Unmedicated until my higher dose of Ritalin comes in the mail and I forgot how much this sucks 😓
#like i can see how the lifestyle improvements i made before really do help#but its also like When im trying to sit down and organize somehiw i end up planning to fake my own death#like yes i can get up in the morning go on a run and get to class which i was never able to do b4 seeing a psychiatrist#but when i get home i still cant sit down and do just one thing without getting distracted by other stuff#ugh gonna go make lists now hopefully#personal
