Extra Info About Jax and Helix
Jax is very shy and socially awkward. He usually keeps to himself at a public setting either reading to himself, looking at the gemstone collection in his bag, or staring off to the side. He’s not one for conversation, as he answers with either a very minimal response or a quick glance at the person talking. If you ask him about anything gemstone related, he instantly becomes interested, ask him about a specific gemstone and he will list off everything he knows about it. He becomes a completely different person when asked about his interest, becoming more responsive and expressive.
He has a repurposed walk-in closet that he uses for his gemstone collection. There are multiple organized boxes of his gems organized by groups of what year he got them. He also has a box of ones that he finds on walks, which are mostly stones, but those interest him too.
He has a friend that works at the annual gemstone convention that he contacts to secretly give him specific gems that are either sold out or not being sold for the year.
Compliments are foreign to him, so he doesn’t know how to respond most of the time.
If he likes someone, it gets harder for him to talk.
Ok I ran out of things to say about Jax so I’ll post some things about Helix too and his taxidermy hobby
I’m pretty sure he applies his eyeshadow messily on purpose
He loves taxidermy and is an avid member of “vulture culture” which I think is just the taxidermy fandom. He likes arranging animal skeletons into different poses with floral imagery or painting them, maybe hybridizing them if he’s bored. He is very interested in the whole process of cleaning the skeletons and has a specific small room that he works in. He displays his finished products in a separate room and dusts his previous works often.
Something he really likes to do is make sculpture casings around the duplicate skeletons or skeletons that don’t have a “quirk” that he finds interesting. His crown jewel is “Babyteeth”, made from an (ethically sourced) puppy skull covered in epoxy sculpt and painted with acrylic paint and glitter.
Often buys animal skeletons online for specific projects he has plans for.
He names his projects often
He uses he/him pronouns and is bisexual but has fem preference
He is a tattoo artist and would love to give you a tattoo if you really want one. Despite this, he doesn’t have a tattoo himself! Piercings are more his style, he just is very knowledgeable about tattoos.
If in a relationship with him, he would send stuff like this to you:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You will know when he’s about to do something with Consequences, he has a smile like a mischievous cat
Do you know about Lab Banana? God forbid if he finds that video, he will send it to you every week
His mind kinda just makes him voice his train of thought, he will start talking and enter at least 3 different subjects before going back to the main one
Will fake snap at you with his teeth if you’re close to him or if he thinks about it
bites you bites you bites you
Really likes physical contact, is physically touching any part of your body at all times (resting on his arms, arm around you while sitting, etc.), but will tone it down if you aren’t that comfortable with it
Very warm, almost like a furnace
Unironically says “lmao” like an actual word and No, he won’t stop

Is London an Art City?
London is undoubtedly one of the world’s leading art cities, celebrated for its vibrant and diverse cultural landscape. As home to some of the most renowned museums and galleries, such as the British Museum, the National Gallery, and the Tate Modern, London has established itself as a global hub for art lovers and creators alike.
These institutions house everything from classical masterpieces to cutting-edge contemporary works, making London a destination for art that spans centuries and styles.
Artists can sell art online through platforms like Etsy, Saatchi Art, and personal websites, reaching global audiences and expanding their market.
Beyond its prestigious galleries, London’s art scene extends into the streets. The city is known for its dynamic street art, particularly in areas like Shoreditch, where murals and graffiti have become integral to the cultural fabric. Famous Artists like Banksy have contributed to making London a hotspot for urban art.
Resin art involves using epoxy resin to create glossy, vibrant works. Artists craft unique designs by layering colours, textures, and embedded objects.
Additionally, London’s thriving theatre district, the West End, along with its numerous art festivals and design fairs, ensure that creative expression permeates all areas of life in the city.
From fine arts Photography to performance, from public spaces to private galleries, London continues to attract artists, collectors, and enthusiasts from around the world.
In short, London is more than an art city—it is a cultural powerhouse where creativity flourishes in all its forms.
The contrast in art refers to the use of opposing elements, such as light and dark colours, textures, or shapes, to create visual interest and emphasize differences. This technique enhances depth, directs the viewer’s attention, and brings balance, drama, or intensity to the artwork’s overall composition.
Concept art is a form of visual development used to convey ideas and designs for films, video games, and other creative projects. It focuses on illustrating characters, environments, and objects before production, helping creators visualize the final look. Concept art guides the overall aesthetic and storytelling direction.

6 Considerations to Make Before Buying Adhesive Glues Online
Tumblr media
Adhesive bonding is necessary for many do-it-yourself (DIY) undertakings, ranging from building to handicrafts. Adhesives are made with different chemistries and shapes, and each one has special qualities designed to address a specific issue or requirement. Thanks to science, very specialized adhesives can now be developed. These adhesives typically come in two varieties: solvent-based and acrylic-based, transparent and colored, and permanent or removable.
The use and environment of the glue will determine which type of adhesive is best for your project, ranging from thread locks to epoxy and everything in between.
Here are some key considerations to make when you buy adhesive glues online Netherlands.
Substrates
It's a good idea to be aware of the characteristics of the materials you plan to join before you buy adhesive glues online Netherlands. Every substrate is unique and will respond to bonding in a different way. Furthermore, take into account if the surface has been lacquered, painted, or otherwise treated since this can significantly affect how well the adhesive forms a firm bond.
Service Conditions
Numerous typical conditions, such as temperature, chemical fluids, moisture, and outside weathering, have an impact on the bond strength. Candidate adhesives should be evaluated in settings that closely resemble real-world applications where degrading components may be present.
Chemical Exposure
Certain adhesives and substrates might deteriorate when exposed to chemicals. If there's a chance the bond may come into contact with chemicals, list the particular compounds and extent of exposure. Send that information forward to the glue manufacturer. They can help you buy adhesive glues online to manage chemical exposure safely.
Applications
When assessing adhesives, it's critical to ensure that they function both at the performance and manufacturing levels.
How is the content going to be used? Is it made up of two or one component?
Early consideration of dispensing, mixing, and applying principles can prevent production delays and save a significant amount of money and time in the future.
Curing Time
In order to proceed to the next phase of the production process without jeopardizing the structural integrity of the product, large-scale manufacturers require the adhesive to create a sufficiently strong connection.
This is all a part of the curing process and is referred to as achieving "handling strength." An adhesive that cures quickly can also achieve handling strength rapidly. This implies that you won't have to worry about the link splitting apart when you swiftly proceed to the following phase of your approach.
Flexibility
Some contend that an adhesive's flexibility is more crucial than its strength. Strength and flexibility should be given equal weight, even if the solution is still arbitrary and contingent on your circumstances. Generally speaking, an adhesive loses flexibility as it gets stronger. In situations when the structure you are bonding is expected to move or shake, you will require a flexible adhesive. Historically, the most flexible adhesives have been polyurethane and MS polymer adhesives. All adhesives, nevertheless, can be mixed for more flexibility. Get in touch with reputable manufacturers to buy adhesive glues online Netherlands for your next project. Explore their offerings, understand the traits, compare with other products in the market and then, get the most suitable one.

Silicone book covers
Resin crafts are really popular at the moment and can create anything from paperweights to cake stands and coaters, furniture and even book covers.
I have made a resin cake stand and I was really pleased with how it turned out, I therefore found out you could make a book cover.
You can buy online silicone book cover moulds with the holes already in and these can be used to create your resin book cover.
You can use different materials in your book cover to create your design, acrylic paints or epoxy pigments, polymer clay to create 3D designs, printed computer designs and even natural products like flowers, wood and leaves. Other ideas are plastic figures or gems and beads.
Once you are happy with the design you mix the epoxy resin with the hardener according to the instructions and let it dry.
