Chevrolet El Camino SS Sport Truck Concept
What if... Chevrolet made a bold move and brought the El Camino sport truck back with multiple variations of this vehicle that span from standard, sport, SS, and Limited ZR2 versions. In this scenario, the Standard would be the same ride height as the outgoing S-10, for weekend projects and light hauling. The Sport would get larger wheels and a stiffer suspension, with unique body styling. The SS, as pictured here, would be a pure street truck tuned for the track with a retractable bed cover, lower suspension, and a supercharged V6. And Finally, the ZR2, with much controversy would be the off-road ready El Camino. The ZR2 would have the largest tire and wheel configuration along with the highest ride height of this model; along with this a roof rack and front brush guard would be optional. In addition some version would have exclusive paint colors tied to each variant.
