charlie pressed his lips against your nape, his arms continuing to wrap around your figure. he eventually finds solace on the crook of your neck, breathing a soft sigh of contentment.

you rolled your eyes, “quit it. or i won’t be able to finish this.” a smile tried creeping its way onto your face, and it took every ounce of strength in you to repress it.

charlie chuckled, you could the vibrations coming from his laugh against your own body. and you don’t know what’s more distracting—his relentless grabby hands or the sound and feel of his charming laughter. he wrapped his arms around you tighter. and without warning, squeezed you. hard.

“charlie!” you shouted, dropping your book as you laughed. “you’re squeezing too-“

“oh really? sorry, would you rather i-“ he cut himself off, and suddenly, started tickling your sides. against your will.

“charlie!” you cackled, against your will, again. “l-let’s talk a-about this! please!”

“i love your tummy so much!” he squeezed once, “i love you so much.” charlie exclaimed with a voice so filled with cuteness aggression it’s unbelievable.

you knew there wasn’t anything in the world you could say to stop him from hugging you. you’ve decided to accept your fate, just like any other night you two would cuddle. but you’re not complaining. as soon as you picked up your book and pried it open, you could feel a hand caressing your tummy once more.

charlie chuckled, finally deciding to settle his hands on your waist and his face buried on the crook of your neck, or he calls it— “his nose’s home.” but to no surprise, charlie couldn’t handle not pestering you.

“can i please, try blowing on your belly.” he blurted out, rubbing gentle circles on your tummy.

“charlieee,” you whined, “i want to finish reading this book. how about after, i’ll let you do what you want to my belly.”

you could feel charlie perking up from your proposal, and he eagerly calmed himself down. wanting to play with your tummy later.

charlie chuckled and comfortably placed his forehead this time in place of his nose, and after a short while, the room was enveloped in silence. the big baby behind you finally ceased his tummy antics and has succumbed to the calling of sleep. you didn’t want to move too much since you didn’t want to wake him up, so you decided to continue reading your book—a few chapters wouldn’t hurt. as long as charlie gets the rest he deserves.

Komi never really knew in all honesty, they just wanted to be Komi. While yes they loved to read and learn- so perhaps a professor, like that nice man who came to talk to them about magic ^^

For an entire decade Komi was raised my Marsus- who both did experiments on them, and raised them as a wizard. With how frequent the experiments were with other wizards- Komi developed a severe fear of them; a muderous one at that.
