. I'd like to ask you a few questions."

But this time there are new questions:

What was your name?

Where did you live?

What was your best memory?

What made you happy?

Who was the person you loved the most?

By this point a lot of you have probably heard me talk a lot about QSMP (Specifically Jaiden cuz she's my little guy)

So how about a maybe controversial opinion I want some of yalls thoughts on? Ready?

I do not care for q!Foolish, q!Slime and q!Roier's inclusion in the Project Blue Bird theory.

Don't get me wrong, I love these guys, but I feel like The Blue Bird theory should just stay as a Jaiden thing. As I pointed out in a previous post, this fandom has a problem with excluding Jaiden from lots of lore, dynamics and events, including her own (Such as the familoier, Bobby's death, the "Can you hear it?" and timer events, the nightmares, etc), which is honestly sad. So it feels good to finally have something that is exclusive to just Jaiden. Something only for her.

That and q!Foolish already seems to have an established lore, being a demigod who has been friends with BadBoyHalo for centuries, so adding him in the Blue Bird theory interferes with that.

Slimecicle seems to have memories of previous smps he's been in. Such as the Origin SMP, and I'm sure Slime can make up some crazy lore on the spot if given the chance

And Roier kinda had this "thing" going on with Cucurucho/Osito Bimbo (and by "thing", I mean romantic tension), so adding him in is definitely weird.

The only other person who makes sense to include is q!Quackity and ElQuackity (Cuz of their duck motifs, being also bird coded and having stange connections with the Federation)

Before you respond (if you want), keep in mind that I'm talking about the theory, not the AU. Include as many characters and headcanons as much as you want in the AU, cuz that's honestly good stuff.

(Btw now that you're here. Do you have any QSMP or q!Jaiden Discord servers or anything of the sort that you could pass me? Please literally none of my friends are into the QSMP as much as I am and I am foaming at the mouth to have a chance to talk about QSMP to someone. PLEASE)
