Every time I start doubting Buddie canon again I literally just rewatch any scene with them together and all my doubts evaporate instantly. 3 minutes 17 seconds??? do you wanna go for the title??? in season 1, we have joyce and karen talking and you can hear a ticking clock as they’re speaking. then holly gets up and goes to will’s room with the flickering lights. she is being captivated by something in the wall. a part of this scene pans to karen when holly is in will’s room and right next to her is a “no trespassing” sign… the footage we got from season 5 today shows holly in her room looking at flickering lights and her looking horrified. oh, sweet holly wheeler what are you going to have to endure??

Happy Birthday Hobi! Neuron Crew has posted a happy birthday tribute on their social media channels. Here is the video on YouTube:

Neuron Crew are a group of Hobi's dance colleagues and friends from pre-debut. He's known them since middle school. This video was shot at Daedong Plaza in Gwuangju, Hobi's hometown city.

I was wondering last time if we'd see him in between training groups and here he is! The birthday boy himself was out and about. He saw his birthday banners and posters! I suspect this is possibly near his apartment building.

When have we ever heard Namjoon say he knows how to play the saxophone? That would be approximately zero times he's ever said that. You'd think we would have had some Taehyung/RM interactions or conversations over the years involving saxophones. Nothing.

That song was important for BTS, it was their first TV music show win and it was IMPORTANT and a big WIN for them that broke the door open. They were about to give up!

Be flattered that BTS is of a calibre that other well-known artists want to cover their songs! That being said, if you don't like the way they covered the song, fine, just move on, there's no need to be mean-spirited about it.

I'm literally in tears, I cant believe how the kmedia is treating yoongi. All that man did was accidentally fall from his electric kickboard due to a sharp turn and stood back up Immediately. Let's not mention that his BAC level was being reported WAYY higher than legal, but turns out the number the media is saying is wrong. The kmedia started a whole smear campaign bcs this the most problematic thing they've ever gotten on yoongi in YEARS. not to mention how unethical and unprofessional their behaviour has been the past weeks. They camped outside the police station for 7 HOURS, just bcs they thought he'd be there. They're trying to bring him down, bring BTS down bcs they just can't accept that a group became do huge without their help. They can't accept that a group that didn't pay to be in the news, made it.

It's past midnight and I've been crying, bcs that man does not deserve this at all, all he wanted was to make music. He made korea so much more popular, hes done SO MUCH for their country and this is how they pay him back.

Let's not mention how he has been suffering from depression for years, and now when he's finally happy and satisfied bcs he knows HE MADE IT, this fuck ass kmedia makes him look like he is some kind of murderer. Yoongi has been my biggest motivation back when I was suffering from depression, he saved me. I would not be here if it wasnt for me realising that if he could do it, then I could too.

Heck these people ignored when heinous crimes were happening against women and literal children, but a grown man falling from an electric kickboard in front of HIS OWN HOUSE, this is what makes the news.

Hi, im a beginner horror enjoyer and im really disturbed by a lot of gore but i wanna understand the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies bc ive heard theyre hugely influential on the genre (rightly so too)

I figured with all this id ask the foremost texas chainsaw scholar i am aware of

Could you tell me the basics, if its gross (im really bad at tolerating gross out horror and gore played realistic), and any fun tidbits?

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre was hugely influential on the genre and set the standard for low budget horror and inspired future filmmakers to rely more on psychological terror over gore & violence! It was also seemingly the birth of a lot of horror tropes, like big, masked killers and using power tools for weapons.

Texas Chainsaw's story is inspired by serial killers like Ed Gein and Elmer Wayne Henley. The movie’s director, Tobe Hooper, was inspired by the graphic coverage of violence by San Antonio news outlets and based elements of the plot on murderer Ed Gein, who was a notorious serial killer who made furniture out of human body parts and created a mask made of human skin. The movie’s underlying themes are mostly the horrors of isolation, and the dangers of unchecked capitalism. The movie is also a metaphor for the Nixon-era mayhem and the government’s deceit toward the public during the 1970s. Hooper intentionally misled audiences by claiming that the movie was based on a true story to attract a wider audience.

I honestly don't know how to give you the basics aside from a plot synopsis because I would, hand to God, be sitting here for about 12 hours minimum going into every weird little detail, like the intricacies of bubba's mental issues and being forced to take on a female role for his abusive older brothers, or all the absolutely insane shit that happened during filming. And that'd just be me talking about the FIRST film.

(also i will say i have thoughts on the vb au squad specifically! i don't remember them in detail and they're probably similar to what i've written here but i def remember talking about it with mist)

tina: 100% most likely to be an army also def a once and a sone but that's not relelvant here! girlie has taste and i love that for her <3 she has jimin stan energy to me, i think she'd see the similarities between him and mike and she'd have a major soft spot for that

sugar: not technically one of the main new directions but i wanted to include her anyway bc i bet she loves bts. she has that vibe. she'd have all the merch and could very easily spend hundreds of dollars on concert tickets for herself and tina and anyone else who wanted to come. idk how she'd feel about the older eras but she'd def be a fan of the more poppy songs (maybe hyyh-onwards? def enjoys the LY/MOTS eras). probably a big vocal line fan, specifically jin and possibly jungkook as a bias wrecker

brittany: i think she'd enjoy bts a lot tbh! idk if she'd dive deep into fan theories or keep up with stuff like run bts but she'd def vibe with their music and i would kill to see her do the dance challenges or even full dance covers. i'd say she's hobi-biased but also just a big fan of 3J/sunshine line

blaine: i think he'd enjoy their more recent eras! mainly LY/MOTS-onwards i think? he has boy with luv/dynamite vibes. major jungkook stan in my head but i think he would really enjoy joon's lyrics/writing style

knowing what i know now about injection molding, i have a lotta respect for whoever lego's mold techs and machine operators are because the tolerances of these bricks must be crazy. ik for most pieces they can just avoid a parting line altogether by putting it at the edge of the brick but you cant do that for a lot of them and a majority of the time the parting line is virtually invisible. most of the time you can still feel and identify the parting line pretty easily but with lego there's so much less flash than usual and i have a lot of respect for that. also theyre usually pretty good about finding inconspicuous spots for the gates (or at least ones that dont downgrade the appearance of the part) while not having any short shots or burns, which for some of these gate locations is really impressive to me
