Hello again, Tenno! Let's talk Easter Eggs! Specifically, Warframe DE Logo Easter Eggs! I just recently found the DE logo hidden in Duviri (quite by accident as I've done with all but the one hidden in the Zariman), and wanted to share screenshots of my findings!
But then it occurred to me, "gosh wouldn't it be cool and helpful if I compiled images to help people find all of the hidden DE logos?"
AND SO BELOW THE CUT ARE DIRECTIONS AND SCREENSHOTS TO DO JUST THAT!
Just to warn you: this is a long post since it's essentially a step-by-step for finding all the logos in all five areas!
Enjoy!
Welcome to Cetus! You're Landing Craft has just dropped you off onto the platform by the shore! See that cliff face off to your right? If you want to find the DE logo you need to go climb on top of that!
Tumblr media
Yeah, in fact you need to go this far inland (to the rock I'm standing on)!
Tumblr media
It's right here on the edge of this rock!
Tumblr media
Next area!
Welcome to Fortuna (my favorite hub ♥)! Bask in the wonderful bisexual lighting!
Tumblr media
When you are done basking jump on up here to this little balcony! It's the second balcony up (the third floor if you count the ground floor as the first one)!
Tumblr media
The DE logo is hidden on side facing inward!
Tumblr media
And onward we go!
Welcome to the Necralisk! It's a bit pustule-y and gooey but there is still some old Orokin architecture sticking out of the infested flesh-scape here and there! Like this pillar! Here - I'll throw my Xoris for you so you can see what I'm looking at!
Tumblr media
Climb on up and - TADA! There it is! A nice and simple find! That can't really be said about the next one though.
Tumblr media
Oh boy here we are...
The DE logo hidden in the Zariman - the one I struggled the most to find, I thought I had rubbed by face against every wall and structure, but apparently I had missed a spot. This is the only one I needed to look up to find. This is the elevator that leads out to the rest of the Zariman - where we do the Zariman missions.
Tumblr media
I thought I had checked this area thoroughly enough but I think that disconnected wall panel always caused my angle coming out from the elevator to just miss it. See where I'm standing? Notice how it seems a little darker there? I certainly didn't.
Tumblr media
There's an opening to - what would you call this - a maintenance port? Regardless, let's head in past the overgrown vines.
Tumblr media
It leads into an elbow passage and into a little room.
Tumblr media
Looks like another area one or more of the Zariman children used to hide. Of course, no area in the Zariman is complete without the ominous graffiti!
Tumblr media
And right on the side of the box here is the logo! Even though I couldn't find this one without help I really enjoy the concept of them being a bit more hidden.
Tumblr media
Like the last one!
I stumbled across this one by accident when I was in Captura gathering references of the mirror and portal frames for a Duviri-inspired piece I'm working on.
Tumblr media
I happened to notice what looks like a window in the Kaithe's stable and totally expected the overgrowth to be a solid object when I jumped at it.
Tumblr media
It wasn't. Queue shock and confusion. At first, I thought it was just a hole leading over to the plant area - a silly short cut. I walked in a little further.
Tumblr media
No, this is an enclosed cave. A secret! A nice little den to hide in!
Tumblr media
Wait that's-! WOAH I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY WOULD HAVE A HIDDEN LOGO FOR THIS AREA! That's so cool and fun! I love this hiding spot for it! The perfect amount of context clues to make you suspicious and intrigued by the area if you are looking! This one was by far my favorite to find!
Tumblr media
Anyways,
That's all of the DE logos (that I'm aware of)! I'm looking forward to the interesting places they will think to hide the next ones! Hope you enjoyed my guide (and the silly retelling of how I found the one in Teshin's Cave)!
Thanks for reading!

Ok so i got hit by the magical inspiration beam and ive got like a whole worldbuilding idea workshopping and all i need is the time and motivation to write it when im home
The whole thing sprouted up an idea of a place called “The Abyss”, a massive open air cavern found deep under the ice and sea of a planet called Chrysalith. The Abyss itself is a carbon copy of the irl western continent except it has no light, no life, no sign of life, and the buildings are all empty save for basic things you would find in them, such as tables and counters in cafes, but no personal furniture like beds or couches. What makes Chrysalith special (other than The Abyss) is that it is a newly found planet located a little past The Edge of Space, and given lore reasons, this is deeply unsettling. The entire surface of the planet is just a smooth frozen wasteland with no life, the only thing keeping it from being a nearly perfect sphere are the massive ravines found on it
And the whole thing takes place after an in universe event called “The Plummet”, a catastrophic event in which the entire Milky Way just fucken vanishes. The survivors only being people in spaceships, due to the fact that for an unknown reason, every spaceships warp drive activated and was pushed beyond known limits, pushing each vessel into deepest space, a completely unknown sector of space, and due to the unexploredness, no one has been able to find any known planets before The Plummet. There are also six sapient species, one of which goes extinct shortly after The Plummet due to the fact that they rely on a compound that can only be made on very few planets, all of which vanished during The Plummet marking another event called “The First Sapient Extinction”

According to DE's twitch drops, my Valentenno is Erra and we're spending the day in the Zariman Chrysalith.
If I manage to watch tomorrow's stream, I'll get a random food item to share with Erra as a treat.
Can Sentients even be on the Zariman, seeing as how it's halfway stuck in the Void?
(I make no guarantees there won't be a crack fanfic about this eventually.)
If you're interested, the same drops campaign goes on tomorrow at prime time:

because i'm particular as hell about navigation and ease of access to shit, i was petty enough to create a solo clan in warframe. and let me tell you this is miles better than the dormizone

𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕤𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕤 𝕕𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕣𝕠𝕦𝕤. 𝕀’𝕞 𝕚𝕟!
The Zariman was free of danger - at least some places were.  Though they could be counted on one’s hand.  The Chrysalith being the major one.
But none of them were where Xiya was planning on going.  This mission called for stealth, secrecy, and the fewer people to get involved the better.  Maybe the help of a warframe if things got dire enough.
It was simple enough.  Scout an area possible for future habitation plans.  He planned on doing it alone.  Like he did most things.  He did not expect another volunteer to pipe up and offer help.  He was quite upset about it.
“What?  No!  I can’t condone that.  And who even are you anyway?”  The small figure hissed through his mask.  It made his voice whirr and hum with an added layer of static.

I've been really into Warframe recently. Had some thoughts about railjack crews that I wanted to get out there. May talk it over with my Warframe buddy that's played a lot longer than me sometime to refine the thoughts a bit.
As it currently stands you can have crewmates from up to 3 out of 8 sources. Syndicate crewmates from the Arbiters of Hexis, Cephalon Suda, New Loka, the Perrin Sequence, the Red Veil, and the Steel Meridian, and nemesis crewmates which can be either kuva liches or sisters of Parvos that you've converted into allies.
Syndicate crewmates have randomly generated stats, using either 8 points if they're bought with credits, 10 for resources, or 12 if they're elite crewmates. They can also have 3 extra points added to whichever stat you want via training, and can be given rifles, shotguns, or any secondary weapons you own to use, even using your build of said weapon. If you get crewmates associated with syndicates that favor you you can even get discounts of up to 50% off to hire them, but syndicates that don't like you will add up to 100% tax so they're more expensive.
Nemesis crewmates are excellent defenders with far better combat and endurance stats then any syndicate crew can get, but unlike syndicate crew they can only be defenders, their stats cannot be altered, and they will only use whatever kuva/tenet weapon they've always used.
Which brings me to my main thoughts of adding crewmates from settlement syndicates. These settlement crewmates would probably be locked behind being minimum rank 2 in their relevant syndicates, and unlike with faction syndicate crewmates their prices would not fluctuate based on standing. But they always have a guaranteed max level in 2 stats, have a wider range of weapons they can be equipped with, including some melee weapons, and get bonuses to damage using modular weapons from their associated syndicates. The tradeoff is being more expensive to get than even crewmates from syndicates that are neutral to you.
Cetus and Fortuna crewmates are easy to justify from a lore perspective. Both are colonies of people with npcs to spare, just like the main syndicates. You can access Cetus crewmates once you're a Visitor in the Ostron and an Observer in the Quills, and they get damage multipliers for using zaws. You can access Fortuna crewmates once you're a Rapscallion in Solaris United and an Agent in Vox Solaris, and they get damage multipliers from using kitguns made with parts from Rude Zuud with higher damage for every Zuud part used.
Necralisk crewmates are harder to justify in lore since the Entrati are a single family rather than an entire colony like the Ostron and Solaris, but its not that much harder. Instead of Entrati themselves, Necralisk crewmates are people that were marooned on deimos and either survived long enough to stumble across them or got rescued by the Entrati, similar to Latrox and Garv that sometimes show up in Mother's bounties. You get access to them from being an Aquiantance in the Entrati and Clearance: Modus in the Necraloid, they get damage multipliers for using kitguns made with parts from Father, and like with their Fortuna counterparts, higher damage for each Father part used.
The only settlement syndicate I think is too difficult to do this with right now is the Holdfasts. There's only 4 of them. Maybe if there's a way to convert void angels back into holdfast-like ghosts that could be an explanation, or maybe they end up rescuing people that get stranded in the Void or Planes of Duviri. Something along those lines could allow for chrysalith crewmates. If they did find a way to justify it, you could get access to them by being a Watcher for the Holdfasts, and would get damage bonuses from incarnon weapons as opposed to modular weapons since the Holdfasts have those instead.
