Started future blessings and I’m SO satisfied with van’s route because the biggest concern I had at the ending of the first game route was: there’s no way van will suddenly know how to live or love normally or be in a relationship. AND THE STORY ADDRESSED THESE EXACT ISSUES. I love character and relationship drama like this. I LOVE characters who have avoidant tendencies and struggle with knowing who they are and they try too hard. I love when this causes distance and makes communication difficult. I love when it makes characters flawed and pathetic. VAN HELSING MY EMOTIONALLY UNAVAILABLE KING 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I’m in love with him all over again (not like I wasn’t yearning for him doing the rest of code:realize anyway…). THANK YOU CODE REALIZE FUTURE BLESSINGS

I don’t know Japanese, so this translation is probably wrong on many levels, but I couldn’t find any other... So, here is the one I made for myself with the help of Jisho.org and Google Translate. If someone makes the better version / corrects the errors, please tell me!

Let me take a moment to appreciate that the story had to go out of its way to prevent the literal TIME ASSASSIN from being in the group while they spent ten minutes preaching about how you NEVER KILL EVER, NOPE NEVER FOR ANY REASON. NOBODY WOULD DO THAT. ONLY VILLAINS KILL. WE DEFINITELY DON’T HAVE HEROIC CHARACTERS THAT KILL IN THIS GAME, NO SIREE. KILLING HAS NEVER BEEN AN ANSWER FOR ANY VILLAIN UP UNTIL THIS POINT.

Would really put a damper on things if Avido kept popping up and terrorizing the crew while Gordon tried to preach about never killing and someone just suddenly shanked him

Code Realize Future Blessings: Impey Barbicane

Still a beautiful little love story. I honestly don’t have much to add to my original review for Impey’s afterstory. Aside from… OMG how was this so SHORT!? AGAIN. That shower scene remains awesome. Impey’s Cardia is certainly passionate! I love how Impey gently raises up Cardia when she’s down, and I love how well Impey and Fran work together. Just a lovely, gentle love story.

I saw a man so beautiful I started crying??? Their outfits are so nice ahhh!! I forgot to take a pic of Van and Saint-Germain’s outfits tho! Their outfits made them look so badass XD This route is fun so far!! My first route in the new game. I’m so excited to finally play it!!

Victor's profile with his Mafia outfit. First time we see him wearing a top hat and looks quite cute on him. I like how his vest matches his signature color and his signature symbol has become a pin. Whenever I look at around his leg, I keep thinking it's a communication device when in fact it's where he's carrying his explosive chemicals! Just because he looks cute and innocent, it doesn't mean he can't be dangerous. You know what they say about the cute ones....
