I’m so eager to start posting for Rival Adjacent but I just know that I should learn my lesson about posting too early and then having big gaps/hiatuses

Confidence challenge of the week ✨

so i haven’t posted the fitness post because i’m struggling with some issues myself and didn’t want to sound like a hypocrite hehe so i’m finally on break & i wanna try out something new for me: go on a walk by myself. i am nervous, anxious and scared because of what people might think? which is stupid because everyone who runs in the park near my house is alone. anyways, that’s going to be a challenge for me so for the ccotw i thought we might as well:

do something by yourself

learn how to do things alone

get comfortable with being alone

it’ll really be a challenge for me but hopefully we make it through hehe 🏃🏻‍♀️ x
