CG!Husk and Regressor!Crymini 🍼

Plot: Husk has been working all day, so he takes a break and plays beauty salon with Crymini.

One day, Husk was attending to the currently empty hotel bar when he heard the pitter-patter of someone’s feet, along with some giggling. He turned to see that it was Crymini, one of Hazbin Hotel’s newest guests who saw him as the father she never had.

Crymini’s head peeked up at the bar counter, along with her beloved red and cream rabbit, Ace.

“Well, hello, what are you two up to?” Husk chuckled.

“I took a nap. Now, Ace and I are playing. What are you doing?” Crymini asked as she climbed up to one of the bar stools and sat down.

“That’s nice. You want anything to drink?”

“Can I have strawberry milk, please?”

“Of course you can.”

Husk prepared a sippy cup of strawberry milk. Once he handed the cup to her, he then noticed that her hair was a tangled-up mess.

“I assume you had a good nap,” Husk said as he gently ruffled Crymini’s hair while she laughed.

“I did,” Crymini nodded as she swung her legs back and forth. “Can we play beauty salon?”

“Sorry, I can’t right now. I need to attend the bar. I am the bartender, after all.”

“But you’re here all day…”

“I know, but-“

“Please?”

Crymini sadly pouted and her eyes grew wide as tears began to form.

“No, don’t use the ‘please face’ on me,” Husk said, struggling to be firm. He then realized that Crymini was right - he had been attending the bar all day and it was actually kind of a slow day, with only a few guests showing up for drinks every now and then. “Alright, I’ll play beauty salon with you.”

The small hyena immediately cheered up as Husk walked out from behind the bar. He then scooped her up and carried her to her room upstairs.

Once in Crymini’s room, Husk set her down on a beanbag that rested next to her vanity.

“Alright, let’s do your hair first,” Husk said as he grabbed a hairbrush that was resting on the vanity. “What hairstyle do you want it in?”

“Pony,” Crymini responded as she drank her strawberry milk.

Husk got to work combing Crymini’s hair, being as tender as possible so he wouldn’t hurt her. He then grabbed a red and black scrunchie and tied the hyena’s hair into a simple ponytail. Once the ponytail was finished, Husk decorated Crymini's hair with some skull hair clips that were in her hair accessories box. He then grabbed a plastic tiara that sat next to the box and placed it on top of her head.

"Alright, I'm done," Husk said. Crymini stood up and looked in the mirror, her eyes sparkling with glee. She turned around and gave Husk a big hug.

“I love it, Papa! Thank you!” Crymini squealed. “Can I do your hair?”

“Sure thing.”

Crymini spent the next few minutes fixing up Husk’s hair, decorating it with skull hairclips and hair ties. He even let her paint his claws with black nail polish when she asked him.

“How do I look?” Husk asked after Crymini finished with the makeover.

“You look great,” Crymini replied as she handed Husk a handheld mirror.

When Husk saw his reflection, he laughed warmly.

“I gotta say, you did a really good job, kiddo.”

“Thank you. I feel like Nimona would give Ambrious and Ballister makeovers too.”

“You think so?” Husk chuckled.

“I know so!” Crymini nodded as Husk picked her up and kissed her forehead, causing her to giggle.

“Looks like someone’s really giggly today.”

Husk planted multiple kisses on Crymini’s forehead. This made her squeal as she laughed and laughed.

“Can Ace have kisses?” Crymini asked as she held up Ace.

“Oh, yes. How could I forget about Ace?” Husk nodded as he kissed Ace’s forehead.

Husk walked over to the vanity and pulled out a drawer, revealing a bunch of Crymini’s pacis, teethers, and chewelry.

Crymini reached into the drawer and grabbed a red pacifier, popping it into her mouth. She rested her head on Husk’s shoulder as they went downstairs. They spent the rest of the afternoon watching Nimona in the hotel lounge area.

Regressor!Sebastian Headcanons

Sebastian has a pretty wide age range when it comes to his regression, but typically he falls somewhere on the lower end of the spectrum. He wouldn't be able to tell you how old he was most of the time however, because the way he experiences it is kind of a blend of feelings. All the soft wants and needs of toddler with a dash of the adventurous nature of a big kid.

Is prone to chewing or sucking on things even when he's big. He's ruined quite a few jacket sleeves that way, and he's plenty guilty of chewing the drawstrings for the hood too. So most some of the first agere gear he bought was intended to keep him from putting things in his mouth. Pacifiers, chewelry, etc. His favorite is his shark tooth necklace.

He has a frog stuffie that was given to him when he was a baby. It's firm but well-loved, and it has marbles inside it so when it's shaken it sounds as if it is croaking. This is the one of the few toys he allows himself to have, since he can always use the excuse that it has sentimental value (which it does).

His favorite game to play is pretend, but not like pretend doctor or things like that. No, he wants to go on a big adventure! Like in the games he plays when he's big. It isn't exactly uncommon for him to find himself in the weird space halfway between regression and not when he's down by the lake, especially when there's a stick that would make the best wizard staff.

In a similar vein, Sebastian likes to listen to D&D podcasts to help him fall asleep! They're like bedtime stories. Although this also results in them becoming a sort of trigger for his regression. He can start one up while he's big but by the end of the podcast he's definitely settled into that soft space his mind goes when he's feeling little.

Doesn't really like or own any sort of cutesy clothes for when he regresses. It just isn't his style. However he does have specific clothes he wears when he knows he's going to regress. Things that he finds comforting in some way, like the oversized sweatshirts that he's permanently borrowed from Sam or the jogging bottoms he (again, permanently) borrowed from Abigail. They're soft and well-worn, but most importantly help him feel not as alone.

Most of the time he doesn't have to worry about regressing even though he still lives at home since his basement room is pretty private. If he does have to venture out from his room, he does so very carefully. Or at least as careful as a baby can be. Sebastian worries that Maru suspects something after catching him in the kitchen one night though, but he's pretty sure he hid his sippy in time.

Stim Toy Review: Chewable Annular Pendant and Chewelry Case (from Stimtastic)

I have ADHD, and have had a powerful need to chew for as long as I can remember.  After being shamed out of chewing on pencils, I spent YEARS chewing on either gum, or the inside of my own mouth (ouch!) to satisfy this urge.  I would also grind my teeth at night, which wore them down badly.

Even with near-constant gum-chewing, I wasn’t really getting satisfaction for that urge to chew.  So I decided to buy a chewable pendant.  This way, I’d save a bit of money on chewing gum, I’d never have to worry about “running out,” and I’d always have stimulation right on my body, not in my purse, or in the car, or somewhere that’s not actually as convenient as you thought when you have a powerful craving to CHEW SOMETHING NOW.

The Chewable Annular Pendant is exactly what I never knew I needed.  I ordered one in Onyx, which looks like this on the website:

(Mine came out a bit lighter, more of a charcoal-gray.  So expect a bit of variation if you pick one of the iridescent colors.)  It matches OK with any outfit, which I figured could only be a plus.  Stimtastic also sells a slightly discounted 3-pack, so if you want more than one color, you don’t have to pay full price.

I also ordered a “Chewelry case,” (which is basically just a retainer case, so if you used to use a retainer, you can clean the old case out and use it) and a small squishy keychain (see next review).  They do warn you on the page for the case that they’ll try to match your preferred colors, but if they don’t have them, they may send you one in a different color.  Given this, I recommend that if there’s a color you absolutely HATE, tell them “DO NOT use this color” in your description, along with the colors you’d prefer.

I’m a huge sucker for PURPLE, so I said anything with purple, pink, or blue would be good.  They didn’t have any cases in those colors in stock, so my case is marbled black and white.  Which still looks REALLY cool.  Again, the reason they do this is so that they can send a case out to you faster, which IMO makes up for it.  Plus, you can always put a sticker on the outside of your case to personalize it, and have your favorite color that way. :)

So enough product description--let’s get to the review!  The Annular Pendant, as it turns out, has the exact texture and level of resistance I’ve always wanted in a chewable and never knew I needed.  It’s very firm and only slightly yielding.

As promised, this particular design stands up to the most aggressive chewers.  I bit down HARD on this for about 15 minutes, and only ended up with some tiny dents on the surface.

The pendant itself is about 2″ (5 cm) across, and the included breakaway cord is 30″ (75 cm) long.  This means that if you’re like me and don’t want to show your chew toy off to the world, you can easily slip it under your clothes, even if you have big boobs and a love for low-cut tops.  It also means you have plenty of slack in the cord while you chew, which as we all know is kind of important.

The silicone material means that this lovely toy dries off quickly and won’t absorb moisture, so you also won’t have a sticky mass of drool on your clothes (unless, I suppose, you’re a heavy drooler--I have chronic dry mouth, so I can’t speak for y’all).

A retainer case is just the right size to hold the Annular Pendant, and might be able to fit another small pendant inside, if I order another in the future.

My order arrived a mere 4 days after I ordered it (which is especially impressive, given that I ordered it on a Sunday before a major holiday), and the small package fit easily in our standard-sized mailbox (so NO worries about the dreaded Package On The Stoop or “We tried to deliver but you weren’t here to sign for your package” forms).  We got a free bonus item too:  a purple rubber bracelet that says “Flappy Hands Are Happy Hands.”  I’m not autistic, so I don’t think I’ll wear it, but it was a very nice thought and shows they were paying attention about the purple. :)

All in all, we’re looking at a solid 10/10 for both the pendant, and Stimtastic’s service.  Definitely order from them if you want good stim/fidget products at a low price.
