ok look someone has to say it and i'm not a villainenjoyer for nothing. i kind of loved ned low's whole deal in ep 6. he's so villain of the week. he's got a costume and a gimmick and he says shit like "for the lolz" and cares so so much about his little raid record. he gives the same trauma backstory about not being as good at music as his brother to all his victims and that on its own is endlessly funny to me. he shows up and gets killed in the same episode in an ironic fashion in accordance to his gimmick. 10/10 no notes.
