okay i’m glad we’re in agreement that wednesday’s vid was kinda lack luster 🫤 saying this from a constructive criticism perspective not tryna be negative !!! but their vlog content really carries the channel imo. when they just pick up the camera and don’t have a plan, it can feel like they don’t care even tho ik they do. i’m not saying they need to go full mr. beast mode and do crazy challenges or anything but i think doing more vlogs or properly planning out a video (like the zoo vlog !!) would benefit them sm !!! obvs the zoo vlog was expensive asf but smth in that same vein where they’re somewhere different is super entertaining !!! u could tell they really thought out that vid and put actual effort into it. they live in l.a. too where there’s so many fun places to go🌹

struggling to word this so i apologize if this doesn’t make sense but i’m recalling the time jules pointed out that while white lgbt people have to unpack their racism it’s an all white people thing not just white lgbt people thing (very very true) and i think i’ve found sometimes people complain about white lgbt people in a way that’s kind of just being homophobic and sometimes people complain about homophobia or transphobia in black/brown communities in a way that’s just racist. and it’s very frustrating because racism in lgbt spaces and queerphobia in black/brown communities are important to talk about ESPECIALLY if you’re both queer and a person of color
