Here's to 2022!! First in person retreat since 2019! 🙌🏽🤗 Last Friday, I had the opportunity to facilitate a StrengthQuest team retreat for folx in the Office of Residential Life and Housing at State University of New York College at Cortland with my colleagues Christine Barkley I really loved having the opportunity to lead this team in uncovering their individual strengths while helping them learn and understand each others. The program guided them to start developing trust, reflection, empathy, vulnerability, and community building as a team. They worked collaboratively to build a stronger relationship with each other while using their themes to help them understanding each others identities, working styles, and behaviors.
