I loved this beautiful Fanart of the ship of the Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi of the Obitine ship of the characters of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Satine Kryze together and above all because I absolutely love it that in the is the fact that in the Satine survived Darth Maul but at the same time I also absolutely love the fact that she had left with her beloved Obi-Wan during Order 66 that massacred the Jedi and then both would have gone to Tatooine where both would watch Anakin and Padme's son. Luke Skywalker but during the time in Tatooine then Obi-Wan and Satine would have married but at the same time Satine also had a daughter with Obi-Wan and both raised her to be able to protect her from the danger of the Galactic Empire as well as the Inquisitors, Darth Sidious (Sheev Palpatine) and Darth Vader and that would increase when the 2 realized that their sweet, small and beautiful daughter was also Sensitive to the Force and I also imagine Satine saying goodbye to her husband Obi-Wan when she has to leave to rescue Anakin and Padme's daughter. Leia but at the same time I also absolutely love to think of Obi-Wan giving her a little kiss on her baby's hand before having to leave the truth... I don't know about you but I really want to see you together again in the next Star Wars series and movies... honestly

Announcing Obitine Week 2023

Join us September 17–23 for Obitine Week, a celebration of the relationship between Star Wars' Obi-Wan Kenobi and Satine Kryze.

As usual, we'll have daily prompts to inspire your fanfic and fanart, but this year, we're also introducing a friendly competition! 

Each day will have three prompts. You can choose to use all three prompts in one fic ... write three ficlets for each prompt ... or just use one or two prompts and ignore the others! 

The prompts for this year are:

But for those who want a little more competition, we also have the Obitine Week 2023 Bingo Card, which includes all 21 prompts.

You'll also notice three bonus prompts: TCW Season 2, TCW Season 3, & TCW Season 5. You get extra spaces if you set any of your fics in those time frames.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to complete a full line (or lines) going horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. For the highest achievers, you can also attempt a blackout and use every prompt on the list!

Those who achieve at least one Bingo will be entered to win a prize!

Satine Week 2024 will be taking place March 10th to March 16th. You're invited to share fanfics, art, videos, edits, and other creations featuring Satine Kryze. The themes for each day are as follows:

First Ever Ship: Sailor Moon x Tuxedo Mask (Serena x Darien) ((Usagi x Mamoru)). Listen, I was in middle school watching the English DIC dubs before school on the USA Network channel. I went to school and SOBBED in the computer lab as I told a friend about the episode where Darien/Tuxedo Mask dies.

Last Song: “Cradle” by Paris Paloma. I started to write with it on but it got way too fucking sad. I don’t think Asphodel needs that right now.

Last Movie: “Moonstruck.” It’s one of my all-time faves. A BRIDE WITHOUT A HEAD! A WOLF WITHOUT A FOOT!

Currently Reading: Nothing. Aside from my AO3 bookmarks. :D

Currently Consuming: Coffee. I really think this should be “perpetually consuming.”

Currently Craving: A Wawa sub. (*starts singing “Constant Craving” to herself ironically ‘cause I am always wanting a Wawa sub*) On a serious note, better treatment for my migraines. I’ve had them since I was 13, and I’m struggling a bit with them lately. The change in the weather is always a factor, but I’m getting these strange electrical pulse feelings in my auras, and I’m blowing through my monthly triptans with the amount/intensity of them since August. Also, I just started physical therapy for my messed up lower back, and that’s fun. :/

To absolutely no one's surprise, I'm only just now starting on Obitine week fics, but I am VERY excited about day one so here's a preview <3

As he approaches her, Satine turns from her conversation with Padmé and grins, opening her arms to him. Words fail him. His tongue is as silent as the grave she is supposed to be in. But there she stands, welcoming him into her embrace. He takes one last disbelieving look at her and collapses into her, burying his face in her hair and holding her tightly.

She’s solid, real. He nuzzles further into her neck and holds back a sob, straining to keep silent.

His intensity catches her off guard, but she recovers quickly, smiling bemusedly and rubbing circles on his back.

“Satine,” he whispers into her shoulder. The word sounds like a prayer spoken directly into her skin, where he hopes it, and all he means to convey, will make its way to her soul. He marvels at the way her name feels on his lips after so long of it being unspoken. Of trying to forget what had happened to her.

Oh yeah, there's angst ahead right from the start. Because of course there is. I'm not sure if I'll manage to get through the whole week of fics like I was planning to (I may have set my aspirations too high) but I hope y'all will follow along!

My AO3 is ContentsPriceless if you want to keep an eye out over there, but I'll also be posting here on Tumblr! If you want to check out other Obitine stuff I've written because you just can't wait for next week's festivities, I did Satine week last year and have a couple more fics on top of that, so go see!

I loved this beautiful Fanart of the ship of the Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi of the Obitine ship of the characters of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Satine Kryze together and above all because I absolutely love that in it we see how Satine survived Darth Maul but the truth is that what I really loved about this beautiful masterpiece is how Obi-Wan is protecting his beloved Satine as well as his baby but at the same time also because I love to think about the idea that this fanart is based on Order 66 when they massacred the Jedi and then when Obi-Wan survived he immediately went to Mandalore to be able to look for Satine and also his daughter and then while Satine protects his baby daughter Obi-Wan protects the 2 with his lightsaber of the Clones but at the same time also because I really would have absolutely loved that we had seen this same in the Star Wars series: The Clone Wars the truth... I don't know about you but I really want to see you together again in the next Star Wars series and movies... honestly
