Saw you'd like to get some asks in your inbox (I am a bit late, sorry D:) and the following question automaticlly came to my mind: If Evelyn, Cecille and Mia were just human likes us, living on planet heart, who do you think you'd like to be friends with the most? Any that you would avoid being friends with? 👀

Ohhh that's an interesting question!

Tbh I'd probably dismiss the who I'd avoid part because had they been unlikeable to me I wouldn't have indulged so much in their characterization to begin with. (Off topic: after noticing some parallels with him, Evelyn made me like a male character from another anime I initially disliked intensely! Like wow xD). Even flaws wise or what might be deemed unlikeable to others, it's strongly influenced by struggles I myself had so if anything it'd make me relate and want to help them out in whatever way possible. Or I'd at least acknowledge in cases like Evelyn's it's mostly out of good intent and people are already pretty harsh about it so no need to be a hypocrite on my part of add gasoline to the fire.

For Evelyn I'd quote here: I’ll have to say my immediate response is a yes. In fact I don’t see why not. She’s very polite and got a strong sense of respect empathy and consideration overall Non-judgemental outlook when approaching others it’s only natural to treat her the same if you’re close enough. Very self aware and observant too. Plus even if the approach would be flawed in one way or another I’d personally still appreciate it knowing she means well. So I’ll have to say yes, I don’t see any particular thing I personally would dislike in having a person like her around ��💞

In fact, with someone like that I'd be surprised anyone even chooses to mistreat and it's as if they're purposely looking for tidbits to get upset over. So you could imagine my surprise were I to find out her family biological and adoptive alike fall to that category. I actually would love to listen if she does want to open up about it without fear of it leaking to unwanted people. Like that's the least I could do if anything. She'd have done the same.

For Cecille, in earlier drafts like I mentioned in previous her and Evelyn were originally sisters , and not holding any sense of resentment whatsoever even after their ties were cut,,, so I figure that in villainy-free normal life she'd be pretty much that, if anything the sort of bond I'd have wanted around too. Mostly introverted and intimidating still but once being close with her one can overlook that 😆😆😆 (plus she'd probably understand my recent case of Somniphobia and say something that'd probably ease it xP )

Mia's turn! Ah yes the character that embodies everything that is my taste in beauty and obsession with small details. We could be talking for hours on what we find pretty, especially jewelry, and maybe even some painting sessions!:3 also makes the easiest one to figure what to get her for a gift/ what gifts to expect from her.

6. What would they give their life for?:

Mia: for a very naturally giving and devoted individual, that's really on edge considering she wouldn't be so much of that if anyone takes it for granted and abuses it. She'll have to hold that someone VERY. VERY. VERY dear to her to actually give away the chance for great life as she pleased for herself if she thought this specific individual needed it more, be it if for their passions and dreams, or even that person's very life and safety to allow them continue and persuade the former.

Cecille: she doesn't think of that one much, or at least doesn't want to. She finds it to be a miracle she even woke up the next morning (for someone who hates sleeping) and hasn't worn herself out of the struggle to keep herself standing against those who don't like it, so actually valuing anything beyond that and disregarding her own life is an absurd concept to her. She thinks no ill and actually admires those who would, it shows they're true to whatever cause it is, but that can't be her. Especially because last time she actually tried, she found herself furthest from home thrown in a dark alley.

Evelyn: Being granted a right and way to exist and go on with her life just the way vulnerable gentle and Passionate she is without her mere presence causing anyone harm or leeching them dry. In a way it's "being forgiven" even if she's left with nothing, but she's obviously scared of being left with nothing. Which is an odd thing to work herself to death for, because then what would she do should she finally achieve it? Like bb omg ;-;

15. What was something their parents taught them?:

Mia: thinking of this one as I type because I never pondered much on her familial life... but I figure that despite living alone , she had a positive relationship with hers in contrast to the later two. So ever since young age it's to be all about what she feels she can truly do great in life,and is pleasant for herself as much as for others. And persuade it however available to her, and not hesitate when the chance to achieve more is offered to her - so long as she'll love doing it as much as the service she offers. That way to never waste away. A long one for love what you do and do what you love. Which explains her displeasure with her Living situation ever since departing- until a certain supernatural involvement OwO

Cecille: same as Evelyn's minus the guardian. But otherwise not much that isn't a toxic mentality that if she let's anything block her way from perfecting, that's not enough of a try, sje doesn't want it enough, and even an excuse.

Evelyn: Biological ones- most basics of her polite & ladylike mannerism (or more specifically delivered the overall program to her personal tutorers)

Her guardian since middle teenage years- learn when to shut up and be thankful for what you actually have because asking for more and more is what got you to lose it all to begin with.

🖤 BLACK HEART — has your oc killed or seriously wounded anyone before? have they broken someone's heart and/or broken someone's trust?

Okay let's seeeee that's an interesting question! Since ultimately all three of my main ocs are in a gray area being more associated (and shipped. 🪨💛🤍💎💜🌫️) with the antagonist pov.

With that in mind I don't think I'm capable of imagining any of them betraying someone's trust (intentionally at least) considering it already happened to each of them individually and because that'd mess them up in a way I personally don't really fuck with. I WOULD tho with them misinterpreting that they do or being conflicted about the fact that this idea even came to them to begin with be it from a third party or their own thoughts (ah complexes and delicious angst :3), but ultimately not if that makes sense.

So let's get on the kill count because we're in for women's actually correct wrongs xD ♥️

Evelyn: for such a gentle and sheltered soul, I figure the very moment it happened and she had to, albeit in self defense, would initially leave her calm that at least it got them to leave her alone. I suppose it also wasn't just to her but at least one more person with her. But gradually in a matter of hours the deed truly catches up to her mind, that's already set on finding herself to be bad and lesser from young age (it's harsh and entails emotional abuse amd neglect) , so to actually have the extreme nerve to go ahead and kill someone who probably "deserved" to return home and be with their loved ones "more" than her? Prove the claims that got her disowned and undeserving of even natural needs right in the worst way possible? It leaves her isolated in a dark corner with a struggle to breathe.

Actually beyond that, in the matter of other displays of violence, she'd be more overwhelmed and shaken than the person who got smacked, whoever it is. Like how did you blindly loose your cool, how did you resort to shutting them up selfishly as that, they're not confronting you over nothing. Girl's really, really harsh on herself with it

Mia/amethyst: Had she been an actual character within the canon afraid she'd fall to the trope of "villain makes a great point on the world's condition but is dismissed because the narrative and MC keeps bringing up and making them hurt a bunch of background characters we as viewers aren't as attached to and the status quo remains" so good thing she isn't and I allow her scott free, the things we do for love. 😆

Surprisingly or not, she's the one of the three with the highest count.

Cecille/night lilly : She pretty much never is the starter, so not (yes) to be villain apologist™ but... It's kinda on them thinking it'd impress anyone that they took her down. :v , you don't provoke an endangered wildcat in it's natural habitat on the run!!! She's also on to be quick about it.

5. If you could make only one of your OCs popular/known, who would it be?

Oh pretty much my semi-self insert & sailor moon oc Mia Hideno (Amethyst as a villain) 🤧 I mean it's also the one I have the biggest history with, and my 2nd most developed and thought out one after Evelyn(unless we speak lore/inspo wise where it's an equal footing) . Like imma be fr here I'm surprised that an anime/manga that named 90% and counting of its villains after minerals/gemstones there wasn't anyone in canon after that (like,,,it can be the sailor earth of villain ocs <3). Plus I'm very much set on how her story goes (with multiple endings.) So all I need is to resume my SM rewatch that was paused after aot pt.3 trailer was released and I'm on it! (⁠ﾉ⁠◕⁠ヮ⁠◕⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠*⁠.⁠✧

Because shopping with her would be the dream tbh. Your wardrobe would feel like a blessing had struck it. Also she sweet 🤧🤧

Just one? :c I'm going with main trio for this one

Evelyn: mostly just pretty and cute aesthetic pictures and philosophical/ motivational quotes. She doesn't have that much free time on her hands so when she does it rather be in a positive territory that doesn't drain her further. Although should she befriend anyone also continuously support whatever they make by sharing it with commentary.

Mia: exclusive art account. A close resemblance to the one I have myself indeed (semi-self insert indeed xD). Should she have a personal one kinda like Evelyn's but also a lot of character meta/analysis posts reblogged. For certain a villain apologist 😆

Cecille: mostly short personal posts, doesn't bother with anything that isn't pfp and a snarky line for the blog title. probably gets anon hate claiming her attitude is ass so she replies with one 🥱 (as in "ain't reading all that") and leaves it. (I love her 🤧)

Honestly nothing overly specific of an event considering I kept a lot about them to myself for a long time but,,, let's say these

For Mia just about how everytime I have a brainrot for her it's like the muse had struck me I had to keep a list if I burn out before doing them all so it can be pulled for next time 🤧💐

In Evelyn's case it's more recent knowing pretty much everyone I talk about her with is interested & likes her🥹. I mean that really gives me a chance to go and further ny writing skill and it's also nice to look in her tag and see old and new stuff

Evelyn: She would. But it's pointless to think about because it's never going to magically hapoen anyway like she'd have believed once. Just go back to any mistake she ever made and... pick the other option. The perfect one.

But then how would she truly grow smarter if listening to a random voice in her head to go the other direction... what's so certain about it being the right choice

Besides... would she still be as lovely as at least very few call her now if she took the other way?

Cecille: Making sure to never encounter a good chunk of people. That way their annoying faces, and words wouldn't randomly come across her mind. And wouldn't suffocate.

Mia: can't exactly think of anything. Probably whatever it must've been that got her to give up so soon...

11. What is their weapon of choice (literal or figurative)?

Evelyn: I suppose that'd be a pistol. Man once she actually gets to use it would be messed up 🥹

Cecille : Dagger that's thin as a needle in the edge.

Mia: Has her own rapier, her ring transforms into it classic dark magical girl style :3

25. Are they quick to anger? What is most likely to make them angry?

Evelyn: nope. At least again, she's extremely restraint in negative (albeit natural and valid ;-;) emotions. To a core of even being angry with herself to being "so easily" driven to that. Should she almost snap, she'd hold it in her throat and pause for a few good seconds, lowering her gaze. One example though would be open narrow-mindedness and lack of care and outright nasty attitude. With that in mind she keeps herself in check because... maybe the other person has their reasons to act like that?

Until one time she just doesn't care anymore.

Cecille: Very much making it so it's rare for her to get to a shouting level, but her patience despite her exterior cool and collected demeanour is paper thin. I'd say getting all clingy and following her around and also not ceasing to talk like a megaphone in her ear. Touchy subjects brought up randomly would touch a nerve for her too. (She'd straight up slam at the table if it gets them to shut the hell up)

Mia: Oh. VERY. Be it especially the same moral lecturing on doing all for the sake of others and putting her feelings and needs aside. When that's what she's been doing her whole life. Especially should it come from someone without a care in their world, getting all judgemental and assuming the worst without ever pondering into the bigger picture of the situation. To put shortly Ignorant righteousness. Three, two, one, she starts spitting venom.

22. What is your character most afraid of?

Oh!! I'm liking asks that give me an excuse to dwell into the darker parts of their narratives ( & projection™ ), I'm also mentioning "side effects" that are basically more common forms of "simpler" fear that upset them deeply, but the layers behind it explains what's so bad about it for them)

Evelyn: 's someone with rooted attachment and abandonment issues. Especially considering it causes her to have a messed up sense of graditude for what she still has so long as it's not snatched from her out of nowhere (believing the first time she lost everything was karma for 'taking it for granted and having the nerve to ask for more'.) So she works really hard to earn having the presence of whatever or whoever she loves, but with that in a way ig intensifies the fear that the world would just tremple all over it (pun unintended) & say "fuck your hard work to improve, whoops you just CAN'T have what you want. Accept that. :)" in a way it's feeling like 'oh she was kinda rude and spoiled and also stupid when she was in her early-mid teen years it's very evil so that means punishment for lifetime, she needs to be taught a lesson except never actually giving her a room to learn anything because she's just acting out with fear that it's gonna haunt her because it does, she should dwell on it for the rest of the life that's probably not gonna be long anyway. For a side effect: being yelled at is the worst for her , even if it's "for her good / call her out" 🤧

For Mia/Amethyst: having zero agency over what she wishes to do with her life, never living the way she always wished to make out of herself. Basically wasting away everything great she has to offer just by who she is and having to hide it in favour of what others need of her and plainly/as normal as possible even though the same specialties they want her to ditch are why she was approached as reliable to begin with. Like, she naturally loves offering of herself when needed but the idea that this is all that's good of her is upsetting. And the idea that even had she tried to stick with what's greatest about her, no one would value it still and appreciate it. A good example to something that gave her this mindset was that she had received praise for something about her appearance she choose to try out, only to have someone that had a lot of control over it comment "you know they don't actually think it's great, they all only say it to be polite. " for side effect; ...heights(being like ghe pedestal she's held to, and if she dares to go anywhere else- would fall and have no one to catch her, because so long as she isn't beneficial, what good would that do?)

Cecille: I didn't ponder into that one as much as with the first two, but for her it's being chased after and even stalked, which sadly for her happens frequently enough due to being wanted; and that only really wears her out more than alerting her. And time doesn't really make that one easier, not so long as she doesn't get a real cease out of it. Crowded places and dead ends as a result side effects too.

12. What's a childhood memory they cherish most?:

Evelyn: a very sentimental individual, who actually believes she took them all for granted and wasted them back then- so the least she can do is cherish the memory fondly.

But one I think about a lot would be a time her father showed her his own ship, just by the time she began elementary school; he told her that in a few years when she's old and responsible enough he'd take her on a trip with it and maybe even inherit it to her when she's fully grown. It was big and impressive for her eyes, of a girl in sheltered upbringing not allowed to leave the safe home (and quite literally, even go outside to the gardens without strict watch. So growing on the unnatural light and limited space of the mansion, as big as it was.)- the idea that in a matter of few years she can finally go wherever she wants. All she needs to do is earn it and do her best and hardest

By the time she reached said age the man decided that for as far as he's concerned he doesn't have a daughter.

Mia: first time she showed someone a thing she drew and they went "well this girl should do so much! Like grow to be an actual artist or something". She's been since forever believed to be meant for great achievements on her own uniqueness... so what's stopping her now...?

Cecille: Honestly,, just about anytime she was reading by herself in the personal libary/ the tree. Rather likely whatever she pulled each time was dark poetry/folktales/myths. On the later's case any weather was a good excuse for her too (outside rains & snows obvy), otherwise sitting by the window.

14.What's the most touching gift they've ever received?:

Evelyn: gold pendant with a stone almost shaped like a heart the color of fire she got as a surprise from someoneee after a certain festival in secret (🤭). Even a certain patient of hers (his name is incoming fic spoiler) noticed and bluntly pointed out a very unusual smile as she kept observing it carefully while wearing it to the last of details. She wears it often as possible and takes extra care of it even in dangerous times, not leaving home without it.

Funny thing you asked... The ending got me to doodle as I type this the reinelyn hug before he gets on the ship to paradis in the epilogue,,, and as I mentioned in one of you previous asks.... a ring might be involved this time 🤭🤭✨

Mia: she's got a lot that'd be for sure, but the two things that allowed her to create her most precious creation were individually given to her by the two most important people in her life, so technically it's like a gift from them both. One is a diamond ring, the other is her crystallizing ability, and the she gifted herself with a protected version of the flower that made someone see the spark in her eye and love it.

Cecille: Nothing exactly. And she tries not to care too much. If anything the ribbon is more of a momentoum just innocently handed to her by her tounger sister the only time they saw each other.

That said, she never threw it.

19.What's a guilty pleasure of theirs?:

Evelyn: working late. Also idk if that counts but adressing people in an overly polite manner even if she's been told casualty is just fine. (Although if they specifically state to hate formalities she'd correct herself)

Mia: ah that'd be romantic films, dressing fancily for casual daily routine (which drags the ask "you're invited somewhere...?" ) And giving Sapphy analogies on self development x"3
