Another episode of Krabbé zoekt van Gogh, moved me deeply. The way Jeroen expressed himself while talking abou Van Gogh, makes him come a life. How he dares to show hos true feelings about Van Goghs life makes me adore him even more. The artist is truely amazing, the way he combines the assignment of a self portret of Van Gogh and his own magic art, worked so well, as you can see on the screenshots i put in this article. Chris Berens is of al the eposodes the one who gets the feel of Van Gogh and the way he thought, they way his mind worked, best vorm. I see all kinds of animals in the reflection and i’m speechless off the magic, the magic that lives in his head...

"AGLOOLIK doesn't need much. He likes company. Even though he's an introvert, he enjoys the close proximity of other beings."

I think Chris Berens summoned his adorable creature Agloolik for us social, loving introverts to identify with this little fluff! Chris is a wonderful storyteller, both with words and a brush. He shares further about Agloolik: "He's alone a lot. Doesn't have a lot of fellow conversationalists. Not above water anyway. But Agloolik can't talk underwater. He isn't a fish, and has no gills. He tried, once, which scared away all of his underwater pals, and all that came out was, well, 'AGGGLLOOOLLKK'. But it's all good. Agloolik is happy enough. He has friends. Acquaintances. And he does have fun."
