I AM LITERALLY SCREAMING RIGHT NOW!!!!

I ended up sending in pics because of this interaction I had when one of my packages of Echo's food went missing, which had never happened before:

The relief I felt when they just simply took care of it and didn't require me to sit there in agony with back and forth emails that feel like pulling teeth is indescribable. The amount of corporate customer services that have literally brought me to tears with the stress and hassle they have put me through when something goes wrong with shipping is ridiculous. Chewy made this is most wonderful, stress-free experience I have ever experienced from a corporation. I very literally shed some tears when I opened the email and read it as I was bracing myself for some snarky reply that would require me to jump through hoops like how most big companies respond. The relief I felt wash over me while reading this and knowing my dogs food would still get here on time and I wouldn't have to go driving everywhere searching for his very specific food genuinely did bring me to tears. The happiest of tears.

Chewy is known for being a wonderful company that truly cares about their customers and their pets. I have always had the absolute best service from them and I always get everything Echo needs (or wants) from their site. It is a pleasure shopping with them with such ease, but I hadn't dealt with their customer service until my package went missing. And interacting with their customer service just made me love them even more.

I didn't actually expect Echo's pic to get chosen so I was like "What could this possibly be...? 🤔" when I saw this in my mailbox knowing his food cases and orher things I ordered are too big to fit in the mailbox. I opened the card first and my heart stopped due to excitement and disbelief and I felt like a kid on christmas morning as I ripped away the wrapping over it. I'm pretty sure all of the people in my building could hear me as I shrieked with excitement and literally started RUNNING around my tiny apartment just FREAKING OUT while Echo chased me. 😂😂😂

God, I just love Chewy so so SO much and I am SO EXCITED TO GET THIS!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely cannot WAIT to hang this as a centerpiece in my living room so people see it as soon as they walk in!!! 😍😍😍

This is an absolutely STUNNING painting and I'm in awe of how close the resemblance is. You can IMMEDIATELY tell it is Echo and not just a pom.

I use it every month to get all of my supplies and I’ve never had a real problem. It is excellent, everything is packaged neatly, hardly ever any issues... I honestly love shopping there because it’s quick and easy and gets shipped out pretty quick... plus... if you spend I think it’s $49 or more? You get free shipping that, for me, generally takes 1-2 days, 3 days at the most, to get to me.

So a pretty good deal, if I do say so. Plus, they’ve got all sorts of products to choose from, for almost every pet imaginable, at prices that aren’t that bad imo.

So... yeah. Check that out if you want. I recommend it to everyone who asks me about it because it’s just that good and I love it.

I notified @chewy that Ellie has died, so that she wouldn’t show up in my email ads, and so that she wouldn’t get a Christmas card or gotcha day card from them next year. Imagine my shock and joy when I received a large box containing this bouquet and vase from Chewy dot com, with the following note: “We’re so sorry to hear of your loss of Ellie, and our hearts go out to you. Life is full of wonderful surprises like my sick kitty healing & these flowers from @chewy . On Saturday, I thought the moment had come to euthanize my kitty, Edward. He had been struggling with illness for two weeks and was declining. He then stopped eating, had significant lethargy, and appeared to be in pain. I made calls I knew I could not do afterward. One was to Chewy.com to cancel an order for him. Another call was to my sister. We discussed the hardest part of loving an animal is saying the final good-bye. I told her of my wish for one more moment in the sun as I had with him previously. I went to pull him out of his dark hiding place to try again to embrace him. He was weak but willing to be held. He even took a few bites of food. His health improved enough to able to take him out and sit with him in the sun. It was a beautiful wish fulfilled. I thanked the angels for prayers answered. He continues to slowly improve from the crisis state. Then the beautiful flowers showed up today with the sweet note. It was a thoughtful act of kindness that was so unexpected. Normally, as a non-profit, we do not do company endorsements. After sharing with Valarie Martinez, BBMH Rescue President, we both agreed that it was worthy of sharing.
