Which is basically the Thronglets, as wiki page describes it as:

“AI in the future that would punish anyone who knew of its potential existence but did not directly contribute to its advancement or development, in order to incentivize said advancement.”

This was based on a forum in 2010, which I know it’s the 90’s but let’s be honest, Colin’s a time traveler or somewhat knows about the future. Plus I can see him having a fucking LSD rant about this shit:

Yes yes and yes, actually at the TCKR Launch Event that they had there was a merch table with a bunch of Thronglets and Black Mirror merch, this is the only screenshot I could find of said merch table:
