"Which comes first, the chicken or the egg?" I don't usually do everything the hard way. In this case I have a chick to help me tell if my egg is ready. MADE PLANS-- last day of WOFEX. It rained for a bit then I stared at 2 weeks worth of laundry. In an instant my mood changed. CHANGED PLANS--Went downstairs to book machines later this afternoon to do my laundry. Went up and down again 4 floors 5x as part of my workout. Turned on the vaccum and started being OC. Squeaky clean condo is love. Today's run.
I meant to do a quick 2 miles, and push my speed today instead of my endurance. Unfortunately, the run that I had planned out got cut short, because I didn't realize that the sidewalk cut out part way through, and it was too dark out for me to be able to run without a distinct path. So my there-and-back that would have been 2 miles really only ended up being about 1.2 or 1.3, so I tried to haul a little bit more ass on the way back. Either way, I was breathing really hard and sweating by the time I was done, so that felt good!
And I did day 2 of the hundred pushup workout. I've got a long way to go with that though, so hopefully I stick with it! And since that is M/W/F, I am thinking of getting some Friday runs in from now on along with my M/W running.
