i know that's not what those posts are about but. seeing a post that says"i applaud whoever has been through hell and is still kind and loving" makes me feel so bad

my ability to love and care for others was impeded so early in life and replaced with cruelty by everyone who was supposed to love & care for me. im having to work so hard on being kind to myself and others and some days I don't succeed. it's so difficult to always choose kindness and on some days it's impossible and i hate myself for it.

Thinking about dio again to absolutely no one’s surprise……Bro literally named himself the italian word for God. He likens himself to jesus h christ. A messiah complex even. Whenever he dies, he becomes a holy ghost for his worshippers. Free the soul has some parallels with Catholicism, e.g. the holy trinity—father brother master/god jesus holy ghost. And just like the catholic church, free the soul discourages lust unless it’s for a purpose. No wonder dio’s fucked in the head

Dio can have another chance at life as a treat methinks. Not as Left, not as the Savior of Mankind, but just Dio. Finding a new purpose and maybe some friends along the way. I forgor where i was going with this but my point is, dio is the Catholic-coded guy ever
