This is a weird random thing but I'm watching videos when doin homework and if any of u chucklefucks like things like.. true crime? Tragedies, missing persons, etcetcetc then pleade for the God check out the Real Horror YouTube channel. Like it's only got 7 videos so far n is extremely new but it covers both well known cases like the nutty putty cave tragedy and more obscure ones like it goes into depth into a specific case of ppl going missing on the trail of tears in BC. And it's jus. So fucking well done. Like I know ppl always r like oh wow this is jus like some shit that film companies would create n I'm p famn sure it's like. I hope I don't NEED to say this but it's really okay to not enjoy clubbing or to like ever go and the only thing I think is kind of funny about it is there are some people getting very heated about this thing that doesn't matter at all

#like i go to 'a club' maybe 3 times a year aldnskbd i dont like them very much because theyre loud and they play shitty music #i prefer to hang out at chill hipster bars so i can sit in a chair and read or something. or i go to a place with live music #but i also think if youve never been you should consider trying. new experiences and all that #sometimes its nice to hang out with a friend sitting in the corner of the patio talking to whoever happens to sit down at our table #sometimes you get to see a drag show #soemtimes you just get to watch drunk people be stupid and thats pretty fun too #don't let people on tumblr make you feel cringe they literally have a tumblr account you know

I keep seeing things saying that multitasking isnt really a thing thats possible and i get it. Theyre saying that jobs expect you to be able to do multiple jobs at once and just call it multitasking and thats bad i know.

But oh my god if i told someone that i cant focus without multitasking and they replied with 'multitasking isnt REAL' i think i would literally explode 🙃

kinda loathe the way broadway (and the west end as well) handles long running shows.

#dear diary #maybe peter brook is still right about the deadly theatre #or maybe i’ve spent too much time thinking about canadian theatre industry #and the ability to revise and re imagine plays in new places #nationally and internationally #due to the lack of one central location that hosts the central corporate theatre industry complex #like sure a show getting it’s premier at like theatre passé murae or like #tarragon theatre or even #if you want something in the west theatre calgary or the belfry #then that’s a big deal and will get you recognition #but that means getting to re-produce a show in other places #with a fair degree of freedom to recontextualize and review directorial choices #between remounting #where as one continuous run on broadway for +5 years seems to generate very little room to rework a piece #and while i do appreciate being able to go see something with the original direction #with broadway sometimes becoming the de facto way to get major and i mean major #recognition in the american theatre context soemtimes feels frustrating #just because there are a lot of shows that could have to many interpretations and directors #but it seems to hard to get a really big realm of influence unless it’s on broadway
