*breathes in* i found a linux build that someone made named ‘lucifer one’ and my stupid ass got smug and decided that it would be the most logical thing to do would be boot it and play with it.

an older version of ubuntu that didn’t work the second time i booted it. oh ok cool, i’ll just use an official version of it and see what i can do. there’s more things to this other than my terminal having cool art, the bootscreen is custom which i’m very proud of.

the thing about it too is that since i have no one to really help me, i have to figure this stuff out on my own with vague help on online forums for this type of shit. whatever. my brain is big enough and i have more than enough audacity to fuck up a computer to fucking up a video game console. he is also a driving factor for not giving up when whatever solution isn’t working. i also just really want it to look a specific way and i’ve *seen* it done before, so what in the god damn fuck is stopping me?
