Okay, ow. Chongyun’s known pain, they’ve gone against some tough foes and received many severe injuries. But a simple clumsy accident is something far more rare, and Chongyun is falling to their side in complete shock.

They hadn’t meant to smack their knee into the shelf. Thankfully, nothing spilled from the shelf, but that doesn’t matter right now; Chongyun’s brain is taking tunnel vision focus on the pain.

Even just feeling the injury tells Chongyun that their knee is swollen. With a wince, Chongyun tries to get back up, though not successfully.

a slice of life. ❀ ft. hsr + genshin men — synopsis. just little scenarios that have happened to me with this one guy that i think they'd do<3 — notes. wtv the synopsis thing said!! i just think how these little scenarios went down in real life was so cute that i wanted to write something about it!! — heads up. hopeless romantic thoughts, these can be simple situations, but when i word it out, it becomes overly romantic. thats the warning yes, btw modern au!

・ you can't help but feel bored in class, watching the clock go 'tick-tock! tick-tock! tick-tock!'. your pretty seatmate just happens to be taking notes as the teacher discussed about something.. tapping his shoulder, he looks to you, blinking a few times in confusion. you give a cheeky smile and gesture you want to draw something, your ball pen in the air trying to write out words, blinking a few times again, he lends you his empty hand. looking back in confusion, realizing he wants you to draw on his hand. you do it with an enthusiastic look, leaning your chairs closer together, to get a closer look and tattoo his hand like an artist. as he tried to listen more to the discussion, he can't help but let a chuckle out at your happy expression as you drew stars, cats, and what not on his hand. and 'till class ends, he walks to the canteen with you on his other arm, and the other with doodles all over, out in the open for his friends to see.

"i'll let you copy my notes later, ok? this topic is easy, don't worry, remember to not overthink." he says, giving you a piece of paper. "i wasn't even really supposed to take notes honestly, but i know you love to take notes, so i wrote stuff down about the topic in my notebook, just in case you wanted."

"i'm sorry, i can't help but look at your lunch, i haven't packed anything, and i haven't got any money, my stomach is roaring at this point too." leaning your head on his shoulder, "how about we share? i don't mind, just as long as you have energy for the next class. so you don't fall asleep again." cutting back to present time, still in the cafeteria, leaning your head on his shoulder as he feeds himself and you, he never fully finishes his lunch anyway.

yeah no. the number of times you've had to watch those damn rich kids and their fancy ass limos stop by the gate while you get off at the bus stop. everyone else on the bus is staring at you and your uniform— a member of a prestigious university on a jam-packed bus? rumors start circulating. you must be some sort of charity student.

on your first year, you received many of these curious and haughty stares from your fellow students too. it isn’t easy, being a scholarship student, but you wouldn’t be where you are if you let some snobby rich kids embarrass you. so what if you took the subway and had to chase after buses? none of these would matter as soon as you graduate and get yourself an elite job.

when you (unluckily) win the affection of your harem, many if not all of them start devising plans in order to use your situation to their advantage. man. you just wanna go to school. why the fuck do they keep messing this up for you?

it’s the protag powers. the twins use the same subway line as you and have the pleasure of escorting you to class every day. you were a bit surprised when you saw two new students on the subway and mistakenly thought them in the same boat as you, poor background and all. they’re really not; they just like walking a lot. they’re generally pleasant to be with— aether making friendly conversation and entertaining you while lumine smoothly wraps her hand around yours. they protect you from unsavory strangers groping you in the crowded area... and other competitors hoping to have a sneak in some time with you.

they’ve figured out your routes. they know the exact times when you get off and on the bus and trains. they expertly use the motions of the crowd to get themselves near you while hiding at the same time. doesn’t do anything much except stare at you for so long that you start feeling the creeps. honestly the other passengers are scared too. if they get close enough they’re lucky to get a smell of your freshly washed body and experience the familiar smell of your soap for themselves. breaking into your house and sneaking around your bathroom is one thing, but actually smelling it on you is a whole thrilling thing.

why tf would they waste their time sneaking onto some sardine packed place when they could simply pick you up in their ultra cool, ultra sleek, ultra rich limo? drives up to your dingy driveway and rolls the windows down. get in, they say, looking all rich and shit. you don’t know how they got your address. everyone in the neighborhood is staring at you, your family is gaping, and the suitor is watching you expectantly. you feel pressured by this whole being rich thing, but as soon as you spot the free food— made by five star michelin chefs, btw— every worry is thrown out of the window.

ayato, xingqiu, childe, zhongli, diluc, kaeya

is driving the limo. ayato rolled up the thing separating the driver and the passengers so he can’t see anything. once he escorts you out, he wipes off the crumbs and fixes your uniform and hair before patting you on the head.

thoma

wanted to pick you up at your house too but ei and makoto are annoying and he thinks that it’ll make him look stupid. why should he offer you a free ride? impatiently waits for you as your dutiful seatmate and starts bullying you. you resist another day’s worth of the tempation to slap him.

scaramouche

doesn’t bother with catching you during your transit, but catches you as soon as you reach school. they make morning conversation and escort you to your classroom. you’re both in a crowd of students, but they feel like you’re the only person in the world.

itto, albedo, kaedahara kazuha, razor, heizou, venti, kaeya

meets you “by chance” when you stop by your local convenience store to get some things. they hog up most of your time, taking in your sleepy drawl and hazy eyes. you end up walking together to school and if they’re lucky enough, you doze off and cling to them for support. they let you, nuzzling into the soft of your hair and holding you close just like how lovers do.

oh no :((( some common street thugs are bothering you now. you’re about to pull out your ultra secret weapon, but a knight in shining armor comes swooping in! they’re self-satisfied about saving you, fantasizing about how you’ll thank them. you, on the other hand, is disappointed that you couldn’t test out your brand new t4ser.

there was a soft breeze, something usual for liyuen afternoons. on the hill, by the rivers wayside lay a group of three friends. near them lay empty bowls and used cutlery, the meals curtesy of the bubbly girl’s father. with full bellies, the trio lazed around enjoying casual conversation.

“i have two dads, you know!”

“we know, xiang.”

“yes but isn’t it cool? that i have two of them?”

“i’d say so, especially if it means we get to be well fed every time we see you.”

“hey! i feed you two enough!”

“yeah but your cooking is…”

“i wouldn’t finish that, chongyun.” at this, xiangling sat up, one hand leaning on the grass as she pointed an accusatory finger at the boys.

“you don’t like my cooking?” ah. now they’d done it. quickly, the two boys scrambled to correct themselves. they didn’t mean to upset their dear friend, nor to put such thoughts into her head.

“we didn’t mean that! it’s just… you know how i get with spice…”

“xiangling, some of the dishes you cook up are simply too much for us laymen.”

“yeah i mean, does mushroom slime stew really sound that nice?”

at their answer, she sighed with a small pout. her shoulders slumped as she backed down from her accusations.

“you like my dad’s cooking though?”

“well yeah, who doesn’t?”

“my other dad.”

“what?!” xingqiu exclaimed. how could that be the case?

“no no!,” she laughed, “he likes a lot of his cooking. he just doesn’t like spice or fish is all. you should know by now how often dad cooks those!”

“oh speaking of your dads,” chongyun interjected, a curious expression written into his features, “how did they meet?”

at that question, both pairs of eyes turned to her.

“oh, i actually helped! but that’s a story for another day,” she made to pack away her belongings, “we should head back, it’ll get dark soon. come on, i’ll race you to wanmin!”

genshin boys snowball fight with you

premise: you ask the genshin boys (separate) to partake in a snowball fight with you! features: itto, razor, thoma, gorou, bennett, albedo notes: part 2 coming soon. possible future characters: chongyun, xingqiu, venti, zhongli, ayato, kazuha, kaeya, diluc, scaramouche, childe, or heizou!

itto

– he loves snowball fights; he’s so excited

– you can expect the whole arataki gang to take part in extreme snowball warfare

– in the snow, itto becomes the experienced and strategic general, leading his troops to victory

– you’re under his command, of course (he just wouldn’t bear to see you on the enemy side)

– you and genta are crouched down behind a blockade of snow, but itto stands tall and seriously, looking down

– you chuckle as he addresses you and an invisible audience of several thousand nonexistent soldiers

– he sounds like a wizened warrior when he delivers an encouraging speech about making a last stand 

– then a snowball hits him in the shoulder

– he falls dramatically to his knees, clutching his shoulder and grimacing

– “c–captain!” akira wails, both of you shuffling over to him

– itto grits his teeth and smiles through the ‘pain’. “it’s just a scratch. the battle must go on.”

– he promptly jumps up and charges across the battlefield to the other team’s snow fort, dodging and swatting projectiles out of the air

– he bends down to scoop up handfuls of snow and hurls them at akira, mamoru, and shinobu in the other base, never breaking his stride

– you and genta follow him, laughing and hollering at the others cowering behind their snow barrier 

– oh how the turn tables

– suddenly you hear itto shouting to you, “look out, soldier!”

– before you can process it, itto’s outstretched, diving sideways in front of you and bellowing, “sacrificeeeee,” as a snowball hits him square in the chest

– he lands on the snow and immediately starts writhing

– “AAAAH IT’S SO COLD!”

– “itto!” you scold him, “this is why you can’t be half–nude in the snow!”

– “[n–name]! i mean––Soldier, help meeee~” 

– you help itto stand up and the fight continues

– later, everyone is unsurprised when itto comes down with a cold

razor 

– he hasn’t been in a snowball fight before, so you’ll have to explain it to him 

– at first, he just bats snowballs out of the air with his hands

– will confusedly throw handfuls of snow until you laugh and tell him no, razor, you’re supposed to make it into a ball!

– does his best to make snowballs but they end up varying in size and shape like a misshapen collection of white rocks 

– when he does make a successful snowball, he’ll turn towards you in excitement: his eyes will sparkle and he‘ll have the tiniest smile curving his lips

– if you praise his nicely shaped snowball, he’ll blush and smile wider

– by then it will have fallen apart and melted a bit so he’ll wilt with disappointment 

– but then you can just make one for him and he’ll treasure it until it also melts

– he’ll keep adding snow and packing it together to make it last longer

– when he makes more snowballs himself, he doesn’t want to throw them at you, so he just gives them to you

– when hit with a snowball, he’ll look down uncertainly at the snow on his clothes 

– but if he gets snow in his hair he’ll shake his head in a dog–like fashion

– he’s seen some rare snowball fights between ayaka and ayato in their youth, but even when they asked him to join he felt pretty hesitant; after all, they are the young master and missus of the kamisato household

– so when you ask him to join you in a snowball fight, he's a bit nervous but happy to oblige

– he’s tentative to throw them at first because he doesn’t want to hit you

– but he acquiesces when you insist, telling him you feel guilty pelting him with snow when he isn’t trying to do the same

– he’s careful not to throw them too hard, though

– and if there’s any semblance that you’ve hurt yourself, he’ll rush over to you and check if you’re okay

– at one point, your attempt at dodging leads you to fall backward into the snow

– thoma immediately drops his next snowball and hurries to your side

– “i’m so sorry! are you okay?” he asks worriedly. “let me help you up.”

– he leans forward and stretches out a hand 

– you startle him by pulling him down onto the snow beside you

– “let’s make snow angels,” you beam

– thoma just likes spending time with you, so as long as you have fun, he’s happy

– as he relaxes, he ends up having more fun than he thought

gorou

– he’s had a couple of snowball fights in his life, but never one as fun as that with you 

– he’s startlingly light on the snow which prevents him from sinking down as he steps

– it’s probably a dog thing

– as opposed to you, who’s knee–deep in the snow... for once, gorou looks tall (he looks offended when you tell him this)

– his weightlessness comes to his advantage. he agilely maneuvers around the snow, dodging the snowballs you throw at him

– he’ll dig holes in the snow to hide in and pitch snowballs long–distance at you

– it doesn't help that his weapon is a bow; expect him to throw with deadly accuracy

– he might even establish a whole tunnel system that runs beneath the snow: also probably a dog thing

– good luck finding him 

– (but if you’re on the same team, he‘ll lead you through the tunnels)

– when he gets hit, he’ll continue on as if nothing happens: a soldier always perseveres 

– unless, of course, the snow tickles his ears or he’s been hit too many times. in that case, he’ll squeeze his eyes shut and shake similarly to a wet dog 

– take this opportunity to touch his ears by brushing the snow off them!! of course, if you ask nicely normally he'd let you and only you touch them

– if he gets hot, he’ll eat the snow to cool down like the habit of sled dogs

– overall, he's like a doggo in the snow. a deadly doggo

bennett

– his vision may be pyro, but he loves snowball fights

– he's badgered kaeya in the past to make it snow for him, and you and the cryo user have had to explain that's not how it works

– so as soon as you two find snow, bennett immediately wants to have a snowball fight

– he might get so excited he accidentally starts melting the snow around him

– the best way to describe him is a wild snowball machine gun: he makes a huge pile of snowballs in 30 seconds then chucks them all in true machine gun fashion

– he will also throw other people’s snowballs if he sees them around, so if you have your own pile, you better watch out!

– or just make snowballs for him to throw––he’ll like that

– when he gets hit by a snowball he just laughs with glee and puts in more effort

– he will try to make the biggest snowball ever and gives it to you to play catch:

“[name]~ throw it here!” 

you eye the basketball–sized snowball which is already crumbling in your hands. “uh, bennett, i don’t think that’s gonna work.” 

“just try.” He gestures excitedly. 

“...if you say so.”

– it is safe to say that bennett is now completely covered in one basketball’s worth of snow 

albedo

– he works in the snowy mountains of dragonspine, yet he’s never had a snowball fight

– however, when klee visits him there and you’re also present, you sometimes have snowball fights with her

– so one day klee asks albedo to join you two in one of your snowball fights

– he ends up squatting down and working the whole time making one perfect snowball: perfectly shaped, compacted, weighted, and aerodynamic (albedo...snowballs aren’t meant to be perfect, you tell him)

– mumbles equations to himself with pinpoint focus on the snow in his hands, ignoring the snowballs whizzing past him as you and klee battle for your lives

– when you hit him, it’s an accident; you were aiming for klee, but your pitching trajectory was a bit too far down

– your snowball smacks him directly in the back of his head, and you and klee both gasp

– apologies flood from your mouth, and you brace yourself for his annoyance as his head slowly swivels around, still squatting 

– he merely offers you a small fond smile and holds up his snowball to show you his progress

– overall, he’s thankful that you are nice to klee, and he’s glad you both had fun

– he may even bring a sample of snow back to his lab because your snowball fight has given him an idea

Yoimiya: takes care of the kids, passes out the snacks to everyone. Is genuinly having a lot of fun on the roar trip. Takes time to have the chance to talk to everyone and get to know them (if she doesn’t already)

Barbara: spent too much time worrying about other's wellbeing she forgot to pack for herself (doesn't matter though as Jean already planned that too)

Noelle: see above (poor Jean has to think for everyone)

Cyno: doesn't know how he got there - he doesn't even know anyone there (apart from you) snuggled next to Albedo at the back of the trunk because it's more quiet there and Albedo doesn't bother him

Qiqi: doesn't even remember getting into the van- watching coco melon with Klee

Chongyun: eating a vast amount of popsicles (and probably unhealthy amount) to try keep his energy levels calm

Xingqiu: started reading (somehow not getting car sick) now staring at Chongyun

Ayato: sipping bubble tea

Beidou: would have preferred to go by sea instead of land but came for Ningguang. Ningguang saved a seat for her - no debate.

Xiangling: her whole luggage is culinary supplies and food (she cooked everyone’s favourite meals too)

Childe: doing his best to annoy everyone- stole the snacks.

Characters: Thoma, Itto, Chongyun, Razor × gn! reader

Thoma

likes to cook special dishes for you. Every time you come to him for a dinner, the whole table is covered with various dishes. Many of them are your favorites, and some are completely new to you, but you can be sure of their taste, because Thoma spent the whole evening cooking them especially for you.

knits warm and cozy sweaters for you so that you can put them on in cold weather and remember about him, how his hands warmed and calmed you when you needed it.

will always be on your side, no matter what happens. If you suddenly have problems with some merchant, he will be happy to help you resolve everything peacefully. Thoma is also a very loyal person, so if he considers you a close person, than you can count on his support, care and attention at any time of the day.

Itto

likes to show his love for you to everyone around. Especially often the gang listens to him, and sometimes with their help Itto tries to arrange the perfect date for you, although sometimes such attempts end with his imprisonment. But you will definitely never forget such a date.

doesn't like to work, but still tries to earn a little mora to buy you the thing you've always dreamed of, or to take you to one of the best restaurants in Inazuma.

protects you from everyone and everything around you, even when protection is not really required. That guy just looked at you? Well, no, he's definitely provoking him to fight! Of course, you will try to calm him down by taking him away from this guy, but if he suddenly starts picking a fight himself, Itto will have to spend another couple of days behind bars.

Chongyun

every day takes you with him to search for spirits and investigate mysterious incidents related to them. However, every time you fail, because as soon as you come closer to the place where some evil spirits could be, after a moment they disappear. On the one hand, Chongyun is upset about this, and on the other - you have a whole free evening to spend it together.

always accompanies you home so that no evil spirits can harm you, because he knows that his energy will scare them away. However, he secretly hopes that someday such a thing will happen and he will be able to demonstrate to you his exorcistic abilities, which he has been trained for so many years.

sometimes worries that his Yang energy will take control of him because of his feelings for you, so if you go on dates, it's usually in cold places, and Chongyun cooks his signature dish - cold noodles with mountain delicacies.

Razor

every morning brings you freshly picked ripe and juicy berries straight from the forest. Sometimes he also takes with him a piece of meat that he managed to get on the hunt, and together you cook a delicious, fried steak for breakfast.

FremiMay Day 13: OTP

I really like the rare pair of Freminet x Razor. With Fremi x Collei or Fremi x Chongyun being a close second

Razor just has very large eyes for the memes. Also we love giving the wolf boy some sort of wolf cut.

Also another personal headcannon is that nobody knew their relationship to each other because neither really talks they just linger around each other.

Razor likely knows body language as a form of communication due to his wolf heritage and just understands Freminet's tells very easily. And then when Fremi notices that someone actually understands what he needs without having to say it out loud then Fremi puts in the effort to be the same for Razor.

So they just sit next to each other sharing minimal words, but still completely understanding each other and being comfortable in the silence.

Fremi goes nonverbal from his anxiety and Razor tries to take up the talking role while they are in public. Razor struggles at holding conversations and it's likely hard for others to fully understand him-- but it makes Fremi be in awe over how pure and amazing of a person Razor is.

Freminet teaches Razor how to properly swim and some survival tips for underwater. Razor learns better ways to catch fish and other useful things that can help his wolf pack. Which he's grateful for.

Idk, those are my headcannons. I just think that two physical claymore bois with superconduct is super goofy. They likely have very different fighting styles and would learn a lot from each other.
