Dante was having a particularly unruly day; there was a stack of papers on his desk that he had forgotten to grade and his coffee kept getting cold before he could finish it. He slipped on his coat at the end of the day, grabbing his suitcase before he left and locked the door to his office. He sauntered down the hallways of Brighton Institiute, his brow raising slightly as he heard his name being called. Professor Lexington spun on his heels, turning to see the culprit. “What can I help you with?” He began walking again as they caught up to him, not even bothering to match their pace. “Make it quick — I have places to go and people to see.”

louisa looked up from her desk, a small smile on her lips as she noticed the other in the doorway. “oh, i’m sorry.” she began, closing her journal to give the other her full attention. “i didn’t realise we had an appointment today.” a small laugh left the woman’s lips at the admission. “so are you going to come in or stand there all day?” the woman arched a brow at the other before gesturing to the seat in front of her. “what can i help you with today?”

gemma stood, arms crossed, trying her best not to lean against the wall. she already had an ever-growing list of offenses, one of which she was in the middle of being lectured about, and she was well aware of the fact that bad attitude was about to be added to it.
“yes, i do understand that there’s a rule about dress code for classes. contrary to popular belief, i do in fact know how to read. however, i happen to think this rule is stupid given the fact that we basically live here and more than half of the people in this school have seen me in less clothes than this on any given day off. so basically, what i’m saying is: until the rule is amended, i will continue to break it.”

“It’s freezing outside, if I promise that I am not a serial killer will you come in and warm up?” Brighton didn’t know where his upstairs neighbor went but he wasn’t about to let someone freeze outside while they waited to find out. “I can even get you a change of clothes so we can dry what you have one. I don’t bite, I promise.” He let out a low chuckle. “Well... you know, at least no in circumstances like these.” @gentlexsouls

“Sorry, dude. I didn’t catch, like, any of that,” Kallista let out a soft chuckle as she slipped her headphones down to rest around her neck. Studying wasn’t the girl’s strongest suit and that was probably brutally obvious by her lack of concentration. “Honestly, I’m so sick of math. Why do I even need math? I’m going to be a writer,” she rolled her eyes, resting her chin in her palm as narrowed her eyes at the other. “Don’t look at me like that! I can’t concentrate right now,” she threw her hands up dramatically. “Let’s go get coffee.”

Luna hummed cheerfully as she ambled towards Brighton Institute’s huge library. As she strolled, she gave small waves and wide smiles to students and staff members alike, hoping to radiate positivity their way. Luna noticed a patch of dead grass and took it upon herself to fix it. With a subtle gesture of her hand, life returned to the blades and their bright green hue returned. She even added a few colorful flowers to spruce up the area.
Luna quite enjoyed her job, even if being a librarian meant she had to be quiet which wasn’t exactly her forte. She just liked being helpful. Her brows furrowed as she walked up to the double doors, spotting someone waiting outside. She looked down to her watch, making sure she wasn’t late. Sure enough, she wasn’t; in fact, she was five minutes early. “Hi there,” she greeted with a soft smile as she began unlocking the doors. “I hope you haven’t been waiting too long,” she held the door open, letting the other inside the library. “Is there anything in particular you’re looking for?”

saveria had just finished a phone conference after non-stop meetings all morning. she was going to have to teach a class in a few hours and somehow wanda had burnt the coffee beyond repair. she stood from her desk with her palm firmly pressed against the side of her forehead, as if she were trying to push her headache away. she walked out, debating whether it was easier to ask wanda exactly what the hell she thought coffee was or to just make some herself when she saw the feet of someone waiting.
“did we have an appointment?” she asked without looking up to see who the feet belonged to.

a smile slipped onto the blondes lips as she spotted the other, she leant back on her heels before leaning back forward. “oh my god, you took that long.” she teased, the smile on her lips growing. “where going to be late!!” she grabbed the others hand and pulled them along. “we organised lunch, remember?” she questioned, her head turning over her shoulder to look at the other for a moment. “we’ve got a rather busy afternoon - i hope you’ve kept yourself free.” olive stated, wiggling her eyebrows playfully at the other.
