i got a notification for an article that talks about how to combat a lack of energy and had to go “its okay, we’re in a pandemic and lots of people are tired so its a common topic, the universe is not directing it at me because it saw ive been tired these past days, a lack of energy is a common trait, its purely coincidence you arent being watched its fine”

#paranoia cw #unreality cw #im not sure if this needs to be tagged but just in case #let me know if i need to tag anything else #ive been doing better but the past little bit the feeling of being watched has come back a little but i think ive been handling it alright #im able to ignore that kinda stuff easier #also ive been giving less belief to stuff that i know isnt real #even tho with laying in bed a lot and being stuck in my own head my grip on reality is kinda iffy #so i should probably work on at least giving my brain distractions #there have been multiple coincidences lately and every time i come across one im scared its gonna throw me #but ive held on to reality aright i think #my reality ratio has probably been like 70/30 and in grading terms thats a c so i pass the mental health check #wow thats a lot of tags huh
