Czy widzieliście już filmik na kanale YT żywej legendy ogrodu #BezPrzekopywania czyli pana Charlesa Dowdinga @charles_dowding ? Pan Dowding mówi o czymś bardzo ważnym - o substancji chwastobójczej znajdującej się w nawozach. Wszyscy wiemy jak niebezpieczny jest glifosat zawarty w środku chwastobójczym "Roundup". A znacie aminopyralid? Ja nie znałam i z filmu pana Dowdinga wynika, że niewielu ogrodników zdaje sobie sprawę z tego gdzie może być on ukryty. Najbardziej skażony może być nawóz koński bo substancją tą spryskuje się trawy, a te są głównie spożywane przez konie, mniej przez krowy. Skażone mogą też być sklepowe nawozy mieszane, nawet te nazwane organicznymi. * * Aminopyralid potrafi przetrwać w nawozie przez bardzo długi czas, pan Dowding wspomina nawet o 10 latach. * * Jakie są skutki tego, że nasze uprawy rosną na aminopyralidzie? Po jakimś czasie widać, że młode listki, często czubki rośliny, zwijają się, rolują zamiast odsłaniać powierzchnię liścia. Ogrodnik, który nie ma wiedzy o tym herbicydzie, obwinia siebie za słabo rosnące rośliny. Myśli, że dostarcza roślinom za mało związków lub źle je podlewa. * * Aminopyralid może też występować w słomie używanej do ściółkowania grządek. A z resztą, nawiecej dowiecie się o tym problemie i zobaczycie efekty aminopyralidu w filmikach na kanale Charles Dowding z dni 22 maja i 26 lipca. It’s arrived !! A huge pile of mushroom compost 🙌🙌 I was actually sent the wrong one .. this is better than the one I ordered ( budget life !) . . So all I need is the front gates on ( to keep said small child from escaping round the village .. and I can start shleping this into the back garden through the garage !! . . I can hardly wait !! I literally can not wait till my garden is looking like this !! . I have some drawers to make pretty .. I don’t expect them to last ... but they were heading for the tip so better off used to grow things... . . I was so much further on last year ! I had spuds growing in pots ! . . . So I’m on a mission to get started .. spuds - seeds - some fruit bushes !! . . I m definitely growing chickpeas this year and lentils .. the lentils were great but I had nt given the chickpeas enough space ! 🙌. . It’s not something I thought I d ever say ... ! but damn I m excited about a big old pile of compost that’s going to be delivered to my house .. . . A big bag Of dirt is going to be plonked on my drive ! 🙌🙌. . I can hardly wait!! . . That dirt will turn into our food .. potatoes .. carrots .. parsnips .. courgette.. aubergines ( I hope ) tomatoes .. sweetcorn .. peas ( not purple pods - they were nt that great .. so a few just for the prettiness of them ) beans .. all of the beans .. broad beans . And the list goes on and on and on !! . Herbs ... flowers .,a little veggie garden ( or mud pile lol ) for the kids! . . Grow the food you actually like .. no use growing carrots if you hate them.. or if you only like peas .. grow peas!! But you ll find the food you grow yourself .. are the best tasting !! . . . Watch out for big pile of dirt spam coming !! 🤣🤣..
