Memory
I had an interesting memory item from Facebook today (the system selects/retrieves a past post based on today's date). The memory item reminded me of the concept map I prepared showing how concepts from my signature assignment on employee monitoring connect. I thought of a diagram because I had trouble staying within the word limit for a section of the paper.

(The diagram fits better on a Blogger/Blogspot blog)

TIP: if I had to give only one piece of advice, it would be concept maps! make a concept map (or purchase mine 😉) and write down EVERYTHING you can think of for that subject. It really helps to tie everything together and make sense of things. You’ll also realize that many disorders are similar and if you know everything you need to do for one, you’ll know the majority of what you need to know for the other 👌🏼

I would use videos comparing the different types of trauma shears on the parket to communicate the importance of strength, sharpness, and comfort of the Xshear design.
The Xshear is a pair of scissors designed to cut though any clothing on a persons body without cutting the skin. They are unlike other shears because they have blades that curve away from the body while cutting. They are also comfortable to use with a large sturdy handle and non slip inner texture.
I would use images of EMS providers using them in real world situations cutting though different types of materials. I would have the providers wearing gloves to show they are nonslip.
The texture of the inner grip as well as the material used on the grip would show the nonslip quality. The strength and hardness of both the plastic and metal would be good for each person to hold. The shape of the handle would be good to show the ergonomics.

#Reviews
My previous post (the post added earlier today) made me think of the first signature assignment I prepared at NCU, which was on online reviews. While preparing that signature assignment, I learned that a consumer review is considered more believable if it is balanced or neutral. One-sided reviews are not as believable. The analysis provided additional information on why a review may be one-sided. A review may be one-sided or biased because of the reviewer’s field of specialization, beliefs, or background/experiences. The motivation for some of the reviews seemed to be to contribute to the discussion or add their “two cents. The intent was not always clear. It is interesting that the concept map I prepared as a step towards the signature assignment – based on selected papers in the literature – did not provide much information on intent. (Link to concept map: https://fahmeenaodetta.blogspot.com/2022/06/signature-assignment-on-online-reviews.html)
I found an article (research) on the PhD experience. I did not know there was research on this.
