f1tea Pierre arrived in the paddock at 8.30am this morning. Melbourne walk was booming with fans having 1 last chance to get their merch signed by their favourite racers.

In non-driver news, the Gasly Princess - Yn Gasly arrived to the paddock at 9.00am alongside Joris Trouche and Charles Leclerc. As they walked through the Melbourne Walk, loud jeering and boos could be heard from the fans. Many were telling her to stay away from Formula 1 and its drivers.

Upon hearing the jeering and boos, Charles Leclerc alongside other drivers Alex Albon, George Russell and Lando Norris who were present at Melbourne Walk proceeded to try and defend their friend yn however their efforts were not enough.

Joris Trouche then took Yn tight in his grip and entered the paddock quick. Sources from inside the paddock say that Yn was in tears and Joris proceeded to walk with her to the Alpine Motorhome. Throughout the Race Day, Yn was not seen as much in the paddock.

pierregasly Yn Julianna Gasly. My relationship with my baby sister is one of the most important in my life.

From all the pizza parties to celebrate karting wins and her football school team wins, to fighting over the PS3 controllers, to not talking to each other for months, we have gone through it all.

Yn has always been on my side through the thick and thin. At every race she be at the garage or along the fence cheering me on! (charles and anthoine too but thats beside the point) Good day or Bad Day she always made sure she was there for me. She even ditched playdates to travel with Maman to watch me race.

Anthoine’s Passing affected all of us differently. We handled our grieve separately. My biggest regret was pushing Yn away forgetting that she too was grieving the lost of her bestfriend. When I look back, i feel that the road she went down was partly my fault. But with an immense amount of help for her and the family, we got through it together. I hated that my sister was barely with us for those 4 months. But at that time i thought that was best. Looking back, I should have done more. But mistakes were made. Like I told Yn, “Mistakes are OKAY only if they happen once and you learn, and dont repeat it again.”

My sister made a mistake. It is something she cannot ignore. It happened. But she learned from it. We learned from it. Her past does not define who she is now. My Sister is my number 1 Supporter. She is my Person, My Best Friend, My Twin. What has been said online the past few weeks about her the jeering when she is out in public is simply unacceptable. It has to stop. Losing someone you love can make you do incredibly stupid things. But I know my sister, those 4 months was not her.

So please I am hoping that you can understand. The mistakes my sister made in the past is not who she was or is now. Please stop circulating the pictures and videos.

Of course I can write a Carlando one!

Carlos and Lando didn't mean to adopt Oscar. It just sort of happened. One minute they are in Australia and the next thing they are taking a 1 month baby home. Thankfully Carlos know how to take care of a baby and make a bottle and change a diaper because Lando was incredibly lost.

Lando is very sensitive to Oscar's emotions and baby's are very emotionally volatile. While Oscar is much calmer than other babies, it can go from 0 to 100 really quick. Lando's vibe is "Oh my god, what am I doing? I don't know what I'm doing. Wait, I do know what I am doing. Nevermind, I was very wrong."

Carlos is a bit more capable due to experience but the downside is Oscar prefers Lando more and it makes taking care of him incredibly difficult. Carlos brings a "I want to help you. Just let me help you" energy that quickly becomes "I know you communicate mostly through crying but can you try a different method." Carlos wants to zone out sometimes but he can't.

Oscar wrecks terror on their marriage and social life. The only thing that is really intact is their job. Oscar's pickiness pushes an unequal distribution of labor in certain areas which strains the marriage. Oscar also doesn't have the energy to be around a lot of people for long periods of time, and his parents keep an active social life.

They had to go to couples counseling a month into the adoption which helped them find equal ground when it came to balancing childcare and their marriage. It also helped that Oscar met Logan and now was fairly content as long as he got to play with Logan.

Lando also started bringing Oscar onto his streams which garnered him a ton of new subscribers. Oscar was fairly content being held and staring at the lights and moving pictures and people found him to be adorable.

Oscar slowly enjoys Carlos's company without Lando in the picture but Carlos is the more responsible party. Feeding, doctor appointments, making sure Oscar has a hat every time he goes outside to protect him from the sun.

The one activity they do enjoy together is golf. They get a couple hours on the course and Oscar gets to sit in his carrier and nap in the golf cart.

Babies are expensive and Oscar is no exception. The issue is that the biggest expense is the wi-fi. Oscar has a designated time to see Logan, whether it be in-person or through Face Time. If George and Alex are free, a play date is an easy thing to organize. However, a face time call is usually the result. The issue lies in Oscar falling asleep with the phone in his hand but will wake up and cry if the phone is removed.

Oscar, like Logan, is a clingy baby. Even though he doesn't say it, he still clings to Carlos's shirt when he has to leave for the race. While he doesn't cry most of the time, he does get upset and hides his face. He also does the same thing with Lando. Carlos is sad but he laughs it off and tells Oscar he'll be back. Lando, however, will carry Oscar as much as he can and is very reluctant to hand him over to the caretaker. While he doesn't cry, Oscar's sad little face and his outstretched hands makes the departure very difficult.

I hope you like it! It's not as cheery as the one I did for Galex but I wanted to show the difference in dynamic and parenting style.

you sat slouched, your foot propped up on the dash board and your head rolled back watching him drive under the streetlights. you'd been to a party and oscar offered to drive you home. you hadn't spoken to him much since you'd gotten into the car but you couldn't look away from him either.

"quit staring," he mumbled, glancing at you out the corner of his eye for only a second.

"i'm not staring," you mumbled defensively, your head darting forward facing the tarmac again. your eyebrows twitched into a soft frown. being caught out you humphed to yourself. you didn't notice the soft smirk on his lips in your effort to not look at him again for the duration of the drive home, as not to inflate his ego anymore.

"'n' get your feet off the dash," his hand gave a nudge to your thigh. "what d'you think this is?"

you sniffed, your foot falling off the dash as you pushed yourself up straight. you could still feel the brush of his fingertips on your thigh though his hand had long been back on the steering wheel. "'jeez, sorry dad," you said in a huff.

you didn't catch the subtle clench of his jaw, rolling your eyes at him. "funny," he mumbled back at you.

"why you always so mean?" you huffed, your eyebrows knitting into a soft frown, arms crossing over your chest. "it's some scary-best-friends-big-brother-macho-tough-guy bullshit."

"you think i'm a scary?" he quirked an eyebrow at you, glancing at you while he continued to drive. that pout forming on your lips was something he was finding hard to pull his attention away from.

"no, but other boys do," you grumbled.

oscar humphed, pleased with himself. "good."

you rolled your eyes again, pushing yourself upright and pointing an accusing finger at him. "you're impossible," you groaned when he reached over and pushed your accusing finger away from him, this only made your frustration with him grow.

he tilted his head to the side for a second, his eyes rolling to the back of his head. "yeah— well you're a brat," he teased with a hum, watching with a small amount of amusement when your mouth hung open.

"if i act like a brat it's because you make me like this," you fought back. "you treat me like a kid, what do you expect?"

his eyebrows knitted, he shook his head. "i don't treat you like a kid."

"yeah, you do!"

"no, i don't," he was standing his ground, his jaw clenching tighter. "why would i treat you like a kid?"

you'd turned in your seat to face him, your hands clinging to your seat belt the more you riled each other up. oscar had pulled up at a red light.

"'cause you saw me grow up with cesar," your eyes locked with his for a second before he pulled away again. "so you think you have to treat me like you do him, but you don't. i can look after myself."

you were both quiet for a while, oscar was absorbing your words and you were regretting ever bringing any of this up.

“i don't treat you like this 'cause i think you're a kid," oscar gulped, pulling away as the traffic light changed to green. "i'm jus' looking out for you. i don't wan' you to feel like you have to look out for yourself. i got you."

"yeah, you sure do,” you huffed. “you know what it’s like trying to get a boyfriend with you hovering over me at parties? you’re like a dog marking it’s territory,” you rolled your eyes again. “and i’m not your territory.”

“no?” he quirked an eyebrow at you, glancing at you only for a second. he could see it plain and simple how badly you were deflecting your true feelings. you’d crushed on him since you were a kid, but wouldn’t ever admit that to him. it’d be like conceding and you were far too competitive for that. still, oscar liked watching you act like your feelings weren’t there.

“no!” you raised your voice a little, eyebrows knitted tighter together now

“so you don’t want me to look out for you?” he clarified, small smirk still lining his lips.

“i don’t want boys too scared to talk to me ‘cause of you,” you were sulking a bit now. even you would admit you were acting kind of childish, but it also felt warranted.

“you wan’ me to leave you alone then?” he saw out the corner of his eye, you glanced over at him after he said this. “say the words an’ i’ll do it.”

“yeah,” you said softer than your voice had been earlier.

“go on and say it then,” he tested you, eyebrows raised waiting for you to say it.

“i just want you to stop being so scary, i don’t want to stop being friends with you,” you spoke, unsure of your own words. you were backtracking.

“you know why i do it?” you were watching him, body turned to face him as he continually stole glances in your direction, trying to focus on the road as best he could. he almost confessed but he stopped himself. “‘cause those guys are assholes. and you don’t want to date an asshole.”

“you know what i want, do you?” you quirked an eyebrow at him this time, humming.

he hummed in response. “i do.”

“what else do you know about me?” you tested him, convinced you had the upper hand on him. oscars lips turned into an amused frown, shrugging his shoulders. your lips cracked into a small smile, eyes unable to move away from him. he was captivating. “go on, mr know-it-all,” you urged, a small laugh escaping your lips and catching oscars attention.

he had to drag his eyes back to the road as he pulled up outside your house. you didn’t even notice the car coming to a halt, you were so invested in what he was going to say next.

“alright, fine,” he rested one arm on the steering wheel, the other on the back of the car seat as he turned halfway to face you. “you totally like me,” he said matter-of-factly.

“yeah, right,” you scoffed. he narrowed his eyes at you, smirk growing on his lips. you glanced away from him for a split second, the eye contact was too much for you.

“you also can’t look anyone in the eyes when you’re nervous,” he was teasing you now and you didn’t really care for it.

“shut up, i can too,” you made a conscious effort to keep eye contact even though your palms were sweating, and your heart was beating out of your chest.

he kept his eyes locked on you to make a point, unblinking. he watched your expression turn, your eyebrows knitting as your frustration grew with him.

you huffed, glancing away as he let out a laugh. “that doesn’t prove anything!” you fought back, annoyed that he’d caught you out. he could be childish himself sometimes, you just seemed to be the only one that caught it.

“it proves everything,” he shrugged, a smug smile on his face now. “just admit it, you don’t have to get defensive.”

“i’m not defensive!” your voice came out a higher pitch than someone who was not acting defensive. you altered your tone, clearing your throat. “i’m not being defensive,” you repeated, calmer this time.

“fine,” he rolled his eyes. “take it to the grave with you and i’ll guess you’ll never know if i felt the same,” he shrugged again.

you couldn’t make out if he was joking anymore or not. you wore a frown, eyes locked on his trying to figure him out. he could be so frustrating sometimes.

“you’re annoying,” you said finally. “and i’m going home,” scared this was all a big joke to him, you unbuckled your seatbelt and pulled on the door handled.

you climbed out the passenger seat, hearing him call after you. “ok, wait— wait,” he climbed out the drivers seats and jogged around the impala to meet you on the other side. you crossed your arms over your chest, closing the door and leaning against it, waiting for him to talk. “i promise i’ll stop scaring these guys off,” you wore a soft frown, you looked over at him with hooded eyes. oscar could’ve melted at your feet with that look.

you weren’t sure you wanted him to stop scaring off these guys anymore, because he was right, they were assholes and you did have feelings for him. feelings you’d buried deep, deep down and rejected them for fear of getting hurt.

“unless you can give me a reason not to?” he took a step closer to you, urging you to say something. you kept your frown, and shook your head.

“no,” you mumbled softly.

“hm? what was that?” his smirk was reappearing, as was yours.

“scare ‘em off if you want,” you pushed yourself off the door, standing inches away from him now. oscars smirk drooped a little. “i’ve only got eyes for one guy,” you shrugged, scrunching up your nose. “he’s kind of an asshole though,”

“i knew it,” he muttered teasingly.

“i know this is a joke to you but oscar i swear to god,” you paused, making sure he caught your tone. “if you fuck with me—“

“s’not a joke,” he shook his head. “just wanted to hear you say it,” he admitted, losing his smirk this time. he took a step closer, you unable to move away with your back against his car door. “you know i care about you,” he spoke quieter this time, only to you. you tilted your head back to watch him better. “m’not gonna hurt you.”

you could feel his breath against your skin, your own heavy breaths fanning his cheeks. you gave him a slight nod, which he mimicked. “ok?” he mumbled.

“ok,” you mumbled in response, trusting him for now, but wanting to see that he really meant what he said. “i trust you,” your words barely above a whisper.

he gave you a slight nod, lips pulling into a small smile when he saw a similar expression form of your face. he hummed softly, leaning into you just to be closer. you nudged your forehead against his for a second before pulling back.

“g’night oscar.”
