3. The Power of Expression: Encourage creative and artistic avenues to catalyze significant social changes. The arts, in all their forms, can challenge the status quo and kindle productive debates, paving a path to societal progress.

Absolutely abhorrent what has happened in the past weeks in USA. The George Floyd video made us feel angry and sad when our family watched it on the news; felt so inhumane and pointless. Even takes the whole “take a knee” thing to a joke-level where it shouldn’t be. Fuck, how bad must the black community feel about this. I think all cops should wear body cams and should be prosecuted when doing something shady/illegal. Of course. It makes me feel disgusted to see the state use its power for bad (in any way, shape or form). Super disproportionate, unethical and unprofessional. I hope this sparks a change that has been well overdue for decades. I still don’t support looting or gathering large masses during Covid-times, but I totally get the sentiment. Children are going fatherless, wives husband less, and overall brokenness in families and communities. When we allow the system to convict the victims, we accept the way thing are.
