Why the hell am I taking on so much extra work and responsibility for free for a camp that can’t even be bothered to get me a staff shirt that fits?

#i’ve been mad about this for weeks #my staff shirt is two sizes too big #its the smallest one they ordered #it comes down past my shorts so I have to wear pants on the days we wear them #its too fucking hot to be doing that #the sleeves come down to my elbows #i look ridiculous #and i was promised in the beginning of the summer that they’d order me the right one #and turns out they’re not going to do that #so why the hell am I trying this hard for a camp that can’t even be bothered to do the bare minimum for me?#i feel the need to mention that I gave them my shirt size over a month before the order was placed #she speaketh #vent

Oh yeah, I’ve had this one idea for a Cookie for a while that I thought was neat

Basically, the idea was that you’d have this Cookie with two modes, fire and ice, and after their Skill activates and is finished (so basically I only have this idea for Ovenbreak), they switch to the other mode, and each mode has a specific Skill. Basically it’s like how Chess Choco and the Cookiemals switch places, but instead this one would change forms

I just think that’d be cool to see. Granted, I also imagine them to be some form of Legendary, but still

#the visual differences in their two modes would be pretty drastic too #like one’s red and orange while the other’s blue #I’m half thinking of Darmanitan and its Standard vs Zen Mode #I think I thought of the idea when thinking of a desert Legendary #since you know the desert can be really hot or cold #I had a friend who used to live in Phoenix and she’d talk about the problems with the temperature #and how you either wear shorts and freeze in the morning or wear pants and burn up in the day #but I’m not sure if the desert is still the best place #either way I just wanted to share #cookie run #cookie run ovenbreak #cookie run oc #character idea #random stuff

one week to pattern draft and cut and sew and paint my lemon demon costume oobh ive got plany off time

#ok its just a little hooded cape and tail #and then i'll paint some lemons on scrap cotton and baste them on #idk what im gonna wear underneath. prolly black shorts + fishnet top and sports bra #im basing the design on i do declare's imp cape and id love to wear the exact outfit being modeled but its too damn hot #i got fabric for a new 18c shirt (white and thinner cotton) but not high priority since i need to make the cape first #but i really need a properly vampiric shirt that doesnt have the massive ruffles of my current one that i wear every time i go out

does anyone else get seasonal depression but like, in summer

#winter is so chill theres snow you can stay in you can go ski also christmas movies and winter clothes are really comfy #summer is hot you feel like you want to go somewhere but you cant bc its either too hot in the clothes youre comfortable going out in #or you have to choose between wearing a potato sack and feeling weird in your body and short clothes revealing your arms and legs #the only time summer is fun is when youre on vacation by the sea and can go swimming #also i kinda really dont like the 2 month holidays we get i live far from school and dont get a chance to socialize with friends :((

got my glasses, bought a pink bottle bc my old one for the warm drinks is too big for work ( also dying) and peanuts underwear, and chocolate for work tomorrow, AND got my things from my friend can't wait to use my moisturizer finally and wear my hoodie tomorrow bc I don't care about being presentable at work

yknow, ever since i came to that epiphany that my fursona is destined to be bland an uninteresting for as long as i want an actually accurate one (something im just gonna have to learn to accept), ive been thinking. maybe its time i gave up trying to be cute with ALL of my sonas. ive had the pink/black color scheme for so long and while the outfits i normally draw myself in ARE outfits i have and wear, theyre pretty rare these days. maybe its time i start being realistic
