traumatised immortal who lives on rooftop of inn decides that all humans, expect you, are stinky.

a weird headcanon

(tw: blood + trauma) xiao finds the scent of blood comforting. i think for him, it's a reminder that oh, i'm still alive. my heart is still beating. this isn't a nightmare. because he's spent centuries by himself, surrounded by death and the weight of his debt that it's so easy to think that he's simply ceased to exist in this world when his body feels light and there is nothing else to fight, no other battle to wage. strangely enough, even though the sight of it digusts him, xiao still breaths out a small sigh of relief every time he bleeds.

if they could meet a character from another show/movie/etc, who would be the most fun for them to meet?

xiao is soooo stoic. he's a listener, a reluctant one that times but he listens!! i think someone that has a cherry personality but isn't overpowering with the sunshine would suit xiao the best. he seems like the type to get tired with other enthusiastic people easily. not because he finds them annoying!! he actually finds them endearing but he knows he can't give the same amount of enthusiasm so it tires him to keep up with the energy. i think someone like togata mirio from bnha would bounce off well with xiao. also! hazuki nagisa from free!
