Hi I’m here to gush about another member of pentagon again. Today, I reckon I’m going to talk about the love Kang Hyunggu. Kino’s demeanour is like the cute younger brother I always dreamt of having but never had. Like I’d literally spend my entire paycheck on him if he asked.

I love how he has grown up so much from their debut days. It’s kinda surreal watching him lose his baby fats. I also love that Kino is not afraid to be whoever he wants to be and dress up in whatever androgynous fashion he wants to.

I remember him mentioning in the ptg podcast that he knows there’s a lot of people out there who cannot accept androgyny, but it doesn’t mean he should stop being himself. He is so mature for a 98-er I don’t even know what to say.

Another thing I’m reminded of of Kino is when he was driving Shinwon and Hui for their Just Do It Yo! Vlog. Damn, I never knew somebody could look this good driving? • I think he is a more preserved person when comes to expressing affection through actions, but when it comes to verbal expressing, he is capable when he is comfortable

• Idk I think he is the type that in the inside, he differentiates types of love and relationship very well.

• I would prefer that his emotion outflow is through his actions and speech. He is a straightforward type.

• Also being perfectionist (due to his virgo moon) does not make him a super nitpicker. To emphasise this for his nagging maybe not the best way. Values effort alot, most likely because he benefited from it (cannot sing high note but he practised until he could), it became his philosophy and it immersed in the team as well. Look he can tease Seungjoon (either alone or with Hyojin joined as his comrade, refer to the vlive where prior RTK final Seungjoon asking Yuto about first impression and the recent vlive where Yuto and Hyojin just disturbs Seungjoon by playing the broadcast in front of Seungjoon), he can “aegyo” towards Jaeyoung by playfully bumping his chair towards the older person the BTS of NEW WORLD/RTK finals, there is a lot of hints that he is very comfortable with his hyungs and they dote him like their own little brother.

• I MEAN HAVE EVEN SEEN HOW ACTIVE HE IS THESE DAYS?????

The sun peeked through the white sheer curtains of your bedroom. You shifted slightly under the heavy covers of your bed. You wanted to bury yourself deep into the softness of the bed beneath you for hours. You never wanted to leave. But you knew you had a country to run and errands to do. You groaned loudly as you pulled yourself up into a sitting position on your bed. 

You looked around your room. You still weren’t used to your new room. It was decorated so elegantly which was so different from your old bedroom. You stared at the beautiful artwork on the wallpaper covered walls. A knock on your bedroom door pulled you from your daze. 

“It’s time to wake up, Your Highness.”

You cringed slightly. You weren’t quite used to the titles you were called even though you had been on the throne for about two weeks now. You’ve accepted the fact that people would only refer to you as one of the many titles you now had unless they were given express permission to call you something else. You may not 100% like it but you had to accept it- that was just the way things worked.

You replied with an ‘I’m up’ and dragged yourself out of bed. You threw a robe over your pajamas, not bothering to get dressed yet. You probably had to meet with some noble people or some political advisors so you’d need to be properly dressed up for that. 

You exited your room and walked down the long confusing hallways of your new home. You were kind of getting a hang of where everything was. You knew where the most important places were so that’s all that mattered. 

You finally made it to the dining room where your breakfast was already prepared for you and placed on the long table. Your advisor Minah was waiting for you, your daily tasks in hand. She let you sit down and begin eating before spouting off all the things you had planned for the day. 

“Today is a rather relaxed day,” she said looking over her planner, “You just have your lessons and there’s a guest coming who’s been asking to meet with you for a while. That’s around noon so if you’d like, we can have lunch ready for the two of you.” 

“That sounds great.”

You tried not to sound too dismissive of her words but you honestly just wanted to enjoy your morning meal in peace. Minah was smart enough to recognize this so she let you be. It’s only been a few weeks but she was starting to understand how you worked and you, her. She went about her business as you finished up your breakfast. You were swiftly ushered off to your dressing room to get ready for the day.

Noon rolled around rather fast and you were glad, to be honest. All your studying and lessons really gave you an appetite. You were hungry and just wanted to eat. Minah had informed you that due to the nice weather, lunch would be held outside in the courtyard. 

You’d only been out in the courtyard once but you had just passed through and not actually looked around. Being in the beautiful outdoor area now really was breathtaking. Brightly colored flowers lined stone walkways leading to a small area in the middle of everything. There was a small table just big enough for maybe 4 people. There were food and plates already set up on the table. You really wanted to sit down and start eating but your etiquette teacher would’ve killed you if she had heard you did that. You instead took this time to wander around the courtyard, admiring the flowers and plants that covered every inch of grass. 

“I was pleasantly surprised when I heard we’d be eating outside, Your Highness.”

You turned around at the sound of the voice, a small smile spreading on your face when you realized who was there.

“It was such a nice day that I was going to invite you on a walk anyway so this is killing two birds with one stone.”

“You started it!” you smiled, “Plus there’d be some talk if I wasn’t talking like a queen should.”

Your eyes flicked over to the servants finishing up the preparations for lunch as well as Minah, who stood watching over everything. You could tell she was watching you closely despite how she pretended to be more concerned with the lunch preparations. Mingyu followed your gaze over to a now flustered Minah, caught spying on the two of you. He chuckled to himself, used to people spying and eavesdropping on conversations he was in. He turned back to you and extended a hand towards you.

“Shall we go eat, Your Majesty?”

You rolled your eyes as you placed your hand on his. 

“Lead the way, Prince Mingyu.”

You and Mingyu enjoyed your lunch together. You spent most of it laughing and joking around. Even though it could ruin both of your images, you were too enthralled with your conversation with Mingyu. Eventually, he had to leave though, he had his own things to take care of in his kingdom. 

“It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with you,” you smiled

“I had fun getting to talk to you properly,” he agreed

You hummed in response. You could tell Mingyu was hesitating like he wanted to say something but just couldn’t bring himself to say it. After a brief pause, he bid goodbye, bowing politely as he left the courtyard. You waited until he was out of sight to breathe out a sigh you didn’t realize you were holding. You heard someone calling for you, along with the sound of fast footsteps coming closer to you. 

“Minah, have you been out here the whole time?” you asked in disbelief

“Of course! The queen can’t be left alone with another man! Let alone another noble!” she said looking at you rather frazzled

“Well, that seems a little silly,” you grumbled

Minah ushered you out of the courtyard and back inside. She escorted you to the library so you could continue your studies. She sat with you for a while as you began your reading. 

“Where is Prince Mingyu’s kingdom located?” you asked

“Your Highness-”

“I’m just curious,” you pouted

“Prince Mingyu’s kingdom, The kingdom of the 13 brothers, is located south of here. Just about an hour away.” she sighed, complying to your wishes

“Thank you, Minah.”

You returned to your book. After a moment Minah gently called to you. You looked up and noticed the concerned expression on her face.

“Don’t get involved with Prince Mingyu.”

“What, why?” you questioned

“He has a reputation of being a flirt with nobles.”

“So what? That doesn’t mean anything to me,” you defended

“It will when he takes the crown from you.”

“What-”

“He’s a prince that won’t be king. He’s one of the youngest of 13 brothers. There’s a very slim chance he’ll be king of his own kingdom. He could be using you to gain power. To gain a crown.”

Her words cut deep into your heart. You didn’t know Mingyu too well so she could very well be right. Your mind raced as you replayed every conversation you had with him. You sighed, defeated. 

“I’m sorry Your Majesty but for your safety and for the safety of your kingdom, you need to be wary of everyone.”

Minah left you in the library alone to think things over. You really wished she hadn’t said anything but you were glad she did. You can’t be oblivious to anything now. You were a queen and you needed to protect your people, regardless of your feelings.

I think it's safe to say that there aren't really strict positions within pentagon, and what they actually do also doesn't correspond to their 'official' positions; jinho and hui and certainly the main vocals, but I'd say in any other group someone like hongseok for example would be a main vocal, it's just that jinho and hui are over-powered; kino is certainly the best (and most enthusiastic) dancer, but you should watch hui dance with triple h for example, he's amazing, I'd say changgu is third place; wooseok is the main rapper, (imo) mostly because yuto is not rapping in his native language, but I consider them equal; I think yanan is the official visual, but in such a pretty group like ptg that's almost arbitrary; but anyway a sentence someone once said stuck with me, it was along the lines of "their voices all sound so different but they still work great together, they all represent uniquely beautiful parts of the human voice"~

 hi! sorry it took me so long to respond for this and yeah, you’re definitely right. the positions are thankfully not 100% rigid and they do shake things up from time to time (like do or not! which is so lovely to see). well, except jinhui always get the Main Vocalist(tm) parts, but you’re right that they’re overpowered, not just compared to the pentagon members but in general in kpop lmao. that leads people to overlook just how good the others are, and, yeah hongseok definitely has the skills required of a main vocalist too and i hope he really starts getting more appreciation for that... his voice is amazing. and that people discover not only that jinhui are way too good but that the rest of the group is incredible too? i feel like a lot of groups could absolutely never do what pentagon do without their original two main vocals.

w the dance yeah even though i dont know anything abt dance rlly i can tell that kino is absolutely incredible! everything he does looks so smooth and clean and...right. and yea hui’s great! the reason i didn’t know he and yuto were the dance line too is bc they usually don’t...idk they don’t (especially not yuto!) get dance centers that much or dance breaks, whereas changgu does (and deservedly so! in my unprofessional opinion, but jill’s post and your input makes my unprofessional opinions feel more valid sdkjfd)

the rap line makes perfect sense, yeah, i feel like yuto could be getting longer rap parts...but aside from that the way they do it is right ig!

oh and the visual thing....i do still find the position in itself odd after all these years. i feel like to be a kpop idol people already need to be v good looking, and yeah, in pentagon everyone is lmao. (i’m p sure i’m not attracted to men at all but i still find them all v pretty) the reason i thought kino was the visual is just bc he’d get so much random screentime and sometimes not always when singing and that he’s on thumbnails and just, like, popular in general. i haven’t rlly figured out what types of male faces get assigned visual positions for men yet, but i have kinda learned with women now. 

and that quote is so good and describes them so well i think! they have so many different vocal colors and some really high and low (for kpop) ranges and they do actually utilize that and when they all sing together and harmonize 🧡💓💖💔💞💗💕 my ears enjoy it very much.

and, yeah, i do also think it’s boring when groups always use the same format and the same member always gets the same type of lines and dance distributions and things are never shaken up. i know positions exist for a reason and that people should get positions for what they do best, but i feel like it’s more exciting for everyone if it’s not too unbalanced and variation happens. (which i think we got a lot this era!)

Road to Kingdom Episode 5-6 Thoughts

Alright I have procrastinated so hard on this that the next episode comes out in less than 6 hours LOL It’s okay though because there are only 3 performances to rank so it shouldn’t take too long.

TBZ and Oneus really surprised me this time. I really went in with no expectations because I had no idea what they would do this time. But they really put on a musical for this performance. I love how they slightly altered the meaning of Heroine while keeping the core message in tact. Sunmi herself has said that Heroine is the preface to Gashina and is talking about the ex-lover. She tells the ex-lover to be themselves and continue to go on because they are their own main character, even if she gets hurt in the process. This message is clearly conveyed in TBZxOneus’ version of the song. However, instead of an ex-lover, the hero/heroine is every single trainee out there, whether they make it to debut or not. Sunmi’s Heroine is a very bittersweet song and One Voice really brought out the bittersweetness of trainee life while also managing to send and uplifting message. They changed some of the lyrics but not too much and I thought the bgm arrangement was just enough. It wasn’t overbearing and perfect for their whole vibe. What I loved most was the fact that they used 5 TBZ members and 6 Oneus members. I believe if there were more the performance would not have gone as well. The whole point was to pair them up and put on little musical skits. If they had used more TBZ members it would have been a little overbearing and they wouldn’t be able to put out the little storylines because there wouldn’t be enough screen time for everyone. There are so many little details that you would only be able to notice after watching many times. Let me just list a few:

In the beginning where Sunwoo is writing lyrics, he gets a call. This call is from his parents, which is why he raps his first verse like a conversation (if you listen you will notice his first verse is more ‘spoken’ while his second part is far more like a rap verse). The little phone call detail makes his rap all the more meaningful as it is something he himself has experienced. 

The TV’s in the background are all playing the Heroine MV

Seoho and Chanhee’s part are clearly an audition, the dancers in the chairs represent judges

The song begins to pick up perfectly during Changmin and Hwanwoongs part, they are training and about to debut. This is why Changmin is allowed to smile

Ravin and Juyeon’s part seems seems self explanatory, just backstage before they are about to perform

Now what’s interesting is Chanhee’s next part. I don’t know if any of you noticed but all the clothes the backup dancers hold up are things TBZ has worn at concerts/performances before, this was a super cute touch that only fans who have been following TBZ closely for a long time would notice

Other parts like the part where Sunwoo doesn’t go up on stage seems very obvious so I’ll refrain from talking about that

Anyways there were just so many small details in the entire performance. Plus I believe this was the first performance that heavily focued on vocals rather than dance and surprise factor. Sangyeon’s harmonies were *chefs kiss* and the high notes by Chanhee and Seoho at the end were perfect. 

TOO x Verivery only get second because I liked their performance more than PTG x ONF. The only difference between their stage and BTS’ MV was the fact that it had an army/war theme. The whole mob dance is something BTS does very often. The arrangement wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t memorable. It only picked up for me during the dance break and after that towards the end with the whole flag thing.. it just felt really abrupt and out of place. It was honestly kind of awkward. I know they focused on dance because BTS is well known for their choreographies but I really felt like they could have done more with the entire performance. The camera literally just went around in circles and since they had numbers there were just different formations. I do think it was a good performance and they really brought up the energy that BTS has but idk, it just felt like more could have been done.

Now onto the Kill this Love performance... God where do I start. First of all, I did not like the arrangement one bit. Objectively speaking it was probably the best arrangement of the 3, but I just didn’t like it. Unlike the other two groups, I think they changed it too much. KTL is originally a song empowering people who go through tough breakups (this is clear through Lisa’s first verse and Rose’s second), yet they arranged the song to be a horror/thriller that seemed to revolve around a longing for someone that was lost. The empowerment was erased and idk it just didn’t sit right with me. I also couldn’t really follow the storyline? Like? All I got was that there were women and they were in love but something something things weren’t going well and then something something he still longed for her and tried to hold on but she like disappeared? I know a lot of people liked this performance (the views speak for themselves). I can see the effort and beauty of the performance as well but to me it didn’t do as well as Heroine. 

What I’ve noticed is that shock factor is a big part to the rankings by the groups. This honestly disappoints me because art is not just about surprise factors. Art includes emotion and depth. This might stem from the fact that the forms of art I practiced were piano and ballet, which only reach peak beauty when emotion is poured into it. But I believe these RTK performances should be the same. Anything that can move an audience is a work of art. You don’t need to make people gasp in amazement to make something worth remembering. I know for sure the Heroine performance and PTG’s shine remix will be the performances that stay with me after RTK ends. The fact that Heroine and Shine didn’t do as well proved that emotional performances won’t win you points. This disappoints me since all of them are fellow artists. I’m not surprised at the rankings, but I’m definitely not happy about them either. TBZ and Oneus pulled off a performance that will stay with them for a lifetime so I guess ranking doesn’t matter anyways.

[a/n]: i listened to Pretty Pretty (by ptg, of course) while writing this because High school Changgu reminds me so much of the music video for that song ;) he’s too cute

After you helped Changgu up from the classroom floor, the two of you walked to the washrooms behind the corner.

“Are you sure you don’t want me to help you?” you asked as Changgu placed his hand on the door of the washrooms. He turned to look at you with a smile.

“Don’t worry, I’ll be right back,” he said.

So you waited outside the washroom as he washed his face. You were shuffling your feet around while you waited, until you noticed your friend running towards you.

“Where have you been? You’re late to class and the teacher said you’ll be in trouble if you don’t come!” your friend whispered loudly, tightly grabbing your arm.

You cursed in your head for completely forgetting about class. Your maths teacher was very strict about attendance, so not showing up would mean serious trouble. You told your friend to tell the teacher that you had an upset stomach and were in the washroom (what else could you do?!), and waited for Changgu to come out of the washroom so you could tell him that you had to go.

When he finally came out with water droplets still on his face, ruffling his hair, you grabbed his sleeve gently and pulled him towards you, not realizing the effect your actions were having on his heart rate.

“Changgu, I’m so sorry but if I don’t go to class, I’ll get in big trouble. You should go too. Do you know where the music room is? Meet me there at the end of the day, in one of the small practice rooms. Okay?”

His lips were parted as he took in everything you said. He nodded and when you turned the corner, you watched him wave goodbye to you.

While you walked to class, you worried someone would bully him again. Gosh, why didn’t I give him my number? Then he could text me if anything happens, you thought. But all you could do is hope that he was okay as you tried to silently slip into your class.

“So, [y/n], having stomach problems?” Your teacher said with her back turned while writing on the board. Everyone was looking at you, some people quietly snickering.

“I know you’re always on time, so I’ll let it go this time. Don’t do again.”

You mumbled a ‘thank you’ before you sat in your seat, your chair scraping loudly against the linoleum floor as you tried to make yourself comfortable.

When the day finally ended, you rushed to the music room to keep the promise you made to Changgu of meeting him there. At the back of the room, there were smaller rooms that were soundproofed where people would practice. You wanted Changgu to go there so he wouldn’t have to deal with anyone seeing him and bullying him again.

The room was empty and dark when you got there. You noticed a small light coming from one of the rooms, so you stomped up towards it, swinging the door open-

“Oh, I’m so sorry!” you said to the two strangers sitting in the room, one by a piano and the other holding a guitar.

You shuffled out of the room, feeling embarrassed when you felt a warm hand on your shoulder. When you turned around, Changgu’s smiling face met yours.

“I was in this room here,” Changgu said, pointing to a room behind him.

“Ah, it’s hidden in the corner, so I didn’t see it,” you said, following him inside.

“But why did you want to come here? It feels so stuffy,” he told you, taking a seat on a plastic chair inside the room.

“I didn’t want anyone to see us. I don’t want you getting bullied again,” you admitted, sitting in a chair across from him.

You could see him blush under the dim light from above.

“But why did you want to see me anyway?” He asked, looking up at you.

“Well, we’re soulmates,” you laughed, “we have a lot to talk about.”

“Oh yeah,” he chuckled, “you’re right.”

Changgu told you about how he had ended up at your school and how much he likes to sing and act. He also listened intently as you told him a bit about yourself.

When the conversation died down, he pointed to a piano behind you. 

“Do you know how to play?” he asked, getting up to sit at it.

“Not too well,” you said, laughing.

“I only know a few things myself. Do you want me to teach you?” he asked, smiling at you from the piano.

When you agreed, he patted the spot next to him, since the seat had more than enough room for two. As soon as you joined him, he placed your hands on the right keys and showed you when to press what.

It was a lot of fun, even when you messed up. Changgu would smile with his eyes every time you did, showing you how to do it correctly. He kept touching your hands with his soft ones, and it was kind of making your palms sweaty since you were so nervous. You were glad he was only touching the back of your hands, since your palms were facing the piano.

As you were playing through the song he had been teaching you, you suddenly felt something soft and warm on your right cheek. His lips… Is he kissing my cheek?

When you turned to face him, he pretended to look away, a blush rising in his cheeks. So you acted along, laughing and returning to the piano. This time though, he cupped your face in one hand and turned your face towards his, pressing his lips against yours. You felt butterflies rising in your stomach and your face turned red.

Suddenly, you heard the door loudly creak open. 

“No one is allowed to be here right no-” you heard someone say. Changgu immediately pulled away from you and looked down, his face turning red as he tried to hide a smile.

You looked up and froze when you saw your math teacher holding the door handle.

“[y/n]? What in the world… You better get out of here right now. This is the second time. Mess up again and you’ll be in trouble for real.”

You stood up immediately and walked out of the practice room, leaving your teacher standing in shock and Changgu following quietly behind you. When you were out of the music room, he tightly held your hand.

“You’re okay, right? I’m so sorry that happened-” he said, but you brought you pressed your lips against his. His eyes widened and then slowly closed. You could feel his lips forming a smile against yours.

“It’s okay,” you said after moving your lips away, grinning. He looked so flustered, but followed you as you guided him through the halls.

Another member finds the pair like this and tells the other members about it. Now the pair can't escape the teasing of having 'slept together'.

Rina and Changgu were currently talking to one another through the video call on Skype. The couple were in the midst of talking about a drama after Changgu had listened to Rina's ranting about a long day at work. It was more like Changgu talking about one of his favorite dramas that Rina still had yet to see.

"That Winter, The Wind Blows has such a good story line and the characters playing each role does a good job of portraying all the details. It's such a good drama, Rina. How can you not have seen it yet?" Changgu asked his girlfriend through the monitor.

"I just haven't, Changgu." Rina repeated for the nth time since they started their video call. "I'm not into dramas."

"But you're a girl. Girls love dramas, right?"

Rina chuckled as she stared at her boyfriend through the laptop's screen.

"I'm not like most girls. Would you rather have dated someone that did?"

"No. That's not what I meant."

"I know. I'm just teasing."

Changgu pouted a little longer before smiling again.

"Anyways, I think we should have a date at the Hantaek Botanical Garden where Oh Young's garden was filmed. Or have a date at one of the De Chocolate Coffee's branches in Gangnam where it was featured in the series, too."

"That's cute, but that means traveling, especially to popular places where there will be lots of people. I repeat, lots of people, Changgu." She reasoned with him before casting him a teasing smile. "Unless you plan on a dating scandal to happen because of it?"

"I mean we can just pretend that you're one of the staff members and we can have the other members come along with us, too." Changgu suggested with a bright smile. "It works for Lani and Yuto majority of the time when they wanna go on dates."

"It's because those two are actually quite cute together. Also, Lani likes going out and about and wanting to do things. I don't."

"Hey, we're cute, too."

"You're the one that's cute. I'm so-so."

"What? Don't lie. You're the cutest to me."

"Eww."

Changgu rolled his eyes as Rina laughed at his reaction.

"Hey wait a minute."

Changgu just realized something.

"If you're not into dramas, then does that mean you haven't watched Spark or the second season of Age of Youth?"

"Yeah, why?"

"I have a supporting role in Spark while the other members make a cameo in it and some of us cameo in the second season of Age of Youth as a boy group called Asgard."

Before Rina could even apologized for not watching either shows, Changgu went into full discussion about both of the series. Rina just listened to her boyfriend's voice with a gentle smile upon seeing how animated he was whenever he spoke. A moment later Rina found herself drifting off to sleep to the sound of Changgu's soothing voice. A few minutes later Changgu wondered why his girlfriend wasn't commenting back and glanced at the screen.

He realized that Rina had fallen asleep. Instead of being upset by it he found it adorable as Rina was way cuter this way. Rina usually put up a front and was always aloof or neutral about things, especially when others were around her. So Changgu enjoyed the little moments when Rina let down her guard whenever it was just the two of them. He leaned his chin against his forearms and watched his sleeping girlfriend with a small smile upon his face.

Some time later Changgu had fallen asleep as well. Yanan shared the room with Changgu and had walked in to ask his member something, but noticed the pair had fallen asleep with the Skype app still active. Yanan smirked playfully as he got closer to the sleeping pair and glanced from one figure to the other and back again. He chuckled softly while bringing out his mobile device to have proof for later. He later went to fetch the rest of the members.

When the next day arrived with Lani dragging her older sister, Rina, along with her to the PENTAGON dorm early in the morning, Rina found herself along with her boyfriend being teased endlessly by the members. Changgu thought it was cute as he was used to his members teasing him, but Rina wanted to beat up the boys. Unfortunately for her, she couldn't as explained by her sister when she asked Lani why she couldn't due to the boys being idols and needed to have no injuries of any kind. So Rina just settled with ignoring the males until she got fed up after hearing the term for the nth that morning.

"Ahh, seriously. Aren't you guys done yet?"

"No." They chorused with rambunctious laughter.

Rina let out a groan as Changgu pulled her in for a hug to soothed his girlfriend knowing how she was when she was feeling flustered.

"We won't because I have proof that you guys slept together." Yanan stated with air quotes on the 'slept together' bit as he pulled out his phone to show the others the cute images he took of the pair.

"Aww, that's cute, Yanan." Lani cooed while shooting her sister a knowing look while sitting on the end of the couch with Yuto. "It's just weird seeing Rina act like this when she's around Changgu though."

Rina let out a groan as she hid her face into her boyfriend's embrace while mumbling incoherent things that only Changgu could understand.

"She said that none of you are getting presents during Christmas."

Lani intervened calling out her sister's bluff with a laugh.

"Don't worry, guys. She's still gonna buy y'all stuff."

"Ugh, don't expose me like that." Rina huffed casting her sister a dirty look.

Rina looked over at her boyfriend with a pout.

"I'm never Skype calling you again."

She stood up and walked out of the living room and towards her boyfriend's room to get away from everyone since she couldn't leave as she didn't want to leave Lani there by herself. Changgu excused himself as he followed after his girlfriend with laughter following. Yuto leaned closer to Lani so that only his girlfriend could hear him.

"So are they gonna sleep together for real now?"

"Stop."

Lani giggled while nudging her boyfriend in the stomach causing the male to giggle along with her.

hehe of course i would love to gush about the other members! for starters, yuto just put out his soundcloud and i starting crying immediately bc im so proud of him so!! but also today i was emotional about jinho’s musical because a lot of photos came out this morning and he just looked so happy. i’m so glad he gets to do that ;-; he’s just so so talented and it’s because he’s worked so hard for it and has never given up and i just!! i cannot go on more bc i have seriously been over-emotional the past few days for some reason and i WILL cry LMAO. anyways idk if the secret santa account told u but jinho is also my ult and yanan is my 3rd favorite so for yanan: i love him so so very much. i miss him every day! i just can’t wait to see his smiling face again and hear his voice. i’m so proud of him for all he’s overcome and he’s just always been someone i feel like i relate to bc he’s not always as confident as some of the other members. he’s not perfect and that’s why i love him!! i told my friends before, i love watching kino dance because it’s art; i love watching yanan dance because he’s not the best or even one of the best imo but he tries SO hard and it makes me SO happy!!! i cant even explain it! you can just see how much effort and concentration he puts in and can tell he always does his best. i just really love that about him ;-;my favorite album is probably thumbs up and genie:us second! my favorite songs are: pretty pretty, naughty boy, sha la la, lost paradise, spring snow, happiness, fantasystic, like this, off-road…runaway ….that was so many but fhjskhfsk they change order a lot but naughty boy is my favorite title track and pretty pretty is my all time favorite! (it’s a banger obviously but was also the first ptg song i heard and downloaded so it’s very special to me!!)oh and also!! not ptg but i should really mention,, i have all of kino’s songs downloaded and i listen to them like every day... i always listen to them when im anxious or upset and they really mean a lot to me. my favorites of those are badtiming and sunshine/mango. (also i saw ptg in toronto and then kino filmed the badtiming video in toronto so like...now it’s my super favorite and makes me cry even more than before so THANKS KINO,,,,)

Can I just vent? You don't need to answer. I'm just frustrated that Dawn is coming back on the 9th because not only is it close to Pentagon's anniversary (not sure if it's purposeful) but now everyone is making the comeback about ot10 and ‘omg ot10 interactions uwuwuwu😸’ and not about Pentagon themselves. Four years later and people still can't think of Pentagon as their own group of individuals and not an ex-member. It's disheartening and I'm not looking forward to the comeback because of this.

Hmm I was debating if I should answer this or nah but welp here we are agshhsjd

Anyways I understand how you feel, i get that its annoying when some people make everything about ot10 bacuse afterall hes not in the group anymore and for newer fans who never really experienced ptg with him it might get a bit irritating,, BUT older unis etc cant ignore that he was part of the group once, they can't just erase him because afterall we saw him being bff's with the others for 2 years, we got attached too so imo, its normal to get excited about some eventual interactions, in moderation.

Personally I'm an ot10 stan, not that I stan the 10 of them as a group because that is indeed in the past and it's not coming back, I love hyojong as an individual, as solo artist, and the other 9 as a group. Even tho this, I obviously would feel happy for a ot10 interaction because afterall all, I once staned the 10 as a group.

I don't think that the fact that hyo is coming back on the 9th was purposeful, it just happened ig asdghnfghn but like,, it has nothing to do with ptg??? Maybe, MAYBE some ot10 stans are a bit delulu and make everything about ot10 and yeah I get where they're coming from but again adgjgdsdfgh it has nothing to do with ptg so they being lowkey dramatic ngl :')

And finally I'm sad you're not looking forward for the comeback :// I get that it's a bit upsetting and a vibe killer but again, and @ you this time, it has nothing to do with ptg themselves :(
