I did pretty well today :) I always feel better and more confident when I keep my cals below 500. Tomorrow I’m spending the day with my boyfriend before we go back to college so I won’t be able to keep it below 500, but as long as I don’t binge I’ll be happy. Also down to 151 ! So close to where I was before Christmas 💛 And I definitely recommend the shrimp meal I made!! It’s super good, I’ll be making it again tomorrow for dinner but will be adding cauliflower rice rather than wrapping it. Stay safe lovelies 🌼✨

How to make Mac n Cheese more interesting:
🌼 Additions to Mac n Cheese:
• vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower! I know it might sound icky but it’s actually tasty!
• puréed spinach! Okay... this sounds gross.. but if you make homemade Mac n cheese (which is really easy, actually!!) blending up cooked spinach and adding it to the cheese sauce is amazing! I makes your Mac n cheese green and is like a little “hidden veggie”!
• simple salt n pepper!
• sriracha or another hot sauce for anyone who likes a little spice!
• add in some extra cheese! I like shredded mexican cheese! It makes it so cheesy!
☀️ Substitutes in Mac n cheese:
• cream cheese instead of butter makes it creamier! Also a good substitute if you do
n’t have butter!
• greek yogurt is also a good sub for butter! Makes it tangier! Make sure to use plain!
• lactose free milk if you’re lactose-intolerant!
• half milk, half heavy cream! Makes it creamier!
• dairy-free butter or milk! For anyone who avoids dairy or is vegan! (Sorry I can’t give much info on this since I’m not either one!)
