Aranara Mafia AU

-> Pt. 8

It's been quite a while since the two archons and former-archon left that place. The place with the pink skies and living cabbages, specifically.

Sometimes, they can see the cabbages in the corner of their eye, but they instantly disappear when they turn to look. They wonder whether the cabbages are spying on them, or are merely a figment of their imagination.

Ei and Venti wonder if the realm they were sent to was truly a dream, so they started searching and pinpointing. Zhongli, hearing this, hesitantly agreed to help them.

And so, after a few months, they found the location their "dream" took place in, which was Sumeru, the land of the dendro archon.

They do a lil exploring, and finally find a seemingly abandoned place, with oddly-shaped round houses everywhere.

The longer they dwelled in the area, the more a familiar feeling grew within them. But despite how warm they felt, they couldn't remember why it was familiar.

Until, they heard a slightly loud click on the ground.

Venti, who felt that he stepped on something, looked down to see a disc-shaped object, slightly deep in the soil.

A few milliseconds after realization hits them, the disc explodes. Everything went black for the three of them.

Meanwhile, in Mahavanaranapna

The Creator smiles and laughs their ass off, watching the three step on a landmine.

Nahida and some of the aranara watch, in slight concern, while the other aranara build more landmines.

Some others were preparing a full-blown assault rifle to hunt the three archons down.
