I feel like a lot of terraria fans have like their 1-3 bosses/enemies that are like. Uber favorite for whatever reason. Like they're not just your favorite your soul is bonded to them. You have stake in this enemy. What are yalls mine is the lunatic cultist and cultist archer/devotee

OH MY GOD WAIT ONE OTHER THING ABT THE NOT THE BEES SEED one part of it is that theres queen bee larva scattered around the whole world even on the surface, and i kept getting messages that queen bee had been summoned despite being nowhere near any nor having any sort of projectiles at all much less going off screen and was so confused. n it took me a few days but then i realized they were only happening at night. larva are getting HIT BY THE SHOOTING STARS AND SUMMONING HER TO TRACK ME DOWN ACROSS THE EARTH

Minecraft updates vs Terraria updates are so funny now. It's like going to the minecraft store is like "heres the burger, and i know you voted for fries as your side but more people wanted pickles. Also we're changing our policy so you have to eat it with a spoon. See you in half a year for a second burger"

Where Terraria is "ok so you want a burger? Got it boss, fries? sure, oh want ketchup? can do. Yeah it'll take a bit of time but we'll get you a corn dog. Cake? why not that sounds great. Oh we're donating todays profits to charity btw. Want anything else with your order?"

2024 was a year in gaming. I don't have a definitive order or game of the year yet, but here are some of my favorites from this year

-Echoes of Wisdom: One of the more inventive Zelda titles and a real breath of fresh air.

-Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble: Obviously I haven't shut up about this game since I dove headfirst into the speedrunning community and the most recent update has only made me love it more

-Balatro: If you've played this game, you know. Intoxicatingly simple, well-designed, and points go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

-Animal Well: Dunkey put his whole pussy into promoting this one, and yeah I'd say it was worth the hype. An incredibly inventive Metroidvania where new discoveries and wonder are always just around the corner, all with an incredibly present and almost offputting theming and tone. Great work. Definitely worth checking out if you like exploration titles.

-Core Keeper: I played this one with Red about a year or two ago back when it was in Early Access, but it released officially in October (congrats!) and this one has to be mentioned if only because my reaction to seeing the second boss for the first time was wild. A fun little top-down terraria/minecraft type title. The idea of building a little world with friends in Core Keeper again is very tempting, if it wasn't so damn time-consuming.

-UFO 50: I need to put more time in this game before I can say a lot about it, but it's a lot of game and it's all (from what I've seen) pretty well-designed, introducing tons and tons of creative ideas.

-For some reason I still haven't played Sonic X Shadow Generations

-Pepper Grinder: A really fun platformer for if you want to kill a few hours. Got really into speedrunning this one for a bit before moving on (I think it's because they patched out Mary Poppins, but I think interest was waning a bit anyway, plus Monkey Ball kinda forcibly took its place)

so ive never rlly played a crimson world on anything beyond normal and def never finished one so i figured to add to the difficulty for not the bees id do that one, i gotta say. the brain of cthulu is much more fun to fight in normal progression than the eater of worlds.

I am such a lesbian for the Zoologist from Terraria.

I'm a massive nerd myself so I want to yap about animals and monsters with her for hours (Zoologist likely knowing far more than me so I'm mostly just listening to her with loving, rapt attention)

And then a full moon rolls around and I find myself pinned down by her when she is twice her former size. Body covered in red, coily fur with muscles bulging through the rips and tears of her straining green tank top and pants that could fall apart any second. A deep, low growl rumbling in her chest as she sniffs against my neck. My own, smaller form shivering as her wet nose rubs against my pulse point as she inhales my scent. Eyes full of recognition and unspoken desires that manifest in this feral form of hers.

Unfortunately I don't have the best confidence in writing more friskier details but basically; I want Zoologist to absolutely fuck me up in her werefox form. Knot or no knot, I don't care. Either way, I'm going to be yelping, yipping, and howling with her and we'll wake up in the morning confused and exhausted as hell.

But hey, at least there is some new knowledge to write down in the bestiary about werefoxes.

I LOVE CLASSICAL MUSIC SO MUCH but at the same time i share a music taste with no one i know 💔💔💔💔 the only songs i do like that some of my friends like are video game songs and primarily undertale/deltarune/celeste/minecraft/terraria at that

i could talk for HOURS about some songs because like. like. hgisjijfhuirfhuiehfiujsdifhihsifes i love you classical musicians from multiple centuries ago and and like and and im i i made a hannibal playlist with purely classical songs (except love crime also i REALLY love love crime) and like one time i decided to update it a bit and to listen through every single song im going to consider putting in and that i have put in the playlist and like i could strongly associate like WHY this song would be one hannibal likes or why this song would play in the background to one of hannibals activities for example Liebestraum (love dream) by Liszt to me perfectly descrimes the LOVE hannibal feels for will and im not talking about any other emotion, ONLY LOVE its extremely purified (the song itself) and the first 45 ish seconds are like the growing and blooming section the one hannibal would treat like a teenage kid's first love if he werent him yknow but once the tone starts to change its more like s2 towards mizumono where things get complicated and that complexity (mainly from wills side) affected his love and then it all lead to mizumono (around 1:15 in the song) but then it starts off with season 3 where is CHAOTIC but its still THERE and its honestly blossoming so much more than before and its insane its risky its full of all kinds of other emotions that even if i said arent there, affect his love it all crashes down and it all just collapses under him as he realises how much he just loves will it spirals down a staircase it glides down like in a parachute and then it evens out again (a bit before 3 minute mark) where its just like the beginning, pure and almost undignified love but its true and its THERE and then once we get to the end will finally accepts it all too

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW I ANALISED EVERY SINGLE SONG OF THAT DAMN PLAYLIST also i love liebstraum i could genuinely write it all out as i listen i really want to should i do it
