Spring -Part 2

Excitement coursed through your veins as you woke up in your hotel room. Never have you been excited when you woke up. Usually, you didn't even speak to anyone until an hour and cup of coffee later. The fact that you were in Japan, for a vacation with Taeyong though, was enough to make you throw the covers off.

"Tae wake up WAKE UP!" you said, nudging him softly in the side. He was snuggled into the blanket and you almost felt bad for interrupting his sleep.

"Five more minutes..." he mumbled, pulling the covers closer to his chin.

"Tae we have SEIZE THE DAY! Just because you made your Japan debut now and have travelled here many times, it doesn't mean that you can laze around like this!"

"Baby girl lemme sleep a little more" he said and turned away from you.

Nah ah. This would not do. You quickly formed a plan of attack.

You quickly got up and went over to his side of the bed, and settled on your knees.

"Tae~ wakey wakey!" you said as you attacked him with kisses. You climbed on top of him and continued to do so as his eyes flew open. "Wha- what are you doing?" he said, a blush covering his face. He flipped you over and settled on top of you. You squealed as he began tickling you.

"Two can play at this game!"

After a lot of convincing and a couple more kisses, the two of you finally got out of bed. You looked forward to going out and exploring the Osaka. Getting dressed quickly, you headed out for breakfast.

Half the day passed by blissfully and you had to pinch yourself to believe it was all true. You made sure you had asked Yuta for places to visit and restaurants to eat at, and slowly worked through the list. Taeyong made sure to get the other members a little something a well.

The last stop of the evening, before sunset, was one of the cherry blossom viewing gardens.

You had indulged in everything cherry blossom flavoured so far, from your latte in the morning, to the box of pocky in your hand. Taeyong found it very amusing, and his heart swelled with happiness to see you finally enjoy yourself and be fully relaxed. He knew how much you needed this trip and this time together.

"You've shown me a different side of you" he said, grinning and pulling you close.

"What do you mean?"

"Remember you used to hate pink? Now you've done nothing but eat pink things" he said, chuckling.

"Tis the season Tae! Plus, I used to hate pink, not anymore."

"Tis the season indeed. Except that Sakura beer was kind of silly, it didn't even taste like it!"

"I know!! But the can was cute."

"The can was cute" he repeated, mocking you as you both burst out laughing.

The path led you to the gardens, and as soon as you laid your eyes on the trees, your mouth fell open in delight.

"Woaaahhhhh! It's so BEAUTIFUL!" you said and ran ahead toward the trees. It indeed was a beautiful sight, the blossoms gently swaying in the breeze, the pretty pink dusting giving it an other worldly look. "It's so much better than all the anime I've watched..!"

"All the anime you've watched? Seriously?" Taeyong asked, catching up to you.

"Yeah~" you said dreamily. You were too taken in by the sight to focus on what he was saying. He took this opportunity to get some great candid pictures of you. it took you a while to realize but when you did, you ran up to him and said, “Tae! You sneaky little snake, you.”

“I can't help it when you're so pretty.” 

“The blossoms are prettier.”

“I doubt that.” 

“Okay you're prettier.”, you said, teasingly.

Taeyong walked ahead ahead, to pick up a flower. In his attempt to find the perfect one, you found an opportunity to get back at him. You whipped out your phone and began clicking pictures of him. He soon noticed what you were doing, and being the diva he is, threw up a few peace signs and said, “Everything I do is a pose.”

"Yeah yeah whatever.”, you said, giggling. You continued taking pictures of him, and in one of those moments, you had an epiphany. You slowly lowered your phone and stared at him, slightly in awe, with a million thoughts racing through your head. You couldn't help but think about how lucky you were to be with such a wonderful man. He had been nothing but supportive, patient and understanding, no matter how tough things got. You both understood each other so well, it almost scares you. You don't believe in soul mates, but if you did, he'd be pretty close to being one. 

"Hey, what's wrong?” He asked, seeing that you were just staring at him, not doing anything. “Is everything okay?”

“Tae” you breathed out, your voice almost a whisper, as you tried to form a coherent sentence. 

“Yeah?”

“I don't think I've ever said this but....thank you.”

“Thank you for what?”

“For always being here, no matter what. Thank you for being the absolute best. I never understood it when people used to talk about their significant others and gush about them and how they've changed their life for the better but now I do. All those stupid love songs finally make sense. I...... I don't quite know what it is I'm feeling right now because I've ever felt it before. I know you're not perfect, none of us are. I know we all have our faults, but that's just the beauty of being human. To put it simply, you make my life a lot better and I hope I can do the same for you. To be honest, I would like you to be a part of my life for a longer time.” 

“What are you trying to say? He asked, tears brimming in his eyes. 

You walked up to him and took his hands in yours. “What I'm trying to say, Lee Taeyong, is that I'd like to marry you someday. Maybe this is too soon, maybe we're not ready, maybe you don't want to, I don't know, I just had to say it. I need you to know.” 

“Wha-what?”, he asked, shock overtaking his face. He was too choked up to respond to what you had said.

“I mean it.” You said, and pulled him into a hug. You felt soft tears wet your shoulder as tears began streaming down your face as well. Honestly who knew the cherry blossoms would make you so emotional?

 Maybe it wasn't the cherry blossoms. Maybe this is what they call love.

“Oh my gosh hyung you are the least manliest man I know!” Yuta said with a huff, when you went back, and Taeyong told them what had transpired. “I can't believe your girlfriend had to propose to you.”

“Oh Yuta, quit it!” you said, laughing at his silly joke. 

“It's not my fault! I didn't know she was going to propose? I don't think she knew either.” Taeyong said, trying to defend himself.

“Yeah that's the truth. I didn't know. Plus, it wasn't like some proper proposal. I just said we should... Y’know.... Probably just make this official.”

“That's not what you said.” Taeyong said, teasingly.

“Oh shut up, cry baby” 

“Hey, you cried too!”

“Okay, okay, I concede. I love you!” you said, leaning forward to kiss him. Of course, you kind of forgot that there were other people in the room and deepened the kiss. 

“Listen, you guys are my OTP and all but- “ Jaehyun said, but he was cut off by Yuta who shouted, “There are children here!” before covering Sicheng’s eyes.

“Hyung, I'm literally the same age as Jaehyun, I don't understand why you're doing this.” Sicheng said with a sigh. 

“I guess you'll always be everyone's baby.”, you said, laughing. 

“But not yours, you're not that much older than I am.” Sicheng retaliated. 

“That's right. I've only adopted the dreamies.”

It’s a little bit of both. They have an excuse to get into mischief with Ara, but also YN is like a sister to them (although she would probably call herself their second mother lmao) so she always takes care of them and she makes sure the cupboards are never bare. It’s got to the point where if she did move out, Jungkook and Jimin would probably forget to buy toilet paper. Or milk. Or you know, forget to go shopping in the first place lol

Can you tell us more about the meanings behind you names and stage names? 🤡 anon

Yueliang: thank you for the question! 😍 So, Yueliang (月亮) is both my stage name and my Chinese name. It literally means "moon bright" and that's how people here in Korea call me. Since I was a child, my parents called me using both my Chinese name and my Italian name so I'm used to them both. My Italian name is Luna which is one of the reasons me and our Luna became friends in the first place! 💕 "Luna" is the Italian word for "moon" and my mother chose it to keep the same meaning between my Chinese and Italian name!

Luna: My real name, Eun Byul (은별) means Silver (은, Eun) Star (별, Byeol) in Hangul. In Sino Korean, Eun means kindness, charity and mercy. As for my stage name, I didn't have to look far I have always loved the English name my parents chose for me (they always were interested in astrology so it made sense for them to choose a name that was meaningful for them while not making me look like an utter idiot at school) so I just chose it as it also correlated to the name and concept of our group ♡ Yueliang and I clicked instantly because of our shared name it's one of the very first things we bonded over 😂

Ari: Cool question! So, I have two “real” names and my stage name! My English name, Aria, in Italian means ‘melody,’ so kind of perfect for someone who went into the music industry 😂 And my Korean name, Ara (아라), well, it was close to my English name! 😂😂 And my stage name is just my English name shortened - nothing too special there!

Mina: my Korean name is Hae Min (해민) - „Min“ means bright, clever or talented while "Hae“ translates to „a girl who is like the ocean“. my parents were clearly hoping for a clever girl (which they got, if I may say so myself), and being like the Ocean actually does fit my character quite well too, I think: it can be soft and calm, it can be stormy and angry, it is deep (and salty), and always has a bit of a mystery to it 😉 I was also born in Busan, which is located directly by the sea - so this makes it even more fitting, I think 🥰 and Mina kinda stems from my Korean name - Hae Min -> Hae Mina -> Mina ... I just tried to make an international or more westernized version of it 😂

Rin: my Korean name is Euirin (의린), 의 for loyal and 린 for jade. so essentially im a loyal jade HSHSJSJS anyways ye i took Rin from my name! idk whether the name fits me because how do i judge hehe

Quick and easy, no.

2. When was the last time you cried?

It's currently the weekend, I cried on Thursday. I'm a sensitive emotional mess and a cry baby...

If by children you mean, three kittens a houseplant, my friends and all the babies I have adopted from stanning Kpop, then yes. Yes I do.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

My sense of humour is very dry, yes.

5. What is the first thing you notice about people?

Personality wise: their energy, are they quiet or loud, rude or kind, do I feel safe or uncomfortable around them.

Physically: Facial expressions, do they smile lots? ☺️

Blue, but forever wishing they were brown.

7. Scary movies or happy endings?

Ummmm, I don't mind action/adventure films but I'm terrified of scary films. My imagination is too active. But not 100% happy endings either, I'm a romantic realist- I like a happy medium.

Art, reading, writing, listening to music and country walks. Does cuddling count as a hobby??

As before mentioned, I have 3 sons. They are cats.

I don't know specifically but 162-165cm? Somewhere around 5'3/5'4

13. What sports do you play or have played?

I actually used to be pretty athletic when I was younger, I took three styles of dance for nine years, gymnastic, swimming, tennis and a 6 week crash course in Judo.

(So if you attack my children, you're about to catch some hands- yes I know Judo is a self defence martial art)

I tried football for an all girls football team when I was little but didn't last more than two weeks, not my sport 😂 and I used to play rounders in high school.

14. Favourite school subject(s)?

English (literature and language), Art, Biology and Geography.

Doesn't mean I excelled in them I just loved learning.

15. Dream job?

Primary School Teacher- anything to do with working with children to be honest.

Considered going into the medical field but I'm too bad at controlling my emotions for that.

Students surprised by the shocking remarks of the new president

In 'School 2021', Nuljigo was on the verge of closing.

In the 15th episode of KBS 2TV's Wednesday-Thursday drama 'School 2021' (play Jo Ara, Dong Hee-sun/director Kim Min-tae, Hong Eun-mi), which was broadcast on the 12th, the 15th episode drew interest by depicting the friendship, love, and growth of Nulji Science and Technology High School students.

1. if you had 3 wishes, what would you wish for?? (no genies or more wishes cheeky)

 1/ World peace. please.  2/ To become a successful architect whose works shall change the world!!  3/ To have motivation 24/7 to write/ do what I want

2. if you had to pick out of: having the ability to be only 50% invisible or being able to fly only 0.5cm off the ground, which terrible superpower would you pick and why?

okay we gotta agree that they are both really terrible lmao but i’d choose being 50% invisible just because being able to fly for 0.5cm is really troublesome (like if you move your feet a bit downward you might hit the floor and fall lol). Also bc you’d look like a ghost it’ll be fun to mess around wth people :3

3. if you had to pick one astro member to be your older or younger brother who would it be and why?

what kind of cruel question is this I WANT THEM ALL;;; but if i had to choose it’d be minhyuk!! tbh having him as my younger brother would be so awesome and fun and we’d have this dance room in our house swsdwdsw how funnnn (and sanha would be his bff and he can come over and i’d bake them stuff yay :DD)

I don’t think I have said this enough in my life, but the day I don’t relate to Jackson Wang is the day I die. Even though i’m quite shy and reserved irl, my best friends are so loud and funny lmao and Jackson is such a social butterfly that I think we’ll click right away!! 5. tell me something about yourself that you dont usually tell someone when you first meet them

It’s that i have tumblr blogs haha or that I actually write in general, it’s something i like keeping to myself and i consider as my little comfort zone??

6. been proud of yourself recently?? tell me all about it!!

Honestly? I’ve been feeling so trashy lately bc it’s holidays and yet i have so much work but i didn’t start any of it and i feel guilty whenever i think about it :c But leaving that aside,I’m proud of how my sketching/drawing skills improved in such a short time (less than four months) and also how my classmates consider me a reference when it comes to creativty/colors/new ideas and all that (last time my teacher even ordered them to applaud me for bringing up the Semicolon Project sdwsdwsdws). Oh! and I’m focusing a lot more on helping/pleasing my parents lately (bc that matters hella lots to me tbh). and finally I got way better in baking/ making desserts that now i make my own changes in recipe :3 (that was so long omg i’m so sorry but then again thank you for this!!)

7. whats a kpop song that you keep in your heart very dearly???

it’s either SUJU’s BONAMANA or SHINee’s Ring Ding Dong. they remind me of that golden age of kpop and i consider them as legendary songs 8. whats a kpop song that you immediately dance/sing to the moment it’s played??

I thought about this for a minute and (i mean literally a minute but hey i got so many songs in mind!!) it’s GOT7 - Never Ever. i can’t help but dance weirdly even to the very first beats hahhahah 9. who was your first ever bias and are they still on your bias list??

10. if you bumped into your ultimate bias in a café, what would you do??

Taehyung oh my god oh my god oh mygo Okay so considering I didn’t faint yet and i’m still in my best health conditions, and even though I’d reaaaallly want to go up to him, i think i’ll have to keep my cool and stay where i am seated. Because, honestly, i’ve always thought it was inconsiderate and even rude of fans to follow/jump on their idols and cause a fuss while they’re clearly trying to have some quality time for themselves and take a break from the chaos. so what would that make me?  If he randomly glances my way i’d just smile at him or something, and if i had my fanarts with me or something to write on (which i usually do) i’d write down a short encouraging letter filled with love and give it to him on my way out, while trying my best to not cause a fuss and be as quiet as possible.

11. finally, is there anyone youd love to get closer to or want to say something to on here?? heres your time to express your love!!

um honestly (challenge: take a shot for every time i said ‘honestly’ in this post) there isn’t a specific person i’d like to get closer to, but the fact that everyone here has their ‘squad’ (and my best friends don’t really use tumblr D:) and everyone is always happily chatting and tagging each other in funny pictures and stuff while i’m just there like, um, hi?? makes me feels kinda lonely. and i don’t have the courage to just go ahead and talk to people because i either think they’re too awesome for me or that i’ll just be bothering them. and this is probably why i appreciate all the few interactions i receive here bc it makes me feel like hey i’m actually accepted here or i’m actually good at something and people like what i do.
