🍔 Updated review ━ 📍 FAVO ★★★☆☆ • FAVO is a ghost kitchen – a kind of food delivery service that works like Foodora, but with the big difference that they actually cook their own food. They mainly deliver the food themselves, but you can also pick up your order or eat in their restaurants in Stockholm and Borås. Since our first review back in 2019 they’ve changed parts of their menu and also replaced some of their ingredients, so it was time to see if they still were up to par. • We ordered their Cheese Smash for 115 SEK (14 USD), with a 150-gram patty, cheddar, caramelized onions, salty pickles, ketchup, mustard and a vegan mayo. The order was easily placed in the app, and we were able to follow it all the way to our door. The food came served in sturdy boxes and bags that seemed to handle the trip, but the burger itself looked a bit shook up. We were hoping that it would taste better than it looked, seeing as the bun was a bit squished and flattened. Thankfully, the beef was nicely cooked and had a slightly pink centre, but we would have liked some more crust and seasoning. There was a generous amount of ketchup, mustard and pickles which all added a lot of taste, but the onion’s soft texture didn’t help with the overall mouth-feel. Everything was a bit too soft, and the burger had problems keeping everything together. Both the regular fries for 35 SEK (4 USD) and the sweet potato fries for 45 SEK (5 USD) were both soft and unseasoned, and a waste of money. We liked the garlic dip for 15 SEK (2 USD) though. • Ghost kitchens are here to stay, but this is proof that the ingredients need to be chosen carefully and the quality must remain intact in order for a delivery burger to handle long deliveries. "Framtida form speglingar" exhibitions with Sjuhäradsform.

In 2020, I have had three objects in the traveling exhibition "Future form reflections" that Sjuhäradsform has had 2019-14 / 12 to 6/3 2020 at Rydals museum and 24 / 10- 1/11 2020 at the City Hall in Ulricehamn. My dress that I have written about before and made for the exhibition at the Textile Museum in Borås and the exhibition that was shown 3/7 - 26/8 2018 was like this

I have also made a wall hanging, pillow and wrist warmer where the pattern is inspired by a pattern on a hood that was in the Textile Museum's archive.

This is the hood from the Textile Museum's archive   I got inspiration from

 We hope to be able to show the exhibition in new places in 2021
