आसान ट्रिप प्लानर्स बोनस शेयर: टूर एंड ट्रैवल कंपनी ईजी ट्रिप प्लानर्स ने एक बार फिर अपने शेयरधारकों को बड़ा तोहफा दिया है। इसने कंपनी के एक शेयर के बदले अपने शेयरधारकों को 3 बोनस शेयर देने की घोषणा की है। कंपनी के बोर्ड ने दो-भाग के शेयर विभाजन को भी मंजूरी दे दी है। खबर फैलते ही Easy Trip Planners 6 फीसदी बढ़कर 428 रुपये पर पहुंच गया। निवेशकों को बोनस शेयर EasyMyTrip.com नामक एक ट्रैवल पोर्टल चलाने वाली कंपनी Easy Trip Planners की बोर्ड बैठक आयोजित की गई। बोर्ड के फैसलों की जानकारी देते हुए कंपनी ने कहा कि बोर्ड ने ईजी ट्रिप प्लानर्स के शेयरों के आवंटन को मंजूरी दे दी है, जिसका अंकित मूल्य रु. यानी शेयर की फेस वैल्यू अब रुपये होगी। इसके साथ ही कंपनी बोर्ड द्वारा बांटे गए हर एक शेयर पर 3 बोनस शेयर जारी करेगी। यानी अगर किसी निवेशक के पास फिलहाल ईज़ी ट्रिप प्लानर्स के 100 शेयर हैं तो शेयर स्प्लिट और बोनस शेयर के बाद उसके पास कुल 600 शेयर होंगे। कंपनी ने कहा है कि 31 मार्च 2022 को डिविडेंड के बाद बचे हुए फ्री रिजर्व से बोनस शेयर दिए जाएंगे। और बोर्ड की मंजूरी के दो महीने बाद यानी 8 दिसंबर तक शेयरधारकों को बोनस शेयर आवंटित कर दिए जाएंगे। कंपनी ने अपनी अधिकृत शेयर पूंजी 75 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़ाकर 200 करोड़ रुपये कर दी है। शेयरों में शानदार तेजी खबर टूटते ही ईज़ी ट्रिप प्लानर्स के स्टॉक में उछाल आया। शेयर करीब 6 फीसदी बढ़कर 428 रुपये पर पहुंच गया। Easy Trip Planners के शेयर फिलहाल 1.35% ऊपर 408.40 रुपये पर कारोबार कर रहे हैं। मल्टी बैगर स्टॉक आपको बता दें कि Easy Trip Planners IPO (आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश) मार्च 2021 में आया था। कंपनी का आईपीओ 186-187 रुपये प्रति शेयर के भाव पर आया। आईपीओ को जबरदस्त प्रतिक्रिया मिली और आईपीओ को 160 गुना अभिदान मिला। लिस्टिंग के बाद से स्टॉक ने निवेशकों को 330 फीसदी का रिटर्न दिया है। इससे पहले भी कंपनी लिस्टिंग के बाद निवेशकों को एक शेयर पर शेयर बोनस दे चुकी है। इसे भी पढ़ें डिजिटल रुपया: मौजूदा डिजिटल भुगतान को बदलने के बजाय 'ई-रुपया' में होगा सुधार, जानें आरबीआई ने क्या जोड़ा रुपया रिकॉर्ड निचले स्तर पर: रुपया 82.68 प्रति डॉलर के सर्वकालिक निचले स्तर पर गिर गया Source link Read the full article
