So this is a remake of the jdrama of Pretty Proofreader. Unfortunately this remake is not really that great, it’s watchable yes and it’s an all right drama especially as a stand-alone i suppose if you haven’t seen the original. The original had a more upbeat approach to the storyline while this one really had no sense of direction I felt at times. It had a lot of episodes where it just drag along and felt way to slow. 🤷‍♀️ It really just didn’t fit I guess.

i’m a basic bitch but  ...  snow is based off of the  MIRROR MIRROR   (2012)  version of snow white 

bc i loved that version fite me

snow white’s father married the  EVIL SORCERESS  -    who also happened to be the most beautiful in the world  ,   at the time  .  

when her father  “ died ”  the now queen kept snow inside the castle  .  

but snow wanted to see more and snuck out around the age of 18(ish)  

she met a prince who’s been robbed by  DWARVES  -  it’s kinda love at first sight  ,   but she frees him from being tied up and then they go their separate ways 

he goes to the castle and the queen finds that he is very rich  ,   and wants to throw a party to woo him and marry him for $$$$

snow white goes 2 the ball and they fall even more in love lol 

the queen asks the mirror who’s the fairest  ,   and it says  snow  .   so there’s major jealousy 

so the queen decides to have a servant take snow white 2 the forest so that  the beast  eats her

but the servant thinks she’s 2 pretty 2 die so he just releases her and she runs from the beast 

and runs into a house where the 7 dwarves live ! 

she does some cleaning for the dwarves so they would let her stay  -  basically earning her keep  ,   but also shows them love  ;   they become a family !  

eventually she’s let in on the family business  ,   which is thievery lol  .   

but it’s like robin hood  ,   so they only steal from the rich and give what they can to the poor !   which helps bc the queen keeps taxing the kingdom

snow white legit steals from the people who the queen was using to tax lol

she lets the dwarves get credit & they get the other kingdom people’s loyalty in return !  

she continues to get trained  ;  snow is talented with a sword  ,   quick on her feet  -  but also quick minded  ,   and fairly witty 

queen finds out that snow is alive and is pissed  ,   so snow has to fight some voodoo puppets the queen sends over to kill them 

snow figures it out tho !  and fights the strings of the puppets and it breaks the spell

snow freed the prince from the  “puppy love”  spell when she and the dwarves crash the 

the queen basically spelled the prince into marrying her yeet

he was loyal to her  “  like a dog  ”

snow white kisses the prince and the puppy love spell is broken !  

the beast is sent after snow  ,   but it hesitates with killing snow and snow sees a necklace  -  that’s identical to the one around the queen’s neck 

she breaks the necklace and the beast turns out to be her dad !  

snow is quick to marry the prince after freeing her dad  ,   and they basically raised a family

but tbh the fire between the prince and snow is ,,, fading each day

but they raised three beautiful children !  

whom she luvs with literally all of her heart.  THEY  are the love of her life.
