Last time I'm gonna get into this...

Within the past 24 hours, there have been FIVE attacks on Weibo with paid hashtags against Jeon Jungkook.

JK has been accused of cheating on a blonde girlfriend, leaving a string of broken hearts, getting a girl pregnant, inappropriate behavior at what looks like a club or karaoke bar, and sexually harassing female staff. These accusations are being systematically criticized and debunked when errors are pointed out.

Clearly, there is a smear campaign coinciding with the release of 3D.

Now look, I cannot promise you that all the "evidence" is manufactured. But it's definitely being weaponized. So I'd ask you to just keep an open mind, use your critical thinking skills, and be patient, because this isn't the first time rumors like this have exploded and it won't be the last. Sometimes it takes a while for the truth to come to light.

You'll never catch me in these streets acting like a cult member. I'm not going to sit here and draw up schematics and comparison photos in some desperate attempt to convince the timeline of anything. Nor am I going to say someone rented a similar apartment, staged it with mood lamps and a doberman, and then had an actor wear a mask to set up JK (more likely, it's a random couple that got filmed without their knowledge). I won't delve into conspiracy theories about companies or competitors or comebacks or cosplayers or any of that.

If later it turns out that Jungkook has a partner other than Jimin, I really hope all the members of this community join me in quietly accepting that and calmly wishing him and Jimin well. The vast majority of people here do not ship them because they are pretty dolls to play with, but celebrate them because they are wonderful human beings with a unique, decade-long relationship that makes us light up inside.

Their bond and their characters speak for themselves. And until they tell us otherwise (or, sadly, until REALLY CONCRETE evidence is leaked--which will be hard to prove in a post-fact world full of AI and deep fakes), we can theorize all day long about their behavior and what it means for their personal lives, but only the Tannies ever truly know what the Tannies are going through.

And as frustrated as we are with not knowing, they have a right to keep it that way.

So please get out of my ask box and instead refocus your energy (she said lovingly). The ajumas are most definitely planning a last minute crazy-cakes push on idolplus and the gap in votes is nowhere near safe for Jimin. It's all hands on deck!! I swore I wouldn't get involved in this season's crazy,

And I won't, but most of the ppl I follow are die hard buddie, so I see stuff.

Gotta say most of my theories from the spoilers I glimpsed are widely different from interpenetrations I saw thus far.

I think, however, with the move to ABC (Love their shows, love their ships and messages) I am hoping for a few things.

I hope Madney finally ties the knot. for the love of god let these two get married and be happy together.

I hope Eddie breaks up with Marisol early in the season (I saw a bts of her- I'm pissed that the season starts with the "fake girlfriend" at all.) and comes out or becomes more obvious about his straighthood because I ain't been feeling it since early S3.

I hope Buck experiences actual growth and becomes the 29 year old adult that he's supposed to be by now.

I hope we get new blood of firefighters joining this very small for any firehouse crew, and that their drama and mischief will be young and fun.

I hope we get Ravi, A LOT of Ravi!

I hope this show finds it's sweet spot again, because the fans and tbh the cast deserves a good storytelling even if for one season,

I hope BUDDIE goes canon and that Buck adopts Christopher, but that's just wishful thinking - because 7 seasons in, I will believe it ONLY if I see it.

Regardless, of if buddie gets together, I hope people will start getting laid in this show, I mean, the only couple who's got it going on strong since S2 are Bathena. I mean, good on them, but for god's sake, no wonder Buck and Eddie are so miserable, neither of them got laid on screen since mid season 2.

Responding to some of the comments from my last mole anon ask I'm not new to the group but I am new to the ship. I first started listening to the group around 2018 but watching stuff like Run and the festas a few yrs later and from that, I wouldn't have guessed taekook were dating or even one of the closest friendship. They seemed touchy yeah but i think that for the whole group tbh. It wasn't really until solo era that I started focusing more on fan stuff. I'd say before that I was more fo a casual fan who enjoyed watching the content but wasn't really desperate to see everything bts. Like I knew the basics and the memes but never really was inclined to delve any further and my knowledge of shipping was mostly critical. I did see some of the narratives in the backlash to shipping such as taekook being less close than other members and with (what I now know is edited) official content reinforcing that, it was much easier to believe that than a secret taekook love affair.

But Layover turned out to be one of my favorite albums because it was closest to my musical tastes and culture of music i grew up with and so I started hitting up twitter and specifically searching stuff up to discuss more about tae and his musical influences coz I thought he did such a great job with that album and had some real soul in it despite not being raised in that culture or country of that kind of music. And I think because of the algorithms and how popular taekook is that's when I started seeing my taekook posts pop up on my timeline and from a ship critical perspective, I brushed most of as delulu coz wlmy first exposure of ships being discussed in fandom was that it was weird and inappropriate to ship.

And the stuff that I did see out of morbid curiosity (and I admit it wasn't a lot at that time) just really validated the 'fake' accusations because it was all slow mo'd edits and taekook seemed to have 7 different anniversary dates according to the taekook stuff I read so it was seeming more like shippers were just trying to fit a circle onto a square hole or something. Plus I'd see people responding to those slo mo edits with the real time links and that made it seem even faker.

The I recently saw the mole video on twitter that brought me here and that was the first thing were I couldn't really rationalise it with a platonicary answer because one of the first things I can remember doing in a relationship is laying in bed counting and mapping each others marks and freckles.

So that to me seemed just highly romantic for a couple of bros.

Except I lost the video on twitter so I tried YouTube to find it, nothing. Searched the Internet on general, nothing and I ended up stumbling across this blog. I think I discovered while browsing after seeing a response to an ask that I thought sounded fair enough a d really kinda middle ground for a shipper. It was framed as like 'idnk for sure but here's what I think' and after looking for the link and coming across people who were more definitive in their theories and stuff, I thought somewhere like here would be the best place to ask for the info.

Because at that point, shipping didn't have any good associations to me and I wasn't really comfortable with my own speculation that the mole vid was leaving me with but I also couldn't stop second guessing my own first reaction to deny, deny, deny and make an excuse for it.

So my intentions really were to post here, get a link to the vid, watch it again and be like 'oh yeah, that's been blown out of proportion. No ships sailing here' like I had when people sent those real time links in response to ship edit videos.

(Except we all know what happened next)

While waiting for a response which came pretty quickly, I was looking up for more info on taekook in general and was coming up with mostly horse shit but I was also noticing the more reasoned stuff now that I was actively looking for it.

And in the response, DWM mentioned and tagged the taekook timeline which really topped off me taking a second look at the ship because again it was presented as kinda 'this is what I think, beware, I could be just high on delusional and this whole post could be wish fulfilment but here's what happened and what I think' and angles like that I can appreciate because I find it way more trustworthy than someone presenting a theory as fact which is what it felt like taekook lyves was doing a lot of, imo.

The timeline really sealed the deal for me, tbh, because seeing all their interactions in one place and running on concurrent really blew the hinges off the 'distance' narrative.

Which lead me to the ultimate question which I think is the fossil fuel that taekook sails on; what's with all the fucking secrecy and what's bighit hiding??

Because to me and with the timeline on front of me there was no distance on their distant relationship.

And so I've recently started a rewatch of some of their biggest hits. Like I started with bon voyage and I'm kicking myself and wondering why I didn't consider stuff like the room choosing situation in Bon Voyage Morrocoo or Malta wherever they were, more closely. I can't even explain why I just took it at face value as a joke because looking back JK made it so damn obvious.

And I started noticing the subtleties of their touching and the lack of space. I think part of me started reqatching the BV and Run episodes to be kinda proven right that there was nothing more to the ship and I was being delulu but the more I watch, the more Im starting to notice and those fossil fuel questions keep popping up in my mind.

And as a logical creature who said taekook isn't real when I couldn't see anything proving it, I can't then refuse to consider the possibility that it might be real now that I'm seeing stuff that I consider legit proof or support of a relationship.

As for theories, I don't want it to come across like I'm acting smarter or more superior than anyone else because I think everyone is working off theories even the people who don't believe in it because none of us know these guys or their lives but I don't like when theories are pushed as fact or manipulated or framed as the only possible conclusion to a question. Like could I make another theory as to why taekook ate mapping out each others moles, yeah, course I could but based on my own experience perception and no real clear arguement otherwise etc---the romantic reason is still the strongest supported to me.

So I don't have anything against theories just the way they're framed.

So yeah I guess that's my looong (sorry) story about how I accidently became a taekook shipper.

When does the relationship start?

Like any turtle, I have often wondered about the beginning of the relationship GGDD. Like everything related to GGDD relationship, this is shrouded in mystery.

Everything I write about here is fake, fantasy and just my stupid thoughts. Don't have to believe me, I write nonsense that does not exist in reality. 🤡

There are several popular theories about the beginning of the relationship, let's talk about them.

1) They have been together for a long time, almost since 2015 + 2) They met on DDU in 2017, started a relationship, but on the set of TU they carefully concealed this.

This is based on early drawings of GG, where he portrayed a "girl" with blond hair, suspiciously similar to DD in the image of "White Peony", in which he performed in those years (2014-2016), and on the drawing of DD, which shows a smiley with a "mole ". There is also a rumor that GG was allegedly present at one of the UNIQ fan meetings in 2015. Many people find similarities between the publications of GGDD in Weibo during that early period and some coincidences.

I can't accept this theory at all. Let's assume that this is the case, and they were already together long before the filming of TU. In this case they hid their relationship on the DDU program in 2017, they hid their relationship before filming, and only during the filming (and almost from the first day) they for some reason suddenly stopped pretending and entered into close contact, which everyone watched with some surprise. If we consider these theories to be true, then it is not clear why these two carefully concealed their relationship before filming, and during filming almost didn't try to hide.

In my opinion, the evolution of relationship took place on the set. @stupid turtle made the good chronology of BTS TU, thanks to this we can observe DD and YY throughout the filming process, knowing the approximate dates. We can build on well-known BTS clips.

For me, the difference is obvious. At the very beginning, this is an expression of interest and groping for ways of rapprochement. Then, when the relationship had already entered a certain direction, the expression of DD changed to “I consider you mine, I want it to be like that.” The behavior of the GG also became more flirtatious and he began to more clearly express his interest in DD.

It is not clear to me why two people who by that time allgedly had already been in a relationship for two or three years (or a year) showed such clear signs of an emerging romance on the set. Coquetry, courtship, I make it clear that I care about you. Later - quarrels, showdowns, at the very end there is a crisis and confusion.

The question may arise - if they had not known each other before, then why did they find a common language so quickly and in the very short time demonstrated the behavior of loved ones? Well, I know such examples from life when people are so compatible that they feel completely comfortable from the first days. For me there was nothing surprising in such behavior. They could just (unconsciously) like being around each other.

At the beginning of filming, DD made GG open compliments: “your voice is so charming!”. Gave him a fan. Taught him to dance. During the filming of the "whipping" scene (this was in the first days) a conversation arose between DD, GG and LHK, and DD revealed how he easily starts laughing when he needs to relax on set. He spoke while looking at GG, he said it as if GG doesn't know much about him yet, and DD wants to tell him a little about himself. Here, from about the 6th minute, this conversation, the whole scene is completely from the 3rd minute, there are subtitles. I got the impression that they are just learning each other, but they are already well together.

Then GG also "probed the soil" in his own way: “I want Starbucks”, “I want Japanese cuisine”, “I want a hot pot” - and DD rushed to fulfill these wishes. He courted.

Later, overtly sexual innuendos and games began, concern about food, the desire to hang out shoulder to shoulder all the time, closer bodily contact, frank glances, they eat and drink from the same dish.

Toward the end of filming, there was something restless in the air, as if a deadline was approaching when something had to be decided.

Looking at all this behavior, I can't imagine that these two had a long-term relationship before.

In BTS, we can only observe the "tip of the iceberg", only a very small part of their interactions, but even from such meager material, I see the process - from inception to crisis.

3) After GG participated in DDU, DD took his contacts, but did not communicate with him until the shooting of TU + 4) After GG participated in DDU, DD took his contacts, and they just exchanged messages from time to time, but they got together only on the set.

This is what I consider the most likely. There is an opinion that DD, having taken the contacts of a person he likes, could not help contacting him immediately, he always acts decisively and ahead of the curve. But I would object: everyone talks about DD (and he said so about himself), that he slowly warms up, does not immediately converge with people, at first they consider him cold, but then he shows his warmth. If he is like this with many, then it would be all the more strange that he boldly rushes to communicate with a person whom he really likes. Maybe he was going to do so and was waiting for the right moment? Then the theory that DD deliberately sought to get into the TU cast may turn out to be correct.

By the way, we don’t know if DD really fell in love with GG at first sight, we only have his words from an interviews that “love at first sight exists.” But I think he really liked GG right away.

And I admit that GG also liked DD, and I even admit the conspiracy theory that maybe GG has been eyeing DD since the time of the "White Peony", but did not try to get closer. According to my feelings, GG can look from afar for a long time, but he will constantly doubt and “weigh” if it comes to such a personal matter. Who can say for sure now?

All of us, thinking about this, transfer our personal experience to GGDD. Of course, I imagined how I would behave in such circumstances. Usually I have no problems communicating with people, I'm an introvert, but if I meet someone nice, I can chat about anything. But if I VERY like a person ... then I immediately go underground and am afraid to even show my sympathy to him. Some of the people I dreamed about for long days and nights just never found out about my "great love". No one knows exactly what behavior of GG and DD could be in this case.

Plus, we're talking about M+M love, and this is a special case. DD could not know in advance about GG's orientation and his reaction. Perhaps DD initiated a correspondence on the social network, but at the level of “hello, cool photo!”, “hello, I saw your performance, congratulations!”. When they met offline on the set, they looked a little embarrassed, like people who communicate in person and in an informal setting for the first time.

When the filming ended, in my opinion, the nervousness was very clear. When shooting a group photo on the roof, it seemed that DD too deliberately wants to show that everything is fine, that he is happy that the shooting is over. There is a moment when he "joyfully" jumps up while sitting on the roof, while GG looks at him strangely. Then, on one of the videos, it was clear that DD's face was rather gloomy, and something similar to tears glittered on it. But I won’t claim, because photos and videos can be deceiving (I can’t give a link to the video, I just don’t remember where I saw it, but you can find it if you want, these are quite famous shots).

The fight on the stairs, which occurred after taking a group photo of the film crew, no longer looked like a game. I saw several videos and photos, DD and GG are not smiling, DD purses his lips and seems annoyed, GG is trying his best to pretend that everything is well.

Perhaps a small push was needed to release the accumulated irritation, and it happened. Perhaps the GG has already told DD about the trip to Japan and the desire to "reboot" and think about his feelings. Maybe DD wasn't happy about it. He had a fear of possible loss, and this greatly annoyed him. The magical summer was over, the inevitable return to reality was approaching, and both felt empty in their chests. This is a very unpleasant feeling.

According to rumors, they both cried before leaving. Then there was the famous trip of GG to Japan, and I believe that this was the very moment of deciding what to do next. But apart from the two of them, no one knows for sure.

Bottom line: it seems to me that this entire period is quite consistent with the theory of "acquaintance on DDU - silence (or a couple of words in the chat) - meeting a year later on the set." The only objection I see to this is that “determined DD would not wait a whole year”, but, as I said, people behave very differently and sometimes unexpectedly in special circumstances. We didn't have other examples of DD in love, we have nothing to compare with.

In any case, all this research is just my subjective opinion, only reflections and assumptions about what remained hidden. Unless GGDD ever writes a memoir. Then we will know which theory was correct. The main thing is that now we believe that they are together, and the past has already become history. BJYXSZD 💚❤️.

Here are some K-pop reactors that I find quite nice: (I am a very peaky person when it comes to content and liking channels in general)

❥ Caitlin Benson, is a really reactive and hype person, she pauses a lot and she also explains what she likes, will fangirl and sometimes will go in-depth analysis of her theories (especially in hyyh BTS era) and will try to understand the story line of the music videos.

❥ Jordan Orme. He is a music video editor and he will explain how the music video is directed and how special effects work. He will go into detail about the editing of the music video, the camera movements and other facts about the directing of the film making.

❥ itsRAFFY, this creator is more of the fanboying type, will hype the m/v and the idols, he fanboys a lot, he stops, replays parts and will talk about what he likes about the m/v and the comeback. He doesn't go into heavy detail, but he is a very cheerful and joyful person, which makes his videos very enjoyful to watch.

❥ FO squad. I really love these guys, but I must say, I like their bts reactions more, especially their reaction to the cyphers. But they are very fun to watch how they react, and will sometimes go into detail about the lyrics of the songs -especially about raps-, I don't really watch their content anymore, so I mostly suggest their old videos.

❥ Form of Therapy. He is a good reactor that goes into depth sometimes, not one of my favourites, since I need to skip sometimes, but he is a great reactor, and as I've stated I'm very peaky, so I can easily lose interest. He is good, I think the problem is kind of me with this one, but I would 100% recommend him.

So there you have it, I can tolerate other reactors too, but those are the ones that I like, and I don't find over the top. Like I don't feel that their reactions are fake.

Oh yeah, if you feel like a reactor should ALWAYS like what the idols put out, well, they're not for you since they speak their mind.

looking back, my experience in this fandom was mostly based on shipping jikook, reading conspiracy theory blogs, and mostly watching their moments, all of that was first for me, and BTS as a whole was secondary. I could say that jikook always kept me in this fandom, and I was waiting for concerts or other content with their "moments". I think that bts' popularity is partly based on the shipping community, just the fact that I knew bts members from wattpad fanfics long long before I joined the fandom

Yeah, that's something that just happens in kpop. 70% of the kpop experience is the content that's not related to music. There are so many groups that would sell only a couple of thousands albums if they were as inactive as Jimin... but I wholeheartedly believe that they sell that much because of their "close relationship" to fans.

The more time passes, the more of these groups exist. I genuinely can't believe anyone listens to stray kidz or NCT and enjoys it😭 but that's another topic. I'm sorry if anyone reading is a fan, but I just can't. They don't really perform well on charts, but still loyal fans will buy millions of their albums just to "support" them, and collect pretty pictures. It's not really about the music, and almost everything is about the fans liking the idols as people or entertainers, more than musicians.

Part of BTS popularity is definitely thanks to ships, and to the "ot7" agenda. The same as it is for literally every other kpop group on earth. After BTS blew up after winning their first bbma social award, they doubled down on the "we're a family we're so close" stuff. I'm not saying it was fake, but it was also a tool. The way two famous people dating will mean pr moves for both of them in spite of how genuine their love might be, BTS started putting their relationship as a group on the forefront of what being BTS meant, and it was also a pr move.

It was a study market but most of the questions weren't about music. There were a couple that were something like "what do you like about BTS" and relationship between members was one of the options.

I don't know if you were around, but here's a link where you can see the questions, since I can't find screenshots of the survey itself.

A moment that stuck with me was in 2018 when news said that Jungkook had bought his own apartment. Before that, there had been news about Jin, Yoongi, Hoseok and Taehyung buying their own places. Silence from the company. But when JK bought trimage, bighit immediately issued an statement denying it. Even though Jungkook did have his own place there 😭 but him being the youngest was sort of the glue that was supposed to keep the family together. Half of BTS lore is how Jungkook was raised by all the other six members. He couldn't possibly be independent.

A lot of that obviously goes under the radar because BTS music is actually good, or at least they had some outstanding stuff.

The 2020 - 2022 period was particularly "worse" in that sense... All there was to be enjoy was ships, and the members interactions or their "relationship" with fans. The music was bad, no tour, no performances in general, and the behind the scenes content was lacking too. Just finished my rewatch of jatp. My perfrct track record of not crying during Unsaid Emily remains untouched. I will say though, I was very close to shedding a tear this time. However, I didn’t even cry during Stand Tall! I always cry during Stand Tall!

Anyways, I couldn’t stop thinking about all the headcanons and theories that us tumblr fantoms created and the little easter eggs we discovered while watching and rewatching the series. It makes me really appreciative of the fact that we had a sense of community during a time where a lot of us were alone, scared, and uninspired. Just like Julie, I felt a renewed sense of purpose and hope. I think that a lot of people felt the same after watching the show. Julie and the Phantoms is what inspired me to learn the piano, the ukulele, and it led me to getting a guitar. When I learned how to play the chords for the soundtrack, I was playing those songs nonstop. It really helped me brave through the unsure feelings that came along with the pandemic. It made me forget my fears about the future.

I don’t feel as hopeful about things as I did back then, but JATP will always be a land-marking point in my life. It represents newfound joy, reignited passion, and abundant vivacity. As someone who loves and is extremely passionate about music, this silly little netflix show really hit me in the most sensitive places. And while I remember having a bout of serious depression after finishing the series, (along with intense rage that while I was dealing with my depression at its lowest point, the cast of jatp was living what felt like my dream) the lessons I learned from the show were far more significant. It literally brought music back into my life, no joke.

The friends I made because of JATP will always have a special place in my heart. A lot of them don’t use tumblr anymore, and I don’t use it nearly as much as I used to, but I’m still so grateful to have been introduced to such kind, accepting, and funny people. The stories, theories, headcanons, fanfictions, moodboards, inside jokes, memes, and fanart we created will always be remembered and cherished. I’m still pro-cheesecake, I’m still highly allergic to sleeves, and every time I see an unnecessary or fake zipper, I think of my fellow tumblr fantoms.

I don’t think I’ll ever truly “get over” Julie and the Phantoms. It was the first thing that truly resonated with my spirit as a new adult. I was 19 and had dropped out of college, feeling completely lost and like I had nothing going for me. Going into lockdown because of the pandemic didn’t help with any of that, and I was aimlessly, endlessly scrolling on social media, hoping to find meaning and purpose. And one day, my friend posted a clip on snapchat of what she was watching on netflix. The guy was cute and it looked like him and the girl he was next to had a nice connection so I asked what show it was. That’s how I discovered JATP, almost 2 weeks after its release. I also just have an unhealthy attachment to the show and the characters so I refuse to let this media that speaks to my soul die.

All that being said, we really deserved another season. I think it would cure me entirely, if I’m being honest. Even if it was just a little Christmas special where they decorate a tree and do those mini stories like filler episodes of a cartoon series. Hell, I’d settle for an animated JATP episode. I just think we all deserve it after what we’ve been through not only as a fandom, but as human beings. I will never forgive netflix for it’s terrible job at promoting, because they only failed when it came to this show specifically. They managed to keep every other show, even ones far less deserving of acclaim and attention, afloat during and after the pandemic. The only reason JATP managed to get anywhere was solely the cast, creators, and fans. Paul Becker was on fucking overdrive, churning out BTS videos WEEKLY. Fanfiction writers were bursting at the seams with multi-chapter series and one shots about every possible scenario. We got things trending on twitter during the two most chronically online years. Fanart was being shared like crazy, and we had the instagram fantoms so confused by the memes that they retaliated and claimed they were superior.

Meanwhile, tumblr was in its shadowbanning era, and fantoms were in the TRENCHES trying to get their content to reach beyond mutuals and taglists. We received barely any appreciation, except for when we trended on twitter asking to renew jatp and on tumblr for jatp appreciation week. Let’s not forget when we thought Owen had a secret tumblr and we all started accusing each other of being him. I will never forget when we all rallied to get Madi to 1 million followers because we didn’t want her to become overshadowed by the boys and all the attention they were getting. We all watched their instagram lives and I will always love the tumblr fantoms who made gifs of the cutest moments from those. Everyone saw me shamelessly simp over Charlie with facial hair wearing a santa onesie. We created a whole Carrie redemption arc out of thin air, we created origin stories for Rose and the Petal Pushers, and we forced the creators of JATP to give us the official last names of Reggie, Alex, and Flynn (This adventure SPECIFICALLY!!!) We were ruthless in our efforts to uncover their last names. We used breadcrumbs to make theories and speculations, only to end up begging in every comment section and dm inbox we could to get Reggie Peters, Alex Mercer, and eventually—though much, much later—Flynn Taylor. We gave Willie more crop tops, we basically storyboarded a second season, complete with episode titles and songs! We uncovered the Sunset Curve EP using the grainiest photos in existence, we created a loose timeline surrounding everyone’s birthdays, deaths, and significant events. We orchestrated a fucking CONCERT TOUR for this band. Oh, and let’s not forget when Kenny and the boys went to Hawaii. That Hawaii trip was so eventful for the fantoms, you have no idea how serious I’m being unless you were there for it. That was something unlike anything else for so many reasons. There’s a lot more, but that’s the stuff that came to mind immediately.

Why do I get the feeling that Stede is going to somehow negotiate with the British to release his crew and he will become a British soldier until he gets killed on duty or retire? It would be like giving away his freedom. What if his "Act of Grace" is still in place and recognized?

Of course the explanation could be a lot more plain, that he's putting on the British Navy Officer clothes as a diversion of some kind, which we know takes place anyway judging by the trailers, the season finale video and BTS videos.

Yet the look on his face is just so bloody sad, like he's resigned to his fate.

Their freedom, freedom of his crew and Ed's obviously for his servitude to the British.

Or someone dies anyway this season. The question would be - who?

We can see Archie, Auntie, Swede, Zheng Yi Sao, Lucius and Ed's bloody hand. Behind the bloody hand I would wager is Jim but I could be wrong.

Is it a fuckery we see taking place, where they beat the British Navy for good and fake someone's death?

So many questions yet no answers for any of them. Not until next week that is.

Hi I read your last post.

And I just want to give my 2 cents.

1. Why Tae is always doing it ?. I mean I get many ot7s here comparing it with hobi posting with Jimin. BUT the vibes they gives off is totally opposite. Hobi is just innocently posting his whatever updates with ALL members. You can clearly see an untainted affection to ALL members equally. But with Tae anyone with eyes can see and understand it's NOT like that. There was NO need for him to post that fake marker tattoo, there was NO need for him to come online twice or thrice just to say he was talking to JK or gaming with him, as if Jinkook was not gaming often. Fact that he doesn't mention anyone but JK, the main purpose of his visits is to inform Tkk news is so wierd. It very much rubs me in a wrong way.

2. Like you said, idk why he feels his fame will go away if he's not keeping on feeding tkkrs. JM was inactive for MONTHS. He barely posted during last 6-7 months, while he was working his ass off which now he's getting paid. But the rare times Jimin comes home it's to wish fans, say he's working, to say he miss and loves us. Even members share the same thing abt him - Jimin is working hard to prepare something huge. JK is inactive now for almost 2 months. So if 2 members of maknae line doesn't need any ship or glamor to keep their fans close why tae thinks he needs to ? Given he's the one with most followers among maknaes ? Is he not confident in his fans. Or does he know the mass breed following he has, who will disappear if he won't feed them tkk ? It's something we all knew but all of this confirmed it again, Jimin is VERY CLASSY.

3. Now boys know all the after effects of their actions. There was a reason why Tae came to weverse to clear it when he accidentally followed Jennie. So he knows it is JM's name will be dragged for everything tkk does. One can say he's not responsible for tkkrs. But one thing is spending time with your bandmate but he should also consider about his another bandmate who is bruttaly attacked each time he decides to feed them. If your action is causing major damages to people you claim to love everyone will be cautious about posting what is going behind the scenes online. Now last time he came live, I knew it was to say something tkk. And I wasn't wrong. EVERYONE can see the pattern, unnecessary pattern, but won't admit.

4. Now this is the most important. JK. If JK is with tae everytime he gives updates, then there's nothing, we as Jikookers can complain about. We may think what tae is doing is not nice BUT it's JK who's still choosing to do everything he shared with tae. Tae is NOT lying about these things. All of this indeed happened (except tattoo thing). So which is worse. Spending all time with one person or the said person saying it online ? In this sense, tae is not doing anything wrong, even if he has a hidden agenda. It was JK who spend days and hours gaming with tae, it is JK who goes bowling with his friends, it's JK who posted a cropped pic of their private trip, it's JK who went to tae before he went to Qatar or even the day JM was returning home from Paris. It was JK who didn't supported JM's work online, It was JK who's going shopping with tae. if JK likes to do everything with him, except coming online to say a Hi to his own fans or atleast give 2 fucks about Jimin's existence, tae is simply making it online. Not pulling lies out of his ass.

5. Even if this much happened which WE think is not nice from tae's side, Jimin and JK is not bothered. Jimin doesn't give 2 fucks about tkk, conspiracy theories or tkkrs. He doesn't care if JK is spending so much time with tae, not being there when he comes home, not supporting him on sm, he doesn't care of their cult fans are dragging his name, he doesn't care if these all stirs more conspiracy theories. He is doing his thing, he's making his album, he is coming online to wish fans, he is getting his deals, he seems so happy in latest contents, him and hobi share even deeper bond, he's GLOWING. Which is the MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME. JK doesn't give 2 fucks if Tae is saying it all online even in middle of his sm break, he doesn't care if it's stirring more tkk theories and rumors. It's obvious his view abt Fandom and how he approaches it changed. Now what does that tell us ? Either Jikook doesn't care about these things or it's just us reading all of this, I mean ALL OF THIS, wrongly - including Jikook.

So, I'll be honest, this ask coming from a totally blank account looks like bait. But in the interest of giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, I'll entertain you once.

Disclaimer 1: I'm a 1-year-old ARMY still making my way through content, so please take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Disclaimer 2: Your thoughts and feelings are valid--but none of us have the right to assume we know how any BTS member thinks, feels, acts off camera, or intends things to be. So understand your thoughts are your thoughts, not necessarily reality, and that we don't have a right to every sliver of these guys' lives.

First and Second Question: Why does Tae constantly namedrop JK? In my opinion, I think Tae's parents were forced by circumstances to leave him with his grandparents, and ever since then, he became an idol and an actor (and a good one) because he's afraid of being invisible. He doesn't want to be abandoned, so he will try on many different faces and personas. He will rarely share the "real" Kim Taehyung unless you're very close to him. He told us as much in an interview. I think Tae knows that he will always have a base among fans who like Taekook, and so he showcases Taekook. I notice a pattern to it, in the past year or so, though. Whenever JK or Jimin are trending or in the news (or if dating scandals are making the rounds), Tae comes online to mention only Jungkook and imply how close he is to Jungkook. And you know what? He IS close to Jungkook. Always has been. They DO hang out. I've never been in any doubt of it. Those two have been playing online and arcade games and doing sports and listening to music since they were fetus teenagers just starting out and they still are. I love that for them. I mean that sincerely. It's normal and healthy. And considering Tae sometimes hangs out with not-so-nice rich and famous folks, I'd much rather he chill with his members. Just my opinion, don't come for me. It does make me sad that Tae rarely mentions when he has hung out with Hobi, or Jin--yet they have both mentioned Tae has come over and hung with them, or had drinks and dinner with the whole group. I think this goes back to only a select few people seeing the "real" Taehyung, whereas V will share things online that he thinks fans want to see. Because he needs to be seen.

Third Question: Impact. Listen, all BTS members have Master's degrees in things like communications, entertainment, media, advertising, etc. They've been in the business for a decade. They are well aware of their impact, and likely follow it to varying degrees by using private social media accounts. I wish they each had training on how to respond to backlash or prevent backlash online, but it is what it is. So I think it's a safe bet to say they know when members get flack. But the extent of it? I honestly don't know. I'm not sure any of them spend too much time on English Twitter, gauging what rando theories nutters come up with. Creating online buzz is part of their business. Tae really seems to enjoy it. Jimin really does not. And we all saw a sharp direction change in JK, who used to come to us for Q&A sessions all the time, and now only updates for work. A decision he made round about the time the press started dragging Jimin for not getting his bills in the mail. At some point, for your own sanity, you have to stop taking responsibility for how others will twist things.

Fourth Statement: With the exception of the momentous occasion of headlining the World Cup, Jimin and Jungkook have stopped commenting on each other's social media, nor do they hype each other's projects. To me, this is so, SO much louder than if they just gave canned, lukewarm thumbs ups to things. You can take it to mean they don't care about each other's work, but, that would be inconsistent with 9 years of what they've said and shown us. The fact that Jungkook and Jimin are the ONLY two members not ever publicly hyping each other is... kind of putting a giant LOOK HERE sticker on their relationship, in my opinion. So if Jikook aren't showing us much evidence of off-stage Jikookery, then I look to the people around them.

The members, who all immediately look to Jungkook when Jimn struggles to open a food packet. Jin and Joon, laughing at Jikook acting out their own personal K-drama chase scene over gluten ramen. Yoongi and Hobi, rushing to explain why they heard Jimin's songs first to an upset JK. Joon, who teases JK specifically that Hobi is Jimin's #1. Hobi, who asks JK to do ace couples yoga with Jimin. Hobi, who explains JK is in charge of the music when Jimin is bumming around in his underwear at home. Hobi, who posted videos of Jikook playing games in the DC arcade. Yoongi, who automatically compares JK's organic approach to Jimin's hardworking style in the studio.

And never mind the members. Furniture stores that sell beds follow just them. Jewelry makers that specialize in couples pieces follow just them. Their tattoo artist has their initials forever inked on his arm. JK's brother kept up fanart of Jimin, Jungkook, and Bam online. Jimin's dad posted photos of JK's dog on his birthday. JK's mom made seaweed soup on Jimin's birthday.

I have never once seen anyone in the inner circle treat Taehyung and Jungkook like a unit this way. (Edit: I guess you could count that Wooga dudes follow JK on insta too, but, I just don't see people constantly linking Kim Taehyung and Jeon Jungkook together off stage. The only one doing that is Tae.)

Everywhere you look, the people around Jikook treat them like a couple. BECAUSE THEY SO OBVIOUSLY ARE ONE.

FIFTH POINT: While I certainly would not be comfy if my best friend led millions of fans to believe he were in a romantic relationship with my boyfriend, I am not the maknae. I didn't grow up with shipping as an expected part of my job performance, and I didn't trauma bond with all of my members in my formative years. I think Jimin (and probably JK, based on the fact he continues to hang with Tae) find Tae's behavior to be zero threat because... it's truly of zero threat in real life.

Personally? I think Tae is straight (or at least bi) and has had straight relationships and really wants to marry a woman and have children some day--not because it's expected of him, but because that would bring him joy. I do not think he actually wants Jungkook romantically. (You MIGHT make a case to me that he had a crush on Jimin, maybe. But those guys are firmly and solidly in the friends-for-life category, per Jimin's clear feelings for JK.) This is just the vibe I get. I have no way of knowing. But even though the cult gets whipped up and they go online and spout ABSOLUTE VICIOUS NONSENSE, as long as Jikook are unbothered, I gotta stay unbothered too. Because I trust Jikook to know what's best for them.

Instead, I spend my time and energy supporting Jikook and BTS as a whole. I focus on streaming, voting, buying, and hash-tagging my heart out, in between watching episodes with my friends, because I've learned to put my energy toward the things I want. And I chalk Tae's behavior up to insecurity and growing pains. It sucks but I think it's part of his journey.

Because whatever Tae claims or implies, Jungkook has been super clear with us:
