This is chocolate, it’s only just made. We’re running a few test batches with a new cacao. This recipe has no added cocoa butter, it is 70% cacao beans and 30% sugar. All tests came out looking as thick as this! It’s like a thick icing or ganache. Just trying to get this through a sieve I need to grow a few extra muscles 💪 It doesn’t mean this cacao is bad, just that we need to design a recipe with added cocoa butter in this case, so the chocolate is a bit thinner. Most 70% bars will contain some to a lot of added cocoa butter (or other fats if you’re unlucky). The cocoa beans and the cocoa butter together make up to the total percentage that is stated on the box, typically on the front. You really don’t always need to add cocoa butter to every cacao. There are reasons for adding it and reasons for not adding it. On our Solkiki dark chocolate boxes we mention the amount of cacao beans and the amount of cocoa butter separately. The amount of added cocoa butter has a huge impact on the outcome and flavour of the chocolate that you taste. There is currently not much transparency on the recipe formulation of a chocolate (%cocoa beans vs %added cocoa butter), we hope to see this change in the future. The chocolate we end up making with this particular cacao will most likely contain added cocoa butter because the chocolate came out so thick as you can see. We will carefully balance the chocolate recipe with the added cocoa butter to balance out the flavours and will let you know on the box how much cocoa butter has been added to this chocolate. The heat in the Bozjan Southern Front proved as harsh a mistress as ever, this day. A mixture of sweat and blood trickled down the body of the Beast King as he oversaw the various skirmishes, stepping in where he found necessary to land an extra blow or swipe as needed. It annoyed him that the Resistance had managed to set up two camps yet far, two more than what should have been. An unending source of his frustration. He certainly had quite the array of words to share with Sicinius about the supposed marvel that Dabog was capable of if it did little to halt their foes.

His attentioned turned towards the newest skirmish to break out, a contingent of mages bringing forth fireball after fireball to lay waste to a group of some ten odd resistance members. A hand was pressed to his chin as he observed, watching from the ruins of a building nearby. As blows and spells were traded, both sides suffered various losses. The legion did hold their advantage by a person or two as the battle raged onwards. There was one particular, one of the men clearly not dressed to be of the resistance who seemed to be unscathed and proving quite the pain for the mages to deal with. Lyon raised a brow, wondering if this would be a fight worth his time. The highlander rolled his shoulders and stepped forth out of the shadows of the building, perhaps it was time to make himself feared on the battlefield.

While his newfound target was turned still, watching as what remained of the mage contingent retreated, Lyon approached. Not from behind, to hells with stealth, he instead met his prey head on taking the place of the mages who had stood there moments before. The man was not much for words, rather letting his prowess do the talking for him- which was why instead of a verbal greeting he chose to instead imbue his axe with flames. "Let's make this interesting, shall we? Just you," he pointed towards the miqo'te, "and me!" He then gestured towards himself. He stood at the ready, waiting for the man to either accept or deny his duel.

Not only did I just learn there are SS rank marks today, but I _also_ got to floor tank two of them! It was like Red Choctober all over again, so. many. corpses. But definitely a lot of fun, despite being dead for 67% of it both times.
