The swallowtail butterfly emerged from the chrysalis cocoon this morning! Just so so amazing! After missing it last time, when I saw the cocoon darkening last night, I woke up early to see yellow dots appearing on them. I knew it was just a matter of minutes so sat right in front of it. Within a few seconds it started ‘contractions’ - just a few undulations and then the butterfly emerged !
